- the storage container has a case body that accommodates a large number of oral products, and a large extraction opening formed on each case body to enable extraction of oral products and the oral products can be drawn out.
- oral tobacco is known as a type of oral product, and this oral tobacco allows a user to absorb tobacco components without being ignited.
- One of the oral cigarettes, SNUS (SNUS) has as its main component a tobacco cut obtained by finely cutting tobacco raw materials, and this tobacco contains a lot of moisture. Specifically, the snus is classified into a loose type in which the cigarette is not wrapped and a portion type in which the cigarette is wrapped with a packaging material such as a nonwoven fabric, so-called pouch type.
- a storage container disclosed in Patent Document 2 is known as one of storage containers for storing such snus.
- the storage container of Patent Document 2 has a partition wall that can be moved therein, and can separately accommodate snus before use and after use.
- a storage container for snus disclosed in Patent Document 3 includes a case body that houses a large number of snus, a plurality of storage chambers that are formed in the case body and are partitioned by partitions that extend through the case body, and And an opening / closing seal that covers the opening surface of the storage chamber in a peelable manner.
- a plurality of oral products may be shaken at a time from the swing opening, and the user cannot reliably take out the oral products one by one. In this case, the user must grasp the product taken out by hand and return it to the case body through the picking opening.
- the storage container disclosed in Patent Document 2 described above can only store oral products separately before and after use. Moreover, even if it is a storage container disclosed by patent document 3, a several oral product can only be accommodated in each of the several storage chamber in a storage container. That is, during storage of oral products, individual oral products before use are stored in storage chambers, that is, storage containers, in contact with each other. In addition, these oral products may stick to each other in a storage container during storage.
- the oral product when the oral product is a pouch-type snus, its tobacco content contains a lot of moisture, so that during its storage, the tobacco component may ooze out on the outer surface of the pouch, that is, on the nonwoven fabric, etc. is there. Therefore, if the snus is contained in the storage container in contact with each other, the ooze is transferred to another snus in contact with the snus from which the tobacco component has oozed out. As a result, the appearance of snus may be deteriorated.
- This oral product holder device allows a number of oral products to be placed and used in the user's oral cavity and the oral product to each other.
- a holder that is arranged without being brought into contact and is held at a predetermined distance from each other, the holder being arranged in the container, and a storage chamber in which the oral product can be individually accommodated in the container And a number of partition walls.
- the container is a cylindrical case body, and has an opening surface in which one of an upper surface and an outer peripheral surface thereof is opened, and the storage chamber is radially partitioned by a partition wall inside the case body.
- a case body having an opening accessible from the opening surface side, a cylindrical cover that covers the opening surface of the case body and is rotatable in the circumferential direction of the case body, and is formed in the cover, and is accommodated along with the rotation.
- an openable and closable outlet that allows access to one of the chambers.
- the oral products are individually stored in the storage chambers partitioned by the partition walls, the oral products do not stick to each other when the oral products are stored. Further, when the oral product is taken out, the user can take out the oral product without touching other oral products, which is hygienic. Further, the used oral product can be temporarily placed in an empty storage chamber.
- the holder may further include a ratchet mechanism that limits the rotation direction of the cover to one direction.
- the storage room containing the used oral product is again used as the takeout port until all the oral product in the holder device is used. There is no match.
- the holder further includes a sealing element that covers the entire opening of the storage chamber, while allowing oral products in the individual storage chambers to be exposed from the case body.
- the sealing element includes a drawer sheet that is detachably attached to the case body so as to cover the entire opening surface of the case body so as to be openable and closable, and can be pulled out of the cover.
- the drawer sheet is peeled from the upper surface of the case body, the peeling rotates the cover with respect to the case body. That is, at the same time that one storage chamber is opened by peeling off the drawer sheet, this open storage chamber is matched with the cover outlet. As a result, the oral product stored in the storage chamber is exposed through the outlet.
- the container is a long box-shaped outer case and a long inner case that is accommodated in the outer case so as to be able to be drawn out, and has an opening surface in which one of the upper surface and the side surface is opened.
- An inner case may be provided, and the partition wall may be arranged in the inner case with a space in the longitudinal direction so as to divide individual storage chambers. In this case, since the oral products are individually stored in the storage chambers partitioned by the partition walls, the oral products do not stick to each other when the oral products are stored.
- the holder further includes an opening / closing seal that is attached to the inner case and covers each of the storage chambers so as to be openable / closable.
- the container may have an inner case that can be accommodated in two stages on the upper and lower sides in the outer case.
- the holder may further include a sealing element that covers the entire opening surface while allowing oral products in individual storage chambers to be exposed from the inner case.
- the sealing element includes a drawer sheet that is detachably attached to the inner case so as to cover the entire opening surface of the inner case so as to be openable and closable, and can be pulled out of the outer case.
- the drawer sheet may have a tip fixed to the open end of the outer case, or may have a puller pulled out from the open end of the outer case.
- the sealing element may further include a cutter that is disposed on the outer surface of the outer case and capable of cutting the drawer sheet.
- the cutter is used for cutting the drawer sheet for the inner case drawer distance, that is, the drawer sheet peeled off.
- the container is a long lower base, which is opened upward only at one end portion thereof, and has a take-out chamber that can accommodate only one oral product, and is slidably overlapped with the lower base.
- An upper case extending along the lower base, the upper case having an opening surface with its lower surface open, and the storage chamber is arranged in the upper case side by side with a partition wall, and with respect to the storage chamber Each of the storage chambers may be able to match the take-out chamber according to the sliding position of the upper case.

- the sealing element includes a drawer sheet that is detachably attached to the upper case so as to cover the entire opening surface of the upper case so as to be openable and closable.
- the drawer sheet may have a puller, and the lower base may have a slit for pulling the puller to the lower surface side of the lower base in the vicinity of the takeout chamber.
- the oral products are individually stored in the storage chamber partitioned by the partition wall, the oral products do not stick to each other when the oral products are stored. Furthermore, when the drawer sheet is pulled, the upper case slides in one direction with respect to the lower base at the same time as the drawer sheet is pulled off from the lower surface. Therefore, when the storage chamber in which the oral product is stored matches the take-out chamber, the oral product falls from the storage chamber to the take-out chamber. When the upper case is slid in the reverse direction from this state, the take-out chamber is exposed, and the oral product is easily taken out.
- the holder device may further include a reel that is rotatably disposed in the lower base and winds or feeds the drawer sheet in conjunction with the sliding of the upper case.
- the inner surface of the container is preferably waterproofed. In this case, even if seepage occurs on the outer surface of one oral product, the seepage does not adhere to other oral products.
- the oral product includes tobacco particles made of tobacco materials and a packaging material that wraps the tobacco particles, and allows the user to absorb tobacco components through saliva when placed in the oral cavity of the user.
- the holder device for oral products of the present invention during storage, individual oral products can be accommodated without contacting each other, and only the oral products to be taken out by the user can be accessed and easily accessed. Can be taken out.

- the holder device 1 of the embodiments A (2) to A (6) also has the same advantages as those of the embodiment A (1). Further, in the holder device 1 of Examples A (3) to A (6), the pouch 2 in use can be temporarily stored in the temporary storage chamber 9 of the case body 5. Needless to say, the used pouch 2 can be stored in the temporary storage chamber 9.
- the case body 5 and the cover 10 of the holder device 1 of Examples A (1) to (6) may be formed of a colorless and transparent synthetic resin material. In this case, the user can check the remaining number of pouches 2 accommodated in the holder device 1 without looking into the accommodation chambers 7 through the openings 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12e.
- the openings 12a, 12b, 12c and 12d of the holder device 1 of the embodiments A (1) to A (4) can be opened and closed, for example, in the form of slides or hinges instead of the opening / closing seals 14a, 14c and 14d. It may be a lid.
- the holder device 1 of the embodiments A (5) and A (6) can be provided with a lid or an opening / closing seal that can be rotated via a hinge instead of the slide type lid 30.
- the holder device 1 of the embodiment B (1) shown in FIG. 12 includes a long box-shaped outer case 52 and an inner case 42 accommodated in the outer case 52 so as to be drawable. Both the outer case 52 and the inner case 42 are made of synthetic resin. One end of the outer case 52 is formed as an open end. Therefore, when the inner case 42 is completely accommodated in the outer case 52, the inner case 42 has an outer end face 42a exposed at the opening end of the outer case 52.
- the inner case 42 is opened only on its upper surface, and a large number of partition walls 44 are disposed therein. These partition walls 44 are arranged across the inner case 42 and at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the inner case 42. Accordingly, the partition walls 44 divide the inner case 42 into a large number of storage chambers 46, and the storage chambers 46 have a size capable of storing the pouch 2 individually.
- an arc-shaped notch is formed at the center of the upper edge of each partition wall 44.
- both side portions of the notch are disposed in the same plane as the opening surface of the inner case 42.
- a waterproofing agent 40 and a food fragrance 100 are applied to the inside of the accommodation chamber 46, that is, the entire inner bottom surface 42c, inner side surface 42i, and partition wall 44 of the inner case 42, respectively.
- a handle 48 is formed at the upper edge of the outer end surface 42 a of the inner case 42, and the handle 48 extends in the width direction of the inner case 42.
- the handle 48 serves as a knob when the user pulls out the inner case 42 from the outer case 52, and serves as a mark indicating the orientation of the opening surface of the inner case 42, that is, the opening side of the accommodation chamber 46. That is, the user holds the holder device 1 so that the handle 48 of the inner case 42 is on the upper side, and can pull out the inner case 42 from the outer case 52 in this state. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the user from accidentally pulling out the inner case 42 with the opening side of the storage chamber 46 facing downward and dropping the pouch 2 from the storage chamber 46.
- the holder device 1 is provided with a stopper mechanism 50 that limits the amount of the inner case 42 to be pulled out.
- a stopper mechanism 50 includes, for example, a pair of engaging portions 50 a and 50 b that can be engaged with each other, and these engaging portions 50 a and 50 b are formed by a part of the inner case 42 and the outer case 52.
- one engaging portion 50 a is disposed at the lower edge of the inner end surface 42 b located on the opposite side to the outer end surface 42 a of the inner case 42 when viewed in the longitudinal direction, and extends over the entire width direction of the inner case 42. And extends obliquely downward toward the outer end surface 42 a of the inner case 42.
- the other engaging portion 50 b is disposed on the bottom surface on the opening end side of the outer case 52, extends over the entire width direction of the outer case 52, and extends obliquely upward toward the closed end of the outer case 52. . Therefore, when the inner case 42 is about to be pulled out from the outer case 52, the engaging portions 50a and 50b are engaged with each other. Therefore, if the holder device 1 is provided with such a stopper mechanism 50, even if the user pulls out the inner case 42 vigorously, the inner case 42 is restricted from being completely pulled out from the outer case 52.
- the stopper mechanism 50 is also effective in preventing the pouch 2 from jumping out of the storage chamber 46.
- the pouch 2 can be independently accommodated in the inner case 42 and the outer case 52 as in the holder device 1 of the embodiment A group described above. If the inner case 42 is pulled out, the desired pouch 2 can be taken out without touching other pouches 2.
- the holder device 1 can also temporarily store the used pouch 2 in the empty storage chamber 46. Furthermore, since the individual pouches 2 are accommodated independently, even if the pouch 2 oozes out, it does not adhere to other pouches 2.
- the waterproofing agent 40 is applied to the entire inner surface of the accommodation chamber 46, that is, the inner bottom surface 42c, the inner side surface 42i, and the partition wall 44 of the inner case 42, even if the pouch 2 seeps out. The seepage does not soak into the partition wall 44 and adhere to the other pouch 2 disposed in the other storage chamber 46.
- the inner case 42 is further provided with an opening / closing seal 56 that covers the opening surfaces of the individual storage chambers 46 so as to be opened and closed. These opening / closing seals 56 can be reattached to the upper surface of the inner case 42.

- an opening / closing seal 57 is attached to the upper surface of the outer case 52 so as to cover the opening 54 so as to be opened and closed. According to the holder device 1 of the embodiment B (3), the opening / closing seal 57 is peeled off, so that the storage chamber 46 can be accessed also from the opening 54.
- Example B (4) shown in FIG. 15 inner cases 431 and 43 u are accommodated in the outer case 52 in two upper and lower stages.
- the lower inner case 43l is the same as the inner case 42 of FIG. 13, and the pouch 2 before use is accommodated in each accommodation chamber 46, and the opening / closing seal 56 covering the accommodation chamber 46 is peeled off.
- the pouch 2 can be taken out from the storage chamber 46.
- the upper inner case 43u is the same as the inner case 42 of FIG. Similarly to the outer case 52 of FIG. 14, an opening 54 that can be opened and closed by an opening and closing seal 57 is formed on the upper surface of the outer case 52.
- the upper inner case 43u is used to put the used pouch 2 in this case. In this case, the used pouch 2 pulls out the inner case 43u and is put into the empty accommodation chamber 46 directly or through the opening 54.
- the pouch 2 before use may be accommodated in the upper inner case 43u, and the used pouch 2 may be put in the lower inner case 43l.
- the outer case 52 shown in FIGS. 12 to 15 described above may be opened at both ends.
- the inner case 42 has outer end faces 42a exposed at both opening ends of the outer case 52, and a handle 48 is preferably formed on each outer end face 42a.
- the holder device 1 of Example B (5) shown in FIG. 16 (A) further includes one drawer sheet 58 that covers the entire opening surface of the inner case 42 so that it can be opened and closed.
- the outer end of the drawer sheet 58 that is, the tip located on the outer end surface 42 a side of the inner case 42 is fixed to the upper edge of the outer end of the outer case 52. That is, the drawer sheet 58 is peeled off from the outer end face 42a side in conjunction with the drawer of the inner case 42 from the outer case 52 (FIG. 16B). Therefore, the accommodation chamber 46 of the inner case 42 is sequentially exposed from the one located on the outer end face 42a side. Thereafter, when the inner case 42 is pushed back into the outer case 52, the drawer sheet 58 again covers the accommodation chamber 46, that is, the entire opening surface of the inner case 42 (FIG. 16C).
- the pouches 2 are individually accommodated in the respective accommodation chambers 46, and the desired length of the drawer sheet 58 is peeled off, that is, the distance from which the inner case 42 is pulled out.
- the storage chamber 46 is exposed. Therefore, the user can easily pick out the pouch 2 from the storage chamber 46 one by one.
- the used pouch 2 may be temporarily discarded in the storage chamber 46 from which the pouch 2 has been taken out.
- the holder device 1 of Example B (6) in FIG. 17 includes an inner case 42, an outer case 52, and a drawer sheet 58, respectively, as in the holder device 1 of Example B (5).
- the tip of the drawer sheet 58 is not fixed to the open end of the outer case 52, and only the point that the tip is formed as a puller 59 is different from the embodiment B (5) (FIG. 17A). .
- the user picks the handle 59 of the drawer sheet 58, and the outer case 52 is folded back at the upper edge of the outer end of the outer case 52.
- the inner case 42 is pulled out from the outer case 52 and the accommodation chamber 46 is on the outer end face 42a side while the drawer sheet 58 is pulled off from the inner case 42 by being pulled toward the closed end opposite to the open end of Are sequentially exposed.
- the drawer sheet 58 is again attached to the inner case 42 and covers the accommodation chambers 46 as the inner case 42 is immersed in the outer case 52. (FIG. 17C).
- the pouches 2 are individually accommodated in the respective accommodating chambers 46, and the accommodating chambers 46 have a length from which the drawer sheet 58 is peeled off, that is, the inner case 42 is pulled out. Therefore, the user can take out the pouch 2 from the inner case 42 one by one.
- the holder device 1 of Example B (7) shown in FIG. 18 is further provided with a cutter 60a that is disposed on the upper surface of the outer case 52 and can cut the drawer sheet 58 (FIG. 18A).
- the cutter 60a extends in the width direction of the outer case 52, and is used for cutting the drawer sheet 58 by the distance of the inner case 42, that is, the amount of peeling of the drawer sheet 58 (FIG. 18B). .
- FIG. 18C when the inner case 42 is pushed back to the outer case 52, the storage chamber 46 once exposed from the drawer sheet 58 is exposed by cutting the drawer sheet 58. Will remain.
- the holder device 1 of Example B (8) shown in FIG. 19 includes a folding cutter 60b.
- the cutter 60b is attached to the upper surface of the outer case 52 via a hinge 62, and rotates around the hinge 62 between a standing posture indicated by a solid line and a folded posture indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. It is possible to move. Therefore, the cutter 60b can be in close contact with the upper surface of the outer case 52 when in the folded position.
- the holder device 1 of the embodiment B (9) shown in FIGS. 20 and 21 is provided with a slide type cutter 60c.
- the cutter 60c includes a support base 63.
- the support base 63 extends right above the outer case 52 in the width direction and has leg portions at both ends. Therefore, the support base 63 is attached to the outer case 52 with a predetermined gap between the support case 63 and the upper surface of the outer case 52 by sandwiching both side surfaces of the outer case 52 at both legs thereof (FIG. 21). ).
- a slot 64 extending in the width direction of the outer case 52 is formed at the center of the support base 63.
- a movable blade 61 is slidably inserted into the slot 64 along the slot 64.
- the drawer sheet 58 is inserted into the gap between the upper surface of the outer case 52 and the support base 63, and the movable blade 61d is slid in this state so that the drawer sheet 58 is slid. Is cut off.
- the holder device 1 of Example B (10) shown in FIG. 22 further includes a stopper mechanism. This stopper mechanism prevents the inner case 42 from being pulled out of the outer case 52 vigorously when the inner case 42 is pulled out from the outer case 52. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 22, a plurality of triangular grooves 55 are formed in the lower surface 42 d of the inner case 42.
- grooves 55 extend in the width direction of the inner case 42 and are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the inner case 42 with an interval equal to the pitch interval between the storage chambers 46. Specifically, the groove 55 is positioned on the lower surface 42 d of the inner case 42 corresponding to the center of the partition wall 44.
- a convex portion 65 having a triangular cross section is formed on the inner bottom surface 52b of the outer case 52 in the vicinity of the opening end. The convex portion 65 can be engaged with one groove 55 of the inner case 42 and extends in the width direction of the outer case 52.
- the holder device 1 of Example B (11) shown in FIG. 23 includes a housing case 66 corresponding to the inner case 42 with a drawer sheet 58 attached to the upper surface thereof. Even in this case, the user can take out only one pouch 2 from the storage case 66 by peeling the drawer sheet 58 and exposing the desired storage chamber 46 in which the pouch 2 is stored.
- the housing case 66 of the embodiment B (11) is used as the inner case 42 of the holder device 1 of the embodiments B (6) to B (8) shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, that is, the inner case for refilling. You can also
- the holder device 1 of Example B (12) shown in FIG. 24 has a window 67 on the outer surface of the outer case 52.
- the window 67 has a substantially rectangular shape extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer case 52. If such a window 67 is provided, the outer surface of the inner case 42 is partially exposed through the window 67. Therefore, when pulling out the inner case 42 from the outer case 52, the user can slide the inner case 42 while pressing the exposed side surface of the inner case 42 exposed from the window 67 with a finger.
- a slip stopper 68 is formed on the exposed side surface of the inner case 42.
- the anti-slip 68 is formed by, for example, embossing. If such a slip stopper 68 is provided, the frictional resistance of the exposed side surface of the inner case 42 increases, so that the user can easily pull out the inner case 42.
- the holder device 1 shown in FIG. 24B has a scale 69 on the outer surface of the inner case 42 exposed through the window 67 instead of or together with the anti-slip 68. The numerical value of the scale 69 is attached according to the arrangement position of the storage chamber 46.
- the numerical value of the scale 69 corresponding to the number of the exposed accommodation chambers 46 matches the opening edge of the window 67 positioned on the opening end side of the outer case 52. Accordingly, the user can grasp the remaining number of pouches 2 in the inner case 42 by reading the numerical value of the scale 69.
- the storage chambers 46 are opened upward, but these storage chambers 46 are opened toward the side of the inner case 42. Also good.
- the opening 54 of the outer case 52 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 is opened in a direction corresponding to the accommodation chamber 46.
- the inner case 42 and the outer case 52 in the group of Example B may be formed of a colorless and transparent material. In this case, the user can check the pouch 2 accommodated in the holder device 1 without pulling out the inner case 42 from the outer case 52.
- the holder device 1 of the embodiment C (1) shown in FIG. 25 includes an upper case 72 and a lower base 82. Both the upper case 72 and the lower base 82 have a long box shape and are made of synthetic resin. The upper case 72 and the lower base 82 are coupled to each other in a superposed state. Further, the upper case 72 is slidable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the lower base 82.
- the upper case 72 is opened only at its lower surface, and has a number of partition walls 74 inside. These partition walls 74 cross the upper case 72 and are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the upper case 72. Therefore, these partition walls 74 define a plurality of storage chambers 75 in the upper case 72. These accommodation chambers 75 are accessible from the opening surface side of the upper case 72 and have a size capable of accommodating the pouch 2 individually. Further, a waterproofing agent 40 and a food fragrance 100 are applied to the inside of the storage chamber 75, that is, the entire surface of the ceiling surface 72s, the inner side surface 72i, and the partition wall 74 of the upper case 72, respectively.

- circular knobs 87 are respectively attached to both ends of the reel shaft, and these knobs 87 are rotatably disposed in the recess 80.
- the knob 87 does not protrude from the upper surface and the side surface of the lower base 82, and slightly protrudes only from the lower surface of the lower base 82.
- the leading end of the drawer sheet 76 is guided to the reel 86 via the guide roller 89 and fixed to the reel 86. Therefore, when the knob 87 is rotated in one direction together with the reel 86, the drawer sheet 76 is wound around the reel 86.
- the winding of the drawer sheet 76 here is performed by sliding the upper case 72 with respect to the lower base 82 while peeling the drawer sheet 76 from the lower surface of the upper case 72.
- the drawer sheet 76 is removed from the storage chamber 75 that matches the extraction chamber 83, the storage chamber 75 is opened to the extraction chamber 83, and the pouch 2 can be dropped into the extraction chamber 83 from the storage chamber 75.
- the holder device 1 of the embodiments C (1) and (2) can further include an outer case 70 as shown in FIG.
- the outer case 70 has both open ends, and can accommodate both the upper case 72 and the lower base 82.
- a slit (not shown) similar to the slit 84 of the lower base 82 is formed on the bottom surface of the outer case 70. That is, the leading end portion of the drawer sheet 76 having the pulling hand 77 is pulled out from the slit toward the lower side of the outer case 70.
- the upper case 72 can hold the lower base 82 as shown in FIG.
- the upper case 72 has a wider width than the lower base 82, and has extended wall portions 72a extended downward on both side walls thereof.
- the lower ends of the extension wall portions 72a are bent toward each other to form a holding rack 72b for the lower base 82.
- the lower surface of the upper case 72, the extension wall portion 72a and the holding rack 72b cooperate with each other to form a holding chamber 71.
- the holding chamber 71 is open to the lower side and both ends, and has a size that can accommodate the lower base 82.
- the lower base 82 when the lower base 82 is accommodated in the holding chamber 71, the lower base 82 is held in the upper case 72 via the holding rack 72b. In this case, the lower base 82 is restricted from moving in the vertical direction and the width direction with respect to the upper case 72.
- the upper case 72 and the outer case 70 in the holder device 1 of the above-described Examples C (1) and (2) may be formed of a colorless and transparent synthetic resin material.
