Abstract

Les outils d'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux qui produisent des copeaux minces et larges lors du processus de coupe ont une tendance générale à l'instabilité, ce qui peut entraîner un broutage pendant l'usinage. Dans le cas des écroûteuses à montage flottant, les arêtes de coupe opposées ne peuvent plus être stabilisées de manière suffisante. En conséquence, les deux arêtes de coupe se mettent à brouter et amplifient mutuellement leurs mouvements indésirables. L'objectif de l'invention est de supprimer ce broutage. À cet effet, l'invention propose une plaquette de coupe, en particulier une plaquette amovible d'écroûtage intérieur, en particulier pour l'écroûtage intérieur de tubes métalliques, cette plaquette de coupe présentant une première arête de coupe formée en particulier par la première face de coupe et un premier listel de coupe. Ladite plaquette de coupe se caractérise en ce qu'elle présente un premier logement de fixation dans une première direction d'avance et un second logement de fixation dans une direction opposée à la première, de sorte que la plaquette de coupe peut être fixée dans la direction d'avance ou dans une direction de rotation, un axe de rotation de la direction de rotation étant orienté parallèlement à l'axe de la direction d'avance.
