Abstract

본 발명은 축방향의 편심,편각이 발생하여도 동력을 전달하는 한편 규정된 토크 이상의 힘에 대한 과부하를 차단할 수 있고, 축간 거리변동에 대하여 신축적으로 대응하며 절연기능을 갖추어 내구성과 작동안정성 향상 등을 기대할 수 있는 프레셔 마운팅 슬립 커플링에 관한 것인 바, 일측 플랜지(11)는 원동기의 출력축(O)에 연결되는 브레이크 디스크(2)와 결합되고 타측 플랜지(12)는 피동기의 입력축(I)에 연결되는 플랜지(3)와 결합되어 원동기의 출력축(O)과 피동기의 입력축(I)을 서로 연결하는 프레셔 마운팅 슬립 커플링(1)에 있어서, 상기 커플링(1)은; 중간축(4) 일측 스페이서(41)에 플랜지(11)를 형성하여 상기 플랜지(11)와 원동기의 출력축(O)이 연결되는 브레이크 디스크(2) 사이에 절연부(5)를 개재하여 결합하고, 상기 중간축(4)의 타측 보스(42)에는 과부하방지부(6)를 구비하고 플랜지(12)를 형성하여 피동기의 입력축(O)에 연결되는 플랜지(3)와 결합할 수 있도록 구성한 것에 요지가 있다.
