Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de préparation des sels d'addition acide du sunitinib, en particulier du (2S)-2-hydroxybutanedioate de sunitinib (I). La présente invention concerne également des compositions comprenant des sels d'addition acide du sunitinib comme le (2S)-2-hydroxybutanedioate (I) de sunitinib et l'emploi desdites compositions dans le traitement de pathologies.
