可以实时更新景点介绍信息,并可实现景点管理中心与游客之间的互动; 另外, 管理中心还可以通过查询数据库实时掌握游客的分布情况, 并可 根据游客分布情况, 了解游客对不同景点的喜好和关注情况, 并相应釆取一 些管理措施, 如在受关注的景点多设置一些休息点, 增加不太受关注景点的 宣传和建设; 在游客过于集中的情况下, 可以及时发布导游信息, 避免游客 过于集中, 等等。 附图概述

如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的景点导游系统主要包括以下模块:
RFID标签, 即 RFID芯片, 安装在移动终端中, 用于接收 RFID阅读器 发出的无线广播信号, 并发出无线应答信号, 该无线应答信号中携带 RFID
标签自身 ID。
RFID 阅读器(以下也简称为阅读器) , 每个阅读器有唯一的 ID, 固定 安装在每个景点, 各 RFID 阅读器与管理中心通过有线或无线设备相连接。 在读取到 RFID标签的无线应答信号后,将 RFID标签 ID及自身 ID上报给管 理中心, 例如, 可通过发送上报请求的方式上报给管理中心。
RFID校准器,用于对移动终端中的 RFID标签提前做校准,为每个 RFID 标签设置唯一的标签 ID, 以及配置射频校准参数等。
管理中心, 用于保存 RFID标签中的 ID与终端号码的对应关系, 以及 RFID阅读器的 ID和景点介绍信息的对应关系等, 并在收到阅读器上报的请 求消息后, 通过移动通信网络(如图中的无线网络接入点) 向移动终端发送 相应的景点介绍信息。 管理中心进一步还包括操作终端设备, 用于将数据录 入数据库中。
移动终端设备, 如手机等, 用于安装 RFID芯片。
其中, RFID芯片由景点为游客准备, 游客到达景点后安装到手机中。 游 客进入景点时, 需要完成两件工作: 1、 对 RFID芯片进行校准; 2、 将 RFID 芯片 ID和手机号码的对应关系, 设置到数据库中。
在各个景点安装好 RFID阅读器, RFID阅读器不断发出无线广播信号。 当游客移动进入景点后,手持的 RFID标签接收到某个 RFID阅读器发出的无 线广播信号, 就发出无线应答信号, 将 RFID标签 ID通过应答信号发送给阅 读器。该景点的 RFID阅读器接收到 RFID标签发出的应答信号后,将标签 ID 和阅读器 ID上传给管理中心。 管理中心收到上报信息后, 将该景点的介绍信 息以短 (彩)信方式发送给游客所持移动终端。
此外, 管理中心还可根据上报信息知道游客大致分布情况, 在旅游旺季 可以及时疏导游客, 避免游客过于集中到个别景点。
上述方案中移动终端涉及两种无线通信方式:
方式一, 移动终端与移动通信网络接入基站之间的通信, 釆用 2G/3G移 动通信网络标准;
方式二, 移动终端中的 RFID标签与 RFID阅读器之间的无线通信, 釆用
RFID技术标准。
上述方案中 RFID标签和 RFID阅读器之间的工作距离为 0 - 80米,工作 频率为 2.4GHz。
本发明提供的景点导游系统的实现, 在实施前的部署和准备, 主要涉及 如下内容:
1 )设置各个景点的阅读器 ID, 各个景点的阅读器 ID保持唯一; 例如, 可通过拨码开关来设置每个阅读器 ID。
在一个景点较大的情况下, 可以考虑在一个景点设置多个阅读器, 分别 设置到不同的入口点。
在相邻景点间设置 RFID 阅读器时, 阅读器应保持一定距离, 并调整阅 读器的信号发射距离, 避免相互干扰。
2 )在管理中心后台数据库表中保存以下数据库表,如图 2中所示,并可 通过管理中心对各数据库表实时进行更新:
景点信息表( ViewPoint_Table ) : 用于保存各景点 ID ( ViewPointJD ) 及该景点介绍信息 ( ViewPoint— Desc ) 的对应关系, 表中的每一条纪录对应 一个景点的信息;
阅读器表( Reader— ViewPoint— Table ):用于保存各阅读器 ID ( Reader— ID ) 和所在景点 ID ( ViewPoint— ID )的对应关系, 允许有多个阅读器 ID对应到一 个景点 ID, 对于同一个景点 ID的多个阅读器 ID, 景点信息是相同的。
3 ) 游客进入景区时进行 RFID校准, 即 RFID标签从校准器获取射频配 置参数 (如发射功率, 频率等 )和标签 ID并保存; 校准器将标签 ID和用户 手机号码完成配对后, 传送给管理中心, 管理中心将在后台数据库表中保存 一个标签表( Label— Table )中, 该 Label— talbe用于保存标签 ID、 移动终端号 码( MobilePhone )及当前景点 ID ( Cur_ Viewpoint ID )的对应关系, 并更新 Label— talbe中的当前景点 ID为景区入口 ID;
4 )针对每个标签 ID 建立一个已访问过景点的数据库表已访问景点表 ( LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table ) , 其中 LabelXXX为某个标签 ID, 若已经建
立, 则清空记录, 再将景区入口 ID记录到该已访问景点表中。
其中, LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table是在保存 Label— Table的同时建立, 例 如, 在景点入口处完成 RFID标签的校准后, 在将标签 ID和手机号码更新到 Label— Table中的同时,建立 LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table表,并将景区入口 ID 记录到表中。
以下将对本发明提供的景点导游系统的工作过程作进一步介绍。
1、 安放在各个景点的 RFID阅读器不断的发出无线广播信号;
当游客移动到某个景点, 所持手机中 RFID标签接收到某个阅读器发出 的无线广播信号, 对阅读器发出无线应答信号, 将标签 ID传送给 RFID阅读 器。 RFID阅读器收到无线应答信号, 解析出标签上报的 ID, 将阅读器 ID和 RFID标签 ID发送给管理中心。
2、 管理中心解析出阅读器上 ^艮请求中的阅读器 ID和标签 ID,根据阅读 器 ID从数据库表 Reader_ViewPoint_Table中获取景点 ID信息 (New_ID), 根 据标签 ID从数据库表 Label— talbe中获取当前景点 ID(Cur— ID)和手机号码,如 果获取的两个景点 ID—致,说明游客没有离开景点, 可能是从一个阅读器的 信号范围到另一个阅读器的信号范围,因此不需要再次向用户发送景点信息。 如果获取的两个景点 ID不一致,说明游客已经从进入一个新景点, 则更新上 才艮的景点 ID(New— ID)更新为当前景点 ID。再查询 LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table 表中是否有景点 ID ( New— ID ) , 如果有, 说明用户已经到过该景点, 则不 做处理返回; 如果没有 , 将 New— ID记录到 LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table表, 并根据 New— ID查询 ViewPoint— Table , 从中获取景点介绍信息, 发送到游客 手机。 除景点介绍信息以外, 管理中心还可向游客发送其他各种通知消息。
3、 游客手机通过阅读管理中心发送的信息, 可以了解到景点的情况以及 管理中心发出的各种通知。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描 述。
图 3示出了本发明实施例的 RFID阅读器的处理流程, 如图 3所示, 该 流程具体描述如下:
步骤 301 , RFID阅读器检测由 RFID标签发出的射频信号;
步骤 302, 判断有无射频信号, 如果有, 则执行步骤 303 , 否则, 返回步 骤 301 , 继续进行检测;
步骤 303 , 通过解析射频信号, 获取 RFID标签的 ID;
步骤 304, 将解析出的标签 ID及本 RFID阅读器的 ID上报到管理中心。
图 4示出了本发明实施例的管理中心的处理流程, 如图 4所示, 该流程 具体描述如下:
步骤 401 , 管理中心启动后, 等待有处理请求, 则执行下一步 402;
步骤 402, 判断是否获取到数据, 如果获取到数据, 则执行步骤 403 , 否 则, 返回步骤 401 ;
步骤 403 , 对获取到的数据按照处理请求进行分类, 如果是校准请求, 则执行步骤 404, 如果是阅读器请求, 则执行步骤 405, 如果是景点信息录入 请求, 则执行步骤 406;
步骤 404, 如果是校准请求, 则将标签 ID和手机号码保存到数据库后, 转到步骤 413;
步骤 405, 如果是阅读器请求, 则解析标签 ID和阅读器 ID, 并执行步骤 407;
步骤 406, 如果是景点信息录入请求, 则将阅读器 ID和对应的景点介绍 信息保存到数据库后, 转到步骤 413;
步骤 407, 根据标签 ID, 从数据库获取对应的手机号码和当前所在的景 点 ID ( ID1 ) ;
步骤 408, 根据阅读器 ID, 从数据库获取景点 ID ( ID2 ) ;
步骤 409, 判断获取的上述两个景点 ID是否一致, 即 ID1和 ID2是否相 等, 如果不相等, 则执行步骤 410, 否则, 执行步骤 413;
步骤 410, 查询 ID2在 LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table表中是否存在, 如果 已经存在, 说明用户已经到过该景点, 则转到步骤 313 , 如果不存在, 则执 行步骤 411 ;
步骤 411 , 将 ID2保存在 LabelXXX— Viewpoint— Table表中, 继续执行下 一步 412;
步骤 412, 根据 New— ID查询 ViewPoint— Table表, 从中获取景点介绍信 息, 发送给游客手机; 并更新 Label— Table表中标签 ID对应的当前景点 ID, 继续执行下一步 413;
其中, 该步骤 412与步骤 410并无一定的先后顺序。
步骤 413 , 结束本次处理。
以上描述了管理中心针对一个处理请求的完整的处理流程, 之后, 将返 回步骤 401等待接收下一个处理请求, 并按照与本处理请求相同的方式继续 对下一处理请求进行处理。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通 过程序来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可 以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可 以釆用硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限 制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
本发明通过运用 RFID技术设计一种手持的景点导游系统, 适时为游客 提供景点介绍信息, 使游客能够很方便地观看景点介绍信息; 可以实时更新 景点介绍信息, 并可实现景点管理中心与游客之间的互动; 另外, 管理中心
还可以通过查询数据库实时掌握游客的分布情况, 并可根据游客分布情况, 了解游客对不同景点的喜好和关注情况, 并相应釆取一些管理措施, 如在受 关注的景点多设置一些休息点, 增加不太受关注景点的宣传和建设; 在游客 过于集中的情况下, 可以及时发布导游信息, 避免游客过于集中, 等等。
Claims
1、 一种景点导游系统, 所述系统包括: 射频识别(RFID )芯片、 RFID 阅读器和管理中心, 所述 RFID芯片安装在移动终端中, 所述 RFID阅读器设 在景区的各个景点,所述 RFID芯片和所述 RFID阅读器均配置有唯一的身份 标识(ID ) ;
所述 RFID芯片设置为: 到达景点后,接收设在该景点的 RFID阅读器发 出的无线广播信号, 并发出无线应答信号, 该无线应答信号中携带本 RFID 芯片 ID;
所述 RFID阅读器设置为:读取到所述 RFID芯片发出的无线应答信号后, 将所述 RFID芯片 ID及本阅读器 ID上报给所述管理中心;
所述管理中心设置为: 分别保存 RFID阅读器 ID与景点介绍信息的对应 关系, 以及 RFID芯片与移动终端的对应关系; 在收到上>¾的所述 RFID芯片 ID及阅读器 ID后, 通过移动通信网络将所述阅读器 ID对应的景点介绍信息 发送到所述 RFID芯片 ID对应的移动终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中,
所述管理中心还设置为:
分别保存并维护景点信息表和阅读器表, 其中所述景点信息表中保存各 景点 ID与该景点介绍信息的对应关系, 所述阅读器表中保存各 RFID阅读器 ID与所在景点 ID的对应关系;
在收到上>¾的所述 RFID芯片 ID和所述 RFID阅读器 ID时,通过查询所 述阅读器表获取所述 RFID阅读器 ID对应的景点 ID ,再通过查询所述景点信 息表获取该景点 ID所对应的景点介绍信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其中,
所述管理中心还设置为:
保存并维护标签表, 所述标签表中保存 RFID芯片 ID、 移动终端号码及 当前景点 ID的对应关系; 并针对每一 RFID芯片保存并维护已访问景点表, 所述已访问景点表中保存该 RFID芯片已访问的景点 ID; 在收到上报的所述 RFID芯片 ID和所述 RFID阅读器 ID时,通过查询所 述标签表获取所述 RFID芯片 ID对应的当前景点 ID, 如果获取的所述 RFID 阅读器 ID对应的景点 ID和所述 RFID芯片 ID对应的当前景点 ID不一致, 则更新所述标签表中的当前景点 ID为所述 RFID阅读器 ID对应的景点 ID, 同时, 查询所述已访问景点表中是否有该更新后的景点 ID, 如果没有, 则通 过查询所述景点表, 将该更新后的景点 ID对应的景点介绍信息发送给所述 RFID芯片对应的移动终端, 之后, 将该更新后的景点 ID记录到所述已访问 景点表中。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中,
所述系统还包括 RFID校准器, 其设置为: 对所述 RFID芯片进行校准, 为每个 RFID芯片配置唯一的 ID, 以及配置射频校准参数。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的系统, 其中,
所述 RFID 阅读器通过有线或无线设备与所述管理中心相连接, 所述 RFID阅读器是设置为: 读取到所述 RFID芯片发出的无线应答信号后, 通过 向所述管理中心发送上 4艮请求, 将所述 RFID芯片 ID及本阅读器 ID上 4艮给 所述管理中心。
6、 一种景点导游实现方法, 所述方法包括:
安装有射频识别 (RFID )芯片的移动终端到达景点后, 接收设在该景点 的 RFID 阅读器发出的无线广播信号, 并发出无线应答信号, 该无线应答信 号中携带本 RFID芯片身份标识(ID ) ;
所述 RFID阅读器读取到所述 RFID芯片发出的无线应答信号后,将所述 RFID芯片 ID及本阅读器 ID上才艮给管理中心; 以及
所述管理中心收到上 4艮的所述 RFID芯片 ID及阅读器 ID后, 根据保存 的 RFID阅读器 ID与景点介绍信息的对应关系, 以及 RFID芯片与移动终端 的对应关系,通过移动通信网络将所述阅读器 ID对应的景点介绍信息发送到 所述 RFID芯片 ID对应的移动终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的实现方法, 该方法还包括:
所述管理中心分别保存并维护景点信息表和阅读器表, 其中所述景点信 息表中保存各景点 ID与该景点介绍信息的对应关系,所述阅读器表中保存各
RFID阅读器 ID与所在景点 ID的对应关系;
所述管理中心在收到上报的所述 RFID芯片 ID和所述 RFID阅读器 ID时, 通过查询所述阅读器表获取所述 RFID阅读器 ID对应的景点 ID ,再通过查询 所述景点信息表获取该景点 ID所对应的景点介绍信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的实现方法, 该方法还包括:
所述管理中心保存并维护标签表, 所述标签表中保存 RFID芯片 ID、 移 动终端号码及当前景点 ID的对应关系; 并针对每一 RFID芯片保存并维护已 访问景点表, 所述已访问景点表中保存该 RFID芯片已访问的景点 ID;
所述管理中心在收到上 4艮的所述 RFID芯片 ID和所述 RFID阅读器 ID时, 通过查询所述阅读器表获取所述 RFID阅读器 ID对应的景点 ID,并通过查询 所述标签表获取所述 RFID芯片 ID对应的当前景点 ID,如果获取的两个景点 ID不一致, 则更新所述标签表中的当前景点 ID为所述 RFID阅读器 ID对应 的景点 ID, 同时, 查询所述已访问景点表中是否有该更新后的景点 ID, 如果 没有, 则通过查询所述景点表, 将该更新后的景点 ID对应的景点介绍信息发 送给所述 RFID芯片对应的移动终端, 之后, 将该更新后的景点 ID记录到所 述已访问景点表中。
9、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的实现方法, 其中,
所述管理中心是通过短信或彩信的方式将景点介绍信息发送给所述 RFID芯片对应的移动终端。
10、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的实现方法, 其中,
所述阅读器表中, 一个景点 ID对应一个或多个 RFID阅读器 ID。
