Description
Verpackungs- und Transportsystem für Glasstopfen Packaging and transport system for glass stopper
The invention relates to a packaging and transport system for glass stopper for closing bottles, in particular wine bottles, wherein each glass stopper consists of a preferably conical stopper part and an adjoining disk-shaped head part with a plate-shaped or dish-shaped depression and profiled foil
Blister for receiving and stacking the glass stopper stacks are provided.
Glass stopper for closing bottles, especially wine bottles, are known and are already used in practice in large quantities.
In order to be able to transport these glass stoppers from the respective manufacturing plant without damage to the respective bottling plants and, as a rule, also to temporarily store them, suitable packaging systems are required for transport which not only have to be inexpensive, but also as automatic as possible and emptied. Furthermore, it is necessary that such packages can be safely and stably stacked on pallets. In the case of known packaging systems, blister films are used which, for example, have openings or recesses for receiving and guiding the glass stopper and make it possible to stack a plurality of layers of glass stopper held in such blister films one above the other. The glass stoppers to be packaged are normally printed in the region of the head part in accordance with the specifications of the particular bottler or winery, in particular the area of the plate-shaped or dish-shaped depression in the head part, but also the peripheral edge of the head part. Such printed areas or areas must not be damaged in the handling of pallets with stacked blisters with plugs incorporated therein, resulting in increased demands on the packaging and

Object of the present invention is to make a packaging and transport system of the type mentioned for a particularly economical and also with regard to loading and unloading optimally handled, and on the other hand ensure that printed areas in the headboard can not be damaged.
This object is achieved according to the invention essentially by the fact that the blisters assigned to the various floors are of identical design and have circumferential, downwardly drawn edge areas for positionally accurate fixing of blisters arranged one above the other, that each blister has an airfoil and one side of this airfoil A plurality of mutually parallel, formed by bulges guide webs whose mutual distance is slightly larger than the head part outer diameter is selected, that on the guide webs the guide webs opposite side of the support transversely to the guide webs extending and mutually parallel stiffening webs are provided and each one Pair of stiffening webs on the one hand forms a retaining receptacle for the free end of a plug part and on the other hand to provide a substantially deflection-free support surface in the area of the dish-shaped or bowl-shaped depression of the head part.
Von besonderer Bedeutung im Rahmen der Erfindung ist es, dass die Verpackungs- und Transportaufgabe unter Verwendung einer einheitlichen, d.h. jeweils in gleicher Weise profilierten Blisterfolie gelöst wird und diese Blisterfolie so gestaltet ist, dass sie die einzelnen Glasstopfen in der Weise aufnimmt und haltert, dass bei mehrlagiger Stapelung sich zwar eine kompakte Anordnung der einzelnen Glasstopfen ergibt, gleichzeitig aber sichergestellt ist, dass auch im rauhen Transportbetrieb weder dieOf particular importance in the context of the invention is that the packaging and transport task using a uniform, i. each profiled in the same way blister film is released and this blister sheet is designed so that it receives the individual glass stopper in the way and holds that in multilayer stacking results in a compact arrangement of the individual glass stopper, but at the same time it is ensured that even in the rough Transport operation neither the
Plug itself can be damaged, there is still a risk of damage to printed areas in the head portion of the plug.
This is achieved by the interaction of the specially designed and arranged guide and stiffening webs, wherein the stiffening webs fulfill a double function in that they provide a positionally accurate position of the plugs in the receiving channels formed by the guide webs and on the other in the critical and particularly stressed areas of the blister foil between the glass stoppers located directly above one another cause a film reinforcement, which ensures that deflection effects are excluded, which could lead to a contact between printed areas and the film. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention corresponds to the height of the guide webs, which together with the support surface slide channels for the plug head parts, such as the axial thickness of the head parts, and in cross-section approximately U-shaped guide webs serve in particular as support elements for Abstreiffinger for Push out the plugs. The stiffening webs preferably extend continuously between two guide webs and perpendicular to it to create the best possible stiffened film areas where the film is opposite the wells in the head and must be ensured that here only minimal, but no contact with the recessed headboard result in leading slide movements.
The areas of the stiffening webs facing the plug part are preferably adapted to the conical outer contour of the plug part, wherein each receptacle formed by a pair of stiffening webs for the free end of a plug part is designed as a play holder with play. The mutual distance of each pair of stiffener associated stiffening webs is chosen so that the head parts are mutually spaced in the channels formed by the guide webs and can not collide with each other during transport of pallets.
In der Zeichnung zeigt: Further advantageous features will become apparent from the subclaims and are optionally addressed in the explanation of the following embodiment. An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. In the drawing shows:
FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of a partial section of a pallet stacking system using a blister foil according to the invention, Figure 2 is a partial view rotated by 90 ° of the stacking arrangement of Figure 1, and Figure 3 is a schematic plan view of a blister sheet with glass stopper to explain the relative position of guide webs and stiffening webs on the opposite sides of the support surface of the blister sheet. The stacking arrangement according to FIG. 1 shows a plurality of blisters 4 arranged one above the other and each profiled in the same way, with glass stoppers received between them, in each case one plug part 1 and one head part 2. The individual blisters 4 each have an edge region 10, which ensures a positionally exact stacking under positive locking grip. The very far down solid edges of the blisters stiffen together with the provided in the blister webs the entire blister so that it can be chosen relatively large and yet easy handling is possible. The respectively identically formed blister 4 have within the edge regions 10 on a flat support surface 5, from which by corresponding profiling on both sides of the support 5 webs are formed, namely at the top of the support surface 5 mutually parallel guide webs 6, which run parallel to each other and a mutual Have distance that is chosen slightly larger than the outer diameter of the head parts 2, so that the glass stopper in the channel formed by the support surface 5 and two guide webs 6, the glass stopper can be moved smoothly. On the guide webs 6 opposite side of the support surface 5 are transversely to the guide webs 6 extending stiffening webs 7 are formed, which have a dual function. One function of these stiffening webs is to position the glass stoppers in the channel delimited by two guide webs, and the other function is to stabilize that portion of the airfoil 5 which is opposite to the generally printed recess 3 formed in the head part 2 so that this wing area can not be bent so much even when stacking that it could come into contact with the printed surface and damage it. This stabilized region of the support surface 5 is identified by the reference numeral 9 in FIG. The figure 1 can also be seen that when dismantling a stack for the purpose of emptying by removing the respective plug-part side blister 4, the glass stopper in the respective sliding channel free and thus easily pushed out with suitable facilities or can be detected with appropriate handling system.
In particular, FIG. 2 again shows the relative rotation of guide webs 6 and reinforcing webs 7 on both sides of the support surface 5 and also shows that the height and width of the guide webs are preferably greater than the height and width of the reinforcing webs 7. The respective side walls of the guide webs 6 and the reinforcing webs 7 run each slightly inclined, which facilitates assembly and emptying and also favors the desired guidance and holding the glass stopper in the stack. The plan view of Figure 3 illustrates the course of the stiffening webs 7 relative to the guide webs 6 and in particular the positioning of these stiffening webs 7 with respect to the head part 2. As can also be seen from Figure 1, the stiffening webs 7 are positioned so that they Cover portions of the recess formed in the head part 2, resulting in the creation of a support surface 9, which can not be bent so much even with pronounced stacking that damage to printed areas would be feared. Even if the peripheral edge of the head part 2 should be printed, there is no risk of damage, since the glass stopper in the stack by the stiffening webs 7 are kept at a predeterminable distance.
