( SMAP ) 、 智能移动平台 (SMP )和业务控制点 (SCP ) , 其中:
SMAP设置为通过 SMP将预付费业务在扣租周期和扣租子周期的扣租金 额记录到 SCP中;并为开通预付费业务的用户在 SCP中保存剩余未扣租金字 段;
SCP设置为在扣租周期开始后, 将剩余未扣租金字段的值初始化为扣租 周期的扣租金额, 在每个扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中扣除扣租子周期 的扣租金额, 并相应地将剩余未扣租金字段的值减去该扣租子周期的扣租金 额, 在扣租周期结束时, 根据剩余未扣租金字段的值, 在用户的账户余额中 相应地扣除未扣金额或充入多扣金额。
优选地, SMAP还设置为通过 SMP并为开通预付费业务的用户在 SCP 中保存扣租标识字段;
SCP还设置为在扣租周期开始后, 判断用户是否已激活, 若已激活, 则 判断该用户开通的该预付费业务是否已激活, 若该预付费业务已激活, 则将 扣租标识字段设置为有效。 优选地, SCP还设置为在每个扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中扣除扣 租子周期的扣租金额前, 判断扣租标识字段是否为有效, 若为有效, 则执行 从用户的账户余额中扣除扣租子周期的扣租金额。
优选地, SCP还设置为若判断用户未激活或预付费业务未激活, 则将扣 租标识字段设置为无效; 并在判断扣租标识字段为无效时, 不从用户的账户 余额中扣除扣租子周期的扣租金额。
综上所述, 本发明通过设置剩余未扣租金字段记录用户未扣除的租金, 对用户的帐户按照扣租子周期扣除租金, 并在扣租周期结束时, 从用户的账 户余额中扣除剩余未扣租金字段中记录的用户未扣除的租金, 对于运营商来 说, 租金收入恒定, 没有任何损失, 在扣租周期结束时扣取全部剩余未扣租 金, 有效地避免了用户的恶意消费, 可以最大限度地保障运营商和用户的权 益, 提高运营商的收入, 给用户良好的体验。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明的在智能网中实现预付费业务租金的扣取方法的一种实施方式 为, 在 SCP (业务控制点) 中记录预付费业务在一个扣租周期和一个扣租子 周期的扣租金额, 并为开通预付费业务的用户保存一剩余未扣租金字段, 其 中, 扣租周期可以是月或季度等, 扣租子周期可以相应地釆用日或月等, 扣 租周期应该是扣租子周期的整数倍。
SCP在扣租周期开始后, 将剩余未扣租金字段的值初始化为扣租周期的 扣租金额, 在每个扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中扣除扣租子周期的扣租 金额, 并相应地将剩余未扣租金字段的值减去该扣租子周期的扣租金额, 在 扣租周期结束时, 根据所述剩余未扣租金字段的值, 在用户的账户余额中相 应地扣除未扣金额或充入多扣金额。
实际中, 本实施方式的租金扣取方法可以釆用月租日扣, 在套餐扣租配 置表中记录套餐的整月租金和每天扣取的日租金, 并在用户套餐表中设置剩 余未扣租金字段, 在每日扣取当日的日租金后, 将剩余未扣租金字段的值减 去当天扣取的日租金, 并在月底从用户的账户余额中减去剩余未扣租金字段 的值, 实现每天只扣日租, 在扣租周期结束时, 从用户的账户余额中扣除剩 余未扣的租金, 不论扣租周期的天数是多少, 都能在每个扣租周期扣取相同 的租金。
本实施方式的方法可应用于移动智能网络的预付费业务,包括: GSM (全 球移动通讯系统)智能网、 CDMA (码分多址)智能网和 PSTN (公共交换电 话网络)智能网等。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。
下面以月为扣租周期, 日为扣租子周期为例, 说明本实施方式的方法, 图 1所示为本实施方式实现扣取预付费业务租金的方法, 包括:
101 : 在 SMAP (智能移动应用平台 )上设置品牌配置表, SMAP通过 SMP (智能移动平台)将品牌配置表写入 SCP (业务控制点) , 该品牌配置 表中包含若干个品牌的记录, 每条品牌记录中包含一个品牌的如下信息: 品 牌索引、 品牌名以及品牌的其他相关属性;
品牌是指如神州行、 动感地带和全球通等手机卡类型。
102: 在 SMAP上设置套餐扣租配置表, SMAP通过 SMP将套餐扣租配 置表写入 SCP, 该套餐扣租配置表中包含若干个套餐的记录, 每条套餐记录 中包含套餐的如下信息: 品牌索引、 套餐索引、 套餐名、 套餐扣租方式、 套 餐月租金、 套餐日租金以及套餐的其他属性;
每种套餐对应用户套餐扣租配置表中的一条记录。
套餐月租金和套餐日租金都是固定的, 可以进行修改, 应当控制每天扣 取的套餐日租金与整月天数的乘积等于或者接近套餐月租金, 避免整月累计 扣取的套餐日租金与套餐月租金有较大的出入。
一个品牌可以有若干种套餐, 通过套餐扣租配置表的套餐记录中的品牌 索引可以获知该套餐所属的品牌。
上述的品牌配置表和套餐扣租配置表为 SCP的全局表。
103: 在用户套餐表中包含若干个用户所开通的套餐的记录, 在每条用户 套餐记录中增加两个字段, 剩余未扣租金字段和扣租标识字段, 用户套餐记 录中还包含: 用户号码、 品牌索引和套餐索引等信息; 一个用户可以开通多个套餐, 用户开通的每个套餐对应用户套餐表中的 一条记录。 用户套餐表保存在 SCP中。
104: 每个月开始时, SCP通过定时任务, 根据用户套餐表的用户套餐记 录中的套餐索引查找套餐扣租配置表中相应的套餐记录, 从查找到的套餐记 录中读取套餐月租金, 将用户套餐记录中的剩余未扣租金字段初始化为所读 取到的套餐月租金;
105: SCP根据用户套餐记录中的用户号码查询该用户是否已经激活, 如 果用户已经激活, 则执行步骤 106; 否则, 执行步骤 108; 106: SCP根据用户套餐记录中的套餐索引查询该套餐是否已激活, 如果 套餐已激活, 则执行步骤 107; 否则, 执行步骤 108;
107: SCP将用户套餐记录中的扣租标识字段置为标识有效;
108: SCP将用户套餐记录中的扣租标识字段置为标识无效;
一个用户可能定制多个套餐,即在用户套餐表中拥有多条用户套餐记录, 此时, 需要对用户的全部用户套餐记录逐一处理。
在对用户进行激活或者对用户的某一套餐进行激活时, 将用户套餐表中 该用户相应的用户套餐记录的扣租标识字段置为标识有效。 当用户开通一个 新的套餐时, 如果该套餐是月租日扣套餐并且用户已经激活, 则将该套餐对 应的用户套餐表的用户套餐记录中的剩余未扣租金字段的值置为从套餐扣租 配置表的相应套餐记录中读取的套餐月租金, 并将扣租标识字段置为标识有 效; 如果该套餐是月租日扣套餐, 但用户尚未激活, 则将剩余未扣租金字段 置为从套餐扣租配置表中相应套餐记录中读取的套餐月租金, 将扣租标识字 段置为标识无效。
109: SCP每日读取用户套餐表的用户套餐记录, 若扣租标识字段标识有 效, 则根据套餐索引查找相应的套餐扣租配置表中的套餐记录, 获取套餐曰 租金, 从用户信息表的账户余额中扣除套餐日租金, 并将用户套餐记录中的 剩余未扣租金字段的值减去套餐日租金;
如果由于欠费等原因, SCP未成功地从用户的账户余额中扣除套餐日租 金, 则不对用户套餐记录中的剩余未扣租金字段的值进行处理。
110: SCP通过每月月末的定时任务, 判断用户套餐记录中的扣租标识字 段是否有效, 若有效, 则读取剩余未扣租金字段的值, 从用户信息表的帐户 余额中扣除剩余未扣租金或在账户余额中充入多扣的租金, 并将剩余未扣租 金字段置为零。
当用户开通多个套餐, 具有多个用户套餐记录时, 需要对每个用户套餐 记录逐一处理, 即 SCP需要从用户信息表的账户余额中扣除该用户的所有扣 租标识字段标识为有效的用户套餐记录中的剩余未扣租金。
对于扣租标识字段标识为无效的用户套餐记录, 不从用户的账户余额中 扣取用户套餐表中的剩余未扣租金。
剩余未扣租金字段的值可正可负, 如果为正, 则从帐户余额中扣除剩余 未扣租金; 如果为负, 则在账户余额中为用户补入相应的多扣租金。
由于补款有可能会改变用户的状态, 为了实际工作的简便性, 可以将套 餐日租金设置为满足以下条件:套餐日租金 31天的金额不大于套餐月租金, 这样就保证了月底的剩余未扣租金大于等于零。
图 2为本发明实现扣取预付费业务租金的系统, 包括: SMAP、 SMP和 SCP, 其中, SMP分别与 SMAP和 SCP连接;
SMAP, 用于通过 SMP将预付费业务在一个扣租周期和一个扣租子周期 的扣租金额记录到 SCP中;并为开通预付费业务的用户在 SCP中保存一剩余 未扣租金字段和一扣租标识字段。
SCP, 用于在扣租周期开始后, 将剩余未扣租金字段的值初始化为扣租 周期的扣租金额, 判断用户是否已激活, 若已激活, 则判断该用户开通的该 预付费业务是否已激活, 若该预付费业务已激活, 则将扣租标识字段设置为 有效。 在每个扣租子周期, 判断扣租标识字段是否为有效, 若为有效, 则从 用户的账户余额中扣除扣租子周期的扣租金额, 并相应地将剩余未扣租金字 段的值减去该扣租子周期的扣租金额, 在扣租周期结束时, 根据剩余未扣租 金字段的值, 在用户的账户余额中相应地扣除未扣金额或充入多扣金额。

以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明通过设置剩余未扣租金字段记录用户未扣除的租金, 对用户的帐 户按照扣租子周期扣除租金, 并在扣租周期结束时, 从用户的账户余额中扣 除剩余未扣租金字段中记录的用户未扣除的租金, 对于运营商来说, 租金收 入恒定, 没有任何损失, 在扣租周期结束时扣取全部剩余未扣租金, 有效地 避免了用户的恶意消费, 可以最大限度地保障运营商和用户的权益, 提高运 营商的收入, 给用户良好的体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现扣取预付费业务租金的方法, 包括:
在业务控制点 (SCP ) 中记录预付费业务的扣租周期和扣租子周期的扣 租金额; 并在所述 SCP中为开通所述预付费业务的用户保存剩余未扣租金字 段; 以及
所述 SCP在所述扣租周期开始后, 将所述剩余未扣租金字段的值初始化 为所述扣租周期的扣租金额; 在每个所述扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中 扣除所述扣租子周期的扣租金额, 并相应地将所述剩余未扣租金字段的值减 去所述扣租子周期的扣租金额; 在所述扣租周期结束时, 根据所述剩余未扣 租金字段的值, 在用户的账户余额中相应地扣除未扣金额或充入多扣金额。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
在所述 SCP中为开通所述预付费业务的用户保存扣租标识字段; 以及 所述 SCP在所述扣租周期开始后,判断所述用户是否已激活,若已激活, 则判断所述用户开通的所述预付费业务是否已激活, 若所述预付费业务已激 活, 则将所述扣租标识字段设置为有效。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 还包括:
所述 SCP在每个所述扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中扣除所述扣租子 周期的扣租金额前, 判断所述扣租标识字段是否为有效, 若为有效, 则执行 从用户的账户余额中扣除所述扣租子周期的扣租金额。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 还包括:
所述 SCP若判断所述用户未激活或所述预付费业务未激活, 则将所述扣 租标识字段设置为无效; 以及
所述 SCP判断所述扣租标识字段为无效时, 则不从用户的账户余额中扣 除所述扣租子周期的扣租金额。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述扣租周期为一个月, 所述扣租子周期为一天, 所述预付费业务为套 餐形式的业务, 所述扣租周期的扣租金额为套餐月租金, 所述扣租子周期的 扣租金额为套餐日租金, 所述 SCP包括套餐扣租配置表和用户套餐表; 在 SCP中记录预付费业务的扣租周期和扣租子周期的扣租金额的所述步 骤为: 将所述套餐月租金和套餐日租金保存在所述套餐扣租配置表的与用户 的套餐相应的套餐记录中;
在所述 SCP中保存所述剩余未扣租金字段的步骤为: 将所述剩余未扣租 金字段保存在所述用户套餐表的开通所述套餐的用户的用户套餐记录中; 所述 SCP在所述扣租周期开始后, 将所述剩余未扣租金字段的值初始化 为所述扣租周期的扣租金额的所述步骤为: 所述 SCP在每个月开始时, 将所 述用户套餐记录中的剩余未扣租金字段初始化为相应的套餐记录中的套餐月 租金;
在每个所述扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中扣除所述扣租子周期的扣 租金额, 并相应地将所述剩余未扣租金字段的值减去所述扣租子周期的扣租 金额的所述步骤为: 在每一日, 从用户的账户余额中扣除相应的套餐记录中 的套餐日租金,并相应地将所述剩余未扣租金字段的值减去所述套餐日租金; 在所述扣租周期结束时, 根据所述剩余未扣租金字段的值, 在用户的账 户余额中相应地扣除未扣金额或充入多扣金额的所述步骤为:在每月结束时, 根据所述剩余未扣租金字段的值, 在用户的账户余额中相应地扣除未扣金额 或充入多扣金额。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中,
在所述套餐记录和用户套餐记录中还包含套餐索引, 所述 SCP根据所述 套餐索引查找与所述用户套餐记录相应的套餐记录。
7、 一种实现扣取预付费业务租金的系统, 包括: 智能移动应用平台 ( SMAP ) 、 智能移动平台 (SMP )和业务控制点 (SCP ) , 其中:
所述 SMAP设置为通过所述 SMP将预付费业务在扣租周期和扣租子周 期的扣租金额记录到所述 SCP 中; 并为开通所述预付费业务的用户在所述 SCP中保存剩余未扣租金字段;
所述 SCP设置为在所述扣租周期开始后, 将所述剩余未扣租金字段的值 初始化为所述扣租周期的扣租金额, 在每个所述扣租子周期, 从用户的账户 余额中扣除所述扣租子周期的扣租金额, 并相应地将所述剩余未扣租金字段 的值减去所述扣租子周期的扣租金额, 在所述扣租周期结束时, 根据所述剩 余未扣租金字段的值, 在用户的账户余额中相应地扣除未扣金额或充入多扣 金额。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述 SMAP还设置为通过所述 SMP并为开通所述预付费业务的用户在 所述 SCP中保存扣租标识字段;
所述 SCP还设置为在所述扣租周期开始后, 判断所述用户是否已激活, 若已激活, 则判断所述用户开通的所述预付费业务是否已激活, 若所述预付 费业务已激活, 则将所述扣租标识字段设置为有效。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述 SCP还设置为在每个所述扣租子周期, 从用户的账户余额中扣除所 述扣租子周期的扣租金额前, 判断所述扣租标识字段是否为有效, 若为有效, 则执行从用户的账户余额中扣除所述扣租子周期的扣租金额。
