- the amount of the performance multiplication is related to the r.p.m. of the rotating disc, the weight and number of the rotating weights, and their distance from the center of the disc.
- the maximum multiplication of the engine's performance without noticable increase of concumption is only limited by the mechanism's construction materials and the safety regulations that should be applied.
