A screw plate (12) for providing combination of the connection components with the intermediate aluminium foil layer (2) polypropylene pipe (5) (PP-R), which comprises the outer layer (3) determining the outer section and the nominal size of the pipe (5), aluminium foil layer (2) increasing the compressive strength, reducing the linear extension of the pipe (5) and permitting its welding without being trimmed with the connection components as a result of being positioned at the intermediate portion, and the inner layer (1) determining the inner section of the pipe (5), and in order to provide melting of the inner and outer layers (1,3) together; it comprises guide cavity (7) providing placement of the pipe (5) inside the screw plate (12), the outer layer melting surface (9), which is formed at the lower and upper surfaces of the said guide cavity (7), and which melts the outer layer (3) of the placed pipe (5) by contacting the said outer layer (3), and the inner layer melting surface (10), which melts the inner layer (1) of the pipe (5) by contacting the said inner layer (1).

Description
A SCREW PLATE FOR COMBINING PIPE AND CONNECTION COMPONENTS
The Related Art
The invention relates to screw plates used for combining pipe and connection components.
The invention particularly relates to a screw plate preventing all damages which would occur after the combination operation used for combining the intermediate aluminium foil polypropylene pipe (PP-R) with the connection components.
The Prior Art Nowadays, it is known that screw plates are used for thermally combining pipes and connection pieces. Especially, combination of the elbow, cross-piece, coupling etc. connection components with the pipes to be used in installation operations is frequently used. Combination of the propylene pipe and the extension (connection) pieces; is obtained by placement of polypropylene pipe and extension piece to both ends of the screw plate and by heating up to 260 °C in welding machine. The screw plate used in the prior screw plate combination systems makes the polypropylene pipe ready for combination just by melting its upper layer. Therefore, in the combinations made with the pipe screw plates used in the prior technics, water enters in time between the outer layer and the foil layer of the intermediate aluminium foil polypropylene pipes (PP-R) arid dissolves the adhesive and burst and fracture type damages occur at the outer layer of the pipe.
In the pipe combination operations conducted with the screw plates used in the prior art, leakages are observed at the places of combination in time. Patents are encountered, which are developed as a result of the improvements made in the prior art related with the screw plates. For example, the European patent with no EP0485651 B1 discloses a screw plate for combination of intermediate aluminium foil propylene pipes with the extension pieces and the cylindrical (gradual) reduction of the inner volume of the said screw plate is described. In all of the screw plate applications up to today, the outer layers of the polypropylene pipes desired to be combined are melted with thermal operation (260 °C).
When all the applications of the prior art given above are analyzed, it is observed that the heating operation being conducted only through the outer layer has drawbacks. However, combination would be problem-free with a heating operation which could be conducted through both inner and outer layers. The most significant point for emergence of the product of the invention is the solution of this problem.
In conclusion, the need for a novel screw plate, which melts the inner layer and the outer layer of the pipe and covers the aluminium foil layer and thus provides their combination with each other, and the inadequacy of the prior solutions, has necessitated improvement in the related technical field. Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a screw plate for combining intermediate aluminium foil polypropylene pipe (PP-R) with the connection components, which meets the above said requirements, eliminates all of the drawbacks, and brings about some additional advantages. From the known status of the art, the purpose of the invention is to provide a novel screw plate, which melts the inner layer and the outer layer of the pipe and covers the aluminium foil layer and thus provides their combination with each other.
More particularly, the purpose of the invention is to provide the pipe act as a single layer after combination of the pipe inner layer and outer layer, since they are made of the same material (polypropylene).
Another purpose of the invention is to avoid the damages occurring due to the combinations made with the prior pipe screw plates.
In; order to achieve the above said purposes, the invention is a screw plate for providing combination of the connection components with the intermediate aluminium foil layer polypropylene pipe (PP-R), which comprises the outer layer determining the outer section and the nominal size of the pipe, aluminium foil layer increasing the compressive strength, reducing the linear extension of the pipe and permitting its welding without being trimmed with the connection components as a result of being positioned at the intermediate portion, and the inner layer determining the inner section ofi the pipe, and in order to provide melting of the inner and outer layers together; it
comprises guide cavity providing placement of the pipe inside the screw plate, the outer layer melting surface, which is formed at the lower and upper surfaces of the said guide cavity, and which melts the outer layer of the placed pipe by contacting the said outer layer, and the inner layer melting surface, which melts the inner layer of the pipe by contacting the said inner layer.
In order to achieve the above said advantages which will be better understood from the below detailed description, the present invention; brings about many advantages through its said characteristics.
The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the sard figures and detailed explanations.
Description of the Figures
For better understanding of the embodiment of present invention and its advantages with its additional components, it should be evaluated together with below described figures.

Figure 2, is the section view of the screw plate, which is the subject of the invention. Figure 3, is the section view of an application of the screw plate, which is the subject of the invention.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the screw plate (12), which is used for combining the connection components with the intermediate aluminium foil layer (2) polypropylene pipe (5) (PP-R), will only be disclosed for better understanding o the subject, and will not form any limiting effect.
In Figure 1 , the section view of the intermediate aluminium foil (2) polypropylene pipe (5) (PP-R) is given. The said polypropylene pipe (5) comprises; outer layer (3) determining the outer section and the nominal size of the pipe (5), aluminium foil layer (2) increasing the compressive strength, reducing the linear extension of the pipe (5) and permitting welding of the pipe (5) without being trimmed with the connection components as a result of being positioned at the intermediate portion, and the inner layer (1) determining the inner section of the pipe (5), and the adhesive layer (4) found between the said outer layer (3) and the aluminium foil layer (2) and providing adhesion of' the foil layer (2) and the outer layer (3) to each other. The inner part of the said pipe (5) includes cavity (6) for providing passage of the liquid to be transferred according to the intended purpose of use.
With the screw plate (12) of the invention, it is aimed to melt the inner layer (1) and the outer layer (3) of the pipe (5) and combine these two layers (1 ,3) with each other in a way that they would cover the aluminium foil layer (2). The outer layer (3) of the pipe (5) positioned into the screw plate (12) with the help of the guide cavity (7), is melted via the outer layer melting surface (9) contacting with said outer layer (3); whereas the inner layer (1) of the pipe (5) is melted via the inner layer melting surface (10). In this way, since both the inner and the outer layer (9) are made of the same material (polypropylene), the pipe (5) would act as a single layer after these layers are combined.
The operation steps of the application conducted for combining the connection pieces of the propylene pipe (5) (PP-R) and the connection pieces are given below. The screw plate (12) of the invention and the connection piece screw plate are placed into the welding machine and heated up to 260 °C. The welding length marked intermediate foil (PP-R) polypropylene pipe (5) is pushed into the screw plate (12) of the invention at the same time and force with the pushing of the connection piece towards the connection piece screw plate up to the marked point in a slow manner. Pipe (5) is guided into the screw plate (12) with the help of the guide cavity (7). The cavity part of the pipe fits into the guide core (8). Fracture surfaces (11) are formed between the upper and lower guide cavities (7) and the guide core (8) in order to ensure easy passage (guiding) of the pipe (5) into the screw plate (12). The surface of the said pipe (5) outer layer (3) contacting with the pipe screw plate (12) melts with the impact of the outer layer melting surface (9); while the surface of the said pipe (5) inner layer (1) contacting with the pipe screw plate (12) melts with the impact of the inner layer melting surface (10). When the pipe (5) reaches towards the end, the melted parts at the outer layer (3) and the inner layer (1) flow towards the section surface of the pipe (5) via the surface form of the novel pipe screw pjate (12) and covers the said foil layer (2) and thus provides combination of the layers (1 ,3) with each other and ensures the pipe (5) act as a single layer before being combined with the connection piece. The protection area of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above. It is obvious that a person skilled in the related 'art can apply the innovation disclosed by this invention into similar purposed other areas by means of changing the parts in form and using similar structures. Therefore, it is also clear that such embodiments lack of innovation criteria arid especially the criteria of exceeding the known status of the art.
Claims
1. A screw plate (12) for providing combination of the connection components with the intermediate aluminium foil layer (2) polypropylene pipe (5) (PP-R), which comprises the outer layer (3) determining the outer section and the nominal size of the pipe (5), aluminium foil layer (2) increasing the compressive strength, reducing the linear extension of the pipe (5) and permitting its welding without being trimmed with the connection components as a result of being positioned at the intermediate portion, and the inner layer (1 ) determining the inner section of the pipe (5) it is characterized in that; in order to provide melting of the inner and outer layers (1 ,3) together; it comprises guide cavity (7) providing placement of the pipe (5) inside the screw plate (12), the outer layer melting surface (9), which is formed at the lower and upper surfaces of the said guide cavity (7), and which melts the outer layer (3) of the placed pipe (5) by contacting the said outer layer (3), and the inner layer melting surface (10), which melts the inner layer (1) of the pipe (5) by contacting the said inner layer (1).
2. A screw plate (12) according to Claim 1 , and it is characterized in that; the melting parts at the said outer layer (3) and the inner layer (1 ) flow towards the section surface of the pipe (5) and cover the said foil layer (2) and thus the layers (1 ,3) are combined with each other.
3. A screw plate (12) according to Claim 1 , and it is characterized in that; it comprises guide core (8) in which the cavity part (6) of the pipe (5) fits.
4. A screw plate (12) according to Claim 1 , and it is characterized in that; it comprises fracture surfaces (11) formed between the upper and lower guide cavities (7) and the guide core (8) in order to ensure easy passage (guiding) of the pipe (5) into the screw plate , (12).
5. : The method of combination of the connection components with the intermediate aluminium foil layer (2) polypropylene pipe (5) (PP-R) comprising the operations steps of cutting of the pipe (5) vertical to its axis and marking of the welding length, placement of the screw plate (12) and the connection piece screw plate into the ; welding machine and heating up to 260 °C, and pushing of the welding length ; marked intermediate foil (PP-R) polypropylene pipe (5) into the screw plate (12) at the same time and force with the pushing of the connection piece towards the connection piece screw plate up to the marked point, and it is characterized in that; it comprises the operation steps of: melting of the surface of the said pipe (5) outer layer (3) contacting with the pipe screw plate (12) with the impact of the outer layer melting surface (9); and melting of the surface of the said pipe (5) inner layer (1 ) contacting with the pipe screw plate (12) with the impact of the inner layer melting surface (10) via guiding of the pipe (5) into the screw plate (12) with the help of the guide cavity (7), and when the pipe (5) reaches towards the end, flowing of the melted parts at the outer layer (3) and the inner layer (1) towards the section surface of the pipe (5) and covering the said foil layer (2) and thus combination of the layers (1 ,3) with each other.
