Abstract

Disclosed is a broadcasting signal transmission device, a broadcasting signal reception device, and a method for transmitting/receiving a broadcasting signal using same. The method for transmitting the broadcasting signal comprises the following steps: generating a plurality of PLPs by dividing an input stream, which includes a broadcasting service, into a plurality of components, based on a packet identifier, and generating first signaling information and second signaling information, which include signaling information for identifying the plurality of PLPs; FEC encoding and bit interleaving the plurality of PLPs, the first signaling information, and the second signaling information; controlling the output order of bits of the plurality of bit interleaved PLPs, the first signaling information, and the second signaling information; symbol mapping the inputted bits having the output order controlled; generating a transmission frame, which includes the plurality of symbol mapped PLPs, the first signaling information, and the second signaling information; and modulating the transmission frame and transmitting the broadcasting signal, which includes the modulated transmission frame. One of the plurality of PLPs includes a program number that corresponds to the broadcasting service, PLP identifying information for identifying each of the PLPs, and a program map table, which is signaled with component type information, which instructs a component type included in each of the PLPs.
