Abstract
The invention relates to latent heat accumulator modules (10) for the heat exchange with at least one fluid flow (L, W) flowing through the latent heat accumulator module (10). The latent heat accumulator module (10) comprises a plurality of bodies (1) around which fluid can flow and which are arranged in a housing (2); the housing (2) comprises at least one fluid inlet (3, 3') and a fluid outlet (4, 4') for the fluid flow (L). The bodies (1) are receptacles (6) filled with a paraffin or a paraffin mixture as phase exchange material (5). The bodies (1) further have a heat-conducting structure (5') which is arranged in the receptacle (6) and is in contact with the phase exchange material (5), wherein the heat-conducting structure (5) is made of a thermally conductive material. Further disclosed are an air-conditioning device (20) for a building (25), and an air-conditioning and/or hot water device (40), which use said latent heat accumulator module (10), as well as control methods suitable for the air-conditioning devices (20, 40).
