本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种业务命令信息的处理方 法及设备。
背景技术
USSD ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, 非结构化补充数据 业务)业务能够更方便地为终端用户提供各种增值服务。现有的 USSD业务实 现方案,通常是由运营商将其 USSD命令预置到软件或配置文件中, 并将该软 件或配置文件保存在终端中。 当用户需要使用该运营商的 USSD业务时, 终端 从上述软件或配置文件中读取相应的 USSD命令并显示到 Ul ( User Interface, 用户界面)上, 以供用户操作从而实现相应的 USSD业务。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 当运营商的 USSD命令有更新时, 或者当用户更换运营商为其提供服务 等情况发生时, 将会使得预置的 USSD命令无效, 导致用户无法使用相应的 USSD业务。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种处理业务命令的方法及设备, 从而避免由于 预置的 USSD命令无效导致用户无法使用相应的 USSD业务。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种处理业务命令信息的方法, 包括:
判断满足更新条件时, 查找当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业 务命令信息; 将所述的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
一种处理业务命令信息的方法, 包括:
向服务器发送更新目的终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请求;
接收并保存所述服务器返回的、 当前为所述目的终端提供服务的运营商 对应的业务命令信息。
一种服务器, 包括:
命令查找模块, 用于判断满足更新条件时, 查找当前为目的终端提供服 务的运营商对应的业务命令信息;
命令发送模块, 用于将所述的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
一种终端, 包括:
更新请求模块, 用于向服务器发送更新终端本地保存的业务命令信息的 请求;
命令处理模块, 用于接收并保存服务器返回的、 当前为所述终端提供服 务的运营商对应的业务命令信息。
由上述本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例中, 由 于可以从服务器侧向目的终端发送当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的 业务命令信息, 因此即使运营商更新了业务命令或用户更换不同的运营商为 其提供服务, 仍然能够保证为用户提供业务服务, 提高了运营商的业务服务 质量及可靠性。

通常, 运营商提供的业务命令保存在软件或配置文件中, 该业务命令包 括运营商提供的 USSD业务、 运营商支持的 APN ( Access Point Name, 接入 点名称)类型、 运营商 LOGO (商标)以及终端接入网络后自动弹出运营商主 页等。 但当运营商的业务命令有更新时, 或者当用户更换运营商为其提供服 务等情况发生时, 将会使得预置的业务命令无效, 导致用户无法使用相应的 业务。 为解决这个问题, 本发明实施例提供一种处理业务命令信息的方法, 其处理过程如图 1所示, 具体包括如下操作:
服务器侧执行:
5101、 判断满足更新条件时, 查找当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对 应的业务命令信息;
5102、 将上述的业务命令信息发送给目的终端;
目的终端侧执行:
5103、 向服务器发送更新目的终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请求;
5104、 获取并保存上述服务器发送的业务命令信息, 具体实现方式包括 但不限于将接收到的业务命令信息保存在本地用于存储业务命令的软件或配 置文件中。
本发明实施例中的服务器可以是多个运营商共用的服务器, 也可以是当 前为目的终端提供服务的运营商的服务器。 本发明实施例中服务器与目的终 端之间传递的消息具体可以以短消息形式实现, 也可以以 OTA ( Over - the - Air Technology, 空中下载技术)消息实现, 还可以通过其他通信消息形式实 现。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 由于可以从服务器侧向目的终端发送当 前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务命令信息, 因此即使运营商更新 了业务命令或用户更换不同的运营商为其提供服务, 仍然能够保证为用户提 供业务服务, 提高了运营商的业务服务质量及可靠性。
根据不同的应用场景, 上述本发明实施例中具体可通过以下任一实现方 式实现:
(一) 当目的终端需要实现当前为其提供服务的运营商提供的某项业务, 但在本地配置文件或本地软件中该业务对应的预置业务命令无法实现该业务 时, 则目的终端向服务器发送更新目的终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请求, 具体是将运营商标识信息和上述业务对应的待更新的业务命令信息承载于第 一更新请求消息中发送给服务器。
相应的, 服务器接收到该第一更新请求消息时, 判断满足更新条件; 根 据运营商标识信息查找到当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的全部业务 命令信息; 将待更新的业务命令信息与该运营商对应的业务命令信息进行匹 配, 匹配业务命令信息的实现方式包括但不仅限于字符匹配或字符串匹配; 匹配完成后, 选择与待更新的业务命令信息不同的该运营商对应的业务命令 信息, 并将所选择的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。 如果匹配结果显示 服务器侧保存的该运营商对应的业务命令信息与待更新的业务命令信息相 同, 则向目的终端发送回应消息, 该回应消息用于告知目的终端未找到更新 业务命令信息。
(二) 当目的终端需要实现当前为其提供服务的运营商提供的某项服务, 但在本地配置文件或本地软件中未找到相应的业务命令, 或者, 当目的终端 的业务命令更新功能被触发(可通过用户输入更新提示或者点击更新按钮触 发) 时, 目的终端向服务器发送更新目的终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请 求, 具体是将运营商标识信息承载于第二更新请求消息中发送给服务器。
相应的, 服务器接收到该第二更新请求消息时, 判断满足更新条件; 根 据运营商标识信息查找到当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的全部业务 命令信息; 选择该运营商对应的全部业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
(三) 当服务器检测到当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务命 令更新时, 查找更新的业务命令信息; 选择更新的业务命令信息发送给目的 终端。
上述本发明实施例中的运营商标识信息用来区分不同的运营商, 在实际 应用过程中, 运营商标识信息可以但不仅限于是 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 国际移动用户识别码)号码。 则上述的目的终端可以是 使用 SIM卡的移动终端或固定终端。

<(ussdname1 , ussdtypel , statel )>和 <(ussdname n, ussdtype n, state n)>: ussdnamel或 ussdname n表示需要更新的 USSD业务命令; ussdtypel 或 ussdtype n表示该 USSD业务命令的类型 (例如如查询类, 交互类等); statel或 state n表示该 USSD业务命令的更新种类, 作为举例而非限定, 其 取值可以为 0, 1, 2, 其中, 0: 表示修改原 USSD业务命令; 1 : 表示增加 USSD业务命令; 2: 表示删除 USSD业务命令;
5205、终端 A接收第一更新回应消息, 解析得到需要更新的 USSD业务 命令, 根据相应的更新种类对需要更新的 USSD业务命令进行处理, 并在用 户界面上提示用户实现 USSD业务。
上述 S203中比较 USSD业务命令的具体实现方式可以是: (一)将第一 更新消息中的 USSD业务命令与服务器保存的运营商 B的 USSD业务命令逐 一进行字符或字符串匹配; (二)将第一更新消息中的 USSD业务命令中的业 务命令类型与运营商 B的 USSD业务命令类型进行比较, 然后将该第一更新 消息中的 USSD业务命令与运营商 B中相同类型的 USSD业务命令进行字符 或字符串匹配。
本发明实施例一中, 当终端无法实现相应的 USSD业务时, 通过运营商 标识信息向服务器发起更新, 由服务器侧将运营商 B更新的 USSD业务命令 发送给终端, 从而为终端用户提供相应的 USSD业务服务。
实施例二
用户向终端 A发起运营商 B提供的 USSD业务请求, 终端 A根据 IMSI 号码在本地配置文件中匹配运营商 B的 USSD业务命令。当没有匹配到 USSD 业务命令时, 或者, 用户触发终端 A的业务命令更新功能时, 根据图 3所示 的方法, 执行如下操作:
5301、 终端 A向服务器发送第二更新请求消息, 该第二更新请求消息中 携带 IMSI号码, 并以短消息形式发送;
5302、 服务器接收上述第二更新请求消息, 解析获得并保存 IMSI号码;
5303、根据 IMSI号码查找到服务器保存的运营商 B的 USSD业务命令, 并选择全部运营商 B的 USSD业务命令 (即需要更新的 USSD业务命令);
5304、 服务器组装第二更新回应消息, 该消息以短消息形式发送给目的 终端, 其格式如下:
<num>[,<(ussdname1 ,ussdtype1 ,state1 )>] [,< (ussdname n, ussdtype n, state n) >]
其中, 各字段含义如下: < 01>表示需要更新的 USSD业务命令的个数, 如果没有更新, 则该值 为 0, 且其后字段为空;
<(ussdname1 ,ussdtype1 , state 1 )>^<(ussdname1 ,ussdtype1 , state 1 )>: ussdnamel或 ussdname n表示需要更新的 USSD业务命令; ussdtypel或 ussdtype n表示该 USSD业务命令的类型(例如如查询类,交互类等); state 1 或 statel表示该 USSD业务命令的更新种类, 作为举例而非限定, 其取值可 以为 0, 1, 2, 其中, 0: 表示修改原 USSD业务命令; 1 : 表示增力。 USSD 业务命令; 2: 表示删除 USSD业务命令;
S305、终端 A接收第二更新回应消息, 解析得到需要更新的 USSD业务 命令, 根据相应的更新种类对需要更新的 USSD业务命令进行处理, 并在用 户界面上提示用户实现 USSD业务。
本发明实施例二中, 当终端无法实现相应的 USSD业务时, 通过运营商 标识信息向服务器发起更新, 由服务器侧将运营商 B更新的 USSD业务命令 发送给终端, 从而为终端用户提供相应的 USSD业务服务。
实施例三
本发明实施例三的实现方式如图 4所示, 其处理过程如下:
S401、 服务器检测到运营商 B的 USSD业务命令有更新;
5402、服务器将上述更新的 USSD业务命令承载于短消息中发送给使用 该运营商 B提供的服务的终端, 该短消息的格式参照实施例二中服务器构造 的第二更新回应消息的格式;
5403、 终端接收上述短消息, 解析得到需要更新的 USSD业务命令, 根 据相应的更新种类对需要更新的 USSD业务命令进行处理, 可选的, 在用户 界面上提示用户实现 USSD业务。
实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来 完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁 碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本发明实施例还提供了一种服务器, 其结构如图 5所示, 具体实现结构包 括:
命令查找模块 501, 用于判断满足更新条件时, 查找当前为目的终端提供 服务的运营商对应的业务命令信息;
命令发送模块 502, 用于将上述的业务命令信息发送给目的终端。
图 5所示的本发明实施例的设备可以是多个运营商共用的服务器, 也可以 是当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商的服务器。
根据应用场景不同, 上述命令查找模块 501可以包括更新判断子模块、运 营商命令查找子模块、 命令匹配子模块和消息选择子模块(图中未示出) : 更新判断子模块用于接收到上述目的终端发来的第一更新请求消息时, 判断 满足更新条件, 触发所述运营商命令查找子模块, , 第一更新请求消息中携 带运营商标识信息和待更新的业务命令信息; 运营商命令查找子模块用于根 据运营商标识信息查找到当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的全部业务 命令信息; 命令匹配子模块用于将待更新的业务命令信息与该运营商对应的 业务命令信息进行匹配。 相应的, 命令选择子模块用于在命令匹配子模块匹 配完成后, 选择与待更新的业务命令信息不同的该运营商对应的业务命令信 息, 命令发送模块 502具体用于将所选择的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终 端。 如果匹配结果显示保存的当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务 命令信息与待更新的业务命令信息相同,则通过命令发送模块 502向目的终端 发送回应消息, 该回应消息用于告知目的终端未找到更新业务命令信息。
或者, 上述命令查找模块 501还可以包括更新判断子模块、运营商命令查 找子模块和命令选择子模块(图中未示出) : 该更新判断子模块用于接收到 上述目的终端发来的第二更新请求消息时, 判断满足更新条件, 第二更新请 求消息中携带运营商标识信息; 运营商命令查找子模块用于根据运营商标识 信息查找到当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的全部业务命令信息; 命 令选择子模块用于选择第一运营商对应的全部业务命令信息; 相应的, 消息 发送模块 502具体用于将该运营商对应的全部业务命令信息发送给目的终端。
又或者,上述命令查找模块 501具体用于检测到当前为目的终端提供服务 的运营商对应的业务命令更新时, 查找更新的业务命令信息; 相应的, 命令 发送模块 502具体用于将更新的业务命令信息发送给目的终端。
本发明实施例还提供另一种终端,其结构如图 6所示,具体实现结构包括: 更新请求模块 601,用于向服务器发送更新终端本地保存的业务命令信息 的请求;
命令处理模块 602, 用于接收并保存服务器返回的、 当前为所述终端提供 服务的运营商对应的业务命令信息。
根据应用场景不同, 该终端的更新请求模块具体用于将运营商标识信息 和待更新的业务命令信息承载于第一更新请求消息中发送给服务器; 或者, 具体将运营商标识信息承载于第二更新请求消息中发送给服务器。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

权利要求 书
1、 一种处理业务命令信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断满足更新条件时, 查找当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务 命令信息;
将所述的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当接收到所述目的终端发来 的第一更新请求信息时, 判断满足更新条件, 所述第一更新请求消息中携带运 营商标识信息和待更新的业务命令信息;
所述查找当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务命令信息包括: 根据所述运营商标识信息查找到所述运营商对应的全部业务命令信息, 将 所述待更新的业务命令信息与所述运营商对应的业务命令信息进行匹配, 选择 与所述待更新的业务命令信息不同的, 所述运营商对应的业务命令信息;
所述将所述的业务命令发送给所述目的终端包括: 将所选择的业务命令信 息发送给所述目的终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当接收到所述目的终端发来 的第二更新请求信息时, 判断满足更新条件, 所述第二更新请求消息中携带运 营商标识信息;
所述查找当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务命令信息包括: 根 据所述运营商标识信息查找到所述运营商对应的全部业务命令信息;
所述将所述的业务命令发送给目的终端包括: 将所述运营商对应的全部业 务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当检测到所述运营商对应的 业务命令更新时, 判断满足更新条件, 所述查找当前为目的终端提供服务的运 营商对应的业务命令信息包括: 查找更新的业务命令信息;
所述将所述的业务命令发送给目的终端包括: 将所述更新的业务命令信息 发送给所述目的终端。
5、 一种处理业务命令信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向服务器发送更新目的终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请求; 接收并保存所述服务器返回的、 当前为所述目的终端提供服务的运营商对 应的业务命令信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向服务器发送更新目的 终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请求包括:
将运营商标识信息和待更新的业务命令信息承载于第一更新请求消息中发 送给所述服务器。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向服务器发送更新目的 终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请求包括:
将运营商标识信息承载于第二更新请求消息中发送给所述服务器。
8、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
命令查找模块, 用于判断满足更新条件时, 查找当前为目的终端提供服务 的运营商对应的业务命令信息;
命令发送模块, 用于将所述的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述命令查找模块包括更 新判断子模块、 运营商命令查找子模块、 命令匹配子模块和消息选择子模块: 所述更新判断子模块用于接收到所述目的终端发来的第一更新请求消息 时, 判断满足更新条件, 触发所述运营商命令查找子模块, 所述第一更新请求 消息中携带运营商标识信息和待更新的业务命令信息;
所述运营商命令查找子模块用于根据所述运营商标识信息查找到所述第一 运营商对应的全部业务命令信息;
所述命令匹配子模块用于将所述待更新的业务命令信息与所述运营商对应 的业务命令信息进行匹配;
所述命令选择子模块用于在所述命令匹配子模块匹配完成后, 选择与所述 待更新的业务命令信息不同的, 运营商对应的业务命令信息;
所述命令发送模块具体用于将所选择的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终 端。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述命令查找模块包括更 新判断子模块、 运营商命令查找子模块和消息选择子模块, 所述更新判断子模块用于接收到所述目的终端发来的第二更新请求消息 时, 判断满足更新条件, 触发所述运营商命令查找子模块, 所述第二更新请求 消息中携带运营商标识信息;
所述运营商命令查找子模块用于根据所述运营商标识信息查找到所述运营 商对应的全部业务命令信息;
所述命令选择子模块具体用于选择所述运营商对应的全部业务命令信息; 所述消息发送模块具体用于将所述运营商对应的全部业务命令信息发送给 所述目的终端。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述命令查找模块具体用 于检测到当前为目的终端提供服务的运营商对应的业务命令更新时, 判断满足 更新条件, 查找更新的业务命令信息; 所述命令发送模块具体用于将所述更新 的业务命令信息发送给所述目的终端。
12、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
更新请求模块, 用于向服务器发送更新终端本地保存的业务命令信息的请 求;
命令处理模块, 用于接收并保存服务器返回的、 当前为所述终端提供服务 的运营商对应的业务命令信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述更新请求模块具体用 于将运营商标识信息和待更新的业务命令信息承载于第一更新请求消息中发送 给服务器。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述更新请求模块具体用 于将运营商标识信息承载于第二更新请求消息中发送给服务器。
