Abstract
A pointing control device of the present invention comprises: a display device unit (110) for displaying images on a display; an image photographing unit (120) for receiving and transmitting signals from and to the display device unit (110) and photographing the images; an image processing unit (130) for receiving the photographed images from the image photographing unit (120) and processing the photographed images; and a point location generating unit (140) for generating location coordinates of a pointer on the display from the processed images. The pointing control device of the present invention can rapidly and remotely control and point a state of the display of the display device unit without any inconvenience so that a user can directly change the state of the display close to the display of the display device unit.
