Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙地灯,特别是一种埋设于墙壁或地面上的墙地灯。
背景技术
在城镇的街道或建筑物的墙壁上通常安装有起装饰或指示作用的墙地灯。传统的墙地灯通常包括支架、耐压玻璃及发光组件,支架的底部设置有发光组件的安装空间,发光组件置于安装空间的底部,耐压玻璃安装在发光组件上方的支架内。由于发光组件安装在耐压玻璃下方的支架内,因而增加了支架的厚度,进而增加了墙地灯的厚度,这不仅增加了支架的制造材料,提高了墙地灯的制造成本,并且墙地灯在安装时需要预先挖设与墙地灯厚度相对应的地沟,从而增加墙地灯的安装难度。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种超薄的新型墙地灯,该墙地灯具有支架的耗材少、生产成本低、安装方便的特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于其包括灯体及面盖板,灯体内设置有一容置空间,容置空间内安装有导光体,导光体的至少一侧安装有发光组件,导光体的底面和/或表面设置有凹凸纹,导光体上方的灯体内安装有耐压玻璃。
作为本发明上述技术方案的改进,所述导光体的底部设置有装饰图案或指示标志;或者,在导光体上设置有镂空图案或镂空指示标志。
为提高本发明的防水性能,所述灯体与耐压玻璃之间通过密封条密封连接。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述发光组件设置在容置空间的相对两侧。
为便于发光组件的安装,所述容置空间的侧壁设置有发光组件安装卡槽,所述发光组件安装在卡槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的发光组件设置在支架内的容置空间侧壁,省去了耐压玻璃与发光组件之间的垂直距离,降低了容置空间的高度,从而降低了本发明的厚度,减少了支架的耗材,降低了本发明的生产成本;同时由于本发明的厚度小,安装施工时可减小地沟深度,甚至无须挖设地沟,从而降低了施工工作量,便于墙地灯的安装。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3,本发明公开的一种新型墙地灯,包括灯体1及面盖板2,该灯体1呈长条形状,灯体1内设置有一容置空间11,容置空间内安装有导光体,导光体的底面和/或表面设置有凹凸纹,导光体的相对两侧安装有发光组件,该发光组件3可采用LED发光组件,也可采用其它公知结构的发光组件,发光组件3发出的光经导光体4的侧壁折射进入导光体后再导光体的底面和/或表面的凹凸纹折射出来。
为便于发光组件的安装,容置空间11的相对两侧设置有发光组件安装卡槽12,发光组件上卡装在安装卡槽内。
导光体4上方的灯体1内安装有耐压玻璃5,其中面盖板2与灯体1通过螺丝7固定连接,面盖板2的一侧搭接在耐压玻璃5上,并且灯体1与耐压玻璃5之间通过密封胶条6密封连接,从而提高了本发明的防水性能。
为提高本发明的装饰性能,在导光体4的底部设置有装饰图案,或者在导光体4上设置镂空图案,装饰图案或镂空图案可根据具体需要设置,而为使本发明起到指示功能,在导光体4的底部设置有指示标志;或者在导光体4上设置有镂空指示标志(其中图案和指示标志在图中未示出)。
由于本发明的发光组件设置在支架内的容置空间侧壁,省去了耐压玻璃与发光组件之间的垂直距离,降低了容置空间的高度,从而降低了本发明的厚度,减少了支架的耗材,降低了本发明的生产成本;同时由于本发明的厚度小,安装施工时可减小地沟深度,甚至无须挖设地沟,从而降低了施工工作量,便于墙地灯的安装。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能以其限定本发明的保护范围。本发明还可有其它的结构变化,如型材还可采用其它的形状,发光组件也可只设置在导光体的一侧,发光组件在容置空间内的安装还可采用其它公知的结构等等,只要是依本发明的保护范围所作的均等变化与修饰,均应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (6)
- 一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于其包括灯体及面盖板,灯体内设置有一容置空间,容置空间内安装有导光体,导光体的至少一侧安装有发光组件,导光体的底面和/或表面设置有凹凸纹,导光体上方的灯体内安装有耐压玻璃。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于所述导光体的底部设置有装饰图案或指示标志。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于所述导光体上设置有镂空图案或镂空指示标志。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于所述灯体与耐压玻璃之间通过密封条密封连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于所述发光组件设置在容置空间的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型墙地灯,其特征在于所述容置空间的侧壁设置有发光组件安装卡槽,所述发光组件安装在卡槽内。
