Abstract

본 발명은 전기가 공급되는 몸체 내 격자형상의 한 쌍의 정전유도판을 형성하여 상하, 좌우 운동시키므로써 석탄재의 투입 시 마찰대전에 의하여 미연탄소분을 분리해내는 정전기발생에 의한 수직형 미연탄소분 분리장치에 관한 것으로, 석탄재에서 미연탄소분을 분리처리하는 미연탄소분 분리장치에 있어서, 타다 남은 석탄재가 투입하도록 상부에 형성된 투입구와, 하부에 정전 유도된 석탄재중 완전연소된 석회분을 수집하는 석회분 수집통 및 미연소된 미연탄소분을 수집하는 수집통과, 상기 투입구 및 수집통의 사이에서 바닥에 세워 설치되는 프레임틀 상에 고정되며, 서로 대향되게 설치되고, 내부에 전극판을 가지는 절연 유리판과, 상기 절연 유리판의 내부에 설치되며, 상기투입구 및 수집통에 연결되어 있는 한 쌍의 정전유도판과, 상기 한 쌍의 정전유도판을 회전시키면서 상하, 좌우로 구동시키는 정전유도판 구동장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 전극이 가해지는 몸체 내 한 쌍의 정전유도판을 상하, 좌우 운동시켜 그 격자구멍을 통하여 석탄재가 통과하도록 하여 마찰대전에 의해 미연탄소분을 분리해내는 간단한 구조를 가질 수가 있어 제조비용이 상당히 저감되는 장점이 있으며, 상기 유니트를 수직형 및 수평형으로 연이어 형성할 수가 있으므로 투입된 미연탄소분의 처리효율을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
