Description
Reinigungsvorrichtung zur Trockenreinigung Cleaning device for dry cleaning
von unregelmäßigen Objekten of irregular objects
Beschreibung description
The present invention relates to a cleaning device for the dry cleaning of in particular irregular objects such as miniature models, drinking vessels and the like, a cleaning system and a cleaning method.
Miniature models, such as model vehicles and the like, are popular collectors' items often found on shelves, showcases, and the like. be kept or issued. Over time, it is about to pollution, in particular encryption dusting of miniature models, so that a regular Rei ¬ nigung is displayed. However, since miniature models are irregular shapes ¬ a resident of their shape and the models also with each other in some cases considerably differ in shape, the cleaning is connected to gehörigem effort. Especially with large collections of tens or hundreds of miniature models of the cleaning effort is be ¬ considerable. The same applies, for example, to objects such as drinking vessels and the like. The prior art discloses various cleaning methods for cleaning miniature models. Occasionally, a wet or damp cleaning durchge ¬ leads, but this is very time consuming and not very gentle. Residues of detergent fade the paint and make tires and small plastic parts brittle and brittle. Water residues leave stains and bad drying. Drying with hot air is un ¬ suitable for the paint, which can lead to paint damage. Therefore, essentially dry cleaning processes have prevailed.
It is known to clean miniature models with compressed air. However, this is on the one hand expensive, since the object must be frequently rotated and turned during cleaning in order to clean all pages sufficiently. On the other hand, the dust from the object is distributed abgebla ¬ sen and in space by the compressed air, where it is reflected again and / or results in a load of the breathing air.
Offenbarung der Erfindung In addition, it is also common to miniature models with small brushes, brushes, cotton wool and the like. dust off. However, this is associated with particularly great expense, since such Minia ¬ turmodelle are often provided with many corners, edges, indentations, etc., which can be cleaned only very laboriously. Also, depending on the cleaning device used, a more or less large proportion of the dust is whirled up and thereby distributed in space. Furthermore, dust deposits on the cleaning device cause scratches in the paint finish. It is therefore desirable to provide a handy, in particular portable cleaning device for dry cleaning, in particular dedusting of irregular objects such as miniature models and the like, which the Facilitates cleaning, reduces the amount of dust stirred up or distributed by cleaning and reduces damage in ¬ special paint. Disclosure of the invention
According to the invention, a cleaning device for dry cleaning, in particular dedusting of in particular irregular objects such as miniature models, drinking vessels and the like, a cleaning system comprising a cleaning device according to the invention, a folding sheet for providing a cleaning device according to the invention and a cleaning method with the features of the independent claims are proposed. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the respective dependent claims and the following description.
With the invention, an easy-to-use, scho ¬ nende and effective cleaning device is proposed, which also builds small and is preferably portable. For cleaning, the object, such as a miniature model, is preferably introduced several times into the cleaning device and removed therefrom. The dry cleaning agents attached to an inside of a hollow body clean the object. The object is vielsei ¬ term , suitably on all sides, surrounded by the dry cleaning ¬ supply means, so that with a cleaning process a versatile or all-round cleaning is performed. This considerably reduces the cleaning effort. At the same time the removed dirt is held in the interior of Rei ¬ nigungsvorrichtung, so that it does not lead to a Agitation and distribution of dirt in the room can come. The cleaning device is also suitable for cleaning glasses, with or without handles. The dry cleaning agents are expediently soft and elastic and dust-like designed so that they can clean the particular irregular object well ¬ NEN and thereby well penetrate into openings, recesses, corners, etc. As a dry cleaning agent, for example, dust, brushes, cloths and the like are suitable.
A particularly good dry cleaning effect is achieved when the cleaning effect is based on electrostatic charging. This is at the same time a particularly gentle cleaning possible because the dirt received by the cleaning agents is pulled away from the object to be cleaned. By the versatile or all-round surrounding of the object to be cleaned with the dry cleaning agents, an enhanced effect can be observed.
Dry cleaning agents which have microfibers have proved particularly suitable. It is a particularly hygienic solution that simultaneously generates a particularly effective electrostatic charge, so that dirt or dust is effectively attracted and absorbed by the dry cleaning ¬ means. Such dry cleaning agents are known for example as so-called dust ¬ magnets. There are different Ausfüh ¬ insurance forms, which are suitable for the invention. For example, soft microfiber bristles or microfiber towel strips are combined into a type of feather duster to form a dry cleaning agent. In a preferred embodiment, the hollow body is cuboidal or cylindrical. Such a hollow body is particularly easy to manufacture and easy to handle. Since the shape of model vehicles for which the invention is particularly well suited also typically is elongated in the We ¬ sentlichen is achieved by a parallelepipedic or cylindrical hollow body having internally mounted dry cleaners, a particularly good cleaning effect. Such a cleaning device is also particularly suitable for cleaning vessels such as Trinkglä ¬ sern, pitchers, etc., with or without handle. To improve the cleaning effect can we ¬ nigstens equipped with a dry cleaning agents pin may be provided within the hollow body, the men in the purification in the volume of the drinking vessel is immersed.
The hollow body may be formed with one or two openings for insertion and removal of the object to be cleaned. The hollow body has two openings, the tire is particularly simple nigungsvorgang because the object inserted through an opening and can be ent ¬ taken back through the other opening. For example, can also be provided that the at least one opening of the hollow body is closed at ¬ fangs and only prior to use - either the time or repeatedly - is opened.
If the hollow body is made of cardboard, for example, the at least one opening can be closed with a corresponding lid, with the hollow body then resembling in a preferred embodiment a box or a cylinder. In the closed state, in particular the Ver ¬ operation of the cleaning devices is facilitated, since then both the detergent protected from contamination are increased as well as the stability of the cleaning device. The lid can either be opened prior to use and then closed again or permanently removed, eg demolished or cut off before use.
A cleaning system according to the invention comprises not only a cleaning device according to the invention, which in this case is expediently formed from a foldable material, but also a rigid cleaning device housing. The cleaning device which picks up the dust inside is normally so polluted even after a certain number of cleaning operations that it should be cleaned or replaced. The cleaning system thus comprises a cleaning device housing into which a replaceable from ¬ cleaning device is inserted or can be. If the cleaning device is dirty by repeated cleaning of objects, the cleaning device can easily be disposed of and replaced with a new one. The recorded dirt and dust is therefore just ¬ if disposed of inexpensively.
Preferably, the hollow body of the cleaning device is formed of simple, in particular foldable, material. As a result, the cleaning device can be designed particularly inexpensively as a replaceable insert of the cleaning device housing. The Reinigungsvorrich ¬ tung may be formed in this case, for example made of cardboard with attached thereto, in particular glued, cleaning agents. The cleaning agents may preferably be commercially available microfiber cleaning agents, such as so-called dust magnets. The cleaning ¬ constriction device housing, for example made of metal and / or plastic, serves to accommodate the cleaning device in order to first provide stability ¬ . In addition, the cleaner housing may also contribute to visual enhancement.
The cleaning device can be provided in particular as a folded sheet, from which a cleaning device according to the invention can be produced by appropriate folding. For easier folding, the folded sheet can be scored or cut at appropriate places. In this way, a particularly simple production of the cleaning ¬ supply device is guaranteed. In a preferred embodiment, the folded sheet is formed such that the cleaning device foldable therefrom is formed like a box with a parallelepiped-shaped hollow body and two lids closing the end faces. In a further preferred embodiment, the folded sheet is designed such that the cleaning device foldable therefrom is designed in the form of a tube with a cylindrical hollow body and two lids closing the end sides.

1 shows a preferred embodiment of a dry cleaning device according to the invention is shown schematically in a perspective view and with 100 be ¬ draws. The cleaning device 100 comprises a here cuboid-shaped hollow body 110, which is preferably formed from cardboard. The hollow body 110 is formed on the front end side with a first opening 120 for inserting an object 200 to be cleaned, in particular a miniature model or the like. In the example provided illustrates ¬ the hollow body 110 also has a second opening 121 on the opposite side which is not visible in this perspective view. At each of its four inner sides 111 to 114, the hollow body 110 is equipped with dry cleaning agent 130. In the present example, the dry cleaning agents 130 comprise microfibers and are designed so that their cleaning effect is based on electrostatic charging. Particularly suitable as dry cleaners herkömm ¬ Liche microfiber cleaning products, such as so-called dust magnets. The first opening 120 is provided at a front side of the cuboid-shaped hollow body ¬ 110 and adjacent to the four to dry cleaning agents 130 fitted inside pages 111 to 114th The second opening 121 faces the first opening 120.
For example, in this context it makes sense to insert the object 200 through the opening 120 into the hollow body 110 and to remove it again from the opening 121. The more frequently this operation is performed, the better the achieved cleaning resulting ¬ nis. Through the cleaning process there is an electronic charging of the cleaning agent 130 so that the ¬ se resume adhering to the miniature model 200 dust and dirt particularly effective. By dusters like shape of the detergent 130 this can be ¬ Sonder well to irregular shapes of adjust to clean Obwalden projects and entry into all the corners, recesses, openings, etc. Miniature models are usually available in different scales. Standards range from Ml: 08 to Ml: 18, Ml: 43 and Ml: 87 up to Ml: 160. It therefore makes sense to choose the dimensions of the cuboid hollow body so that they are particularly well suited for cleaning of miniature models of conventional scales. For example, it makes sense to adapt a cleaning device to miniature models of the scales Ml: 18, Ml: 20 and Ml: 24. Ei ¬ ne other cleaning device can be adapted to the scale Ml: 43 and another again cleaning device to the scale Ml: 87. For example, the opening for this purpose could be sized about 120 mm to about 140 mm.
