Description

Elevator car inner wall structure
The present invention relates to a structure of an inner wall of an elevator car by a wall panel having excellent mounting workability at the time of new manufacture and replacement.
In order to attach a wall panel to an inner wall composed of a side wall and a ceiling of a conventional elevator car, a structure that is screwed to the car inner wall (main body) or supported by a joint material fixed to the car inner wall is used (for example, a patent) Reference 1).
Elevators are used on a daily basis, and after a certain number of years, the wall panels are damaged and dirty. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically repaint and repaint the decorative sheet, and during that time, the use of the elevator must be stopped. In addition, there is a problem that the working environment is polluted during the work because of the smell of paint or the like.
Further, in the conventional technique, the replacement work is complicated and difficult, and there is a problem of discharging a large amount of waste material.
In addition, when the wall panel is screwed, there is a problem that the screw is exposed or the fixing portion is limited. When joint materials are used, the smoothness of the wall surface is lacking due to the unevenness of the joint materials, and the appearance is impaired by the presence of joint materials, and the panel shape is limited to a rectangle. .
An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem.
Therefore, the present invention comprises a wall panel comprising a panel main body and a surface layer body made of a sheet-like material such as a film or cloth, and the surface layer body covers the surface and surrounding side surfaces of the panel main body, and further the back surface of the panel main body Is characterized in that an adhesive that allows the panel body to be attached and detached is attached to the inner wall of the car.
In the present invention as described above, the wall panel of the newly installed elevator and the elevator in use is detachably attached to the inner wall of the car. A wall surface can be formed by fitting into the notch. In addition, since the structure of the wall panel is simplified and the manufacturability and workability at the time of replacement are increased, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the operation efficiency of the elevator accompanying the wall panel replacement work.
Furthermore, since a wall panel can be created in a desired shape and design in advance by factory production, it becomes possible to manufacture a highly accurate wall panel. In addition, the inner wall of the car having a good connection between the wall panels and the finished design can be formed by applying and fitting.
Also, at the wall panel replacement work site, assembly and replacement work can be done by simply attaching or fitting the inner wall of the elevator car with an adhesive. Replacement work is possible.
In addition, a wall surface is formed by adjoining adjacent wall panels against each other, and a wall surface is formed by fitting a notch formed in the wall panel with the same shape wall panel that matches the shape of the notch. Therefore, the shape of the wall panel does not necessarily need to be a straight line (rectangle), and the wall panel can be a free shape such as a curved shape.
Further, by dividing the wall panel into the panel body and the surface layer body, the panel body can be repeatedly used, and the wall panel can be simply renewed by replacing only the surface layer body. In addition, since the panel body can be attached to and detached from the inner wall of the car with an adhesive, the replacement of the wall panel becomes extremely easy and the waste material accompanying the replacement can be reduced.
Furthermore, since it is possible to freely select the material of the surface layer body, it is possible to meet various customer demands, for example, by using a material that can print any design on the surface layer body, It is possible to apply various designs.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a wall panel excellent in design that can be easily replaced and can be performed in an extremely short time. Therefore, the wall panel can be easily renewed, for example, according to the season. It is also possible to replace

Embodiments of a wall panel according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a wall panel.
In the figure, 1 is an elevator car inner wall, and 2 is a wall panel of a desired shape.
The wall panel 2 includes a panel main body 3, a surface layer body 4, and an adhesive 5.
The panel body 3 is configured using a material that can be used repeatedly. In this embodiment, an aluminum composite plate in which a synthetic resin plate is sandwiched between aluminum is used. This is lightweight, has high strength, does not generate rust, and has durability and nonflammability. The shape is an arbitrary shape and may be any shape.
The material of the panel body 3 is not limited to the aluminum composite plate, but may be a wood material such as a flameproof plywood, a synthetic resin plate such as a flameproof corrugated cardboard or a melamine decorative board, a gypsum board, a steel steel plate, or the like. Any material such as a single material such as a metal plate or a composite material thereof may be used.
The surface layer body 4 is configured using a replaceable material. In this embodiment, a polyester fabric is used. This is because the polyester material is very difficult to deteriorate and is easy to recycle, and the generation of dioxins during waste combustion is extremely small.
If necessary, the surface layer body is subjected to, for example, antifouling treatment by applying a fluorine-based water and oil repellent agent, and then subjected to a design (pattern, coloration, etc.) by performing a series of thermal sublimation transfer printing. This design (pattern, additive color, etc.) formation method is different from the work method of performing antifouling processing in a separate process after performing normal heat sublimation transfer printing, improving workability and improving quality It was something that was measured.
The surface layer body is further subjected to antibacterial / deodorant processing. This processing is, for example, processing by applying platinum nanoparticles.
In addition, a flameproofing process is performed on the finish by applying an infinite phosphate compound or the like.
The surface layer 4 processed in this way covers the surface of the panel main body 3, and further wraps the peripheral side surface of the panel main body 3 in the back of the panel main body 3 so that the peripheral edge is stopped by the back surface of the panel main body 3. Thereby, the state covered with the surface layer body 4 to the peripheral side surface of the plate-shaped panel main body 3 is obtained reliably. This is because, in a thin panel body, it is difficult to fix the peripheral edge of the surface layer body at about half the thickness of the peripheral side surface, so that the peripheral edge of the surface layer body 4 is fixed to the panel main body 3 as described above. It is structured to be folded and stopped on the back surface.
In the step of covering the surface of the panel body 3, it is not always necessary to extend the surface layer body 4 to the back surface of the panel body 3, and the surface layer body 4 is up to about half the thickness of the peripheral side surface of the panel body 3. It may be covered. When the wall panel 2 is attached to the car inner wall 1 by covering the peripheral side surface of the panel body 3 with the surface layer body 4, the wall panel is made continuous by applying the side surfaces of the wall panels to each other and fitting them together. The continuous portion can be formed so that the background of the panel body cannot be seen from the side surface of the panel body 3. In short, the continuous portion may be finished so that the peripheral edge of the panel body 3 is covered with the surface layer body 4.
Moreover, the material used for the surface layer body is not limited to the polyester woven fabric, and may be finished with a synthetic resin film, FRP (fiber reinforced plastic), or the like. Furthermore, you may form a surface layer body using the material which can form a three-dimensional design.
Moreover, a coating material can be directly applied to the panel body to form a surface layer body. In this case as well, the painted surface may extend to the surrounding back surface so that reliable coating is performed on the surrounding side surface. In this case as well, it may be up to about half of the peripheral side surface in the thickness direction as described above.
The bonding tool 5 is attached to a predetermined position on the back surface of the panel main body 3 to fix the panel main body 3 to the car inner wall 1 as the wall panel 2.
In this embodiment, a neodymium magnet is used as the bonding tool 5. Generally, it is conceivable to use a sintered magnet. However, when the panel main body is painted with steel sheet, it is possible to use a magnet as an adhesive, but when the panel body is a steel sheet covered with a polyester fabric or a decorative adhesive sheet is applied. If it is, the magnetic force between the panel body and the inner wall of the car is weakened, so that the panel body cannot be securely fixed to the inner wall of the car, and the wall panel may fall off the inner wall of the car and fall. .
Therefore, the adhesive 5 is not limited to a neodymium magnet, and a hook-and-loop fastener, a double-sided tape, a sucker tape, or the like may be used. Regardless of which material is used, a structure as an adhesive that is easy to attach and detach and can be reliably fixed to the wall surface is required.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the wall panel 2 having the above-described configuration is used, the side walls of the wall panel 2 formed in a predetermined size and shape are successively applied to the car inner wall 1 in order. Inner walls and ceilings can be configured. Further, when the wall panel 2 is made continuous, the peripheral side surface of the panel main body 3 is covered with the surface layer body 4, so that the abutting joint portion can be smoothly held. For this reason, it is possible to form a smooth wall panel on the surface of the wall panel in which no projections due to the connection portion or the like are generated, and a wall surface excellent in aesthetics can be configured.
The shape of the wall panel can be formed in an arbitrary shape. As shown in FIG. 4, a curved continuous shape can be formed. Further, it is possible to adopt a structure in which another wall panel is fitted into the notch formed in the wall panel, and various wall surfaces can be formed.
In this way, when a specific pattern or design is drawn on the surface layer 4, it is possible to form the joining side end portion of the wall panel 2 in accordance with the pattern or design. The wall surface can be constructed without cutting.
Further, the wall panel according to the present invention can be used repeatedly when the wall surface is replaced, and only the surface layer body 4 needs to be replaced. The replacement work can be easily performed in a short time.
