随着互联网的迅猛发展和大屏幕多功能手机的普及, 出现了大量移动数 据多媒体业务和各种高带宽多媒体业务, 例如: 视频会议、 电视广播、 视频 点播、 视频广告、 网上教育、 互动游戏等, 不仅满足了移动用户不断上升的 业务需求, 同时也为移动运营商带来新的业务增长点。 这些移动数据多媒体 业务要求多个用户能够同时接收相同数据, 与一般的数据业务相比, 具有数 据量大、 持续时间长、 时延敏感等特点。 为了有效地利用移动网络资源, 第 三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project, 简称为 3GPP )提出了 MBMS, 该业务是一种从一个数据源向多个目标传送数据的技术, 实现了网 络(包括核心网和接入网) 资源的共享, 提高了网络资源 (尤其是空中接口 资源) 的利用率。 3GPP定义的 MBMS不仅能够实现纯文本低速率的消息类 组播和广播, 还能够实现高速多媒体业务的广播和组播, 提供多种丰富的视 频、音频和多媒体业务,这无疑顺应了未来移动数据发展的趋势,为 3G ( 3rd Generation, 第三代数字通信) 的发展提供了更好的业务前景。
在 LTE 中, MBMS 的传输采用多小区模式发送, 即相邻小区发送的 MBMS支持合并。 合并的实质是相邻的若干个小区构成一个 MBSFN区域, 那么构成 MBSFN 区域的小区则在相同的资源上, 相同时刻, 发送相同的 MBMS数据, 这样每个小区发送的 MBMS数据在空中进行传输时, 来自不 同小区的数据信号在空中自然叠加, 从而增加了数据的可靠性, 具体的多小 区模式的数据发送可以参考 LTE协议 36.300v920协议 15.3.3章节的 Multi-cell transmission (多小区发送 ) 的描述。 目前在 LTE 中规定多播传输信道 (Multicast Traffic Channel , 筒称 MTCH )、 多播控制信道( Multicast Control Channel, 简称 MCCH ) 、 动态调 度信息( dynamic scheduling information, 简称 DSI, 也有把动态调度信息称为 MCH scheduling information, 简称 MSI ) , 这些信息都是采用多小区模式发送 的, 即相邻小区都在相同的资源上同时发送相同的上述信道数据, 构成了 MBSFN合并区域, 即使在 MBSFN 区域边界外小区边界处也能正常接收 MTCH、 MCCH, DSI等信息,从而实现 MBMS的接收。 目前 LTE中 MBSFN 区域的位置是事先配置好的, 哪些小区属于哪个 MBSFN 区域是在布网时已 经固定了的, 如果用户 (user )移出 MBSFN 区域, 那么将不能正常接收该 MBSFN区域的 MBMS, 也就是说 MBSFN区域不连续了, 所以该 MBSFN区 域内的 MBMS也不连续了, 所以 MBSFN区域的连续和该 MBSFN区域内的 MBMS的连续是相辅相成的。 这样当用户移动时, 就可能发生下面的情况。
由于 LTE中的 MBMS的发送特点使得用户在刚刚移出 MBSFN区域后 , 在较大范围内还能够正常接收到 MBMS。 这是因为 MBMS的控制信息都是 采用 MBSFN方式发送的, 具有较强的信号叠加增益, 所以在 UE刚刚移出 MBSFN区域时还是可以正常接收的。 例如 UE刚移出 MBSFN区域后, 由于 MCCH、 MTCH和 DSI信息都是采用 MBSFN方式发送的, 具有较强的叠加 增益, 只要 MBSFN区域中小区的 SIB13中关于 MCCH信道的位置的配置信 息没有发生变化 (和 UE移出 MBSFN区域相同, 另外, 根据 LTE协议规定 SIB13上的 MCCH信道位置信息是半静态配置的, 长时间不变化的) , 那么 UE就可以在移出 MBSFN区域后,在较大范围内可以正常接收 MBMS,但是 此时 UE 实际已经移出了和运营商签约的 MBMS 服务区, 运营商不能对 MBMS提供质量保障 , 可能会发生 MBMS的突然中断。
如图 1所示, 曲线所围成的区域构成一个 MBSFN area ID1区域, 小区 B 是和 MBSFN area ID1区域相邻的小区, 小区 B内没有 MBMS, 或者说没有 MBSFN area ID1区域的业务, 因为小区 B可以有其他 MBSFN area区域的业 务。 那么当一个正在接收 MBMS的 UE ( User Equipment, 用户设备 )从小区 A向小区 B进行移动时, 当该 UE刚刚移入小区 B中时 (即还处于小区 B内 靠近小区 A的边界处) , 此时该 UE是能够继续接收正在接收的属于 MBSFN area ID1 区域的 MBMS的。 这是因为承载于 MTCH的 MBMS数据, 以及 MBMS的控制信息 MCCH和 DSI都是采用多小区方式发送的, 所以来自小 区八、 C和 D的相同 MBMS数据在空中自然叠加后, 在小区 B靠近 MBSFN area ID1的地方可以正常接收到。但是随着 UE继续移动到小区 B的中心地带, 或者更远离 MBSFN area ID1的地方, MBMS的接收效果会越来越差, 直到 不能正确接收 MBMS, 造成该 UE的 MBMS中断。
对于图 2中,示意的小区 B属于 MBSFN area ID1区域内的保留小区(保 留小区的定义在 36.300协议的 15章节 "MBSFN Area Reserved Cell"的描述), 当 UE从小区 A移动到保留小区 B中的时候同样存在上述问题。
对于该 UE的用户来说 MBMS的突然中断造成用户感受非常差, 在没有 任何提示信息通知的情况下, 用户不知道是 MBMS信号变差, 还是被运营商 停止了 MBMS, 从而使得用户对于运营商的服务质量评价非常差。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种 UE移动接收 MBMS的方法和用户 设备, 提高用户满意度。

本发明的思想是, 对于移动的 UE (特别是具有 MBMS能力的 UE, 不具 有 MBMS能力的 UE也不能接收物理多播信道( Physical Multicast Channel, PMCH )中的 MBMS ) , 当其从源小区向目标小区移动时, UE需要判断目标 小区是否移出了 UE 当前所处的一个或者多个 MBSFN区域(或者描述为当 UE 从源小区向目标小区移动时, UE 需要判断当前所处的一个或者多个 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是否连续), 下面仅采用其中一种方式 进行描述。 UE进行判断后,根据判断结果提醒用户是否将要或者已经移出当 前的 MBSFN区域, 如果是, UE将提醒用户, 由于用户的移动造成 UE即将 或已经移出了 MBSFN区域, MBMS即将中断。 这样通过友好界面提示用户 , 给予用户较好的体验。 此时用户可以选择继续接收 MBMS, 直到不能正确接 收, 但是此时, 由于已经移出 MBSFN 区域, 所以运营商不保证此后用户的 MBMS接收质量。
本发明提供一种 UE移动接收 MBMS方法, 包括: UE (具有 MBMS能 力的 UE )从源小区向目标小区移动时, 所述 UE判断是否将要或已经移出一 个或者多个多媒体广播组播业务单频网络(MBSFN ) 区域, 或者判断 UE所 在的 MBSFN区域在目标小区和源小区之间是否连续。
其中, 所述具有 MBMS能力的 UE包括正在接收 MBMS的 UE, 或者, 正在监听 MCCH (多播控制信道)更新通知消息( MCCH change notification ) 的 UE。 所述移出一个或者多个 MBSFN区域是指: 移出所述 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 也即所述 MBSFN区域在 UE的源小区和目标 小区之间不连续, 或者移出所述 UE正在监听的 MCCH更新通知消息所属的 MBSFN区域。
如果 UE判断出将要或已经移出了 MBSFN区域,那么 UE向用户显示提 醒信息 , 用于提醒用户将要或已经移出 MBSFN区域或者 MBMS签约区域, MBMS即将中断或者 MBMS质量不予以保证。
其中, 所述具有 MBMS能力的 UE从源小区向目标小区移动时, 当所述 UE位于源小区时,所述 UE需要判断是否将要移出一个或多个 MBSFN区域; 当所述 UE 位于目标小区时, 所述 UE 需要判断是否已经移出一个或多个 MBSFN区域。
当前的 MBSFN区域可以是多个,例如某一 UE正在同时接收来自两个不 同 MBSFN区域的 MBMS, 当其从源小区向目标小区移动时, 那么 UE则需 要分别判断是否移出两个 MBSFN 区域。 对于某一 UE 正在监听两个不同 MB SFN区域的 MCCH更新通知消息, 当其从源小区向目标小区移动时, 那 么 UE则需要分别判断是否移出两个 MBSFN区域。
这里 UE通过系统信息块是否被调度发送或者通过系统信息块中的一些 参 数 来 进 行 判 断 , 在 LTE 中 , 由 于 协 议 规 定 SIB13 ( SystemlnformationBlockType ,系统信息块 13 )是MBMS专用系统信息块, 所以本发明以 SIB13进行说明。 当 MBMS专用系统信息块重新命名时, 则根 据新命名的系统信息块进行判断。
其中, 所述 UE通过 SIB13是否被调度发送和 /或通过 SIB13中的信息来 判断是否移出一个或多个 MBSFN区域, 具体包括:
1 ) 所述 UE判断所述目标小区的系统信息块 13是否被调度发送, 当所 述系统信息块 13没有被调度发送时,所述 UE判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN 区域; 或者
2 ) 当所述 UE判断所述目标小区的系统信息块 13被调度发送时, 还获 取所述系统信息块 13 中携带的 MBSFN区域信息 ( MBSFN- Arealnfo-r9 ) 中 的一个或多个参数, 根据所述一个或多个参数判断所述 UE是否将要或者已 经移出 MBSFN区域; 或者
3 )所述 UE直接获取目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信 息的一个或多个参数, 根据所述一个或多个参数判断 UE是否将要或者已经 移出 MBSFN区域。
2 ) , 3 )中所述参数为 MBSFN区域信息的列表和 /或 MCCH配置信息列 表,所述 UE判断其所属的 MBSFN区域的 MBSFN区域标识( mbsfii-AreaId-r9 ) 是否包括在所述目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表 中, 如果未包括(即目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的 列表中没有所述的 mbsfii-AreaId-r9 ) , 则所述 UE 判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域, 那么所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是不连续的, 如果包括(即目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表中 有所述的 mbsf -AreaId-r9 ),那么所述 UE判断将不会或未移出 MBSFN区域, 那么所述 MBSFN 区域在源小区和目标小区之间是连续的; 和 /或, 所述 UE 判断其所属的 MBSFN区域的 MCCH配置信息是否包括在所述系统信息块 13 中携带的 MCCH配置信息列表中, 如果未包括, 则所述 UE判断将要或者已 经移出 MBSFN区域。
其中, 2 ) , 3 ) 中, UE接收到 SIB13后, 通过 SIB13中的 MBSFN区域 信息中的一个或者多个参数来判断 UE正在接收的 MBMS是否正在目标小区 中继续发送, 具体是通过判断 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域的 MBSFN区域标识 ( mbsfii-AreaId-r9 )是否包括在所述目标小区的所述 MBSFN 区域信息的列表中, 如果未包括, 则 UE正在接收的 MBMS未在目标小区中 继续发送,说明目标小区不属于 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 也就是说所述 MBSFN 区域在源小区和目标小区之间是不连续的, 所述用户 设备移出正在接收的所述多媒体广播组播业务所属的 MBSFN 区域, 如果包 括, 那么 UE正在接收的 MBMS正在目标小区中继续发送, 说明目标小区属 于 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 也就是说所述 MBSFN区域 在源小区和目标小区之间连续。 所述用于判断的参数是 MBSFN 区域标识 ( mbs&-AreaId-r9 ) , 或者是 MCCH 的配置 ( mcch-Config-r9 ) 。 当使用 mcch-Config-r9参数作为判断参数时, 具体的通过把 UE正在接收的 MBMS 所属的 MBSFN 区域的 MCCH 配置信息 ( mcch-Config-r9 ) 信息中的 repetitionPeriod-r9、 offset-r9和 sf-AllocInfo-r9参数, 与目标小区中 SIB13中的 所有 MBSFN 区域的 MCCH 配置信息中对应的参数 repetitionPeriod-r9 , offset-r9和 sf-AllocInfo-r9进行对比, 如果与任何一组参数不相同, 则判断目 标小区不属于 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 所述用户设备移 出正在接收的所述多媒体广播组播业务所属的 MBSFN区域。
其中, UE是通过获取目标小区的 SIB1 ( SystemlnformationBlockTypel , 系统信息块 1 )后, 从 SIB1中的信息获知 SIB13是否被调度发送。
其中, UE获取目标小区的 SIB1的方式包括两种:
第一种是 UE主动接收目标小区的 SIB1, 只要 UE位于源小区和目标小 区的交界处, UE是可以接收到目标小区的 SIB1的;
第二种是源小区直接通知 UE, 目标小区的 SIB13是否被调度发送。
其中, UE获取目标小区的 SIB13信息有两种方式:
第一种是 UE主动接收目标小区的 SIB13 , 只要 UE位于源小区和目标小 区的交界处, UE是可以接收到目标小区的 SIB13的;
第二种是源小区把目标小区的 SIB13发送给 UE,这个需要控制源小区和 目标小区的基站进行信息交互。
对于正在接收 MBMS的 UE或正在接收 MCCH更新通知消息的 UE, 当 其从源小区向目标小区移动时, UE 需要判断目标小区是否移出了当前的 MBSFN区域, 判断处理方式是相同的。 下面仅以正在接收 MBMS的 UE为 例说明。
下面详细说明一下判断目标小区是否已经移出正在接收的 MBMS 所属 的 MBSFN区域或者判断所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是否连 续的方式, 包括:
方式 1
UE接收到目标小区的 SIB13 后, 通过 SIB13 中的 MBSFN 区域信息 ( MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9 ) 中的一个或者多个参数来判断 UE是否移出正在接收 的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN 区域。 所述用于判断的参数是 MBSFN 区域标识 ( mbs&-AreaId-r9 ) 。
当 UE接收到小区 B (目标小区,即 UE即将移动到该小区)的 SIB13后, 读取其中的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9, 然后, 判断自己正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域的 mbsfii-AreaId-r9是否包含在所述的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9中 ,如 果是, 则表示 UE 源小区与目标小区同时属于所述 MBSFN, 也说明所述 MBSFN区域在源小区与目标小区之间是连续的,表示小区 B中有 UE正在接 收的 MBMS发送, 此时 UE可以按照已有的流程接收 MBMS; 否则, UE将 移出正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域,即目标小区不属于所述 MBSFN 区域, 所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是不连续的, 此时, UE可 以触发提示信息,提醒用户,由于用户已经离开正在接收的 MBMS服务区域, 该 MBMS即将中断或者说运营商对于此时 UE接收到的 MBMS质量不提供 保证, 由于此时 UE已经离开了 MBMS签约区域。 当用户判断出目标小区有 自己接收的 MBMS, 但是 UE在目标小区 MBMS中断(不能正确接收, 图象 质量较差, 雪花点等) , 则 UE可以提示用户, 此处属于运营商 MBMS信号 质量覆盖较差的区域。

根据 SIB13是否被调度发送判断 UE是否移出正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域。 UE接收到目标小区的 SIB1后, 从 SIB1中可以获知 SIB13是 否被调度发送, 具体通过 SIB1 中包括的调度信息列表(sc?ei¾/ g/«/aLW) 中包含的 sib-Mappmglnfo参数判断 SIB13是否被调度发送。
当 UE接收到小区 B的 SIB1时, 通过 SIB1中的 schedulinglnfoList参数 可以判断出 SIB13是否被调度发送, 如果 SIB13没有被调度发送(即目标小 区 B中没有发送 SIB13 ),则表明 UE将移出正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN 区域, 此时, UE可以触发提示信息, 提醒用户, 由于用户已经离开正在接收 的 MBMS服务区域, 该 MBMS 即将中断或者说由于此时 UE 已经离开了 MBMS签约区域, 运营商对于此时 UE接收到的 MBMS质量不提供保证; 如 果 SIB13被调度发送,那么 UE接收 SIB13,并读取其中的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9, 然后, 判断自己正在接收的 MBMS 所属的 MBSFN 区域标识是否在所述的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9中, 如果是, 则表示小区 B中有 UE正在接收的 MBMS 发送。 此时 UE可以按照已有的流程接收 MBMS。 当用户判断出目标小区有 自己接收的 MBMS, 但是 UE在目标小区 MBMS中断(不能正确接收, 图象 质量较差, 雪花点等) , 则 UE可以提示用户, 此处属于运营商 MBMS信号 质量覆盖较差的区域。

实施例 1对应移出 MBSFN区域(即 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之 间不连续) 的情况。
假设某一 MBSFN区域, 如图 1或图 2所示, 图 1和图 2的区别在于, 图 1 中小区 B是与某一 MBSFN区域交接的小区, 图 2中的小区 B是某一 MBSFN区域中的保留小区, 相同的地方在于, 图 1和图 2中的小区 B都是 不发送该 MBSFN区域的 MBMS的, 该 MBSFN区域在小区 B中将不连续, 并且由于和 MBSFN区域相邻, 在小区 B靠近 MBSFN区域的边界处有良好 的 MBMS信号可以接收,但是随着 UE朝小区 B的中心移动, MBMS信号逐 渐消失, 所以当 UE从 MBSFN区域移动到小区 B中心的这过程中, UE原本 在 MBSFN区域正在接收的 MBMS会中断, 为了在 MBMS中断之前通知用 户, 所以 UE侧应该增加图 3或图 4所示流程。
如图 3所示, 包括:
步骤 301 , 当 UE接收到目标小区 (即 UE即将移动到该小区 ) 的 SIB13 后, 读取其中的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9;
步骤 302 , UE 判断自己正在接收的 MBMS 所属的 MBSFN 区域的 mbs&-AreaId-r9是否包含在所述的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9 中, 如果是(则说明 源小区和目标小区都包含相同的所述 MBSFN区域的 mbsf -AreaId-r9 ) , 执 行步骤 305, 否则, 执行步骤 303;
步骤 303 ,表示 UE将要或者已经移出正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN 区域, 也表示该 MBSFN区域在目标小区将不再连续;
对步骤 303的说明, UE将要移出正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区 域, 对应于 UE在源小区接收到目标小区的 SIB13后进行判断; UE已经移出 正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 对应于 UE在目标小区后接收到目 标小区的 SIB13后进行判断。
步骤 304, UE可以触发提示信息, 提醒用户, 由于用户已经离开正在接 收的 MBMS服务区域, 该 MBMS即将中断或者说运营商对于此时 UE接收 到的 MBMS质量不提供保证, 由于此时 UE已经离开了 MBMS签约区域, 结束。
步骤 305 , 表示目标小区中有 UE正在接收的 MBMS发送, 同时也表明 所述 MBSFN区域在目标小区和源小区之间是连续的,此时 UE可以按照已有 的流程接收 MBMS, 结束。
其中, 当用户判断出目标小区有自己接收的 MBMS , 但是 UE在目标小 区 MBMS中断(不能正确接收, 图象质量较差, 雪花点等 ) , 则 UE可以提 示用户, 此处属于运营商 MBMS信号质量覆盖较差的区域。

实施例 2
实施例 2对应在 MBSFN区域内的小区之间移动。
假设某一 MBSFN区域, 如图 1或图 2所示, 当 UE在 MBSFN区域中从 小区 A移动到小区 C时, 小区 C被称为目标小区。 UE不知道目标小区是否 已经移出 MBSFN区域, 或者目标小区是否有自己的正在接收的 MBMS , 或 者所述 MBSFN区域在目标小区是否连续。
方式 1, 当 UE接收到小区 C (目标小区, 即 UE即将移动到该小区) 的 SIB13后, 应该读取其中的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9 , 然后, 判断自己正在接收的 MBMS 所属的 MBSFN 区域的 mbsfii-AreaId-r9 是否 包含在所述 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9中, 本实施例中, 由于小区 C属于 MBSFN区域, 则 UE 正在接收的 MBMS 所属的 MBSFN 区域 mbsfn-AreaId-r9 包含在所述 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9中, 则小区 C中有 UE正在接收的 MBMS发送(即所述 MBSFN 区域在目标小区中是连续的) , 此时 UE 可以按照已有的流程接收 MBMS; 当用户判断小区 C中有自己接收的 MBMS , 但是 UE在小区 C的 MBMS中断 (不能正确接收, 图象质量较差, 雪花点等) , 则 UE可以提示 用户, 此处属于运营商 MBMS信号质量覆盖较差的区域。
方式 2,当 UE接收到小区 C的 SIB1时,通过 SIB1中的 schedulmglnfoList 参数可以判断出 SIB13是否被调度发送,本实施例中, 由于小区 C为 MBSFN 区域内的小区, 其 SIB13被调度发送, 那么 UE接收 SIB13 , 并读取其中的 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9 , 然后, 判断自己正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区 域标识是否在 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9中, 本实施例中, 由于小区 C为 MBSFN 区域内的小区, 则 UE 正在接收的 MBMS 所属的 MBSFN 区域标识在 MBSFN-AreaInfo-r9中, 则表示小区 C中有 UE正在接收的 MBMS发送。 此 时 UE可以按照已有的流程接收 MBMS。 当 UE判断出小区 C有自己接收的 MBMS, 但是 UE在小区 C的 MBMS中断 (不能正确接收, 图象质量较差, 雪花点等) , 则 UE可以提示用户, 此处属于运营商 MBMS信号质量覆盖较 差的区域。
本发明还提供一种用户设备, 所述用户设备( UE ) 用于当所述 UE从源 小区向目标小区移动时, 判断是否将要或者已经移出一个或多个多媒体广播 组播业务单频网络( MBSFN ) 区域(或者判断一个或多个 MBSFN区域在源 小区和目标小区之间是否连续) 。
所述 UE具有 MBMS能力。
所述 UE,用于在从源小区向目标小区移动时,当所述 UE正在接收 MBMS 或正在接收的 MCCH更新通知消息时, 判断是否将要或者已经移出所述 UE 正在接收的 MBMS或正在监听的 MCCH更新通知消息所属的 MBSFN区域。
所述 UE, 还用于判断将要或已经移出 MBSFN区域时, 向用户显示提醒 信息, 用于提醒用户将要或已经移出 MBSFN 区域或者 MBMS签约区域, MBMS即将中断或者 MBMS质量不予以保证。

工业实用性 本发明当 UE正在接收的 MBMS发生中断时 (或者即将中断时) , UE 能够正确的判断出, 是由于运营商在签约区域内信号覆盖质量较差造成的, 还是由于用户自身的原因造成的 MBMS中断, 从而明确责任, 并且及时提醒 用户, 从而减少了运营商和用户之间的责任纠纷, 提升用户体验。 另外, 本 发明不需要网络侧的配合, 不需要网络侧发送信令, 仅仅从用户的角度出发 利用一些已有的信息实现准确的判断。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用户设备 ( UE ) 移动接收多媒体广播组播业务( MBMS ) 的方 法, 其包括: 用户设备 ( UE )从源小区向目标小区移动时, 所述 UE判断是 否将要或者已经移出一个或多个多媒体广播组播业务单频网络(MBSFN ) 区 域。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE为具有 MBMS能力的 UE, 所述 UE包括正在接收 MBMS的 UE, 或者正在监听多播控制信道(MCCH ) 更新通知消息的 UE。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法,其中,所述移出一个或者多个 MBSFN 区域是指: 移出所述 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 或者移出 所述 UE正在监听的 MCCH更新通知消息所属的 MBSFN区域。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE从源小区向目标小区移动 时,当所述 UE位于源小区时,所述 UE判断是否将要移出一个或多个 MBSFN 区域; 当所述 UE位于目标小区时, 所述 UE判断是否已经移出一个或多个 MBSFN区域。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 所述 UE判断将要或已 经移出 MBSFN区域时, 所述 UE向用户显示提醒信息 ,用于提醒用户将要或 已经移出 MBSFN区域或者 MBMS签约区域, MBMS即将中断或者 MBMS 质量不予以保证。 6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE判断是否将要或者已经移 出一个或多个 MBSFN区域的步骤包括:
所述 UE判断所述目标小区的系统信息块 13是否被调度发送, 当所述系 统信息块 13没有被调度发送时, 所述 UE判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区 域。 7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE判断是否将要或者已经移 出一个或多个 MBSFN区域的步骤还包括: 当所述目标小区的系统信息块 13 被调度发送时, 获取所述系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息中的一个 或多个参数, 根据所述一个或多个参数判断所述 UE是否将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE判断是否将要或者已经移 出一个或多个 MBSFN区域的步骤包括:
所述 UE获取目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的一 个或多个参数, 根据所述一个或多个参数判断 UE 是否将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其中, 所述参数为 MBSFN区域信息 的列表和 /或 MCCH配置信息列表,根据所述一个或多个参数判断所述 UE是 否将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域的步骤包括:
所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域的 MBSFN区域标识是否包括在所述目标 小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表中, 如果未包括, 则 所述 UE判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域,所述 MBSFN区域在目标小区 和源小区之间是不连续的, 如果包括, 则所述所述 MBSFN 区域在目标小区 和源小区之间是连续的;和 /或,所述 UE判断其所属的 MBSFN区域的 MCCH 配置信息是否包括在所述系统信息块 13中携带的 MCCH配置信息列表中, 如果未包括, 则所述 UE判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域。
10、 一种用户设备(UE ) , 其设置为: 从源小区向目标小区移动时, 判 断是否将要或者已经移出一个或多个多媒体广播组播业务单频网络
( MBSFN ) 区域。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的 UE, 其中, 所述 UE为具有多媒体广播组播 业务能力的 UE。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述 UE是设置为: 在从源 小区向目标小区移动时, 当所述 UE正在接收 MBMS或正在接收的 MCCH 更新通知消息时, 判断是否将要或者已经移出所述 UE正在接收的 MBMS或 正在监听的 MCCH更新通知消息所属的 MBSFN区域。 13、 如权利要求 10所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述 UE还设置为: 判断将 要或已经移出 MBSFN 区域时, 向用户显示提醒信息, 用于提醒用户将要或 已经移出 MBSFN区域或者 MBMS签约区域, MBMS即将中断或者 MBMS 质量不予以保证。 14、 如权利要求 10所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述 UE是设置为通过如下 方式判断是否将要或者已经移出一个或多个 MBSFN区域:
判断所述目标小区的系统信息块 13是否被调度发送, 当所述系统信息块 13没有被调度发送时, 所述 UE判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域; 当所 述 UE判断所述目标小区的系统信息块 13被调度发送时, 还获取所述系统信 息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息中的一个或多个参数, 根据所述一个或多 个参数判断所述 UE是否将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域;
或者, 直接获取目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的 一个或多个参数, 根据所述一个或多个参数判断 UE是否将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域。 15、 如权利要求 13所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述 UE是设置为: 获取目 标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表和 /或 MCCH配置 信息列表,判断所述 UE所属的 MBSFN区域的 MBSFN区域标识是否包括在 所述目标小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表中 , 如果未 包括, 则判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区域; 和 /或, 判断所述 UE所属的 MBSFN 区域的 MCCH 配置信息是否包括在所述系统信息块 13 中携带的 MCCH配置信息列表中, 如果未包括, 则判断将要或者已经移出 MBSFN区 域。
16、 一种用户设备 ( UE )移动接收多媒体广播组播业务(MBMS ) 的方 法, 所述方法包括:
UE从源小区向目标小区移动时, 所述 UE判断其所处的一个或者多个多 媒体广播组播业务单频网络( MBSFN ) 区域在源小区和目标小区之间是否连 续。 17、 如权利要求 16所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE为具有 MBMS能力的 UE, 所述 UE 包括正在接收 MBMS 的 UE, 或者正在监听多播控制信道
( MCCH ) 更新通知消息的 UE。
18、 如权利要求 16或 17所述的方法, 其中, 所述一个或者多个 MBSFN 区域是指: 所述 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 或者所述 UE 正在监听的 MCCH更新通知消息所属的 MBSFN区域。
19如权利要求 16所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE判断一个或多个 MBSFN 区域在源小区和目标小区之间是否连续的步骤包括:
所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域的 MBSFN区域标识是否包括在所述目标 小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表中, 如果未包括, 则 所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是不连续的;如果包 括, 则所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是连续的。
20、 如权利要求 16所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 所述 UE判断所述一 个或多个 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间不连续时,所述 UE向用户显 示提醒信息, 用于提醒用户将要或已经移出 MBSFN区域或者 MBMS签约区 域, MBMS即将中断或者 MBMS质量不予以保证。
21、 一种用户设备(UE ) , 所述 UE设置为:
从源小区向目标小区移动时, 判断当前所处的一个或者多个多媒体广播 组播业务单频网络(MBSFN ) 区域在源小区和目标小区之间是否连续。 22、 如权利要求 21所述的 UE, 其中, 所述 UE为具有 MBMS能力的
UE, 所述 UE 包括正在接收 MBMS 的 UE, 或者正在监听多播控制信道 ( MCCH ) 更新通知消息的 UE。
23、 如权利要求 21或 22所述的 UE, 其中, 所述一个或者多个 MBSFN 区域是指: 所述 UE正在接收的 MBMS所属的 MBSFN区域, 或者所述 UE 正在监听的 MCCH更新通知消息所属的 MBSFN区域。
24、 如权利要求 21所述的 UE, 其中, 所述 UE是设置为: 所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域的 MBSFN区域标识是否包括在所述目标 小区的系统信息块 13中携带的 MBSFN区域信息的列表中, 如果未包括, 则 所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是不连续的;如果包 括, 则所述 UE判断所述 MBSFN区域在源小区和目标小区之间是连续的。
25、 如权利要求 21所述的 UE, 所述 UE还设置为: 判断所述一个或多 个 MBSFN 区域在源小区和目标小区之间不连续时, 向用户显示提醒信息, 用于提醒用户将要或已经移出 MBSFN区域或者 MBMS签约区域, MBMS即 将中断或者 MBMS质量不予以保证。
