其中, MCU获取对应关系具体有两种方法,一是预先设置参会者与会场的对应关系, 具体的,在 MCU中预先设置一个参会者与会场的对应关系表,例如: "张三 "对应会场 1 , "李四"对应会场 2, "王五"对应会场 N等。二是通过 "学习"获取参会者与会场的对 应关系。 下面详细介绍通过 "学习"获取对应关系的方法。
首先, 通过 "学习"获取对应关系的方法, 利用了多点会议中人们自由交流的 2个 习惯:
1、 发言人在呼唤某一参会者时, 往往包含该参会者的姓名。 例如: 张三, 最近你 的工作进展得怎么样了?或者, 下面请李四发言。
2、 被呼唤的参会者在发言人停止讲话后, 会优先发言。
基于上述认知, 参见图 3, 通过 "学习"获取对应关系的方法包括:
201a: MCU接收语音信号;
201b : MCU判断该语音信号是在呼唤某 '参会者, 当参会者应答后, 确定该参会者 对应的会场;
具体的, MCU通过语音识别技术判断语音信号是在呼唤某一参会者, 也即需要被呼 唤的参会者进行应答。 其中, 语音识别的具体过程为: 1 )识别语音信号是否包含姓名, 可以预设百家姓和习惯称呼, 例如, 老李等, 如果语音信号与预设的百家姓或习惯称呼 匹配, 则语音信号中包含姓名, 否则不包含姓名; 2 ) 预设呼唤参会者的语法, 语法包 括但不限于: 姓名出现在语言信号的最前面, 或者, "请"与姓名同时出现。 例如, 接 收的语音信号为"下面请李四发言", MCU通过语音识别技术判断该语音信号包括姓名"李 四", 且与 "请" 同时出现, 则判断出是在呼唤 "李四"。
具体的, 当参会者应答后, 通过检测语音能量或检测语音活动性, 确定参会者对应 的会场。其中, 会场可以采用会场名称、地点、端口号、 ID等标识, 本实施例并不限定。
进一步的, MCU还可以判断该语音信号是正常的发言, 不需要切换视频, 仍然向各 个会场终端转发当前视频。 例如, 语音信号为 "本次会议的主题是环境保护"或 "这部 分工作由李四负责"等, 这些均为正常的发言, 不需要切换视频画面。 其中, 正常的发 言中也可能包含参会者姓名, MCU通过语音识别技术判断语音信号是提及了该参会者, 而不是呼唤参会者。
201c : 记录该参会者与该参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
例如: 视讯会议开始阶段, 各会场均未发言时, 参见图 4 , MCU中记录的对应关系 为空。其中, 终端 1为会场 1的终端, 终端 2为会场 2的终端, 终端 N为会场 N的终端。 当 "张三"在会场 1呼唤 "李四"、 "王五 "后, 参见图 5 , MCU记录到 "李四"对应会 场 2, "王五"对应会场 N。 此后, 若会场 1再呼唤 "李四"或 "王五", MCU从记录的对 应关系中找到该姓名对应的会场,并将该会场视频画面发送给会场 1进行观看。会场 2、 会场 N未主动呼唤过其它会场, 故其记录仍然为空。
上述两种获取对应关系的方法均无需在语音中参杂特殊的控制命令, 提升了 "面对 面"的交流体验。 二者还分别有其优点: 第一种预先设置的方法, 简单、 易于实现。 第 二种 "学习" 的方法, 能够自动获取对应关系、 并随时更新。
202: MCU接收语音信号, 判断该语音信号是在呼唤参会者;
具体的, MCU通过语音识别技术判断该语音信号是在呼唤参会者。
进 ·步的, MCU还可以判断该语音信号是正常的发言, 不需耍切换视频, 仍然向各 个会场终端转发当前视频。 步骤 201b已经详细介绍, 这里不再赘述。
203: 判断该对应关系是否有该被呼唤的参会者, 如果有, 执行 204, 如果没有, 执 行 205 ;
204: MCU根据对应关系, 查找并将视频画面切换到被呼唤的参会者对应的会场; 205: 在被呼唤的参会者应答后, 获取被呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 记录被呼唤的 参会者 被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
具体的, 获取被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的方法包括但不限于: 通过检测语音能量 (或称检测语音包络) 或检测语音活动性, 确定被呼唤的参会者对应的会场。
其中,本实施例涉及的 MCU可以独立于各会场存在,也可以集成在某 ·会场终端中。 本实施例提供的方法, MCU通过获取参会者与会场的对应关系, 当呼唤参会者时, 在不需要参会者人为干预的情况下, 无须等待参会者应答, 就可以根据对应关系查找到 该被呼唤的参会者对应的会场,并将视频自动切换到该会场,保障了视讯会议的连续性, 并能够及时地切换视频画面, 提升了视讯会议中参会人员 "面对面"的交流体验。此外, 由 MUC获取对应关系并确定切换会场, 降低了对会场终端性能的要求, 便于统一管理对 应关系。
实施例 3
参见图 6 , 本实施例以会场终端获取对应关系为例进行说明, 则视频画面切换的方 法具体包括以下步骤:
301: 会场终端获取各个参会者与其会场的对应关系, 其中, 获取方法包括但不限 于:
1 ) 在各个会场终端预先设置各个参会者与其会场的对应关系;
2 ) MCU获取该对应关系后, 将该对应关系分发给各个终端会场; 其中, MCU获取该 对应关系的方法, 具体可以采用实施 2中提供的方法。
3 ) 通过学习获取该对应关系的方法, 参见图 7 , 具体包括以下步骤: 301a: 会场终端呼唤参会者;
301b : 当参会者应答后, 发起呼唤的会场终端接收 MCU发送的参会者对应的会场; 具体的, 参会者通过其会场终端进行应答后, MCU确定并发送参会者对应的会场, 其中, 确定参会者对应的会场的方法包括但不限于: 通过检测语音能量(或称检测语音 包络)或检测语音活动性, 确定参会者对应的会场。 另外, 参会者对应的会场可以采用 会场名称、 地点、 端口号、 ID等标识, 本实施例并不限定。
进 ·步的, 当 MCU集成在发起呼唤的会场终端时, 当参会者应答后, 发起呼唤的会 场终端获取参会者对应的会场。
301c : 发起呼唤的会场终端记录该参会者与该参会者对应的会场的对应关系。 上述三种获取对应关系的方法均无需在语音中参杂特殊的控制命令, 提升了 "面对 面"的交流体验。 三者还分别有其优点: 第一种预先设置的方法, 简单、 易于实现。 第 二种 MCU分发的方法, 便于集中管理, 降低了对会场终端性能的要求。 第三种 "学习" 的方法, 能够自动获取对应关系、 并随时更新。
302: 当会场终端呼唤参会者时, 判断该对应关系是否有该被呼唤的参会者, 如果 有, 执行 303, 如果没有, 执行 304;
303: 根据对应关系, 查找被呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 自动向 MCU发送视频切换 申请, 该视频切换申请包括被呼唤的参会者对应的会场标识, 使 MCU将视频画面切换到 被呼唤的参会者对应的会场;
304: 在被呼唤的参会者应答后, 获取被呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 记录被呼唤的 参会者与被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
其中, 获取被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的方法具体为: 接收 MCU发送的被呼唤的参 会者对应的会场。 其中, MCU获取并发送参会者对应的会场的方法, 详见 301b。
其中,本实施例涉及的 MCU可以独立于各会场存在,也可以集成在某一会场终端中。 本实施例提供的方法, 会场终端通过获取参会者与会场的对应关系, 当呼唤参会者 时, 在不需要参会者人为干预的情况下, 无须等待参会者应答, 就可以根据对应关系查 找到该被呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 并向 MCU申请将视频切换到该会场, 保障了视讯会 议的连续性, 并能够及时地切换视频画面, 提升了视讯会议中参会人员 "面对面"的交 流体验。
实施例 4
参见图 8 , 本实施例提供了一种视频画面切换的装置, 包括:
关系获取模块 401, 用于获取参会者与会场的对应关系; 会场查找模块 402, 用于当参会者被呼唤时, 根据关系获取模块 401得到的对应关 系, 查找被呼唤的参会者对应的会场;
视频切换模块 403 , 用于将视频画面切换到会场查找模块 402找到的被呼唤的参会 者对应的会场。
其中, 参见图 9, 关系获取模块 401包括:
语音接收单元 401a, 用于接收语音信号;
会场确定单元 401b, 用于通过语音识别技术判断语音接收单元 401a接收的语音信 号是在呼唤参会者, 当接收到参会者的应答后, 通过检测语音能量或检测语音活动性, 确定参会者对应的会场;
关系记录单元 401c , 用于记录参会者与会场确定单元 401b确定的参会者对应的会 场的对应关系。
或者, 关系获取模块 401包括:
关系设置单元 401d, 用于预先设置参会者 会场的对应关系。
进一步的, 装置还包括: 呼唤判断模块 404, 用于接收语音信号, 通过语音识别技 术判断语音信号是在呼唤参会者, 然后执行会场查找模块 402。
进 ·步的, 装置还包括: 关系判断模块 405, 用于判断关系获取模块 401获取的对 应关系是否有被呼唤的参会者, 当没有被呼唤的参会者时, 在被呼唤的参会者应答后, 获取被呼唤的参会者对应的会场,记录被呼唤的参会者与被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的 对应关系。
进一步的, 本实施例提供的装置具体可以是 MCU。
本实施例提供的装置, 通过获取参会者与会场的对应关系, 当呼唤参会者时, 在不 需要参会者人为干预的情况下, 无须等待参会者应答, 就可以根据对应关系查找到该被 呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 并将视频自动切换到该会场, 保障了视讯会议的连续性, 并 能够及时地切换视频画面, 提升了视讯会议中参会人员 "面对面" 的交流体验。 此外, 由本装置获取对应关系并确定切换会场, 降低了对会场终端性能的要求, 便于统一管理 对应关系。
实施例 5
参见图 10 , 本实施例提供了一种视频画面切换的装置, 包括:
关系获取模块 501, 用于获取参会者与会场的对应关系;
会场查找模块 502, 用于当参会者被呼唤时, 根据关系获取模块 501得到的对应关 系, 查找被呼唤的参会者对应的会场; 申请切换模块 503, 用于向多点控制单元发送视频切换申请, 该视频切换申请包括 被呼唤的参会者对应的会场标识,使多点控制单元将视频画面切换到被呼唤的参会者对 应的会场。
其中, 参见图 11 , 关系获取模块 501包括:
呼唤单元 501a, 用于呼唤参会者;
接收单元 501b, 用于当参会者应答后, 接收 MCU发送的参会者对应的会场; 或者, 用于当参会者应答后, 获取参会者对应的会场;
记录单元 501c,用于记录呼唤单元 501a呼唤的参会者与接收单元 501b接收的参会 者对应的会场的对应关系。
或者, 关系获取模块 501包括:
关系设置单元 501d, 用于预先设置参会者与会场的对应关系。
进一步的, 该装置还包括:
关系判断模块 504, 用于判断关系获取模块 501获取的对应关系是否有被呼唤的参 会者, 当没有被呼唤的参会者时, 在被呼唤的参会者应答后, 接收 MCU发送的被呼唤的 参会者对应的会场, 记录被呼唤的参会者与被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
进 ·步的, 本实施例提供的装置具体可以是会场终端。
本实施例提供的装置, 通过获取参会者与会场的对应关系, 当呼唤参会者时, 在不 需要参会者人为干预的情况下, 无须等待参会者应答, 就可以根据对应关系查找到该被 呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 并向 MCU申请将视频切换到该会场, 保障了视讯会议的连续 性, 并能够及时地切换视频画面, 提升了视讯会议中参会人员 "面对面" 的交流体验。
以上实施例提供的技术方案中的全部或部分内容可以通过软件编程实现,其软件程 序存储在可读取的存储介质中, 存储介质例如: 计算机中的硬盘、 光盘或软盘。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原 则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种视频画面切换的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取参会者与会场的对应关系;
当参会者被呼唤时, 根据所述对应关系, 查找所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场; 将视频画面切换到所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取参会者与会场的对应关系包 括- 多点控制单元接收语音信号;
所述多点控制单元判断所述语音信号是在呼唤参会者, 接收到所述参会者的应答 后, 确定所述参会者对应的会场;
所述多点控制单元记录所述参会者与所述参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多点控制单元判断所述语音信号 是在呼唤参会者, 接收到所述参会者的应答后, 确定所述参会者对应的会场包括: 所述多点控制单元通过语音识别技术判断所述语音信号是在呼唤参会者,接收到所 述参会者的应答后,通过检测语音能量或检测语音活动性,确定所述参会者对应的会场。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取参会者与会场的对应关系包 括- 其他会场呼唤所述参会者, 所述其他会场是除所述会场之外的会场;
当所述参会者应答后,所述其他会场接收多点控制单元发送的所述参会者对应的会 场;
所述其他会场记录所述参会者与所述参会者对应的会场的对应关系;
相应的, 所述将视频画面切换到所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场之前包括: 多点控制单元接收到所述其他会场发送的视频切换申请,所述视频切换申请包括所 述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场标识。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取参会者与会场的对应关系包 括:
其他会场呼唤所述参会者, 所述其他会场是除所述会场之外的会场;
当所述参会者应答后, 所述其他会场获取所述参会者对应的会场;
所述其他会场记录所述参会者与所述参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取参会者与会场的对应关系包 括- 预先设置参会者与会场的对应关系。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当参会者被呼唤时, 根据所述对 应关系, 查找所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场之前包括:
多点控制单元接收语音信号;
所述多点控制单元通过语音识别技术判断所述语音信号是在呼唤参会者。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当参会者被呼唤时, 所述根据所述对 应关系, 查找所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场之前包括:
判断所述对应关系是否有所述被呼唤的参会者;
当没有所述被呼唤的参会者时, 在所述被呼唤的参会者应答后, 获取所述被呼唤的 参会者对应的会场;
记录所述被呼唤的参会者与所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
9、 一种视频画面切换的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
关系获取模块, 用于获取参会者 会场的对应关系;
会场查找模块, 用于当参会者被呼唤时, 根据所述关系获取模块得到的对应关系, 查找所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场;
视频切换模块,用于将视频画面切换到所述会场查找模块找到的被呼唤的参会者对 应的会场。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述关系获取模块包括:
语音接收单元, 用于接收语音信号;
会场确定单元,用于通过语音识别技术判断所述语音接收单元接收的语音信号是在 呼唤参会者, 接收到所述参会者的应答后, 通过检测语音能量或检测语音活动性, 确定 所述参会者对应的会场;
关系记录单元,用于记录所述参会者与所述会场确定单元确定的参会者对应的会场 的对应关系。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述关系获取模块包括:
关系设置单元, 用于预先设置参会者与会场的对应关系。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 呼唤判断模块, 用 于接收语音信号, 通过语音识别技术判断所述语音信号是在呼唤参会者, 然后执行会场 查找模块。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 关系判断模块, 用 于判断所述关系获取模块获取的对应关系是否有所述被呼唤的参会者, 当没有所述被呼 唤的参会者时, 在所述被呼唤的参会者应答后, 获取所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场, 记录所述被呼唤的参会者与所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
14、 一种视频画面切换的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
关系获取模块, 用于获取参会者与会场的对应关系;
会场查找模块, 用于当参会者被呼唤时, 根据所述关系获取模块得到的对应关系, 查找所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场;
申请切换模块, 用于向多点控制单元发送视频切换申请, 所述视频切换申请包括所 述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场标识,使所述多点控制单元将视频画面切换到所述被呼唤 的参会者对应的会场。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述关系获取模块包括: 呼唤单元, 用于呼唤所述参会者;
接收单元, 用于当所述参会者应答后, 接收所述多点控制单元发送的所述参会者对 应的会场; 或者, 用于当所述参会者应答后, 获取所述参会者对应的会场;
记录单元,用于记录所述呼唤单元呼唤的参会者与所述接收单元接收的参会者对应 的会场的对应关系。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述关系获取模块包括: 关系设置单元, 用于预先设置参会者与会场的对应关系。
17、 如权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
关系判断模块,用于判断所述关系获取模块获取的对应关系是否有所述被呼唤的参 会者, 当没有所述被呼唤的参会者时, 在所述被呼唤的参会者应答后, 接收所述多点控 制单元发送的所述被呼唤的参会者对应的会场,记录所述被呼唤的参会者与所述被呼唤 的参会者对应的会场的对应关系。
