广告信息发布系统及方法 技术领域 本发明涉及广告信息发布系统及方法, 特别地涉及供使用者通过浏览广告信息后, 可 以主动选择希望获得与所述广告信息相关联的电子凭证的广告信息发布系统及方法。 背景技术 随着信息技术的飞速发展, 人们的生活充满各种信息, 其中不乏各类商家发布的广告 倍息 在现有技术中, 移动终端的用户通过广告显示装置浏览广告信息后, 如希望获得与所 述广告显示装置所显示的广告信息相关联的优惠券凭证,则需要按照所述广告信息中的提 示向商家服务器发送相关的编码或进行其他指定操作。 以发送编码为例, 所述商家服务器 收到所述编码后, 再将所述优惠券凭证发送到所述移动终端。 然而, 广告信息显示装置所显示的每条广告信息一般持续时间都很有限, 但用户需要 输入所述编码或进行其他操作, 如此繁琐的过程, 不仅造成用户的不便, 更有可能导致用 户无法在该条广告信息播放的有限时间内完成相关操作,如记录下所述编码并发送到所述 服务器, 而无法获得需要的所述优惠券凭证。 同时, 所述商家服务器向所述移动终端发送 的优惠券凭证也会出现不能准确送达的情况, 亦造成不便。 因此, 有必要探讨新的广告信息发布的系统与方法以解决现有技术中存在的问题。 发明内容 为解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种广告信息发布系统及方法。 本发明的广告信息发布系统, 包括服务器, 所述服务器包括至少一个数据库; 至少一 个广告信息交互装置, 所述广告信息交互装置通过网络与所述服务器耦合, 所述广告信息 交互装置包括显示装置, 用以显示广告信息; 移动终端身份识别装置; 以及移动终端组, 由多个预先登记的移动终端组成,所述移动终端组中的每个移动终端具有移动终端显示屏 并且包括由运营的移动通信网络分派的独有的移动终端号码以及与该移动终端号码绑定 的身份标识; 其中, 所述数据库储存所述移动终端组的所述移动终端的所述移动终端号码 信息、 所述身份标识信息以及与所述显示装置所显示的广告信息相关联的电子凭证信息, 当一移动终端的用户要求获得与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证时, 所述移动终端身份识别装置非接触地读取所述移动终端的所述身份标识,并且通过所述网 络将读取的身份标识信息发送至所述服务器,所述服务器将接收到的所述身份标识信息与 所述数据库中存储的所述移动终端组的移动终端信息进行比对,从而判定所述用户的所述 移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组, 若是, 所述服务器端通过所述运营的移动通信网络向 所述用户的所述移动终端发送与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。 本发明的广告信息发布方法, 包括如下步骤: 通过至少一个广告信息交互装置的显示 装置显示广告信息;一移动终端的用户请求获得与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的 所述电子凭证;所述广告信息交互装置的移动终端身份识别装置非接触地读取所述移动终 端的身份标识; 所述移动终端身份识别装置通过网络将读取的身份标识信息发送至服务 器,所述服务器将接收到的所述身份标识信息与数据库中存储的一移动终端组的移动终端 信息进行比对, 从而判定所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组; 若是, 所述 服务器端通过运营的移动通信网络向所述用户的所述移动终端发送与所述显示装置显示 的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证; 其中, 所述广告信息交互装置通过所述网络与所述服 务器耦合, 包括显示装置及移动终端身份识别装置, 所述移动终端组由多个预先登记的移 动终端组成,所述移动终端组中的每个移动终端具有显示屏并包括由在运营的移动通信网 络分派的独有的移动终端号码以及与该移动终端号码绑定的所述身份标识,所述服务器包 括至少一个数据库,所述数据库储存所述移动终端组的所述移动终端的所述移动终端号码 信息、 所述身份标识信息以及与所述广告信息相关联的电子凭证信息。 其中, "^-移动终端的用户请求获得与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电 子凭证"的操作还可以包括将所述移动终端置于所述移动终端身份识别装置的读取位置的 操作。 其中, "将所述移动终端置于所述移动终端身份识别装置的读取位置"的操作还可以 包括同时触发一身份识别启动键的操作。 其中, 在判定所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组后, 所述方法还可以 包括所述用户通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所述广告信息相关联的电子凭证进行选择 的操作。 其中, "所述用户通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所述广告信息相关联的电子凭证进 行选择 "的操作可以包括在所述显示装置上或在所述移动终端身份识别装置的识别装置显 示屏上以触控的方式进行的操作。 其中, "所述用户通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所述广告信息相关联的电子凭证进 行选择"的操作可以包括通过所述广告信息交互装置的至少一个选择键、 小键盘或手写板 来进行的操作。 所述方法还可以包括以下步骤:若所述服务器判定所述用户的所述移动终端不属于所 述移动终端组, 则返回一身份识别失败信息至所述电子广告信息交互装置, 并通过所述交 互装置的所述显示装置或所述移动终端身份识别装置的识别装置显示屏显示。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述显示装置所显示的所述广告信息可以包括, 但不限 于, 与所述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证的图标、 图形、 文字说明或其组合。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述移动终端身份识别装置可以包括识别装置显示屏, 所述识别装置显示屏显示所述与广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证的图标、 图形、 文字说明 或其组合。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,所述电子凭证可以显示在所述移动终端的移动终端显示 屏上并且是可光学读取的。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述电子凭证可以包括二维码电子凭证。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述电子凭证可以包括字符二维码电子凭证。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述广告信息可以包括, 但不限于, 音频信息、 视频信 息、 图形信息、 文字信息中的一个或其组合。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述广告信息交互装置的显示装置可以包括一触控屏
在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述广告信息交互装置还可以包括至少一个选择键、一 键盘、 一手写板或其组合, 亦可包括其他具有信息输入功能的装置, 本发明在此方面不受 限。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,所述广告信息交互装置和所述数据库分别同步地包括与 被发布的每条所述广告信息相关联的标识符,所述广告信息交互装置还通过所述网络将正 被发布的所述广告信息或所述用户选择的广告信息的标识符发送至所述服务器,从而在所 述服务器判断用户身份属于所述移动通信组后,根据所述标识符确定要发送的与所述广告 信息相关联的所述电子凭证。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述广告信息交互装置的身份识别装置可以包括, 但不 限于, RFID卡识读装置、 磁卡识读装置、 IC卡识读装置、 一维码识读装置、 二维码识读 装置或二维阵列码识读装置中的一个或多个。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,所述广告信息交互装置的身份识别装置可以为光学读取 装置, 所述光学读取装置可以为, 但不限于, 光学读取摄像头装置。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,与该所述移动号码绑定的身份标识可以为可以显示在所 述移动终端的显示屏上的二维码,所述光学读取装置读取所述二维码,所述二维码可以为, 但不限于, 字符二维码。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述移动终端可以为手机, 并且所述移动终端号码为手 机号码。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,所述移动通信网络可以为 2G、 3G或 4G移动通信网络。 本发明的广告信息发布系统及方法可以使信息发布更为方便、 快捷且有效。 附图说明 通过参照对本发明的实施方案的图示说明可以更好地理解本发明, 在附图中: 图 1为本发明的广告信息发布系统的示意图;

图 4为本发明的广告信息发布方法的流程图。 具体实施方式 在以下的描述中, 为了达到解释说明的目的以对本发明有一个全面的认识, 阐述了大 量的具体细节, 然而, 很明显地, 对本领域技术人员而言, 无需这些具体细节也可以实现 本发明。 在这方面, 所举的说明性的示例实施方案仅为了说明, 并不对本发明造成限制。 因此, 本发明的保护范围并不受上述具体实施方案所限, 仅以所附的权利要求书的范围为 准。 本发明所称的广告信息应当被广义地理解, 也即可以向公众中的至少一部分用户发送 的信息, 这些信息可以是各行各业的有偿或免费的信息, 不仅限于商业推广信息。 参见图 1, 图 1为本发明的广告信息发布系统的示意图。 所述广告信息发布系统包括 至少一个广告信息交互装置 30 (图示一个) 、 服务器 20以及移动终端组。 其中, 所述广 告信息交互装置 30通过网络与所述服务器 20耦合, 所述广告信息交互装置 30包括显示 装置 31及一移动终端身份识别装置 32; 所述服务器 20包括至少一个数据库 21 (图示一 个) ; 所述移动终端组由多个预先登记的移动终端 (图示为 M个) 组成, 但本发明不以 此为限。 所述移动终端组中的每个移动终端可以具有移动终端显示屏(图未示)并且包括 由运营的移动通信网络分派的独有的移动终端号码以及与该移动终端号码绑定的身份标 识。 其中,所述数据库 21储存所述移动终端组的所述移动终端的所述移动终端号码信息、 所述身份标识信息以及与所述显示装置 31所显示的广告信息相关联的电子凭证信息, 当 一移动终端的用户要求获得与所述显示装置 31 显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证 时, 所述移动终端身份识别装置 32非接触地读取所述移动终端的所述身份标识, 并且通 过所述网络将读取的身份标识信息发送至所述服务器 20,所述服务器将接收到的所述身份 标识信息与所述数据库 21 中存储的所述移动终端组的移动终端信息进行比对, 从而判定 所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组, 若是, 所述服务器 20通过所述运营 的移动通信网络向所述用户的所述移动终端发送与所述显示装置 31显示的广告信息相关 联的所述电子凭证。 除了预先登记方式以外, 还可以采用年龄、 地域、 已经发生的移动业务量等规则来自 动地组成移动终端组, 但本发明在此方面不受限。 其中, 所述服务器与所述广告信息交互 装置可以通过公网、 专网、 无线局域网以及其他网络或其组合进行耦合, 本发明在此方面 不受限。 具体地, 所述移动终端组中的一个移动终端的用户, 通过所述广告信息交互装置 30 浏览其正在播放的广告信息。 当所述用户希望获得与所述广告信息相关的所述电子凭证 时, 他只需要将自己的移动设备靠近所述移动终端身份识别装置 32的读取位置。 虽然用 户只需要完成这样一个简单的操作,但实际上所述广告信息发布系统已经自动完成了对所 述用户的身份识别、 下发所述电子凭证等多个操作。 所述移动终端身份识别装置 32通过网络, 将以非接触式读取的所述移动终端的身份 标识信息发送至所述服务器 20。 所述服务器 20在接收到所述身份标识信息的同时, 也同 时获得了所述移动终端的用户对于希望获得与所述显示装置 31所显示的广告信息相关联 的所述电子凭证的请求。所述服务器 20将接收到的所述身份标识信息与所述数据库 21中 所存储的所述移动终端组的移动终端的信息进行比对,从而判定所述用户的所述移动终端 是否属于所述移动终端组。 当判定结果为所述移动终端为移动终端组中的一员时, 所述服务器 20则通过运营的 移动通信网络向所述移动终端发送其所需要的所述电子凭证。其中, 所述广告信息交互装 置 30和所述数据库 21分别同步地包括与被发布的每条所述广告信息相关联的标识符,所 述广告信息交互装置 30还通过所述网络将正被发布的所述广告信息或所述用户选择的广 告信息的标识符发送至所述服务器 20, 从而在所述服务器 20判断用户身份属于所述移动 通信组后, 根据所述标识符确定要发送的与所述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。 从上述描述可以发现, 图 1的系统可以是一个实时系统, 也就是说, 信息的发布、 用 户的反馈和所发送的与所述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证均是精确地实时可收集、可统 计、 可调整和可控制的, 即使是关于所述电子凭证兑现和消费的信息, 也是实时可收集、 可统计、 可调整和可控制的。 另外, 本领域技术人员应当可以理解, 图 1中的移动终端组 可以不止一个, 服务器 20和广告信息交互装置 30也可以多于一个。 在较佳实施例中,所述身份标识可以为二维码,所述电子凭证亦可为二维码,较佳地, 所述二维码可以为 (数字) 字符二维码, 而所述移动终端身份识别装置 32为光学读取装 置, 例如光学读取摄像头装置等。 但本发明在此方面不受限, 所述身份标识与所述电子凭 证亦可以为其他的实施方式, 例如可利用 RFID技术识别的标识信息等, 此时, 所述移动 终端身份识别装置 32也对应为 RFID卡识别装置,本领域技术人员应该可以想到其他的变 化方式与替代形式, 例如广告信息交互装置的身份识别装置还可以为磁卡识读装置、 IC 卡识读装置、 一维码识读装置、 二维码识读装置或二维阵列码识读装置中的一个或多个, 但所述变化方式与替代形式均落入本发明的保护范围。 具体地, 为了最大化向移动终端用户下发所述电子凭证的到达率, 同时最小化所占用 的通信信道带宽资源和硬件资源, 并且兼顾保密性和海量发送的可能性, 所述字符二维码 优选是以编码字符构成二维阵列, 适于以短信的方式传播, 并且适于在电子屏幕上显示并 由电子屏幕上读取, 本发明在此方面不受限制。 参见图 2, 图 2示意性示出根据本发明的 一实施例中二维阵列码形式的身份标识与电子凭证的数种实施方式 201-209。 本发明的二 维阵列码可以包括多个编码字符 (如图 2中所图示的字符 "A"、 "B"、 "C"等等) , 所述编 码字符排列为二维阵列。 二维阵列码中的每个编码字符可以对应于所要表示信息的比特 组。 从而, 将二维阵列码中的编码字符分别映射到其所对应的比特组, 即可以根据编码规 则还原出该二维阵列码所要表达的信息。 所述阵列可以为矩形(图 2中的二维阵列码 201 )、菱形(图 2中的二维阵列码 202)、 三角形 (图 2中的二维阵列码 203 ) 、 圆形 (图 2中的二维阵列码 204) 、 梯形 (图 2中 的二维阵列码 205 ) 或其组合 (未示出) 。 该阵列可以是 4x4、 4x5、 5x5等各种大小, 本 发明在此方面不受限制。 根据本发明, 所述编码字符可以是 GB2312国标码、 ASCII码、 数字与英文字母、 全 角英文字母、 汉字、 半角字符或这些字符的组合。 在本实施例中, 所述二维阵列码中还具有定位机构, 从而在以光学方式识读所述二维 阵列码时,所述定位机构可以有助于光学识读装置快速地定位所述编码字符排列的二维阵 列的大小和 /或方向, 由此便利于二维阵列码中编码字符的识读。 特别地, 当本发明的二 维阵列码形式的电子凭证是通过短信传输并且在手机屏幕上供识读时,所述定位机构还有 助于从短信文本中分割出二维阵列码区域。 所述定位机构可以包括至少一个定位字符,所述定位字符为不同于所述编码字符的字 符。例如,所述定位字符可以为选自 GB2312中的 "★"、 "o"、 "《""◎""◊""♦"、 "□"、 "画"、 "△"、 或': "字符, 或是半角的" #"、 "+"、 "=", 等等。 定位字符的数量可以是一个或 两个, 或更多个, 本领域技术人员可以根据需要确定其数量, 并且本发明在此方面不受限 制。对于从短信中识读二维阵列码来说, 一般如果在阵列码的周边存在空白以将阵列码与 其他文字隔离开的话是有益的; 然而, 当定位符数量超过两个时, 可以使二维阵列码外部 空白区可以不受限制。 如对有三个定位符的矩形码 (如矩形阵列码 207) , 码上下左右任 何方向可以紧接其他文字, 定位仍能正常进行。 如图 2中二维阵列码 201-209所示出的, 在本发明的一些示例性实施方案中, 定位字 符可以排列在所述二维阵列内, 并且与编码字符所构成的二维阵列具有某种位置关系, 例 如在二维阵列的中心 (如二维阵列码 202、 203等) , 在二维阵列的右上角和右下角 (如 二维阵列码 201 ) 。 在本发明的替代实施方案中, 所述定位字符还可以排列在所述二维阵 列之外(如二维阵列码 206所示) , 并且同样与所述编码字符的所述二维阵列具有某种位 置关系。根据本发明的优选实施方案, 所述定位字符与二维阵列的关系是固定的并且这种 固定关系为识读装置所已知,从而识读装置可以立刻找到所述定位字符并确定所述编码字 符排列的二维阵列的大小和 /或方向, 这可以进一步提高本发明的二维阵列码的识读速度 和便利性。 另外, 根据本发明的一些实施方案, 二维阵列码的形状特征也可以作为定位机构或辅 助定位机构。特别是对于阵列为非矩形的二维阵列码, 可以通过识别二维阵列的形状特征 来定位该二维阵列码, 此时可以省却定位符 (如二维阵列码 208) 。 本申请的申请人还发 现, 当从电子屏幕光学识读其上所显示的二维阵列码时, 可以充分利用电子屏幕与二维阵 列码的关系来定位二维码, 一种优选的方式是可以利用电子屏幕的至少一条边, 例如矩形 的手机显示屏的左边框线。 根据本发明的优选实施方案, 定位机构可以包括定位符、 阵列形状、 屏幕边线及其任 何组合。 优选地, 对矩形阵列码 (参见二维阵列码 201 ) , 右上角和右上角的两个特殊字 符构成的定位机构, 连同设备屏幕左边界线, 就可以快速完成对阵列码定位。 对三角形阵 列码 (参见二维阵列码 204) , 一个定位符, 连同设备屏幕做边界线, 就可以快速确定阵 列码大小和方位。 对圆形和菱形阵列(参见二维阵列码 202、 203 ) , 仅用一个置于阵列码 中心或阵列码内部的定位符连同阵列码周围空白区就可以快速定位阵列码。 当然, 本领域 技术人员能够理解,这些仅仅是本发明二维阵列码及其定位机构和定位方法的示意性实施 例, 而并非对本发明的限制。 在本发明的一些实施方案中,二维阵列码中排列为二维阵列的多个编码字符可以是等 高的, 并且在所述二维阵列的行方向上相邻的编码字符具有相等的中心距离。 更优选地, 所述编码字符可以为等宽字符,并且相邻的编码字符在所述二维阵列的列方向上具有相等 的中心距离。 再更优选地, 所述编码字符为全角字符, 例如为选自 GB2312中的全角英文 字母或数字 (例如图 2中的二维阵列码 209) 。 选用 GB2312中的英文字母或数字作为编 码字符的好处是: 这些字符是全角字符, 对绝大多数设备中的字体而言, 这些字符等宽等 高, 从而使得码形状更规则; 另外, 这些全角字符的几何形状随字体变化的程度很小, 而 且尺寸和字间距通常比半角字符大。这些特征使得以全角英文字母或数字作为编码字符更 容易被识读识读。 字符二维码具有几乎 100%的到达率并且可以以普通短信的方式发送到移动终端, 这 进一步提供了本发明技术方案的实用性和经济性。 同时, 在本实施例中, 以所述字符二维 码作为身份标识, 方便本发明的所述移动终端身份识别装置进行读取, 并且利用所述字符 二维码作为电子凭证, 亦可保证其达到所述用户的准确率, 但本发明不以此为限。 参见图 3, 图 3为本发明一实施例中广告信息发布系统的示意图。 较佳地, 所述广告 信息交互装置 30还可以包括一身份识别启动键 100,用以触发身份识别操作, 以避免在特 殊情况下的身份识别操作的误启动, 例如有人经过所述广告信息交互装置 30并且无意识 地将移动设备靠近所述移动终端身份识别装置 32的读取位置等情况。 参见图 4, 图 4为本发明的广告信息发布方法的流程图。 本发明广告信息发布方法的 具体实现步骤如下: 首先, 进行步骤 S1 : 通过至少一个广告信息交互装置的显示装置显示广告信息。 所 述移动终端的用户正是通过所述广告信息交互系统的显示装置了解相关广告信息的具体 内容, 并决定是否需要获得与之相关的电子凭证。 当所述用户需要获得相关的电子凭证时, 则继续进行步骤 S2: —移动终端的用户请 求获得与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。所述用户只需将自己的移 动终端靠近而无需接触所述广告信息交互装置的所述移动终端身份识别装置即可。接下来 的步骤则由所述广告信息发布系统自动完成。 步骤 S3 : 所述广告信息交互装置的移动终端身份识别装置非接触地读取所述移动终 端的身份标识。所述移动终端身份识别装置具备非接触识别的功能, 从而无需接触即可读 取所述移动终端的身份标识信息。 在其他实施例中, 所述步骤 S2亦可包括用户将所述移动终端置于所述移动终端身份 识别装置的读取位置的操作, 并同时触发一身份识别启动装置的操作, 例如如图 3所示的 实施例中的启动键 100, 从而避免身份识别装置的误启动。 随后, 进行步骤 S4: 判定所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组。 所述 移动终端身份识别装置通过网络, 将读取到的身份识别标识信息发送至服务器, 所述服务 器再对接收到的所述身份标识信息与数据库中存储的移动终端组的移动终端信息进行比 对, 从而判定所述用户所使用的移动终端是否为移动终端组中的一员。 当所述服务器判定所述移动终端属于移动终端组时,则在步骤 S4后继续进行步骤 S5: 所述服务器端通过运营的移动通信网络向所述用户的所述移动终端发送与所述显示装置 显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。 即, 若所述用户的移动终端属于移动终端组的时 候, 所述用户即可获得期望获得的电子凭证。 具体地, 所述广告信息交互装置和所述数据 库分别同步地包括与被发布的每条所述广告信息相关联的标识符,所述广告信息交互装置 还通过所述网络将正被发布的所述广告信息或所述用户选择的广告信息的标识符发送至 所述服务器, 从而在所述服务器判断用户身份属于所述移动通信组后, 根据所述标识符确 定要发送的与所述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。 而当所述服务器判定所述移动终端并不属于移动终端组时, 则在步骤 S4后继续进行 步骤 S6: 返回一身份识别失败信息至所述电子广告信息交互装置, 并通过所述交互装置 的所述显示装置或所述移动终端身份识别装置的识别装置显示屏显示。在本实施例中, 身 份识别装置还包括一显示屏, 从而, 当用户不属于所述移动终端组时, 服务器返回一身份 识别失败信息至所述电子广告信息交互装置,所述身份识别失败信息既可以在所述交互装 置的所述显示装置上加以显示, 以告知所述用户, 又可以在所述识别装置的显示屏上进行 显示, 亦可达到提示用户的效果。 在本发明的其他实施例中, 当判定所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组 后 (即进行了步骤 S4) , 用户亦可通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所述广告信息相关联 的电子凭证进行选择。 具体地, 用户可以在具有触控功能的广告信息交互装置的显示装置 或身份识别装置的识别装置显示屏上以触控方式进行点选,或利用所述广告信息交互装置 的其他外设进行选择, 例如选择键、 小键盘或手写板等其他输入设备, 但本发明不以此为 限。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述显示装置所显示的所述广告信息可以包括, 但不限 于, 与所述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证的图标、 图形、 文字说明或其组合。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述移动终端身份识别装置可以包括识别装置显示屏, 所述识别装置显示屏显示所述与广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证的图标、 图形、 文字说明 或其组合。 本领域技术人员可以理解, 所述识别装置显示屏可以是单独的, 也可以被实现 为显示所述广告信息的所述显示装置的一部分。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,所述电子凭证可以显示在所述移动终端的移动终端显示 屏上并且是可光学读取的。在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述电子凭证可以包括二维码电 子凭证。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述电子凭证可以包括字符二维码电子凭证。 在本 发明的上述技术方案中, 所述广告信息可以包括, 但不限于, 音频信息、 视频信息、 图形 信息、 文字信息中的一个或其组合。 在本发明的上述技术方案中,与该所述移动号码绑定的身份标识可以为可以显示在所 述移动终端的显示屏上的二维码,所述光学读取装置读取所述二维码,所述二维码可以为, 但不限于, 字符二维码。 在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述移动终端可以为手机, 并且所 述移动终端号码为手机号码。在本发明的上述技术方案中, 所述移动通信网络可以为 2G、 3G或 4G移动通信网络。 尽管已经在上面以细节描述了数个示例性实施方案,但是所公幵的实施方案仅是示例 性而非限制性的,并且本领域技术人员将容易意识到,在示例性实施方案中很多其他修改、 改动和 /或替换是可能的, 而不实质偏离本公开的新颖性教导和优点。 因此, 所有这些修 改、 改动和 /或替换意图被包括在如所附权利要求书所限定的本公开的范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种广告信息发布系统, 包括:
服务器, 所述服务器包括至少一个数据库;
至少一个广告信息交互装置, 所述广告信息交互装置通过网络与所述服务器耦合, 所 述广告信息交互装置包括:
显示装置, 用以显示广告信息;
移动终端身份识别装置; 以及
移动终端组, 由多个预先登记的移动终端组成, 所述移动终端组中的每个移动终端具 有移动终端显示屏并且包括由运营的移动通信网络分派的独有的移动终端号码以及与该 移动终端号码绑定的身份标识;
其中, 所述数据库储存所述移动终端组的所述移动终端的所述移动终端号码信息、所 述身份标识信息以及与所述显示装置所显示的广告信息相关联的电子凭证信息, 当一移动 终端的用户要求获得与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证时,所述移动 终端身份识别装置非接触地读取所述移动终端的所述身份标识,并且通过所述网络将读取 的身份标识信息发送至所述服务器,所述服务器将接收到的所述身份标识信息与所述数据 库中存储的所述移动终端组的移动终端信息进行比对,从而判定所述用户的所述移动终端 是否属于所述移动终端组, 若是, 所述服务器端通过所述运营的移动通信网络向所述用户 的所述移动终端发送与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中, 所述显示装置所显示的所述广告信息包括与所 述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证的图标、 图形、 文字说明或其组合。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中, 所述移动终端身份识别装置包括识别装置显示 屏, 所述识别装置显示屏显示所述与广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证的图标、 图形、 文字 说明或其组合。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中所述电子凭证可以显示在所述移动终端的移动终 端显示屛上并且是可光学读取的。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其中所述电子凭证包括二维码电子凭证。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其中所述电子凭证包括字符二维码电子凭证。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其中所述广告信息包括音频信息、 视频信息、 图形信 息、 文字信息中的一个或其组合。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其中所述广告信息交互装置的显示装置包括一触控屛 幕。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其中所述广告信息交互装置还包括至少一个选择键、 一键盘、 一手写板或其组合。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中所述广告信息交互装置和所述数据库分别同步地 包括与被发布的每条所述广告信息相关联的标识符,所述广告信息交互装置还通过所述网 络将正被发布的所述广告信息或所述用户选择的广告信息的标识符发送至所述服务器,从 而在所述服务器判断用户身份属于所述移动通信组后,根据所述标识符确定要发送的与所 述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。
11.如权利要求 1所述的系统,其中所述广告信息交互装置的身份识别装置包括 RFID 卡识读装置、 磁卡识读装置、 IC卡识读装置、 一维码识读装置、 二维码识读装置或二维阵 列码识读装置中的一个或多个。
12. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中所述广告信息交互装置的身份识别装置包括光学 读取装置。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中所述光学读取装置包括光学读取摄像头装置。
14. 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中与该所述移动号码绑定的身份标识包括可以显 示在所述移动终端的显示屏上的二维码, 所述光学读取装置读取所述二维码。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其中所述二维码包括字符二维码。
16. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中所述移动终端包括手机, 并且所述移动终端号码 为手机号码。
17. 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中所述移动通信网络为 2G、 3G或 4G移动通信网 络。
18. 一种广告信息发布方法, 包括如下步骤:
通过至少一个广告信息交互装置的显示装置显示广告信息;
一移动终端的用户请求获得与所述显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证; 所述广告信息交互装置的移动终端身份识别装置非接触地读取所述移动终端的身份 标识;
所述移动终端身份识别装置通过网络将读取的身份标识信息发送至服务器,所述服务 器将接收到的所述身份标识信息与数据库中存储的一移动终端组的移动终端信息进行比 对, 从而判定所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所述移动终端组;
若是,所述服务器端通过运营的移动通信网络向所述用户的所述移动终端发送与所述 显示装置显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证;
其中, 所述广告信息交互装置通过所述网络与所述服务器耦合, 包括显示装置及移动 终端身份识别装置, 所述移动终端组由多个预先登记的移动终端组成, 所述移动终端组中 的每个移动终端具有显示屏并包括由在运营的移动通信网络分派的独有的移动终端号码 以及与该移动终端号码绑定的所述身份标识, 所述服务器包括至少一个数据库, 所述数据 库储存所述移动终端组的所述移动终端的所述移动终端号码信息、所述身份标识信息以及 与所述广告信息相关联的电子凭证信息。
19. 如权利要求 18所述的方法, 其中 "一移动终端的用户请求获得与所述显示装置 显示的广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证"的操作包括将所述移动终端置于所述移动终端身 份识别装置的读取位置的操作。
20. 如权利要求 19所述的方法, 其中 "将所述移动终端置于所述移动终端身份识别 装置的读取位置" 的操作还包括同时触发一身份识别启动键的操作。
21. 如权利要求 18所述的方法, 其中, 在判定所述用户的所述移动终端是否属于所 述移动终端组后,所述方法还包括所述用户通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所述广告信息 相关联的电子凭证进行选择的操作。
22. 如权利要求 21所述的方法, 其中 "所述用户通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所 述广告信息相关联的电子凭证进行选择"的操作包括在所述显示装置上或在所述移动终端 身份识别装置的识别装置显示屏上以触控的方式进行的操作。
23. 如权利要求 21所述的方法, 其中 "所述用户通过所述广告信息交互装置对与所 述广告信息相关联的电子凭证进行选择"的操作包括通过所述广告信息交互装置的至少一 个选择键、 小键盘或手写板来进行的操作。
24. 如权利要求 18所述的方法, 还包括以下步骤: 若所述服务器判定所述用户的所 述移动终端不属于所述移动终端组,则返回一身份识别失败信息至所述电子广告信息交互 装置,并通过所述交互装置的所述显示装置或所述移动终端身份识别装置的识别装置显示 屏显示。
25. 如权利要求 18所述的方法, 其中所述广告信息交互装置和所述数据库分别同步 地包括与被发布的每条所述广告信息相关联的标识符,所述方法还包括所述广告信息交互 装置通过所述网络将正被发布的所述广告信息或被所述用户选择的广告信息的标识符发 送至所述服务器, 从而在所述服务器判断用户身份属于所述移动通信组后, 根据所述标识 符确定要发送的与所述广告信息相关联的所述电子凭证。
