Le bouchon de bouteille à pompe à vide selon la présente invention comporte: un boîtier comprenant un premier orifice d'évacuation dans sa membrane inférieure ; un piston, qui est couplé au boîtier de manière à permettre un déplacement vertical, et qui comprend un second orifice d'évacuation dans sa membrane supérieure ; un premier organe d'ouverture/fermeture, qui ouvre/ferme le premier orifice d'évacuation en fonction du déplacement vertical du piston ; un second organe d'ouverture/fermeture, qui ouvre/ferme le second orifice d'évacuation en fonction du déplacement vertical du piston ; un organe élastique, qui est placé entre le boîtier et le piston et procure une élasticité au piston ; un premier organe de prévention de séparation, qui est couplé à la partie supérieure du boîtier et interdit la séparation du piston ; un second organe de prévention de séparation, qui est prévu dans le boîtier et interdit la séparation du premier organe d'ouverture/fermeture ; un troisième organe de prévention de séparation, qui est couplé à la partie supérieure du piston et interdit la séparation du second organe d'ouverture/fermeture ; et un élément de garniture, qui est couplé à la partie inférieure du boîtier et introduit dans la bouteille, rendant ainsi la bouteille étanche à l'air assurant en même temps une communication entre l'intérieur de la bouteille et le premier orifice d'évacuation.
