Abstract
본 발명은 정렬된 카본 나노튜브와 고분자 복합체를 사용한 열전도성 플라스틱 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 카본 나노튜브(carbon nanotube)를 기판상에 수직방향으로, 다발 상으로 성장시킨 후에 성장된 개개의 카본 나노튜브 사이에 고분자 수지를 일정 두께로 충전시킴으로써 제조되는 열전도성이 우수한 열전도성 플라스틱 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
