在上述的安全照明灯具中, 所述的导电弹性体为弹簧且由金 属导电材料制成, 且导电弹性体套设在所述的通电接头上; 所述 的导电支撑板由金属导电材料制成; 所述的导电弹片由不锈钢材 料制成。
在上述的安全照明灯具中, 所述的灯座体下端外侧具有下螺 紋段, 所述的灯头电源套螺紋连接在下螺紋段上且灯头电源套的 端部抵靠在环形凸起上, 且灯头电源套端部外径与环形凸起外径 相等。 在上述的安全照明灯具中,所述的灯座体上端部具有定位槽, 所述的发光体安装座部分插接在定位槽内, 且固定在发光体安装 座上的发光体位于灯罩的中心区域。
在上述的安全照明灯具中, 所述的定位槽内具有至少一条轴 向延伸的凸条, 所述的发光体安装座插入定位槽部分的外侧具有 与上述凸条数量相同且外形相适应的凹槽。 相配合的凸条和凹槽 具有周向定位作用, 且便于发光体安装座和灯座体之间的安装。
与现有的技术相比, 本安全照明灯具的优点在于: 1、 结构简 单, 易于加工制造和装配, 生产成本低。 2、 当安装上灯罩时能正 常接通内部电路, 而当拆除灯罩时能够切断内部电路, 从而避免 发生触电事故, 安全可靠。 3、 工作稳定性高, 长期使用也不会造 成接触不良, 使用寿命长。 4、 发光体位于灯罩的中心区域, 有效 提高照明效果, 且无需对发光体进行特殊设计; 此外长期使用也 不会造成灯罩松动。 附图说明

如图所 1和 2示, 本安全照明灯具包括发光体 1、 灯罩 2和 灯座组件 3。灯座组件 3包括发光体安装座 31、灯座体 32和灯头 电源套 33。 发光体 1与发光体安装座 31 固定插接, 发光体安装 座 31固定插接在灯座体 32的上端,在灯座体 32的下端固定套接 有灯头电源套 33。灯座体 32中部外侧具有环形凸起 321, 在灯座 体 32上端外侧具有外螺紋段 322。灯罩 2内侧具有与上述外螺紋 段 322螺紋连接的内螺紋段 21。上述的灯罩 2端部抵靠在环形凸 起 321上且灯罩 2端部外径与环形凸起 321外径相等。灯座体 32 下端外侧具有下螺紋段 323, 灯头电源套 33螺紋连接在下螺紋段 323上且灯头电源套 33的端部抵靠在环形凸起 321上, 且灯头电 源套 33端部外径与环形凸起 321外径相等。 灯座体 32上端部具 有定位槽 324, 发光体安装座 31部分插接在定位槽 324内, 且固 定在发光体安装座 31上的发光体 1位于灯罩 2的中心区域。定位 槽 324 内具有至少一条轴向延伸的凸条 325, 所述的发光体安装 座 31插入定位槽 324部分的外侧具有与上述凸条 325数量相同且 外形相适应的凹槽 312。
在发光体安装座 31的上端具有能插入发光体 1的插口 311, 在插口 311 内设有导电弹片 4, 在发光体安装座 31的下端设有用 于向导电弹片 4供电的电极 5。 灯座组件 3 的侧部开有横向通道 30, 该横向通道 30的一端口位于导电弹片 4的一侧, 另一端口位 于外螺紋段 322处。在横向通道 30内设有当灯罩 2安装于灯座体 32的外螺紋段 322时能在灯罩 2作用下使电极 5与导电弹片 4电 连接且当灯罩 2脱离灯座体 32的外螺紋段 322时能使电极 5与导 电弹片 4之间断路的弹性离合机构。
弹性离合机构包括导电顶杆 61和导电弹性体 62, 电极 5与 所述导电弹性体 62电连接, 所述的导电弹性体 62与所述导电顶 杆 61 电连接,且导电顶杆 61的内端在导电弹性体 62的作用下能 与导电弹片 4分离。 导电顶杆 61的外端突出于外螺紋段 322, 且 当灯罩 2安装于灯座体 32的外螺紋段 322时所述导电顶杆 61能 在灯罩 2作用下向内移动从而使导电弹性体 62内端与导电弹片 4 接触。 弹性离合机构还包括固定在横向通道 30 处的导电支撑板 63, 该导电支撑板 63与上述电极 5固连, 上述导电顶杆 6 1活动 穿设在导电支撑板 63中, 上述导电弹性体 62的一端作用在导电 支撑板 63上, 另一端作用在导电顶杆 61上。
导电顶杆 6 1包括内端的通电接头 61 1和外端的绝缘杆 6 12, 通电接头 61 1 与绝缘杆 612 固定在一起, 上述的导电弹性体 62 的一端作用在导电支撑板 63上, 另一端作用在通电接头 6 1 1上。 通电接头 61 1的内端呈球面形, 外端具有止挡台阶 61 1 a, 上述的 导电弹性体 62的内端抵靠在导电支撑板 63上, 外端抵靠在止挡 台阶 61 1 a上。 绝缘杆 612的外端呈球面形; 止挡台阶 61 1 a的外 径与横向通道 30的内径相适应。 导电弹性体 62为弹簧且由金属 导电材料制成, 且导电弹性体 62套设在所述的通电接头 6 1 1上; 所述的导电支撑板 63 由金属导电材料制成; 所述的导电弹片 4 由不锈钢材料制成。
由于设置了弹性离合机构, 如图 3所示, 当未安装灯罩时, 导电弹片与电极是处于断路状态的, 此时即便与导电弹片接触也 不会触电, 为安全地更换灯罩、 发光体等提供了安全保障。 如图 4 所示, 当灯罩安装于灯座体的外螺紋段时, 灯罩作用于弹性离 合机构, 使弹性离合机构将电极与导电弹片处于电连接状态, 方 便地实现了供电。 在发光体插于插口内时, 发光体的灯脚与导电 弹片接触。 更具体地说, 这里的横向通道是有开于发光体安装座 上的第一横向通道和开于灯座体上的第二横向通道构成的, 第一 横向通道和第二横向通道相对置。
这里的发光体安装座、 灯座体和灯头电源套三者固定在一起 形成灯座组件。 具体地说, 外螺紋段位于灯座组件的中部, 发光 体固定在灯座组件的顶部。由于灯头电源套将灯座体的下端罩住, 从外观视觉效果来看, 外螺紋段位于灯座体露出于灯头电源套部 分的根部。 因此整体非常紧凑, 外形美观。 整体外观与白炽灯相 同, 有效提升了整体的美观性。 此外, 当灯罩安装完成以后, 发 光体位于灯罩的中心区域, 有效提高照明效果, 且无需对发光体 进行特殊设计。 并且, 由于照明效果好, 还具有节约能耗和环保 作用。 这里的发光体安装座和灯座均由硬质绝缘材料制成, 灯头 电源套由金属材料制成。 此外, 由于本发明中的灯罩内螺紋段远 离发光体, 工作时吸收到的热量较少, 因此不易发生变形, 连接 稳固可靠。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说 明。 本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例 做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代, 但并不会偏离 本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了发光体 1、 灯罩 2、 内螺紋段 2 1、 灯 座组件 3、 横向通道 30、 发光体安装座 3 1、 插口 3 1 1、 凹槽 3 12、 灯座体 32、 环形凸起 32 1、 外螺紋段 322、 下螺紋段 323、 定位槽 324、 凸条 325、 灯头电源套 33、 导电弹片 4、 电极 5、 导电顶杆 61、 通电接头 61 1、 止挡台阶 61 1 a、 绝缘杆 612、 导电弹性体 62、 导电支撑板 63等术语, 但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用 这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质; 把它们 解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种安全照明灯具, 包括发光体 (1)、 灯罩 (2) 和灯座组 件(3),其特征在于,所述的灯座组件(3)包括发光体安装座(31)、 灯座体 (32) 和灯头电源套 (33), 所述的发光体 (1) 与发光体 安装座 (31) 固定插接, 所述的发光体安装座 (31) 固定插接在 灯座体 (32) 的上端, 在灯座体 (32) 的下端固定套接有灯头电 源套 (33), 所述的灯座体 (32) 中部外侧具有环形凸起 (321), 在灯座体 (32) 上端外侧具有外螺紋段 (322), 所述的灯罩 (2) 内侧具有与上述外螺紋段 (322) 螺紋连接的内螺紋段 (21), 上 述的灯罩 (2) 端部抵靠在环形凸起 (321) 上且灯罩 (2) 端部外 径与环形凸起 (321) 外径相等, 在发光体安装座 (31) 的上端具 有能插入发光体 (1) 的插口 (311), 在插口 (311) 内设有导电 弹片(4), 在发光体安装座(31)的下端设有用于向导电弹片(4) 供电的电极(5),所述的灯座组件(3)的侧部开有横向通道(30), 该横向通道 (30) 的一端口位于导电弹片 (4) 的一侧, 另一端口 位于外螺紋段 (322) 处, 在横向通道 (30) 内设有当灯罩 (2) 安装于灯座体 (32) 的外螺紋段 (322) 时能在灯罩 (2) 作用下 使电极(5)与导电弹片(4)电连接且当灯罩(2)脱离灯座体(32) 的外螺紋段 (322) 时能使电极 (5) 与导电弹片 (4) 之间断路的 弹性离合机构。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的弹性离合机构包括导电顶杆 (61) 和导电弹性体 (62), 所述的 电极(5)与所述导电弹性体(62)电连接,所述的导电弹性体(62) 与所述导电顶杆 (61) 电连接, 且导电顶杆 (61) 的内端在导电 弹性体 (62) 的作用下能与导电弹片 (4) 分离, 导电顶杆 (61) 的外端突出于外螺紋段(322), 且当灯罩(2)安装于灯座体(32) 的外螺紋段 (322) 时所述导电顶杆 (61) 能在灯罩 (2) 作用下 向内移动从而使导电弹性体 (62) 内端与导电弹片 (4) 接触。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的弹性离合机构还包括固定在横向通道 (30) 处的导电支撑板 (63), 该导电支撑板 (63) 与上述电极 (5) 固连, 上述导电顶 杆 (61) 活动穿设在导电支撑板 (63) 中, 上述导电弹性体 (62) 的一端作用在导电支撑板 (63) 上, 另一端作用在导电顶杆 (61) 上。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的导电顶杆 (61) 包括内端的通电接头 (611) 和外端的绝缘杆
(612), 通电接头 (611) 与绝缘杆 (612) 固定在一起, 上述的 导电弹性体 (62) 的一端作用在导电支撑板 (63) 上, 另一端作 用在通电接头 (611) 上。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的通电接头 (611) 的内端呈球面形, 外端具有止挡台阶 (611a), 上述的导电弹性体 (62) 的内端抵靠在导电支撑板 (63) 上, 外 端抵靠在止挡台阶 (611a) 上。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的绝缘杆 (612) 的外端呈球面形; 所述的止挡台阶 (611a) 的外 径与横向通道 (30) 的内径相适应。
7.根据权利要求 4或 5或 6所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在 于, 所述的导电弹性体 (62) 为弹簧且由金属导电材料制成, 且 导电弹性体 (62) 套设在所述的通电接头 (611) 上; 所述的导电 支撑板 (63) 由金属导电材料制成; 所述的导电弹片 (4) 由不锈 钢材料制成。
8.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 6所述的安全照明灯 具,其特征在于,所述的灯座体(32)下端外侧具有下螺紋段(323), 所述的灯头电源套 (33) 螺紋连接在下螺紋段 (323) 上且灯头电 源套(33) 的端部抵靠在环形凸起(321)上, 且灯头电源套(33) 端部外径与环形凸起 (321) 外径相等。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的灯座体 (32) 上端部具有定位槽 (324), 所述的发光体安装座 (31)部分插接在定位槽(324) 内, 且固定在发光体安装座(31) 上的发光体 (1) 位于灯罩 (2) 的中心区域。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的安全照明灯具, 其特征在于, 所述 的定位槽 (324) 内具有至少一条轴向延伸的凸条 (325), 所述的 发光体安装座 (31)插入定位槽 (324) 部分的外侧具有与上述凸 条 (325) 数量相同且外形相适应的凹槽 (312)。
