本发明实施例公开一种内容发送方法、装置和通信系统。本发明实施例提供的技术方案包括:内容决策功能实体,用于当用户请求获取内容时,获取用户请求的内容的相关信息,和/或用户的相关信息,确定内容的相关信息,和/或用户的相关信息是否满足本地内容获取策略;内容处理交付功能实体,用于如果内容决策功能实体确定内容的相关信息,和/或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略,获取用户请求的内容,将该内容发送给用户。

内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统。
背景技术
用户在进行业务, 如进行数据业务时, 用户可以从分组数据网络(具体 为分组数据网络的媒体服务器) 中获取请求的内容。 为了缩短用户进行数据 业务的延迟, 现有技术在核心网用户面网关和分组数据网络之间设置了緩存 节点, 通过该緩存节点存储用户从分组数据网络获取的内容。 当用户从分组 数据网络中获取到请求的内容时, 该緩存节点会将用户获取到的内容进行緩 存。 进一步的, 当用户再次请求获取内容时, 如果该请求的内容已经存储在 緩存节点中, 则用户从该緩存节点获取请求的内容, 而不用再到分组数据网 络中获取该请求的内容。
现有技术提供的緩存节点对用户从分组数据网络获取的所有内容均进行 存储, 无法对用户的数据业务进行管理和控制。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统, 有利于对用 户业务的管理和控制。 为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种通信系统, 包括:
内容决策功能实体, 用于当用户请求获取内容时, 获取所述用户请求的 内容的相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息, 确定所述内容的相关信息, 和 / 或所述用户的相关信息是否满足本地内容获取策略;
内容处理交付功能实体, 用于如果所述内容决策功能实体确定所述内容 的相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, 获取所述用 户请求的内容, 将该内容发送给所述用户。
一种内容发送方法, 包括: 当用户请求获取内容时, 获取所述用户请求 的内容的相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息; 如果所述内容的相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, 使所述用户从緩存实体获 取请求的内容。
一种网络设备, 包括:
第一获取模块, 当用户请求获取内容时, 获取所述用户请求的内容的相 关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息;
处理模块, 用于如果所述第一获取模块获取的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用 户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, 使所述用户从緩存实体获取请求的内 容。
本发明实施例提供的内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统, 可以根据本地内 容获取策略对用户的业务进行管理和控制, 当用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略时, 获取用户请求的内容, 并将 该内容发送给用户, 从而实现了对用户业务的管理和控制, 解决了现有技术 无法对用户业务进行管理和控制的问题。 附图说明

为了解决从緩存节点获取用户请求的内容时, 无法对用户业务进行管理 和控制的问题, 本发明实施例提供一种内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的通信系统, 包括:
内容决策功能 ( Content Decision Function, CDF ) 实体 101 , 用于当用户 请求获取内容时, 获取用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息, 确定所示内容的相关信息和 /或用户的相关信息是否满足本地内容获取策略。
在本实施例中, 内容的相关信息可以包括: 内容的类型, 如视频业务内 容或者音频业务内容等; 和 /或内容的统一资源定位符 (Universal Resource Locator, URL )等。 用户的相关信息可以包括: 用户的签约信息, 如是否被 监听, 是否按流量计费等; 和 /或用户的分组数据协议( Packet Data Protocol , PDP )上下文信息等, 如用户的位置信息或者用户标识等。
当然, 以上仅为举例, 在实际的使用过程中内容的相关信息和用户的相 关信息还可以包括其他信息, 此处不作赘述。
在本实施例中, CDF实体 101 可以从用户发送的业务请求中获取用户请 求的内容的相关信息; 可以从核心网用户面网关和 /或归属位置寄存器获取用 户的相关信息,其中,核心网用户面网关为服务 GPRS支持节点( Serving GPRS Supporting Node , SGSN ), 或者分组数据网关( Packet Data Network Gateway, P-GW )„ 当然, 在实际的使用过程中, CDF实体 101也可以通过其他方式, 从其他网络实体获取用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息, 此 处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
在本实施例中, 本地内容获取策略可以根据对用户业务的管理和控制需 求设置成多种类型。 例如: 可以根据用户的签约信息, 设置本地内容获取策 略为流量包月; 或者, 可以根据用户的位置信息, 设置本地内容获取策略为 某一特定的区域(如小区 1等); 或者, 可以根据内容的 URL, 设置本地内容 获取策略为视频媒体服务器的 URL; 或者, 可以根据内容的类型, 设置本地 内容获取策略为视频业务等。 在实际的使用过程中, 本地内容获取策略还可 以设置成其他形式, 此处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
内容处理交付功能 ( Content Processing and Delivery Function, CPDF ) 实 体 102, 用于如果 CDF实体 101确定内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息 满足本地内容获取策略, 获取用户请求的内容, 将该内容发送给用户。
在本实施例中, CPDF实体 102可以通过多种方法获取用户请求的内容。 例如: 当 CPDF实体 102预先存储有满足本地内容获取策略的内容时, 可以在 CPDF实体 102上设置本地内容获取策略与内容存储地址的映射关系 表, 例如: 如表 1所示, 如果 CDF实体 101确定内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户 的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, CPDF实体 102可以根据本地内容获取策 略与内容存储地址的映射关系表, 从本地获取用户请求的内容。
又如: 当 CPDF实体 102预先存储有满足本地内容获取策略的内容时, 可以在 CDF 实体 101 上设置本地内容获取策略与内容存储地址的映射关系 表, 例如: 如表 1所示, 如果 CDF实体 101确定内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户 的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, CDF实体 101将本地内容获取策略对应 的内容存储地址发送给 CPDF实体 102 , CPDF实体根据内容存储地址 , 从本 地获取用户请求的内容。

再如: 当 CPDF实体 102未存储满足本地内容获取策略的内容时, CPDF 实体 102根据用户的业务请求, 从 PDN的媒体服务器获取对应的内容, 将该 内容发送给用户, 可选地, CPDF实体 102将所述内容进行緩存或者存储。
可选地, 在本实施例中, CPDF实体 102将内容发送给用户时可以对内容 进行媒体处理, 至少包括下述任意一个如媒体适配、 流化以及数据压缩等。
进一步地, 如果 CDF实体 101确定内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信 息不满足本地内容获取策略, 用户从 PDN的媒体服务器获取请求的内容。
需要说明的是, 本地内容获取策略可以是预先存储的, 也可以是实时设 置的。 在本实施例中, 可以根据内容的相关信息实时设置本地内容获取策略。
具体地, CDF实体 101还可以用于根据内容的相关信息对内容的类型和 / 或热度进行分析, 根据分析结果设置本地内容获取策略。 例如: CDF实体 101 可以根据对内容的热度的分析结果,将本地内容获取策略设置为热度大于 100 的内容的相关信息, 如内容的 URL等。
进一步地, CPDF实体 102还可以用于根据 CDF实体 101设置的本地内 容获取策略对从 PDN获取的内容进行存储。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的通信系统中, CDF实体 101和 CPDF 实体 102可以分别独立部署, 也可以集成为一个设备进行部署。
进一步地, 本发明实施例提供的通信系统中, CDF实体 101和 CPDF实 体 102可以设置在核心网用户面网关和 PDN之间, 其中, 核心网用户面网关 包括 GGSN和 P-GW, 例如: 如图 2所示, 在 3G网络中, CDF实体 101和 CPDF实体 102分别独立部署在 GGSN和 PDN之间, 又如: 如图 3所示, 在 LTE网络中, CDF实体 101和 CPDF实体 102分别独立部署在 P-GW和 PDN 之间; 或者, CDF实体 101和 /或 CPDF实体 102可以设置在核心网用户面网 关上; 或者, 在 Gi Offload模式下, CDF实体 101和 CPDF实体 102可以设 置在移动边缘接入网关 (Mobile Edge Access Gateway, MEAG )和移动性管 理实体之间, 其中, 移动性管理实体包括服务 GPRS支持节点(Serving GPRS Supporting Node, SGSN )和 MME, 例如: 如图 4所示, 在 3G网络中, CDF 实体 101和 CPDF实体 102分别独立部署在 MEAG和 SGSN之间;或者, CDF 实体 101和 /或 CPDF实体 102可以设置在 MEAG上。 在本发明的另外一个实施例中, 网络中存在策略和计费控制 (Policy & Charging Control, PCC )/资源接纳控制子系统 ( Resource and Admission Control Subsystem, RACS ) 这样的资源接纳控制的系统时, CDF 也可以设置在该 PCC/RACS中, 比如设置在 PCC的策略与计费规则功能 (Policy and Charging Rules Function, PCRF)实体上, 或者 RACS的策略决策功能 ( Policy Decision
Function, PDF ) 实体上。
在本实施例中, 本发明实施例提供的通信系统的部署位置根据对用户业 务的管理需要设置, 例如: 当用户业务需要被监听时, 将本发明实施例提供 的通信系统部署在核心网用户面网关和 PDN之间, 或者部署在核心网用户面 网关上; 否则, 可以将本发明实施例提供的通信系统部署在 MEAG和移动性 管理实体之间, 或者部署在 MEAG上。 以上所述的本发明实施例提供的通信系统的部署方法仅为举例, 实际并 不仅限于此, 例如: 还可以如图 5所示, 在 3G网络中, 将本实施例提供的通 信系统既部署在 MEAG与 SGSN之间, 又部署在 GGSN与 PDN之间。 此处 不对每种情况进行一一赘述。
本发明实施例提供的通信系统, 设置了本地内容获取策略, 使得 CPDF 实体可以根据本地内容获取策略对内容进行智能存储, 并且, 在 CDF实体确 定用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略 时, 对内容进行智能分发, 从而达到了对用户业务进行管理和控制的目的; 进一步地, 由于 CPDF实体可以根据本地内容获取策略对内容进行智能存储, 使得 CPDF实体对存储的内容进行维护更方便, 减小了 CPDF实体的维护成 本, 解决了现有技术緩存节点对所有从 PDN获取的内容均进行存储, 造成緩 存节点维护成本较高的问题。
本发明另一实施例还提供一种通信系统, 该通信系统与如图 1 所示的通 信系统的区别在于, 如图 6所示, 本实施例提供的通信系统还可以包括: 内容检测功能( Content Inspection Function, CIF ) 实体 103 , 用于获取用 户发送的业务请求, 对该业务请求进行解析, 获取用户请求的内容的相关信 息, 将内容的相关信息发送给 CDF实体 102。
可选地, CIF实体 103 , 还可以用于根据内容的相关信息对内容的类型和 /或热度进行分析, 获取内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果;
CDF实体 101 , 还可以用于根据 CIF实体 103获取的内容的类型和 /或热 度的分析结果, 设置本地内容获取策略。
进一步地, CPDF实体 102, 还可以用于根据 CDF实体 102设置的本地 内容获取策略对从 PDN获取的内容进行存储。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例提供的通信系统中, CDF实体 101、 CPDF 实体 102以及 CIF实体 103可以分别独立部署; 也可以将其中任意两个以上 实体进行集成部署, 例如: 可以将 CIF实体 103和 CDF实体 101集成部署, 将 CPDF实体 102独立部署; 或者, 将 CIF实体 103独立部署, 将 CDF实体 101和 CPDF实体 102集成部署; 或者, 将 CDF实体 101、 CPDF实体 102和 CIF实体 103集成部署等, 此处不对每种情况进行一一赘述。
进一步地, 本发明实施例提供的通信系统中, CDF实体 101、 CPDF实体 102和 CIF实体 103可以设置在核心网用户面网关和 PDN之间, 例如: 如图 7所示, 在 3G网络中, CDF实体 101、 CPDF实体 102和 CIF实体 103分别 独立部署在 GGSN和 PDN之间, 又如: 如图 8所示, 在 LTE网络中, CDF 实体 101、 CPDF实体 102和 CIF实体 103分别独立部署在 P-GW和 PDN之 间; 或者, CIF实体 103、 CDF实体 101和 CPDF实体 102中的任意一个或者 两个以上的组合可以设置在核心网用户面网关上;或者,在 Gi Offload模式下, CDF实体 101、 CPDF实体 102和 CIF实体 103可以设置在 MEAG和移动性 管理实体之间, 例如: 如图 9所示, 在 3G网络中, CDF实体 101、 CPDF实 体 102和 CIF实体 103分别独立部署在 MEAG和 SGSN之间; 或者, CIF实 体 103、 CDF实体 101和 CPDF实体 102中的任意一个或者两个以上的组合 可以设置在 MEAG上。
在本实施例中, 本发明实施例提供的通信系统的部署位置根据对用户业 务的管理需要设置, 例如: 当用户业务需要被监听时, 将本发明实施例提供 的通信系统部署在核心网用户面网关和 PDN之间, 或者部署在核心网用户面 网关上; 否则, 可以将本发明实施例提供的通信系统部署在 MEAG和移动性 管理实体之间, 或者部署在 MEAG上。
以上所述的本发明实施例提供的通信系统的部署方法仅为举例, 实际并 不仅限于此, 例如: 还可以如图 10所示, 在 3G网络中, 将本实施例提供的 通信系统既部署在 MEAG与 SGSN之间, 又部署在 GGSN与 PDN之间。 此 处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
本发明实施例提供的通信系统, 设置了本地内容获取策略, 使得 CPDF 实体可以根据本地内容获取策略对内容进行智能存储, 并且, 在 CDF实体确 定用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略 时, 对内容进行智能分发, 从而达到了对用户业务进行管理和控制的目的; 进一步地, 由于 CPDF实体可以根据本地内容获取策略对内容进行智能存储, 使得 CPDF实体对存储的内容进行维护更方便, 减小了 CPDF实体的维护成 本, 解决了现有技术緩存节点对所有从 PDN获取的内容均进行存储, 造成緩 存节点维护成本较高的问题。
如图 11所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种内容发送方法, 包括:
步骤 1101 , 当用户请求获取内容时, 获取用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息。
在本实施例中, 内容的相关信息可以包括: 内容的类型, 如视频业务内 容或者音频业务内容等; 内容的 URL等。 用户的相关信息可以包括: 用户的 签约信息, 如是否被监听, 是否按流量计费等; 用户的 PDP上下文信息等, 如用户的位置信息或者用户标识等。
在本实施例中, 步骤 1101可以接收用户发送的业务请求, 对所述业务请 求进行解析, 获取用户请求的内容的相关信息; 步骤 1101也可以从其他网络 实体(如 CIF )直接获取用户请求的内容的相关信息。 步骤 1101可以从核心 网用户面网关或者归属位置寄存器获取用户的相关信息。 当然, 在实际的使 用过程中, 步骤 1101也可以通过其他方式, 从其他网络实体获取用户请求的 内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息, 此处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
步骤 1102, 如果步骤 1101获取的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信 息满足本地内容获取策略, 使用户从緩存实体获取请求的内容。 其中, 緩存 中, 緩存实体可以为 CPDF。
在本实施例中, 本地内容获取策略可以根据对用户业务的管理和控制需 求设置成多种类型。 例如: 可以根据用户的签约信息, 设置本地内容获取策 略为流量包月; 或者, 可以根据用户的位置信息, 设置本地内容获取策略为 某一特定的区域(如小区 1等); 或者, 可以根据内容的 URL, 设置本地内容 获取策略为视频媒体服务器的 URL; 或者, 可以根据内容的类型, 设置本地 内容获取策略为视频业务等。 在实际的使用过程中, 本地内容获取策略还可 以设置成其他形式, 此处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
在本实施例中, 步骤 1102可以通过两种方法使用户从緩存实体获取请求 的内容:
一种方法是, 步骤 1102向用户 (具体为 UE )发送重定向消息, 使得 UE 根据该重定向消息向緩存实体发送业务请求, 从緩存实体获取请求的内容; 另一种方法是, 步骤 1102将接收到的用户的业务请求转发给緩存实体, 使得緩存实体根据该业务请求, 获取用户请求的内容, 将该内容发送给用户。
当然, 以上两种方法仅为举例, 在实际的使用过程中步骤 1102还可以通 过其他方法使用户从緩存实体获取请求的内容, 此处不对每种情况进行—— 赘述。
可选地, 本发明实施例提供的内容发送方法, 还可以包括: 根据内容的 相关信息对内容的类型和 /或热度进行分析, 获取所述内容的类型和 /或热度的 分析结果; 根据内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果设置本地内容获取策略。 进
供的通信系统所述, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的内容发送方法, 可以根据本地内容获取策略对从
PDN获取的内容进行智能存储, 并且, 在确定用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略时, 对内容进行智能分发, 从而 达到了对用户业务进行管理和控制的目的。
如图 12所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种网络设备, 包括:
第一获取模块 1201 , 当用户请求获取内容时, 获取用户请求的内容的相 关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息; 在本实施例中, 内容的相关信息可以包括: 内容的类型, 如视频业务内 容或者音频业务内容等; 内容的 URL等。 用户的相关信息可以包括: 用户的 签约信息, 如是否被监听, 是否按流量计费等; 用户的 PDP上下文信息等, 如用户的位置信息或者用户标识等。

进一步地, 如图 13所示, 发送模块 1202可以包括:
第一发送子模块 12021 , 用于向用户发送重定向消息, 使得用户根据重定 向消息向緩存实体发送业务请求, 从緩存实体获取请求的内容; 或者,
第二发送子模块 12022, 用于向緩存实体转发用户发送的业务请求, 使得 緩存实体根据业务请求, 获取用户请求的内容, 将内容发送给所述用户。
进一步地, 如图 14所示, 本发明实施例提供的网络设备, 还可以包括: 第二获取模块 1203 ,用于根据第一获取模块 1201获取的内容的相关信息, 对内容的类型和 /或热度进行分析, 获取内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果; 设置模块 1204, 用于根据第二获取模块 1203获取的内容的类型和 /或热 度的分析结果设置本地内容获取策略。
需要说明的是, 在实际的使用过程中, 以上如图 12-图 14所示的本发明 实施例提供的网络设备划分的多个模块, 也可以通过一个与所述多个模块具 有类似功能的模块或者功能模块实现, 此处不作赘述。
本发明实施例提供的网络设备的具体实现方法可以参见本发明实施例提 供的通信系统和内容发送方法所述, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的网络设备, 在确定用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 / 或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略时, 使用户从緩存实体获取请求的 内容, 从而达到了对用户业务进行管理和控制的目的。
为了使本领域技术人员能够更清楚地理解本发明实施例提供的技术方 案, 下面以将本发明实施例提供的内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统应用在 3G 网络中为例进行说明。
如图 15所示, 在本发明一个实施例中应用本发明实施例提供的内容发送 方法、 装置和通信系统进行业务的步骤可以包括:
步骤 1501 , 当用户需要进行业务时, 用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE ) 与 SGSN和 GGSN建立 PDP上下文。
步骤 1502, UE通过 CIF向 PDN中的媒体服务器发送业务请求。
其中, 可以将该 CIF放置在 UE到 PDN中的媒体服务器必经的路上, 如 将 CIF放在 PDN-GW的后面, 在 PDN-GW上进行路由设置时, 将 PDN-GW 的下一跳地址设置为 CIF地址。
步骤 1503 , CIF将业务请求转发给 CDF。
在本实施例中, CIF可以直接将业务请求转发给 CDF; 也可以对业务请 求进行解析, 获取用户请求的内容的相关信息, 将该内容的相关信息和业务 请求转发给 CDF; 还可以对业务请求进行修改, 将源地址修改为 CIF的地址, 在业务请求中携带 UE的 IP地址和端口号等信息, 将修改后的业务请求发送 给 CDF。
其中, 如果 CDF和 CIF独立设置, 则可以在 CIF上配置 CDF和 CIF的 对应关系, CIF根据该对应关系查找到 CDF的地址等信息。 步骤 1504, CDF根据业务请求获取用户请求的内容的相关信息, 确定内 容的相关信息是否满足本地内容获取策略。
在本实施例中, 如果步骤 1503中 CIF转发的业务请求时发送了内容的相 关信息, CDF可以直接获取内容的相关信息; 否则, CDF对业务请求进行解 析, 获取内容的相关信息。 其中, 内容的相关信息可以包括: 内容的类型以 及内容的 URL等。
步骤 1505 , 如果在步骤 1504中 CDF确定内容的相关信息满足本地内容 获取策略, CDF向 UE发送重定向消息,该重定向消息指示 UE从 CPDF获取 内容。
其中, 如果 CDF和 CPDF独立设置, 可以在 CDF上配置 CDF和 CPDF 的对应关系, CDF根据该对应关系查找到 CPFD的地址等信息。
该重定向消息中还可以包括 CPDF的地址等信息。
步骤 1506, UE根据重定向消息, 从 CPDF获取内容。
需要说明的是, 在本实施例中, 如果 CPDF 没有存储用户请求的内容, 则 CPDF先从 PDN中的媒体服务器获取用户请求的内容, 并发送给 UE。 可 选地, CPDF可以将该内容进行緩存或存储。
步骤 1507 , 如果在步骤 1504中 CDF确定内容的相关信息不满足本地内 容获取策略, CDF将业务请求转发给 PDN中的媒体服务器。
步骤 1508, 媒体服务器向 UE发送用户请求的内容。
可选地, 如果本地内容获取策略是根据用户的相关信息设置的, 本实施 例还可以包括:
步骤 1509, CDF从 GGSN获取用户的相关信息。
步骤 1509可以在步骤 1501之后, 步骤 1504之前的任意时间进行, 本实 施例以步骤 1509在步骤 1501之后,步骤 1502之前完成为例进行说明。此时, 步骤 1504还可以根据用户的相关信息确定是否满足本地内容获取策略。
本实施例不对 CIF、 CDF和 CPDF的部署形式以及位置进行限定。 CIF、 CDF和 CPDF可以分别独立部署, 也可以; 也可以将其中任意两个以上实体 进行集成部署。 CIF、 CDF和 CPDF可以部署在 GGSN和 PDN之间, CIF、 CDF和 CPDF中的任意一个或多个也可以部署在 GGSN上。 进一步地, 在 Gi Offload模式下, CIF、 CDF和 CPDF可以部署在 MEAG和 SGSN之间, CIF、 CDF和 CPDF中的任意一个或多个也可以部署在 MEAG上。
本发明实施例提供的内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统, 在确定用户请求 的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略时, 对内容 进行智能分发, 从而达到了对用户业务进行管理和控制的目的。
如图 16所示, 在本发明另一个实施例中应用本发明实施例提供的内容发 送方法、 装置和通信系统进行业务的步骤可以包括:
步骤 1601-1604与如图 15所示的步骤 1501-1504相同, 此处不再赘述。 步骤 1605 , 如果在步骤 1604中 CDF确定内容的相关信息满足本地内容 获取策略, CDF将业务请求转发给 CPDF。
步骤 1606, CPDF根据业务请求, 向 UE发送用户请求的内容。
需要说明的是, 在本实施例中, 如果 CPDF 没有存储用户请求的内容, 则 CPDF先从 PDN中的媒体服务器获取用户请求的内容, 并发送给 UE。 可 选地, CPDF可以将该内容进行緩存或存储。
步骤 1607 , 如果在步骤 1604中 CDF确定内容的相关信息不满足本地内 容获取策略, CDF将业务请求转发给 PDN中的媒体服务器。
步骤 1608, 媒体服务器向 UE发送用户请求的内容。
可选地, 如果本地内容获取策略是根据用户的相关信息设置的, 本实施 例还可以包括:
步骤 1609 , CDF从 GGSN获取用户的相关信息。
步骤 1609可以在步骤 1601之后, 步骤 1604之前的任意时间进行, 本实 施例以步骤 1609在步骤 1601之后,步骤 1602之前完成为例进行说明。此时, 步骤 1604还可以根据用户的相关信息确定是否满足本地内容获取策略。 本实施例不对 CIF、 CDF和 CPDF的部署形式以及位置进行限定。 CIF、 CDF和 CPDF可以分别独立部署, 也可以; 也可以将其中任意两个以上实体 进行集成部署。 CIF、 CDF和 CPDF可以部署在 GGSN和 PDN之间, CIF、 CDF和 CPDF中的任意一个或多个也可以部署在 GGSN上。 进一步地, 在 Gi Offload模式下, CIF、 CDF和 CPDF可以部署在 MEAG和 SGSN之间, CIF、 CDF和 CPDF中的任意一个或多个也可以部署在 MEAG上。
本发明实施例提供的内容发送方法、 装置和通信系统, 在确定用户请求 的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略时, 对内容 进行智能分发, 从而达到了对用户业务进行管理和控制的目的。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以直接用硬件、 处理器执行的软件模块, 或者二者的结合来实施。 软件模块可以置于随机存 储器(RAM )、 内存、 只读存储器 (ROM )、 电可编程 ROM、 电可擦除可编 程 ROM、 寄存器、 硬盘、 可移动磁盘、 CD-ROM、 或技术领域内所公知的任 意其它形式的存储介质中。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
内容决策功能实体, 用于当用户请求获取内容时, 获取所述用户请求的内 容的相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息, 确定所述内容的相关信息, 和 /或所 述用户的相关信息是否满足本地内容获取策略;
内容处理交付功能实体, 用于如果所述内容决策功能实体确定所述内容的 相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, 获取所述用户请 求的内容, 将该内容发送给所述用户。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述内容决策功能实体, 还用于根据所述内容的相关信息对所述内容的类 型和 /或热度进行分析, 根据分析结果设置本地内容获取策略。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所内容决策功能实体和内容处理交付功能实体设置在核心网用户面网关和 分组数据网络之间; 或者,
所述内容决策功能实体, 和 /或所述内容处理交付功能实体设置在核心网用 户面网关上; 或者,
所述内容决策功能实体和内容处理交付功能实体设置在移动边缘接入网关 和移动性管理实体之间; 或者,
所述内容决策功能实体, 和 /或所述内容处理交付功能实体设置在移动边缘 接入网关上; 或者
所述内容决策功能实体设置在策略与计费规则功能实体上或策略决策功能 实体上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括:
内容检测功能实体, 用于获取所述用户发送的业务请求, 对该业务请求进 行解析, 获取所述用户请求的内容的相关信息, 将所述内容的相关信息发送给 所述内容决策功能实体。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述内容检测功能实体, 还用于根据所述内容的相关信息对所述内容的类 型和 /或热度进行分析, 获取所述内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果;
所述内容决策功能实体, 还用于根据所述内容检测功能实体获取的内容的 类型和 /或热度的分析结果, 设置本地内容获取策略。
6、根据权利要求 2或 5所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述内容交付功能实体, 还用于根据所述内容决策功能实体设置的本地内容获取策略对从分组数据网络 获取的内容进行存储。
7、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述内容检测功能实体、 内容决策功能实体和内容处理交付功能实体设置 在核心网用户面网关和分组数据网络之间; 或者,
所述内容检测功能实体、 内容决策功能实体和内容处理交付功能实体中的 任意一个或者两个以上的组合设置在核心网用户面网关上; 或者,
所述内容检测功能实体、 内容决策功能实体和内容处理交付功能实体设置 在移动边缘接入网关和移动性管理实体之间; 或者,
所述内容检测功能实体、 内容决策功能实体和内容处理交付功能实体中的 任意一个或者两个以上的组合设置在移动边缘接入网关上。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述内容决策功能实体用于 从核心网用户面网关和 /或归属位置寄存器获取所述用户的相关信息。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于,
如果所述内容交付处理功能实体预先存储有满足所述本地内容获取策略的 内容, 所述内容交付处理功能实体从本地获取所述用户请求的内容;
如果所述内容交付处理功能实体未存储满足所述本地内容获取策略的内 容, 所述内容交付处理功能实体从分组数据网络获取所述用户请求的内容。
10、 一种内容发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当用户请求获取内容时, 获取所述用户请求的内容的相关信息, 和 /或所述 用户的相关信息;
如果所述内容的相关信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息满足本地内容获取策 略, 使所述用户从緩存实体获取请求的内容。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述用户请求的 内容的相关信息, 包括:
接收所述用户发送的业务请求, 对所述业务请求进行解析, 获取所述用户 请求的内容的相关信息。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述用户的相关 信息具体为: 从核心网用户面网关或者归属位置寄存器获取所述用户的相关信 息。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述使所述用户从緩存实 体获取请求的内容, 包括:
向所述用户发送重定向消息, 使得所述用户根据所述重定向消息向所述緩 存实体发送业务请求, 从所述緩存实体获取请求的内容; 或者,
向所述緩存实体转发所述用户发送的业务请求, 使得所述緩存实体根据所 述业务请求, 获取用户请求的内容, 将所述内容发送给所述用户。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
根据所述内容的相关信息对所述内容的类型和 /或热度进行分析, 获取所述 内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果;
根据所述内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果设置本地内容获取策略。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 行存储。
16、 根据权利要求 10-15中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述内容的相关信息包括: 内容的类型和 /或内容的统一资源定位符; 或者, 所述用户的相关信息包括: 用户的签约信息和 /或用户的分组数据协议上下 文信息。
17、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取模块, 当用户请求获取内容时, 获取所述用户请求的内容的相关 信息, 和 /或所述用户的相关信息;
处理模块, 用于如果所述第一获取模块获取的内容的相关信息, 和 /或用户 的相关信息满足本地内容获取策略, 使所述用户从緩存实体获取请求的内容。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块包括: 第一发送子模块, 用于向所述用户发送重定向消息, 使得所述用户根据所 述重定向消息向所述緩存实体发送业务请求, 从所述緩存实体获取请求的内容; 或者,
第二发送子模块, 用于向所述緩存实体转发所述用户发送的业务请求, 使 得所述緩存实体根据所述业务请求, 获取用户请求的内容, 将所述内容发送给 所述用户。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二获取模块, 用于根据所述第一获取模块获取的内容的相关信息, 对所 述内容的类型和 /或热度进行分析, 获取所述内容的类型和 /或热度的分析结果; 设置模块, 用于根据所述第二获取模块获取的内容的类型和 /或热度的分析 结果设置本地内容获取策略。
