数据交互模块收到来自 TCP/IP协议栈或者网络层发送的接收数据请求 后, 通知 SIM卡接收数据, SIM卡返回状态字并发送接收数据的命令给数 据交互模块, 数据交互模块返回响应信息给 SIM卡, 并且将需要发送的数 据附加在响应中, SIM卡接收数据。
进一步的,数据交互模块与 SIM卡以及 TCP/IP协议栈模块建立数据数 据通信通道, 并进行数据交互还包括:
完成所述数据交互后, SIM发送关闭数据通信通道命令给数据交互模 块,数据交互模块接收并解码该命令, 同时向 TCP/IP协议栈发出关闭命令, 在收到 TCP/IP协议栈的响应信息后,返回关闭信息给 SIM卡, 关闭数据通 信通道。
进一步的, 所述移动终端还包括: Web浏览器, 所述 Web浏览器通过 TCP/IP协议栈与 BIP网关之间建 立起数据通信通道, 所述 Web浏览器用于访问 SIM卡上的 Web服务器。
釆用上述技术方案, 可以很好的扩展移动终端的功能, 使不支持 BIP 协议的移动终端能够支持 BIP协议命令, 实现移动终端与 E类 SIM卡的数 据交互应用。 釆用本方案, 不用对移动终端作任何物理性的硬件改动, 不 会增加移动终端生产厂商的成本。 同时, 由于是对移动终端的 Terminal profile 命令作相应的改变, 并未对移动终端的物理硬件作出改变, 这样就 便于研发人员调试和扩展。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述。
本发明公开了一种移动终端与 SIM卡进行数据交互的方法, 如附图 1 所示, 本发明釆用的技术方案是, 在移动终端开机时, 与 SIM卡进行能力 交互, SIM卡判断移动终端是否支持 BIP命令。 SIM卡在得知移动终端支 持 BIP命令后, 与移动终端进行 BIP命令交互, 建立数据通信通道, 完成 数据的交互。 下面再结合附图, 进一步描述本方案的具体实施方式。
首先, 移动终端开机初始化时, 与 E类 SIM卡进行能力交互, 在此过 程中 , 移动终端发送终端概况( Terminal profile )命令给 SIM卡, 通知对方 自己具备哪些能力。 Terminal profile命令是移动终端在开机初始化时, 向 SIM卡发送的命令。 其中, Terminal profile命令的第 12字节的第 1到 5比 特位是 BIP相关命令, 如附图 2所示, 其中第 1比特位是打开信道(open channel ), 第 2比特位是关闭信道( close channel ), 第 3比特位是接收数据 ( receive data ), 第 4比特位是发送数据 ( send data ), 第 5比特位是获取信 道状态( get channel status ), 根据 ETSI TS 102 223 5.2节的编码定义, 对于 每一字节的每一位, 值为 1表示支持对应命令, 值为 0表示不支持。 因此 对于不支持 BIP命令的移动终端,需要将移动终端的 SIM卡驱动程序( SIM driver )中的 Terminal profile命令的上述五个比特位重新赋值为 1。这样 SIM 卡收到 Terminal profile后就判断出移动终端持上述五个比特位对应的 BIP 命令。 另外 Terminal profile命令的第 6字节的第 3和第 4比特位是 BIP命 令相关的事件(event ),如附图 3所示,其中第 3比特位是数据可获取( data available ), 第 4比特位是信道状态 ( channel status )。 同理, 这两位也都要 重新赋值为 1 , 表示移动终端支持对应的通知事件。 这里将移动终端的 Terminal profile命令的两个字节重新赋值, 是在移动终端与 SIM卡进行交 互前对其进行的, 这样移动终端在开机初始化与 SIM进行交互时, SIM卡 就可以识别上述值, 并判断移动终端是否支持 BIP命令。 这样就完成了移 动终端与 SIM卡的能力交互, SIM卡知道了移动终端能识别自身主动发起 的上述 12字节的第 1到 5比特位的五个 BIP命令, 也知道了移动终端能发 出上述 6字节的第 3和第 4比特位两个通知事件 BIP命令。
在移动终端开机初始化完成与 SIM卡能力交互后, 进入与 SIM卡 BIP 命令交互以建立数据数据通信通道, 并实现数据交互阶段, 如附图 4和附 图 5所示。
S101 , 移动终端向 SIM卡发送应用协议数据单元(APDU, Application Protocol Data Unit )命令获取(fetch )去获取 open channel命令, 然后 SIM 卡向移动终端发送命令 open channel以建立数据通信通道。移动终端收到该 命令后, 按照 ETSI TS 102 223 6.6.27节中的结构定义对命令码流解码, 并 将跟 channel有关的信息通道标识(channel id )、 互联网协议 ( IP, Internet Protocol )地址、 端口号等发送给传输控制协议(TCP, Transmission Control Protocol ) /IP协议栈。 同时发送 APDU命令 terminal response命令给 SIM卡 作回应, 告诉 SIM卡终端处理的结果。 SIM卡收到响应后会回复两个字节 的状态字 (Status Word ), 即 SW1SW2给移动终端, 表示收到回应。 五个 BIP命令的 terminal response的结构定义都在 ETSI TS 102 223 6.8节, 移动 终端据此对各命令响应编码,生成 terminal response命令,然后发到 SIM卡。 以上是打开通信信道流程的交互过程, 其它命令的交互流程类似。
S102, 同理, 移动终端向 SIM卡发送 APDU命令 fetch命令去取建立 事件列表 ( set up event list )命令, 然后 SIM卡通过发送 set up event list命 令给移动终端提供一个事件列表, 该列表中包括了两个重要事件: data available和 channel status。 这样在与 SIM卡的交互中, 移动终端就可以发 送这些事件。 移动终端收到命令后根据 ETSI TS 102 223 6.6.16节中的结构 定义对 set up event list命令码流解码,当移动终端成功接收这个事件列表后 发送终端响应( terminal response X ok )命令给 SIM卡,否则发送的是 terminal response (命令高于终端的能力 , command beyond terminal's capabilities )。 同样的, SIM卡会发送两个字节的状态字 SW1SW2回应移动终端。
S103 , 完成上面步骤 S101 和 S102 后, 移动终端发送通知信道状态 ( envelope channel status )命令给 SIM卡请求建立数据通信通道或者通知 SIM 卡通道的链接状态和承载信息等, SIM 卡以两个字节的状态字 SW1SW2回应。其中, envelope channel status命令要求移动终端按照 ETSI TS 102 223 7.5.11节中的结构定义对码流编码后发给 SIM卡。
5104, 移动终端向 SIM卡发送 APDU命令 fetch去取 send data命令,
102 223 6.6.30 节结构定义对该命令的码流解码, 同时发送 APDU命令 terminal response给 SIM卡作响应,当 SIM卡的请求数据全部发送到移动终 端后, 移动终端再将所有数据发往 TCP/IP协议栈, 由此完成数据的上行传 输。本流程中完成整个数据传输要经过多次的发送一响应,以最终完成 SIM 卡向移动终端发送上行数据。
5105 , 在完成 SIM卡向移动终端发送上行数据并在移动终端将所有数 据发往 TCP/IP协议栈后, 移动终端就开始给 SIM卡发送数据。 这时, 移动 终端发送 envelope data available命令给 SIM卡通知其数据可获取, 可以接 收移动终端发送的数据了。 SIM 卡收到上述命令后, 发送两个字节的状态 字 SW1SW2给移动终端以作回应。 其中 envelope data available命令需要移 动终端在 BIP网关模块中按照 ETSI TS 102 223 7.5.10节的结构定义对命令 码流编码后发给 SIM卡。
5106, 完成 S 105后, 移动终端向 SIM卡发送 APDU命令 fetch去取 receive data命令, SIM卡收到所述命令后, 发送 receive data命令给移动终 端以接收数据, 移动终端按照 ETSI TS 102 223 6.6.29节的结构定义对该命 令的码 ¾ΐ解码, 同时发送 terminal response命令以响应 receive data命令。在 这里, 移动终端需要发送给 SIM卡的数据被携带在每个响应中, 由此经过 多次的接收一响应完成数据的下行传输过程。
5107, 在移动终端与 SIM卡完成数据上下行交互后, 移动终端向 SIM 卡发送 APDU命令 fetch去取 close channel命令, SIM卡收到所述命令后, 发送 close channel命令给移动终端, 通知移动终端关闭数据通信通道, 移 动终端按照 ETSI TS 102 223 6.6.28节的结构定义对该命令的码流解码, 同 时向 TCP/IP协议栈发出关闭命令, 并在收到 TCP/IP协议栈的答复后发送 响应 terminal response给 SIM卡。 同样, SIM卡收到上述命令后,发送两个 字节的状态字 SW1SW2给移动终端以作回应。
以上是关于移动终端支持 E类 SIM卡的方法的实施例, 本发明还公开 了一种支持 E类 SIM卡的移动终端。 下面结合附图 6具体描述如下:
一种支持 E类 SIM卡的移动终端包括 BIP网关模块和 TCP/IP协议栈, 其中 BIP 网关模块具体由能力交互模块和数据交互模块组成。 其中, 能力 交互模块用于与 SIM卡进行能力交互, SIM卡判断移动终端是否支持 BIP 命令。移动终端中的 Terminal Profile命令第 12字节的第 1到 5比特位命令 是有关 BIP的命令。 其中第 1比特位是打开信道(open channel ), 第 2比特 位是关闭信道(close channel ), 第 3比特位是接收数据 ( receive data ), 第 4比特位是发送数据 ( send data ), 第 5比特位是获取信道状态( get channel status )。另外,上述命令的第 6字节的第 3和第 4比特位是 BIP命令相关的 事件( event )。 其中, 第 3比特位是数据可获取 ( data available ), 第 4比特 位是信道状态 ( channel status )。 在此模块中, 为了使移动终端支持 BIP命 令, 需要将上述两个字节的所述比特位的值赋为 1 , 这样 SIM卡就知道了 移动终端支持 BIP命令, 移动终端也可以识别从 SIM卡发送的相应 BIP命 令了, 这就完成了移动终端和 SIM卡的能力交互。
所述数据交互模块用于在移动终端与 SIM卡进行能力交互后建立数据 通信通道, 并与 SIM卡进行相互间的数据交互。 该数据交互过程同本发明 中的方法, 在此不再赘述。
通过对移动终端进行扩展, 增加上述 BIP 网关模块, 就可以实现移动 终端支持 BIP命令,与 SIM卡进行 BIP命令交互并实现数据的上下行传输。 本发明公开的移动终端还包括一个网站(Web )浏览器, Web浏览器通 过 TCP/IP协议栈与 BIP网关之间建立起数据数据通信通道,通过所述 Web 浏览器访问 SIM卡上的 Web服务器。如附图 7所示, 启动 Web浏览器, 在 地址栏输入 http://127.0.0.1 :3516即可访问 SIM卡上的 web月良务器, 实现相 关的应用功能。 这里 Web浏览器,访问 SIM卡上的 web服务器是通过本发 明所公开的方法实施例来完成访问 web服务器进行数据的读取的。
附图 8所公开的实施例, 是 SIM卡作为客户端时, 移动终端的 BIP网 关模块作为中转服务器建立 SIM卡客户端与远端服务器的连接。 此应用模 式下,移动终端将来自 SIM卡的数据通过 TCP/IP协议栈和无线通信网络发 送到远端服务器,实现 SIM卡数据的上行传输至远端服务器。 数据下行传输 过程与上行传输相反, 由此建立 SIM卡客户端与远端服务器之间的数据传 输通道。 BIP网关同 SIM卡之间进行的数据交互是通过本发明所公开的方 法实施例来完成的。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保 护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端与用户识别模块(SIM )卡进行数据交互的方法, 其 特征在于, 该方法包括:
移动终端开机初始化时, 所述 SIM卡判断移动终端是否支持承载无关 协议 ( BIP )命令;
在判断支持时, 所述移动终端与所述 SIM卡进行 BIP命令交互建立数 据通信通道, 并进行数据交互。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 SIM卡判断移动终 端是否支持的 BIP 命令包括: 移动终端在开机初始化时发送终端概括
( Terminal Profile )命令, SIM卡收到并解析所述 Terminal Profile命令特定 位的赋值, 所述特定位为: 第 12字节的第 1比特位到 5比特位与第 6字节 的第 3比特位和第 4比特位, 当所述特定位的赋值均为 1时, 所述 SIM卡 判断移动终端支持 BIP命令, 否则, 判断移动终端不支持 BIP命令。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 Terminal Profile命 令字节的比特位赋值包括: 在移动终端中将 SIM 卡驱动程序的 Terminal Profile命令第 12字节的第 1比特位到 5比特位与第 6字节的第 3比特位和 第 4比特位赋值为 1 , 并将赋值后的所述 Terminal Profile命令发送给所述 SIM卡。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端与 SIM卡 进行 BIP命令交互建立数据通信通道包括:
移动终端发送请求建立数据通信通道命令给 SIM卡, SIM卡接收到该 命令后发送建立数据通信通道命令给移动终端, 移动终端在接收到该命令 后, 上报数据通信通道的通道标识、 互联网协议(IP )地址和端口号信息给 传输控制协议(TCP ) /IP协议栈, 并将处理结果返回给 SIM卡;
移动终端发送请求建立数据通信通道事件列表命令给 SIM卡, SIM卡 接收到该命令后发送建立数据通信通道事件列表命令给移动终端, 移动终 端收到该命令后, 返回响应给 SIM卡, 并携带数据通信通道链接状态、 承 载信息, SIM卡收到所述响应后, 返回状态字, 完成建立数据通信通道。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据交互包括: SIM卡向移动终端发送数据发送命令, 移动终端接收该命令并解码后,
SIM卡发送数据, 移动终端接收数据并返回响应给 SIM卡, 移动终端接收 到全部数据后, 再将全部数据发往 TCP/IP协议栈;
移动终端收到来自 TCP/IP协议栈或者网络层发送的接收数据请求后, 通知 SIM卡接收数据, SIM卡返回状态字并发送接收数据的命令给移动终 端, 移动终端返回响应给 SIM卡, 并且将需要发送的数据附加在响应中, SIM卡接收数据。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 完成所述数据交互后, SIM发送关闭数据通信通道命令给移动终端, 移动终端接收并解码该命令 后向 TCP/IP协议栈发出关闭命令, 在收到 TCP/IP协议栈的响应后, 返回 关闭信息给 SIM卡, 关闭数据通信通道。
7、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
BIP网关模块,用于与 SIM卡进行能力交互,与 SIM卡及 TCP/IP协议 栈之间建立 BIP数据通信通道以及进行数据交互;
所述 TCP/IP协议栈,用于与 BIP网关模块之间建立 BIP数据通信通道 并进行数据交互。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 BIP网关模块 具体包括:
能力交互模块, 用于与 SIM卡进行能力交互, SIM卡判断移动终端是 否支持 BIP命令;
数据交互模块, 用于与 SIM卡以及 TCP/IP协议栈建立数据通信通道, 并进行数据交互。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述能力交互模块 与 SIM卡进行能力交互具体包括:
能力交互模块发送 Terminal Profile命令, SIM卡收到并解析该命令的 第 12字节的第 1比特位到 5比特位与第 6字节的第 3比特位和第 4比特位 的赋值, 当赋值为 1时, SIM判断移动终端支持 BIP命令, 否则, 判断移 动终端不支持 BIP命令。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述数据交互模 块与 SIM卡以及 TCP/IP协议栈建立数据通信通道,并进行数据交互具体包 括:
数据交互模块发送请求建立数据通信通道命令给 SIM卡, SIM卡接收 到该命令后发送建立数据通信通道命令给数据交互模块, 数据交互模块在 接收到该命令后, 上报数据通信通道的通道标识、 IP地址和端口号给所述 TCP/IP协议栈, 并将上报结果返回给 SIM卡;
数据交互模块发送请求建立数据通信通道事件列表命令给 SIM卡, SIM 卡接收到该命令后发送建立数据通信通道事件列表命令给数据交互模块, 数据交互模块收到该命令后, 返回响应给 SIM卡, 并携带数据通信通道链 接状态、 承载信息, SIM 卡收到所述响应后, 返回状态字, 与数据交互模 块之间建立数据通信通道;
SIM 卡向数据交互模块发送数据发送命令, 数据交互模块接收并解码 该命令后, SIM发送数据, 数据交互模块接收数据并发送响应给 SIM卡, 数据交互模块接收到全部数据后, 再将全部数据发往 TCP/IP协议栈; 数据交互模块收到来自 TCP/IP协议栈或者网络层发送的接收数据请求 后, 通知 SIM卡接收数据, SIM卡返回状态字并发送接收数据的命令给数 据交互模块, 数据交互模块返回响应信息给 SIM卡, 并且将需要发送的数 据附加在响应中, SIM卡接收数据。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述数据交互模 块与 SIM卡以及 TCP/IP协议栈模块建立数据数据通信通道,并进行数据交 互还包括:
完成所述数据交互后, SIM发送关闭数据通信通道命令给数据交互模 块,数据交互模块接收并解码该命令, 同时向 TCP/IP协议栈发出关闭命令, 在收到 TCP/IP协议栈的响应信息后,返回关闭信息给 SIM卡, 关闭数据通 信通道。
12、 根据权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所 述移动终端还包括:
网站(Web )浏览器, 所述 Web浏览器通过 TCP/IP协议栈与 BIP网 关之间建立起数据通信通道, 所述 Web浏览器用于访问 SIM卡上的 Web 服务器。
