태양광 발전장치 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 태양광 발전장치는 지지기판; 상기 지지기판 상에 배치되는 제 1 이면전극; 상기 제 1 이면전극 상에 배치되는 광 흡수부; 상기 광 흡수부 상에 배치되는 고저항 버퍼; 및 상기 고저항 버퍼로부터 연장되며, 상기 광 흡수부의 측면에 배치되는 배리어막을 포함한다.
