Abstract

방송 신호 송신 장치, 방송 신호 수신 장치, 및 방송 신호 송/수신 장치에서 방송 신호 송수신 방법이 개시된다. 방송 신호 송신 방법은, 입력 신호에 대해 FEC 인코딩을 수행하는 단계, 상기 FEC 인코딩된 신호를 변조 타입에 따라 제1 입력 신호와 제2 입력 신호로 나누는 단계, 상기 제1 입력 신호와 제2 입력 신호에 대해 MIMO 인코딩을 수행하여 제1 전송 신호와 제2 전송 신호를 출력하는 단계, 상기 제1 전송 신호를 포함하는 제1 신호 프레임에 FFT 사이즈 정보를 기반으로 결정된 파일럿 패턴의 파일럿 신호를 삽입하고 상기 파일럿 신호가 삽입된 제1 신호 프레임의 시작 위치에 제1, 제2 프리앰블 신호를 삽입하는 단계, 및 상기 제2 전송 신호를 포함하는 제2 신호 프레임에 FFT 사이즈 정보를 기반으로 결정된 파일럿 패턴의 파일럿 신호를 삽입하고 상기 파일럿 신호가 제2 신호 프레임의 시작 위치에 제1, 제2 프리앰블 신호를 삽입하는 단계를 포함한다.
