技术领域
本实用新型属于分体式房间空调器领域, 尤其涉及一种分体式房间空调器室外机。 背景技术
由于氟利昂类(如现在大量使用的 R22 )制冷剂对大气臭氧屋有破坏作用且具有较高 的温室效应, 属于需要被替代的制冷剂, 而 R600a (异丁烷)、 R290 (丙烷)等一些自然 界中存在的天然化合物, 既不会破坏大气臭氧层, 叉不导致全球变暖, 属于环境完全友好 型制冷剂。 这些制冷剂正被开始研究用于制冷系统中, 例如 R600a被认为是在制冷温度较 低场合(如电水箱 )应用的制冷剂, 而 R290则被考虑用于空调系统用于替代目前大量使 用的 R22制冷剂。

室外机供电是通过如图 1、 2示意的接线板 20端子 21与室内机电源线 30连接, 在空 调器启动瞬间可能会发生打火; 空调器室内机中最容易发生泄露的地方在冷凝器焊接处, 若发生泄露, 如果冷凝器中可燃可爆制冷剂如 R290、 R32等泄漏在压缩机腔 60 , 易发生 安全事故。
由上可知, 使用 R290的空调系统需避免制冷剂进入电器部件周围积聚, 而冷凝器和 压缩机管道焊接处为制冷剂最易泄露的地方, 因此要考虑一种方法能阻隔冷凝器和压缩机 管道焊接处与电器部件, 这样在制冷剂从焊接点泄露时, 不能直接接触电器部件。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种分体式房间空调器室外机, 冷凝器和压缩机管道焊接 处与电器部件之间能有效地被相互隔离, 一旦制冷剂从焊接点泄露时, 不会直接接触电器 部件而引发安全隐患; 即避免了室外机强电端子产生火花 I起安全事故。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
分体式房间空调器室外机, 包括有机体和换热部件及电器部件; 其中, 所述机体设置 有两个相互密闭隔离的腔体: 第一腔体和第二腔体, 所述换热部件安装在第一腔体中, 所 述电器部件安装在第二腔体中。 所述换热部件包括有冷凝器和与冷凝器通过循环管道连接的压缩机。
所述机体包括有底盘、 左侧板、 右侧板、 顶盖和面板, 所述底盘、 左侧板、 右侧板、 顶盖和面板包围形成第一腔体; 所述底盘上设置有隔板, 将第一腔体分隔成为压縮机腔和 冷凝器腔; 冷凝器和压缩机均设置在第一腔体中。
所述第二腔体为安装在所述右侧板内侧的一个盒体。

本实用新型的分体式房间空调器室外机, 机体设置有两个相互隔离的腔体: 第一腔体 和第二腔体, 所述换热部件安装在第一腔体中, 所述电器部件安装在第二腔体中; 第二腔 体为安装在所述右侧板内部的一个盒体。 室外机接线板用单独盒体与压缩机腔分开在冷凝 器制冷剂泄漏后, 泄漏的制冷剂在压缩机腔体中, 不会进入接线板所在的盒体, 避免强电 端子产生的火花引起安全事故。
本实用新型应用于分体挂壁式房间空调器, 特别适合于使用可燃可爆型制冷剂 (如 R290、 R32等)的分体式房间空调器。 本技术方案是将室外机接线板用单独盒子与压缩机 腔隔开,使接线板强电接头处产生的火花与冷凝器中泄露的制冷剂分开。 附图说明

电器部件包括接线板, 所述接线板 20放置在盒体 10里,接线板 20包括有接线板端子 21 , 接线板 20连接有电源线。
右侧板 40具有安装盒体 10的通孔, 盒体 10安装在右侧板 40的内壁面, 盒体 10的开 口从右侧板 40的所述通孔露出, 盒体 10的开口周围具有与右侧板 40紧密贴合的外缘。
盒体 10使接线板 20与压缩机腔 60分开, 泄漏的制冷剂无法进入接线板 20处。 本技术的方案是用单独盒体 10安装在右侧板 40, 盒体 10将接线板 20与压缩机腔 60 分开, 从冷凝器 80中泄漏的制冷剂存在压缩机腔 60而没有进入盒体 10, 即使接线板端子 21在空调器启动时产生瞬间火花, 也不会发生安全事故。 泄漏的制冷剂在压缩机腔 60中 的制冷剂随外机出风(图中未示出)排出。
