CPE产品使用互联网业务时, 由于不同的业务由不同的运营商经营, 用 户在使用或下载这些业务时, 与 CPE的 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module )卡 所对应的运营商提供的业务会有较快的使用和下载速度, 而由其他运营商提 供的业务则会造成 CPE 接入终端设备网速受限以及跨运营商网络之间业务 访问瓶颈的尴尬, 如 SIM卡运营商为电信的用户在访问网通提供的业务时, 常常会出现访问或者下载速度慢, 甚至无法访问的现象。 因此, 当用户在下 载多个资源的时候, 为了达到较好的下载质量, 就必须人为地选择与本 SIM 卡所对应的运营商相符的网络,然而当资源有限或者不知道资源所属的时候 , 就无法选择合适的运营商, 进而无法保证下载速度和质量。 另外, 在拨打电 话的时候也存在同样的问题, 因为跨运营商交费高于同一运营商内费用, 常 常给用户造成费用负担。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种用于 CPE的数据访问方法及一种 CPE, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于用户终端设备 CPE的数据访问 方法, 包括以下步骤: 获取目的域信息; 根据预设的域分组表确定与目的域 信息相对应的网关, 域分组表用于保存目的域信息与网关的对应关系; 以及 通过确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。 优选的, 用于 CPE的数据访问方法还包括: 在获取目的域信息之前, 将 CPE的多个 USB接口分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解调器。 优选的,将 CPE的多个 USB接口分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解调器 包括: 获取多个 USB调制解调器的类型信息和制式信息; 依据类型信息分别 为 USB调制解调器加载 USB串口驱动程序或 USB网口驱动程序;以及依据 制式信息分别为 USB调制解调器加载驱动指令集。 优选的,在将 CPE多个 USB接口分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解调器 之后, 还包括: 将 USB调制解调器分别映射网关。 优选的, 域分组表为 IP地址域分组表, 目的域信息为 IP地址域信息; 或者, 域分组表为目的语音号码分组表, 目的域信息为目的语音号码。 根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种用户终端设备 CPE, 包括: 获取 模块, 用于获取目的域信息; 确定模块, 用于根据预设的域分组表确定与目 的域信息相对应的网关, 域分组表用于保存目的域信息与网关的对应关系; 以及访问模块, 用于通过确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。 优选的, CPE包括多个 USB接口, 用于分别接入不同制式的 USB调制 解调器。 优选的, CPE 还包括: 调制解调器信息获取模块, 用于获取多个 USB 调制解调器的类型信息和制式信息; 驱动程序加载模块, 用于依据类型信息 分别为 USB调制解调器加载 USB串口驱动程序或 USB网口驱动程序;以及 指令加载模块, 用于依据制式信息分别为 USB调制解调器加载驱动指令集。 优选的, CPE还包括: 映射模块, 用于将 USB调制解调器分别映射网 关。 优选的, 域分组表为 IP地址域分组表, 目的域信息为 IP地址域信息; 或者, 域分组表为目的语音号码分组表, 目的域信息为目的语音号码。 本发明通过在 CPE中设置目的域信息与网关对应关系的域分组表,使得 用户在使用运营商提供的业务时, 可以根据目的域快速地找到合适的网关, 进而通过该网关对应的调制解调器快速、方便地访问不同运营商提供的业务, 从而有效避免了现有技术中用户无法选择合适的运营商时, 访问或下载速度 'I隻, 甚至无法访问的现象。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是本发明的一种用于 CPE的数据访问方法实施例一的步骤流程图; 图 2是本发明的一种用于 CPE的数据访问方法实施例二的步骤流程图; 图 3是本发明的一种 CPE实施例一的结构框图; 图 4是本发明的一种 CPE实施例二的基本框架示意图; 图 5是图 4所示 CPE的软件架构示意图; 图 6是图 4所示 CPE的调制解调器与网关建立映射关系的步骤流程图; 图 7是应用图 4所示 CPE进行数据访问的步骤流程图; 图 8是图 4所示 CPE的 IP报文路由选择示意图; 图 9是图 4所示 CPE的语音网关路由选择示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 参照图 1 , 示出了本发明的一种用于 CPE的数据访问方法实施例一的步 骤流程图, 具体可以包括: 步骤 101: 获取目的域信息; 所述目的域信息可以为用户要访问的 IP 地址域信息或者用户拨打的目 的语音号码。 步骤 103 : 根据预设的域分组表确定与目的域信息相对应的网关; 其中, 域分组表可以包括 IP地址域分组表和 /或目的语音号码分组表。 IP地址域分组表保存 IP地址域信息与网关的对应关系, 目的语音域分组表 保存目的语音号码与网关的对应关系。 通过 IP地址域分组表, 可以使用户在访问互联网数据时, 方便地找到合 适的网关, 进行快速数据访问和下载; 通过目的语音号码分组表, 可以使用 户在拨打电话时, 尤其在拨打不同运营商网络的电话时, 迅速方便地找到拨 打号码所属的网络, 减少用户花费。 步骤 105 : 通过确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。 调制解调器 MODEM可以包括多个, 每一个 MODEM映射一个网关, 调制解调器 MODEM可以为 USB MODEM。 CPE才艮据域分组表确定与目 的 i或对应的网关, 进而才艮据该网关与 MODEM 的映射关系, 确定通过该 MODEM访问数据或拨打语音电话。 通过本实施例,可以使用户在不知道使用的业务是哪一个运营商提供时, 能够在跨运营商的网络间做出最合适的选择, 以发挥 CPE最高的业务下载速 度。 参照图 2, 示出了本发明的一种用于 CPE的数据访问方法实施例二的步 骤流程图, 本实施例中的 CPE设置有多个 USB接口, 每个接口可以连接一 个 USB MODEM, 这些 USB MODEM为不同制式的 USB MODEM。 接入 USB MODEM后, 建立 USB MODEM与网关的映射关系。 CPE在访问数据 或拨打电话时, 首先通过域分组表确定待访问数据使用的网关, 再通过网关 映射的 USB MODEM访问待访问数据。 具体地, 可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 201 : 在 CPE 中设置多个 USB接口, 分别接入不同制式的 USB MODEM; 本步骤中需要说明的是, 本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要选择适当的 MODEM, 如果选择的 MODEM不是 USB MODEM, 则可在 CPE中直接设 置多个不同制式的 MODEM, 而无须设置 USB 接口接入。 步骤 203: 获取多个 USB调制解调器的类型信息和制式信息; 获取多个 USB调制解调器中每一个 USB MODEM的调制解调器信息, 包括类型信息和制式信息, 还可以包括: USB MODEM厂家信息、 产品标示 符 PID、 厂家标示 VID、 类标识符 CLASS ID等。 步 4聚 205 : 依据类型信息分别为 USB调制解调器加载 USB 串口驱动程 序或 USB网口马区动程序; 本步骤中, CPE根据每一个 USB MODEM的类型信息判断其为串口设 备, 还是虚拟网口设备。 如果是串口设备, 则为该 USB MODEM加载 USB 串口驱动程序; 如果是虚拟网口设备, 则为该 USB MODEM加载 USB网口 驱动程序。 步骤 207: 依据制式信息分别为 USB调制解调器加载驱动指令集; 本步骤中, CPE才艮据每一个 USB MODEM的制式信息为其加载指令集。 例如: 若 USB MODEM为 W-MODEM, 则为该 USB MODEM加载 W指令 集, 若 USB MODEM为 TD-MODEM, 则为该 USB MODEM加载 TD指令 集。 步骤 209: 将 USB调制解调器分别映射网关; 本步骤中, 加载完驱动程序和指令集的 USB MODEM映射为网关, 该 网关呈现给其上管理层的是网关接口, 如 pppx接口或者 usbx接口, 其中, X 表示接口 ID, 从 0 开始, 每映射一个就会增加 1。 具体接口类型由 USB MODEM类型决定, 如 USB MODEM为串口设备则为 pppx接口, 如 USB MODEM为虚 4以网口设备则为 usbx接口。 步骤 211 : 设定域分组表; 域分组表可以由用户自行配置生成, 并根据用户的数据访问情况动态更 新。如用户可以设定一段或多段电信所提供服务的 IP地址段对应于多个网关 中的某一个, 设定一段或多段网通所提供月艮务的 IP 地址段对应于另一个网 关。 步骤 213: 获取目的域信息; 用户访问网络或拨打电话时, CPE获取用户要访问的 IP地址域信息或者 用户拨打的目的语音号码。 步骤 215 : 根据预设的域分组表确定与目的域信息相对应的网关;
CPE才艮据 IP地址域分组表确定与目标 IP地址域对应的网关, 或者 CPE 才艮据目的语音域分组表确定与拨打的目的语音号码对应的网关。 步骤 217: 通过确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。 本实施例中, 通过在 CPE中设置多个不同制式的 USB MODEM, 并将 其映射为多个不同的网关, 使得用户在使用不同运营商提供的业务时, 可以 根据目的域分组表快速地找到合适的网关, 进而通过该网关对应的调制解调 器快速、 方便地访问不同运营商提供的业务, 从而有效避免了现有技术中用 户在使用非 CPE运营商提供的业务时, 访问或下载速度慢, 甚至无法访问的 现象。 jt匕夕卜, 使用 USB MODEM与使用其它 MODEM相比, 可以利用现有的 CPE设备 USB接口, 实现简单, 节约成本。 且 USB MODEM无须设置于 CPE内部, 可以节省 CPE空间, 提高 CPE便携性, 提升用户体验。 参照图 3 , 示出了本发明的一种 CPE实施例一的结构框图, 具体可以包 括: 获取模块 301 , 用于获取目的域信息。 确定模块 303 , 用于根据预设的域分组表确定与目的域信息相对应的网 关。 其中, 域分组表用于保存目的域信息与网关的对应关系, 域分组表可以 为 IP地址域分组表, 目的域信息为 IP地址域信息; 域分组表也可以为目的 语音号码分组表, 目的域信息为目的语音号码。 访问模块 305, 用于通过确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。 优选的, 本实施例的 CPE包括多个 USB接口, 用于分别接入不同制式 的 USB调制解调器。 进一步地, 本实施例的 CPE还包括: 调制解调器信息获取模块 307, 用于获取多个 USB调制解调器的类型信 息和制式信息。 驱动程序加载模块 309, 用于依据类型信息分别为 USB调制解调器加载 USB串口马区动程序或 USB网口马区动程序。 指令加载模块 311 , 用于依据制式信息分别为 USB调制解调器加载驱动 指令集。 映射模块 313 , 用于将 USB调制解调器分别映射网关。 具体地, CPE中设置有多个 USB接口, 分别接入多个不同制式的 USB MODEM。调制解调器信息获取模块 307获取多个 USB MODEM的类型信息 和制式信息等, 驱动程序加载模块 309依据每一个 USB MODEM的类型信 息为该 USB MODEM加载 USB串口驱动程序或 USB网口驱动程序。 然后, 指令加载模块 311依据该 USB MODEM的制式信息为该 USB MODEM加载 驱动指令集。 映射模块 313将加载了驱动程序和指令集的 USB MODEM映 射网关。 此后, 用户在访问数据或拨打电话时, CPE的获取模块 301获取目标数 据或目标号码的目的域信息,并由确定模块 303根据预设的 IP地址域分组表 或目的语音号码分组表确定与目的域信息相对应的网关。 之后, 由访问模块 305通过该网关所映射的 USB MODEM访问数据或拨打电话。 参照图 4, 示出了本发明的一种 CPE实施例二的基本框架示意图, 本实 施例以 CPE中设置两个 USB接口, 分别接入两种不同制式的 USB MODEM 为例。 具体地, CPE主板上设置有两个 USB接口, 分别接入两种不同制式的 MODEM , 本实施例釆用 W-MODEM和 EVDO-MODEM。 两种不同制式的 USB MODEM通过 USB适配模块加载驱动程序和指令集, 以相互适配并映 射为不同的网关。 路由控制模块中设置有 IP地址域分组表和目的语音号码分组表。在用户 访问数据或拨打电话时, CPE通过路由控制模块选择合适的网关, 并通过与 该网关对应的 USB MODEM进行数据访问或拨打电话。 此夕卜, 本实施例中 在主板的后端还设置有一个 RJ11 接口用来拨打电路交换 CS 电话, 和一个 802.11接口用来构成 WLAN ( Wireless LAN, 无线局 i或网;)。 本实施例的软件架构如图 5所示, 两种不同制式的 USB MODEM通过 分别加载 USB Serial驱动程序和 USB ethernet驱动程序及相应的指令集适配 后, W-MODEM被映射为网关 1 , EVDO-MODEM被映射为网关 2。 参照图 6, 示出了图 4所示 CPE的 USB MODEM与网关建立映射关系 的步骤流程图, 具体可以包括: 步骤 601: CPE检测 USB接口, 并向 USB接口发送调制解调器信息上 报指令; 在系统初始化的时候, CPE主机检测每一个 USB接口, 并向 USB接口 发送信息上报指令, 以使其上报所接入的 USB MODEM的信息。 步骤 603 : 接收上 4艮的调制解调器信息;
USB接口上报的调制解调器信息可以包括: USB MODEM的类型信息、 制式信息, 还可以包括厂家信息以及 PID、 VID、 CLASS ID信息等。 步骤 605: 才艮据调制解调器信息中的类型信息, 判断 USB MODEM为串 口设备还是虚拟网口设备, 若为串口设备, 则执行步骤 607; 若为虚拟网口 设备, 则执行步骤 609; 步骤 607: 加载 USB串口驱动程序, 转步骤 611; 如 USB Serial驱动程序。 步骤 609: 加载 USB网口驱动程序, 转步骤 611; 如 USB ethernet马区动程序或者 CDC ethernet马区动程序。 步骤 611 : 居调制解调器信息中的制式信息, 判断 USB MODEM为 W-MODEM制式还是 EVDO-MODEM制式, 若为 W-MODEM , 则执行步骤 613; 若为 EVDO-MODEM, 则执行步 4聚 615; 步骤 613 : 力。载 W-MODEM马区动命令集, 转步 4聚 617; 步 4聚 615 : 加载 EVDO-MODEM驱动命令集, 转步 4聚 617; 步骤 617: USB MODEM映射网关。 其中, W-MODEM映射为网关 1 , EVDO-MODEM映射为网关 2。
USB串口设备使用点对点 PPP协议,通过 PPP协议的链路控制协议 LCP 和 IP控制协议 IPCP阶段后, 在网络设备列表中映射出 pppx接口, 以及其 对应的 IP地址、 DNS、 掩码、 网关等, CPE通过 USB串口设备使用 PPP协 议上网。
USB虚 4以网口设备使用 NDIS ( Network Driver Interface Standard, 网络 驱动器接口标准;), 本实施例中, CPE对 USB虚拟网口设备的控制和指令交 互均釆用 QMI ( Qualcomm MSM/Modem Interface, 高通 modem接口)指令, 包括 APN ( Access Point Name, 接入点名称)设置、 用户名、 密码、 联网、 断网以及网络状态信息更新等。 参照图 7, 示出了应用图 4所示 CPE进行数据访问的步骤流程图, 具体 可以包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 701 : 用户发起网络请求, 生成网络请求数据包; 网络请求数据包可以为: IP报文数据包, 其中包含目的 IP地址; 或者, 可以为语音号码数据包, 其中包含目的号码。 步骤 703: 路由控制模块获取网络请求数据包中的目的域信息; 当网络请求数据包为 IP 4艮文数据包时, 其目的域信息为目的 IP地址; 当网络请求数据包为语音号码数据包时, 其目的域信息为目的号码。 步骤 705: 路由控制模块根据预设的域分组表确定对应的网关; 当 IP报文数据包经过网络层时, 路由控制模块提取报文中的目的 IP地 址字段, 利用 IP地址域分组表查找该字段对应的网关, 返回网关接口 pppx 或者 usbx, 如图 8所示。 当语音号码数据包经过网络层时,路由控制模块提取报文中的目的号码, 使用目的语音号码分组表查找该目的号码所属的网络的网关, 返回网关接口 pppx或者 usbx,从而决定该用哪一个 USB MODEM作为本次呼叫的发起者, 如图 9所示。 步骤 707:路由控制模块通过网关映射的 USB MODEM访问数据或者拨 打电话。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明通过设置多个不同制式的调制解调 器, 针对不同运营商提供的服务, 使得用户在使用服务时, 不必知道提供服 务的具体运营商即可快速、 方便地实现访问, 大大提高了使用跨运营商服务 的速度和效率。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用于用户终端设备 CPE的数据访问方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步 骤:
获取目的域信息;
才艮据预设的域分组表确定与所述目的域信息相对应的网关, 所述域 分组表用于保存所述目的域信息与所述网关的对应关系; 以及
通过所述确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。
2. 居权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述获取目的域信息之前 , 还包括: 将所述 CPE的多个 USB接口分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解 调器。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述 CPE的多个 USB接 口分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解调器包括以下步 4聚:
获取所述多个 USB调制解调器的类型信息和制式信息; 依据所述类型信息分别为所述 USB调制解调器加载 USB 串口驱动 程序或 USB网口驱动程序; 以及
依据所述制式信息分别为所述 USB调制解调器加载驱动指令集。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将所述 CPE多个 USB接 口分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解调器之后, 还包括:
将所述 USB调制解调器分别映射所述网关。
5. 居权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述域分组表为 IP地址域分 组表, 所述目的域信息为 IP地址域信息; 或者, 所述域分组表为目的语 音号码分组表, 所述目的域信息为目的语音号码。
6. —种用户终端设备 CPE, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取目的域信息; 确定模块, 用于 居预设的域分组表确定与所述目的域信息相对应 的网关,所述域分组表用于保存所述目的域信息与所述网关的对应关系; 以及 访问模块,用于通过所述确定的网关所映射的调制解调器访问数据。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的 CPE, 其特征在于, 所述 CPE包括多个 USB接 口, 用于分别接入不同制式的 USB调制解调器。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的 CPE, 其特征在于, 还包括:
调制解调器信息获取模块,用于获取所述多个 USB调制解调器的类 型信息和制式信息;
驱动程序加载模块,用于依据所述类型信息分别为所述 USB调制解 调器加载 USB串口驱动程序或 USB网口驱动程序; 以及
指令加载模块,用于依据所述制式信息分别为所述 USB调制解调器 加载驱动指令集。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的 CPE, 其特征在于, 还包括:
映射模块, 用于将所述 USB调制解调器分别映射所述网关。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的 CPE, 其特征在于, 所述域分组表为 IP地址域分 组表, 所述目的域信息为 IP地址域信息; 或者, 所述域分组表为目的语 音号码分组表, 所述目的域信息为目的语音号码。
