There are known a method for controlling plant diseases in which an agrochemical formulation is applied to a nursery box and a method for controlling pests in which an agricultural chemical formulation is applied to a seedling box.
In these control methods, a large amount of an agrochemical active ingredient is applied to a plant body in the early stage of growth, so that it may cause poor growth in the early stage of growth of the plant body depending on conditions. For this reason, the formulation is devised according to the agrochemical active ingredient to be applied.

Test Example 1 Growth test on rice by pre-soiling treatment at the time of sowing of paddy rice Before the sowing of paddy rice seedling box (30 cm x 60 cm), the test grain composition was treated at a rate of 100 g / nurturing box, : Hinohikari) was sown. After germination for 3 days in a seedling device (30 ° C. throughout the day), the seedlings were transferred to the outdoors to raise seedlings, and the plant height of rice (treated area) was measured one week after sowing. On the other hand, the plant height of rice (non-treated area) seeded and raised was measured in the same manner as described above except that the granule composition was not treated (2 repetitions). The growth rate (%) was calculated by comparing the plant height of the treated group with the plant height of the untreated group according to the following formula (A), and the growth status was evaluated according to the following criteria.
