- the present invention may include a cover 10, a claw 20, a height adjustment ring 30, and a wedge 40.
- the cover 10 and the retraction 20 may be applied to the configuration of the manhole that is commonly used. That is, the cover 10 may be formed in a disk shape.
- the detent 20 includes a stepped portion 21 protruding along the circumference of the inner surface so that the cover 10 can be seated.
- the cover 10 is preferably mounted so that the upper end is coincident with the upper end of the pawl (20).
- the present invention uses the cover 10 and the pawl 20 which is commonly used, it is possible to increase the height of the manhole which is the object of the present invention by using the cover 10 and the pawl 20 that are installed in the existing, so that the resources are recycled. It can be used as a very useful technology in terms of environmental protection.
- the height adjustment ring 30 may be formed in a cylindrical shape.
- the height adjustment ring 30 may include an inner jaw 31, an outer jaw 32, and a fitting portion 33.
- An inner jaw 31 may be formed at an upper side of the height adjustment ring 30.
- the inner jaw 31 may be formed to protrude along the circumference inward to the inner surface so that the cover 10 can be seated.
- the inner diameter of the height adjustment ring 30 is larger than the outer diameter of the cover 10 and the cover 10 is seated on the upper surface of the inner jaw 31 formed smaller than the outer diameter of the cover 10.
- the outer jaw 32 may be formed on the lower side of the height adjustment ring 30.
- the outer jaw 32 may be formed by reducing the outer diameter of the height adjustment ring 30 so that the height adjustment ring 30 can be seated on the iron 20. Therefore, the lower outer diameter of the height adjustment ring 30 may be formed smaller than the upper inner diameter of the iron dog 20.
- the bottom surface of the height adjustment ring 30 may be seated in contact with the stepped portion 21 of the iron 20.
- the lower surface of the outer jaw 32 of the height adjustment ring 30 may be seated in contact with the upper surface of the top of the pawl (20).
- the height adjustment ring 30 of the configuration as described above is formed between the cover 10 and the pawl 20, when the height of the manhole should be increased, for example, can be effectively used when the ascon overlay work is required.
- the fitting portion 33 may be formed on the inner jaw 31.
- the fitting portion 33 may be formed through the height adjustment ring 30 in the shape of a cube.
- the fitting portion 33 may be formed such that the upper side starts from the upper surface of the inner jaw 31 and the lower side penetrates the lower outer periphery of the height adjustment ring 30. Therefore, the inner surface of the fitting portion 33 may be inclined toward the outer side of the height adjustment ring 30 toward the lower end.
- the inner surface is defined as the surface facing the inner side of the height adjustment ring 30 in the fitting portion (33).
- the fitting portion 33 may be formed so that the wedge 40 to be described later is fitted to fix the height adjustment ring 30 and the iron rod 20.
- a plurality of fitting portions 33 may be formed along the circumference of the inner jaw 31.
- the fitting part 33 may be formed in a plurality, but may be formed in a radial form at uniform intervals. This is to uniformly distribute the force when fixing the height adjustment ring 30 and the iron bar 20 through the wedge 40 inserted into the fitting portion 33 to further secure the fixing.
- the wedge 40 may be formed in a hexahedral shape formed in the vertical direction.
- the wedge 40 is formed to correspond to the fitting portion 33, it is fitted to the fitting portion 33 to fix the height adjustment ring 30 and the retractor 20.
- the rear side 41 of the wedge 40 may be inclined toward the inner side toward the lower side to correspond to the inner surface of the fitting portion 33.
- the rear side 41 is defined as a surface which is in contact with the inner surface of the fitting portion 33 when fitted to the fitting portion 33. Therefore, the wedge 40 may be formed so that the thickness becomes smaller toward the bottom.
- the front side 42 facing the rear side 41 is in close contact with the inner surface of the iron 20
- the rear side 41 is the It is to be in close contact with the inner surface of the fitting portion 33, that is, the height adjustment ring 30 is to fix the height adjustment ring 30 and the retractor 20.
- the wedge 40 may be made of an elastic body.
- the adhesion may be improved through elasticity. Therefore, the thickness of the wedge 40 may be formed thicker than the thickness of the fitting portion (33). This has the effect that the wedge 40 is pressed and inserted when inserted into the fitting portion 33 to be more firmly fixed to the height adjustment ring 30 and the pawl 20.
- the wedge 40 may be configured so that the upper end is projected upward than the inner jaw 31 of the height adjustment ring (30).
- the upper end of the wedge 40 may be formed with a protruding jaw 43 protruding into the inner side of the height adjustment ring 30.
- the protruding jaw 43 has a lower surface configured to contact the inner jaw 31 of the height adjustment ring 30 so that the upper end of the wedge 40 protrudes above the inner jaw 31. This is in contact with the upper end of the wedge 40, which becomes an elastic body when an impact is applied to the cover 10 seated on the inner jaw 31 has the effect of reducing the impact and noise.
- the fitting portion 33 of the height adjustment ring 30 may be a separation preventing means 50 is formed.
- the detachment preventing means 50 may be formed in the vertical direction on the surface in contact with the wedge 40.
- the separation preventing means 50 may be formed to protrude in a sawtooth shape.
- the wedge 40 in contact with the separation preventing means 50 may be made of an elastic material and may be press-fixed to correspond to the shape of the separation preventing means 50. This is to prevent the wedge 40 is separated from the impact or external pressure when the wedge 40 is inserted and fixed to the fitting portion (33).
