  • the conventional absorbent article described above has the following problems. That is, when a wear-proof part is provided, good fit of the absorbent article can be obtained when the wearer is stationary, and side leakage can be effectively prevented, but when the wearer changes posture There was a problem that it was easy to induce side leakage. Specifically, the leak-proof portion in which the elastic yarn is sandwiched between the nonwoven fabrics is thick in the first place, and when the elastic yarn contracts, the rigidity of the leak-proof portion increases. For this reason, the leak-proof part cannot immediately follow the change of the wearer's rapid posture, and a gap is easily generated between the wearer and the absorbent article. This gap can cause side leakage.

Widthwise, the outer edges (100AE) of the narrowed section (100A) are located further outwards than fold lines (L1) at which the wing parts (50) are folded over but further inwards than the outer edges (50WE) of the wing parts (50).

Description

Absorbent articles
The present invention relates to an absorbent article including a wing portion that is folded back on a non-skin contact surface of a wearer's underwear and a flap portion that extends outward in the width direction from a side end portion of a main body portion having an absorbent body.
Conventionally, in an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a shape provided with a small piece-like wing portion protruding outward in the width direction of a main body portion having an absorbent body that absorbs a liquid such as a body fluid has been widely used. The wing portion is folded back to the non-skin contact surface of the wearer's underwear (shorts). In addition to such a wing portion, there is also known a shape provided with an elongated flap portion extending outward in the width direction from the side end portion of the main body portion. Furthermore, a structure in which a leak-proof portion (gather) formed of elastic yarn and nonwoven fabric is provided along the side end portion of the main body portion (for example, Patent Document 1).
Such an absorbent article is fixed to the crotch part of the underwear by the wing part, and dams the bodily fluid excreted from the wearer by the flap part or the leak-proof part, so that so-called side leakage can be effectively prevented. .
JP-A-5-137750 (page 3-4, FIG. 8)
However, the conventional absorbent article described above has the following problems.
Also, if the flap part overlaps the wing part, it is difficult to see and handle the wing part, and the wing part cannot be correctly fixed to the crotch part of the underwear, and it is easy to make mistakes in mounting absorbent articles. was there.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and in the case of including a wing portion and a flap portion, an absorbent article that can more reliably prevent side leakage while reducing mounting mistakes in the absorbent article. The purpose is to provide.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention has the following characteristics. That is, according to the present invention, in an absorbent article (sanitary napkin 1) having a longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction L) and a width direction (width direction W) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, an absorbent (absorption) A body portion having a body 40), a wing portion (wing portion 50) that protrudes from the body portion to the outside in the width direction of the body portion and is folded back to the non-skin contact surface of the wearer's underwear (shorts 200); A flap portion (flap portion 100) that is formed of a sheet-like member that does not use a member and protrudes outward in the width direction of the main body portion, and the flap portion is provided in a portion corresponding to the wing portion in the longitudinal direction A narrow portion (narrow portion 100A) that is formed, and a width that protrudes outward in the width direction from the outer edge of the narrow portion in the width direction, provided outside the both ends of the wing portion in the longitudinal direction. And the outer edge (outer edge 100AE) of the narrow portion in the width direction is on the outer side in the width direction from the position of the fold line (fold line L1) when the wing portion is folded. And located on the inner side in the width direction than the outer edge (outer edge 50WE) of the wing portion.
According to the feature of the present invention, when the wing portion and the flap portion are provided, it is possible to provide an absorbent article that can more reliably prevent side leakage while reducing mounting mistakes of the absorbent article.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a developed surface view of a sanitary napkin 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a developed rear view of the sanitary napkin 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 3A and 3B are cross-sectional views of the sanitary napkin 1. Specifically, FIG. 3A is a cross-sectional view of the sanitary napkin 1 along the line AA in FIG. FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view of the sanitary napkin 1 along the line BB in FIG. FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view of the sanitary napkin 1 taken along the line AA in FIG. 2 when worn. FIG.4 (b) is the perspective view which looked at the sanitary napkin 1 at the time of wear from the non-skin contact surface side.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sanitary napkin 1 is attached to the crotch portion of the body to absorb menstrual blood, urine, and urine excreted from the body. In particular, it aims to absorb menstrual blood excreted from the vaginal opening of women.
The sanitary napkin 1 has a vertically long shape along a longitudinal direction L corresponding to a direction from the front side to the rear side of the wearer as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The sanitary napkin 1 is mainly used for daytime and has a symmetrical shape.
The sanitary napkin 1 includes a main body portion, a flap portion 100, and a wing portion 50. The main body is formed of the first top sheet 10, the second top sheet 20, the back sheet 30, and the absorber 40. The flap part 100 is formed by joining the second top sheet 20 and a part of the back sheet 30. The sanitary napkin 1 can be manufactured by a known manufacturing method (for example, JP-A-2001-61884).
The first surface sheet 10 is made of a liquid-permeable material and comes into contact with the wearer's skin. The first surface sheet 10 is formed of a material that does not irritate the skin of the wearer. For example, the material used for the first surface sheet 10 includes a plastic resin film in which a large number of liquid-permeable holes are formed, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric, a stretchable nonwoven fabric, or a cloth fabric. These materials are used alone or in combination.
The second surface sheet 20 and the first surface sheet 10 constitute a part of the surface layer of the sanitary napkin 1. The second topsheet 20 is provided on both outer sides in the width direction W of the sanitary napkin 1. One end portion in the longitudinal direction L of the second surface sheet 20 is substantially straight and overlaps with one end portion in the longitudinal direction L of the first surface sheet 10. The other end in the longitudinal direction L of the second topsheet 20 matches the shape of a part of the outer periphery of the backsheet 30. In addition, the 2nd surface sheet 20 is formed with a liquid-impermeable material, an elastic nonwoven fabric, etc.
The back sheet 30 is made of a liquid-impermeable material and comes into contact with clothing such as a wearer's underwear. That is, the back sheet 30 is provided on the opposite side of the first top sheet 10 via the absorber 40. Examples of materials used for the back sheet 30 include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl alcohol, polylactic acid, polybutyl succinate, and laminates thereof.
Two adhesive portions 70 are provided along the longitudinal direction L on the surface of the back sheet 30 on the non-skin contact surface side. The adhesive part 70 is a part where an adhesive, an adhesive tape, a hook-and-loop fastener, and the like are arranged for the wearer to fix the sanitary napkin 1 to the undergarment. In the present embodiment, the adhesive portion 70 is formed by applying a hot-melt adhesive material.
The absorber 40 is provided between the first top sheet 10 and the back sheet 30. Examples of materials used for the absorbent body 40 include pulp, chemical pulp, rayon, acetate rayon, natural cotton, polymer absorbent polymer, fibrous polymer absorbent, synthetic fibers alone or a mixture thereof. .
Also, the first top sheet 10, the second top sheet 20, the back sheet 30, and the absorber 40 are joined to each other by an adhesive (for example, hot melt) or heat fusion.
1st Embodiment WHEREIN: As shown in FIG. 1, the 1st surface sheet 10 and the absorber 40 are joined by the pressing groove 90. As shown in FIG. Specifically, the first topsheet 10 and the absorber 40 are joined by embossing the first topsheet 10 and the absorber 40. In the first embodiment, the pressing groove 90 is a curved pressing groove provided between the two annular pressing grooves and the two pressing grooves on the first surface sheet 10 in a plan view. Two are formed. About the structure of a pressing groove, it is not restricted to this embodiment.
The flap portion 100 is formed by joining the second top sheet 20 and the back sheet 30 with an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive. That is, in 1st Embodiment, the flap part 100 is a sheet form which does not contain an elastic member.
The flap portions 100 are provided at both ends in the width direction W of the sanitary napkin 1 and protrude outward in the width direction of the main body portion. The flap portion 100 includes a narrow portion 100A having a narrow width in the width direction W provided at a central portion in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1, and a wide portion 100B having a width in the width direction W wider than the narrow portion 100A. . The narrow portion 100A is provided in a portion corresponding to the wing portion 50 in the longitudinal direction L.
The wide portion 100B protrudes outward in the width direction from the outer edge 100AE of the narrow portion 100A. The wide portion 100B is provided on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction L of the narrow portion 100A. That is, in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1, the flap portion 100 has a shape in which a central portion is constricted inward in the width direction W and both outer portions protrude outward in the width direction W.
Further, the outer edge 100AE of the narrow portion 100A in the width direction W is located on the outer side in the width direction from the position of the fold line L1 when the wing portion 50 is folded back to the non-skin contact surface of the shorts 200, and the wing portion 50 The outer edge 50WE is located on the inner side in the width direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4B, the outer edge in the width direction W of the flap portion 100 is bent along the side edge of the crotch portion 200 </ b> A of the shorts 200 when worn. That is, the flap portion 100 is configured to have a size that can be pressed by the side end of the crotch portion 200A when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn.
Here, the overlapping state of the flap part 100 of the sanitary napkin 1 according to the first embodiment and the crotch part 200A of the shorts will be described. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a relationship in plan view between the sanitary napkin 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention and the crotch portion of the shorts. Note that five pairs of curves (LA, LB, LC, LD, and LE) shown in FIG. 5 indicate five types of crotch lines of shorts that are generally sold. As shown in FIG. 5, the flap portion 100 of the sanitary napkin 1 is configured to overlap the five crotch lines LA, LB, LC, LD, and LE in plan view. That is, at the time of wearing, the flap part 100 is comprised so that it may be located between a wearer's buttocks and the crotch part of shorts. Further, the flap portion 100 of the sanitary napkin 1 has a shape in which the central portion is constricted in the width direction W and the outer portions protrude outward in the width direction W in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1. It is formed along the crotch line. Further, the flap portion 100 is provided so as to overlap a wing portion 50 described later in the thickness direction T, and the length of the flap portion 100 is longer than the length of the wing portion 50 in the longitudinal direction L. It is configured.
In the first embodiment, the flap portion 100 is formed so that the bending hardness (B value) is 0.2 or less, preferably 0.1 or less. Moreover, the flap part 100 is formed so that the light transmittance is 25% or more.
Further, the uneven portion 100T is formed on the non-skin contact surface of the flap portion 100 by embossing or the like. The concavo-convex portion 100 </ b> T extends while being inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1, and is formed along the shape of the outer edge in the width direction W of the flap portion 100. That is, the concavo-convex portion 100 </ b> T is formed so as to spread outward in the width direction W of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1 as it goes from the center portion to both outer sides. In 1st Embodiment, the uneven | corrugated | grooved part 100T is formed so that it may become a leaf pattern or a floral pattern in planar view.
The wing portion 50 is formed of a liquid-impermeable material, and has a substantially trapezoidal shape with a short end on the outer side in the width direction W and a long end on the inner side in the width direction W. The wing portion 50 is configured to extend outward in the width direction W of the sanitary napkin 1. Specifically, in plan view, the wing part 50 is adjacent to the narrow part 100A of the flap part 100, and is configured to extend outward from the narrow part 100A of the flap part 100 in the width direction W. Has been. That is, the wide portion 100B of the flap portion 100 is formed on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction L of the wing portion 50 in plan view. A wing portion outer end 50LE, which is an edge of the wing portion 50 on the outside in the longitudinal direction L, is configured to overlap the wide portion 100B of the flap portion 100.
The wing portion 50 is provided with an adhesive portion 80 for fixing to the non-skin contact surface of the crotch portion 200A of the wearer's underwear (shorts 200). In this embodiment, the adhesive part 80 is formed by applying a hot-melt adhesive material.
The wing part 50 is joined to the non-skin contact surface side of the flap part 100 at the joint part 60. The wing part 50 and the flap part 100 are joined by an adhesive (for example, hot melt) or heat fusion.
The joint portion 60 is provided along the longitudinal direction L on the non-skin contact surface side of the narrow portion 100A in the flap portion 100. In the width direction W, the joint portion 60 is the outermost end 40E (not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, see FIG. 3A), which is the outermost side of the absorber 40, and the narrow portion 100A of the flap portion 100. The outer edge 100AE is provided. Specifically, the joint portion 60 is provided with a distance of 3 mm or more, preferably 5 mm or more, inward in the width direction W from the outer edge 100AE.
Further, the wing part 50 and the flap part 100 are made of materials having different hues and colors. In the first embodiment, the flap part 100 is formed in white, and the wing part 50 is formed in a blue color. Alternatively, a configuration may be used in which a pattern such as blue is printed on the flap portion 100 and the wing portion 50 is white.
As described above, in the first embodiment described above, the length of the flap portion 100 is configured to be longer than the length of the wing portion 50 in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1. According to this, at the time of wearing, the flap part 100 can widely cover the crotch part 200A of the shorts 200. Further, the flap portion 100 is pressed against the wearer's skin by the rubber (not shown) of the crotch portion 200A. For this reason, it becomes possible to prevent a side leak in a wearer's buttocks.
In the first embodiment, the flap portion 100 includes a narrow portion 100A that is narrower than the width of the wing portion 50 along the width direction W of the sanitary napkin 1, and a wide portion 100B that is wider than the narrow portion 100A. Have. According to this, even when the wing part 50 is folded back to the non-skin contact surface side of the wearer's shorts 200 at the time of wearing, the wide part 100B does not hit the width direction W inside. Accordingly, the wide portion 100B can cover the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200 in a state of being widened in the width direction W. As a result, it is possible to prevent side leakage in the wearer's buttocks. Further, by providing the narrow portion 100A, the sanitary napkin 1 fits the wearer's crotch portion and improves the wearing feeling when worn. Furthermore, by providing the narrow portion 100A, it is easy to visually recognize the wing portion 50, and it is possible to suppress misuse and attachment mistakes by the wearer.
In the first embodiment, the flap portion 100 is configured by a sheet-like member that does not include an elastic member. According to this, the flap part 100 is fixed in the state which contact | adhered between a wearer's buttocks and the crotch part 200A of the shorts 200 at the time of wear. This will be specifically described below.
The sanitary napkin 1 is often mounted as follows. The wearer lowers the shorts 200 toward the legs rather than the crotch, and affixes the sanitary napkin 1 to the skin contact surface side of the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200 at a position near the knee or the like. Next, in order to wear the underwear, the wearer pulls up the underwear to a predetermined position such as the lower abdomen. At this time, the flap portion 100 is pressed against the wearer's buttocks by the elastic force of the rubber disposed on the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200. As a result, the flap portion 100 is fixed without a gap between the wearer's buttocks and the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200, and side leakage can be prevented.
Currently, underwear using stretchable nonwoven fabric is also sold and generally used. Even in the case of wearing underwear made of such a nonwoven fabric material having elasticity, the same effect as described above can be obtained.
In the first embodiment, the narrow portion 100 </ b> A is disposed on the inner side in the width direction W than the wing portion 50 in plan view, and the outer end in the width direction W of the joint portion 60 between the wing portion 50 and the flap portion 100. It is comprised so that it may cover. According to this, the joining portion 60 is provided on the inner side in the width direction W from the outer edge 100AE, which is the innermost side in the narrow portion 100A of the flap portion 100. Accordingly, when the wearer wears the sanitary napkin 1, the flap portion 100 is pulled by the wing portion 50 even when the wing portion 50 is folded back to the non-skin contact surface side of the crotch portion 200 </ b> A of the shorts 200. Without being pressed against the wearer's buttocks. Therefore, there is no gap in the wearer's buttocks, and side leakage can be prevented.
In the first embodiment, the wide portions 100B are provided on the outer sides of both end portions of the wing portion 50 in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1, respectively. According to this, the flap part 100 is comprised largely in the front-back diagonal direction of a wearer's excretion opening | mouth. Therefore, even if the wearer is in a sleeping posture, it is possible to prevent leakage by the wide portion 100B.
In the first embodiment, the outer edge of the flap portion 100 is bent along the side edge of the crotch portion 200A from the narrow portion 100A to the wide portion 100B, and the wide portion 100B and the narrow portion 100A are When the wearer wears the shorts 200, it is provided at a position overlapping with the side edge of the crotch portion 200A. According to this, the flap part 100 comes to follow the shape of the crotch part 200A of the shorts 200, and does not give a wearer the uncomfortable feeling at the time of a wearer's wear. Moreover, the flap part 100 fits a wearer's buttocks firmly at the time of wear. Therefore, the flap part 100 is fixed in a state of being in close contact between the wearer's buttocks and the crotch part 200 </ b> A of the shorts 200. Specifically, the flap portion 100 is pressed against the wearer's buttocks by the force of rubber provided in the crotch portion 200A. As a result, there is no gap in the wearer's buttocks, and side leakage can be prevented.
In the first embodiment, a part of the wide portion 100B is configured to overlap with the end portion of the wing portion 50 in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1 in plan view. According to this, in the longitudinal direction L, the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200 can be largely covered by the wide portion 100B of the flap portion 100 and the wing portion 50. Accordingly, there is no gap in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1. As a result, it is possible to further prevent side leakage.
In the first embodiment, a plurality of concavo-convex portions 100T are formed on the non-skin contact surface of the flap portion 100. According to this, the flap part 100 becomes easy to bend along the direction where the uneven | corrugated | grooved part 100T extends. Therefore, when worn, when pressed against the wearer's buttocks by the rubber force of the crotch portion 200A, the flap portion 100 tends to follow the shape of the crotch portion 200A. As a result, the flap portion 100 is fixed without a gap between the wearer's buttocks and the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200, and side leakage can be prevented.
In the first embodiment, at least a part of the concavo-convex portion 100T extends while being inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1. According to this, at the time of wearing, when the flap portion 100 is pressed against the wearer's buttocks by the force of the rubber of the crotch portion 200A, it becomes easier to follow the shape of the crotch portion 200A. As a result, the flap portion 100 is fixed without a gap between the wearer's buttocks and the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200, and side leakage can be prevented.
In the first embodiment, the wing part 50 and the flap part 100 are made of materials having different hues and hues. According to this, since the appearances of the wing part 50 and the flap part 100 configured to overlap each other in plan view are different, the wing part 50 and the flap part 100 can be easily distinguished. For the wearer, it is necessary to wrap and fix the wing portion 50 on the non-skin contact surface of the crotch portion 200A of the shorts 200. However, the wearer can get lost because the wing portion 50 can be easily identified. The wing portion 50 can be attached to the shorts 200. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress misuse and attachment mistakes by the wearer.
In the first embodiment, the flap portion 100 is formed so that the bending hardness (B value) is 0.2 or less, preferably 0.1 or less. According to this, the flap part 100 comes to be firmly pressed against the wearer's buttocks by the rubber force of the crotch part 200A of the shorts 200. Therefore, there is no gap in the wearer's buttocks, and side leakage can be prevented. On the other hand, when the bending hardness (B value) of the flap part 100 is larger than 0.2, the flap part 100 is hardly affected by the rubber force of the crotch part 200A, and the flap part 100 and the wearer's buttocks A gap is formed between them, causing side leakage.
In the first embodiment, the flap portion 100 is formed so that the light transmittance is 25% or more. According to this, when the wearer wears the sanitary napkin 1, the crotch portion 200 </ b> A of the shorts 200 and the root of the wing portion 50 can be visually recognized through the flap portion 100. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress misuse and attachment mistakes by the wearer. On the other hand, when the light transmittance of the flap part 100 is smaller than 25%, when the wearer wears the sanitary napkin 1, the flap part 100 covers the crotch part 200A of the shorts 200, so the attachment position is visible. It becomes difficult to cause misuse and installation mistakes.

[Modification 1]
First, a sanitary napkin 1X according to Modification 1 will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 is a developed surface view showing a sanitary napkin 1X according to the first modification.
As shown in FIG. 6, the sanitary napkin 1X according to the modified example 1 is made of a material having a different hue and tone from the wing portion 50X and the flap portion 100X. Further, the flap portion 100X is made of a sanitary napkin. It is formed so that the color tone becomes deeper toward the outside in the width direction 1 of 1.
As described above, according to the sanitary napkin 1X according to the modified example 1 described above, it is easy for the wearer to visually recognize the width direction W outer end portion of the flap portion 100X. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress misuse and attachment mistakes by the wearer.
Further, for example, when the color of the first surface sheet 10 of the sanitary napkin 1X is formed in white and the inner side in the width direction W of the flap portion 100X is also formed in white, the width direction W in the flap portion 100X. By being colored toward the outside, a visual effect that the width of the sanitary napkin 1 looks wider for the wearer acts. As a result, the wearer can obtain a sense of security because the skin contact surface (surface) of the sanitary napkin 1 can be seen widely.
