本发明属于电器连接保护器领域,尤其涉及一种使用LED灯管中使用的一种具有断路功能的灯头。
背景技术
荧光灯可以说是室内照明非常重要的发明,现在全世界的夜间室内照明绝大多数都是采用荧光灯。荧光灯管比起传统的灯泡来,具有使用寿命长,发光效率较高,光照面积大,可调整成不同光色等几项优点。荧光灯的使用,满足了人类绝大多数场合的需求,虽然各式各样的电灯仍陆续在开发中,然而截至20世纪为止,依旧无法发展出比日光灯更符合人类需求的发明。20世纪后期开始发展的发光二极管给未来照明带来曙光。但是现在由于单体的LED发光二极管的功率较小,难以满足使用的要求,所以现在真正投入市场中的都是通过多个LED发光二极管制成的LED灯管,上述的这两种灯管占有灯具使用的绝大部分市场。上述两种灯管在安装的时候,都是采用在灯管两端分别设置一个灯头,分别为电路的正负极,尤其是LED灯管其灯头的两个导电针的电路是连通的,所以在更换灯管的过程中非常容易导致触电。但是在现有的灯头中却没有带有保护装置的灯头来解决这个问题。
技术问题
   本发明的目的是提供一种在更换荧光灯管或者LED灯管的过程中,可以实现暂时断路保护,并在安装结束后,自动接通电路的新型灯头保护器,可以有效的防止使用者在安装或者拆卸灯管过程中的触电危险。
技术解决方案
   为了达到上述的技术目的,本发明采用的技术解决方案包括以下内容:一种带保护开关的灯头,包括灯头壳体,该灯头壳体上设置由一个或者两个导电针,其特征在于:所述的壳体中还设置保护开关,该保护开关设置在灯头壳体的凹槽内或者灯头侧面,该保护开关上设置有两个金属开关引脚,该两个开关引脚与分别与导电针和电源线路板连接。
   所述的保护开关包括截面为阶梯形的管状开关本体,其直径较小的一端中设置有与其相配合的柱状的滑动杆,开关本体另外一端的端面上穿入两个金属开关引脚,两开关引脚之间设有与滑动杆一端接触的弹簧,滑动杆向外一侧的一端连接开关帽,该开关帽中有管状腔体,该腔体中设置有弹簧。
   所述的开关本体外壁上设置有凹槽,该凹槽中设置有固定开关本体的弹性固定片或者螺母。
   所述的滑动杆位于开关引脚一端的端面固定有金属片。
   所述的开关帽的顶面由两个斜面构成的三棱形,该开关帽位于导电针的一侧。
   所述的开关帽的顶面由圆弧形表面构成的类似圆锥状或者球面形状,该开关帽位于导电针的一侧。

有益效果
   通过采用上述的技术解决方案,本发明获得了以下技术优点和效果:
   本发明通过采用在LED灯头中设置保护开关的结构,达到了使现有的LED灯管两端的灯头具备了断路保护的功能,而这种功能可以使LED灯管在安装和拆卸的过程中,使LED灯管两端的导电针处于断路状态,可以有效的避免在安装和拆卸灯管的过程中,产生触电的危险,而安装结束之后,通过弹簧自动控制或者手动控制的方式再接通电路,可以有效避免灯管安装和拆卸过程中对使用者造成伤害,提高灯管使用过程中的安全性;本发明通过采用在灯头外壳内设置一个通过弹簧控制的保护器,使得上述的灯管在安装的过程中,其电路自动处于断路状态,而在安装结束,也就是导电针插入灯管中的最后过程中,通过灯头与灯头座之间的压力使自动导通电路,且这种保护作用是通过保护开关自动实现的,整个断路及通路过程不需使用者刻意去控制,通过上述的结构,使得本发明可以有效的防止按照灯管过程中使用者意外触电,大大提高了灯管安装的安全性;通过采用开关滑动杆的结构,使本发明以简单而可靠的结构,实现了对电路的断路和接通控制,从而提高了保护开关使用过程中的可靠性;通过采用斜面或者圆弧表面构成的开关帽,使得灯管安装后按压开关帽的位置正好位于开关帽及开关滑动杆的中心位置,使滑动杆的在滑动的时候避免左右摇动,进一步保证了滑动杆工作的稳定性;通过采用在开关本体外壁上设置凹槽,配合使用带有弹性的固定片的结构,使得本发明可以简单方便的固定在上述的灯头外壳上。总之本发明通过上述的一系列技术改进,提供了一种可以在安装灯管过程中提供自动断路功能,并在安装接近结束的时候自动接通电路的一种具有防触电功能的新型灯头保护器;上面所述的是采用自动断路方式的保护开关,另外本发明还提供了一种手动方式的保护开关,其具体的为按键式开关结构,通过人为控制LED灯管中电路的接通和切断,采用这种按键式开关或者按钮式开关作为保护开关的优点是结构简单,成本低廉,且使用非常可靠。
总之本发明通过采用上述的一系列结构,提供了一种使用安全的新型led灯管,可以保证使用者在安装和拆卸过程中的安全,彻底避免了led灯管由于两端随时处于电路通路时所产生的安全危险。

本发明的实施方式
   下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步的描述:
   本发明是在现有的荧光灯管或者LED灯管所使用的灯头的基础上所做的改进。在本发明中一共公开了两种不同结构的保护开关,其中一种是具有自动断开电路功能的保护开关,而另外一种则是通过手动方式断开电路的保护开关,上述的者两种保护开关,均可以达到在灯管安装或者拆卸过程中,切断电路保护使用者安全的目的。如图1-3所示,第一种具有自动断开电路的保护开关中主要的技术改进内容就是在上述的灯头内增设一个可以控制电路开关的保护器。其具体结构包括灯头壳体1,该灯头壳体1上设置有一个或者两个导电针2,用于与荧光灯管或者LED灯管之间的电连接。所做的主要技术改进是所述的灯头壳体1中还设置保护开关,该保护开关设置在灯头壳体1的凹槽内,这个凹槽位于导电针2的一侧,该保护开关包括截面为阶梯形的管状开关本体3,其直径较小的一端中设置有与其相配合的柱状的滑动杆4,上述的滑动杆4和与其配合的开关本体3的截面形状相互配合就可以,所以滑动杆4和开关本体3的截面形状是相互配合的,只要可以保证开关滑动杆4在其中正常滑动的任意形状,这样就可以通过该金属片实现两个开关引脚5之间电路的导通。上述的开关本体3另外一端的端面上穿入两个金属开关引脚5,所述的滑动杆4位于开关引脚5一端的端面固定有金属片。如图4中所示,开关本体3一端端面是封闭的,端面上穿入两个金属开关引脚5。两开关引脚5之间设有与滑动杆4一端接触的弹簧6,该弹簧6的作用是使开关滑动杆4在自由状态的时候,在弹簧6的作用下升起一端距离,使上述的两个开关引脚5之间形成断路。开关滑动杆4向外一侧的一端连接开关帽7,该开关帽7中有管状腔体8,该腔体8中设置有弹簧9,开关滑动杆4的一端位于管装腔体8中,且与弹簧9的一端接触,使用时当该开关帽7受到灯管压力缩回的时候,开关滑动杆4在弹簧9的作用下开始滑动,最终与两个开关引脚5接触并接通电路,并且滑动杆4在弹簧9的压力作用下,开关滑动杆4可以非常稳定接触在两个开关引脚5上。所述的开关帽7有两种结构形式,一种是顶面由两个斜面构成的三棱形,该开关帽7位于导电针2的一侧。另外一种是开关帽7的顶面由圆弧形表面构成的类似圆锥状,该开关帽7同样位于导电针2的一侧。上述的两种结构形式的开关帽7的顶点,正好位于开关滑动杆4的轴线位置,这样可以保证开关滑动杆4在滑动的时候,不会左右摇动。
如图5所示,本发明的开关需要重新设计灯头的结构来安装开关保护器。这样可以配合将开关本体3固定在灯头外壳1上。其固定方式为所述的开关本体3外壁上设置有凹槽,该凹槽为环形,该凹槽中设置有固定开关本体的弹性固定片10。这样通过该弹性固定片10就可以把整个保护器固定在灯头外壳1上,另外在开关上设置螺纹,通过螺母固定的方式同样可以把开关本体3固定在灯头外壳1上。
使用和安装时,先将开关本体3用开关固定片10固定在灯头壳体1。将弹簧9装入开关帽7的管状空腔8中,再将开关帽7压入灯头壳体1,弹簧9刚好顶住开关滑动杆4。到灯头壳体1的导电针2的电连接线,先经过开关引脚5的一个脚,再从开关引脚5的另一个脚连接到灯头壳体的导电针2上。当灯管装入前,开关滑动杆4处于自由开路状态,如图4。开关两个引脚5不连通。此时灯管上的电流不能到达灯头的导电针2。当装入灯管的灯头壳体1时,灯管一端会挤压开关帽7,从而通过弹簧9挤压开关滑动杆4,让开关两个引脚5实现电连通。如图5。在电连接灯头上的导电针2前,先连接开关的引脚5,后接入灯头上的导电针2。在开关帽7自由状态时,开关处于断路状态,此时灯头另一端不带电。当开关帽7压合时,开关滑动杆4与开关引脚5将闭合,自动接通灯头的电连接。
如图6和图7所示,为本发明的中在LED灯管中使用保护开关的另外一种结构,主要是在灯头外壳1的侧壁上设置一个按键式的开关11,该按键式开关11的两个触点接脚12分别与两个导电针2电连接,采用这种结构可以是上述的导电针2之间的电路可以人为的控制其断路或者通路。在安装和拆卸上述的LED灯管时,可以按动按键使保护开关处于断路状态,这是的导电针2同样处于断路状态,所以这是进行LED灯管的安装和拆卸工作时非常安全,即使碰触导电针2也没有触点的危险。在安装或者拆卸结束之后,再次按动按键式开关,使保护开关处于通路状态,这时导电针2之间的电路连通,即可正常使用。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而其并非用以限定本发明。但本领域的技术人员能够理解,在所附权利要求的精神和范围内所做的改进是允许的。任何熟悉本领域技术的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可作些许变动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所限定的为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种带安全保护开关的灯头,包括灯头壳体,该灯头壳体上设置由一个或者两个导电针,其特征在于:所述的壳体中还设置保护开关,该保护开关设置在灯头壳体的凹槽或者灯头侧面内,该保护开关上设置有两个金属开关引脚,该两个开关引脚与分别与导电针和电源线路板连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带安全保护开关的灯头,其特征在于:所述的保护开关包括截面为阶梯形的管状开关本体,其直径较小的一端中设置有与其相配合的柱状的滑动杆,开关本体另外一端的端面上穿入两个金属开关引脚,两开关引脚之间设有与滑动杆一端接触的弹簧,滑动杆向外一侧的一端连接开关帽,该开关帽中有管状腔体,该腔体中设置有弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带安全保护开关的灯头,其特征在于:所述的开关本体外壁上设置有凹槽,该凹槽中设置有固定开关本体的弹性固定片或者螺母。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带安全保护开关的灯头,其特征在于:所述的滑动杆位于开关引脚一端的端面固定有金属片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带安全保护开关的灯头,其特征在于:所述的开关帽的顶面由两个斜面构成的三棱形,该开关帽位于导电针的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带安全保护开关的灯头,其特征在于:所述的开关帽的顶面由圆弧形表面构成的类似圆锥状或者球面形状,该开关帽位于导电针的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带安全保护开关的灯头,其特征在于:所述的保护开关为收到按键式开关或按钮开关,该按键式开关设置在灯头外壳的侧壁上。
