Abstract

Caja de hierbas, para hierbas del tipo que se conservan separando la glándula madura de las hojas, se caracterizada porque comprende una caja de tipología rectangular o cuadrada y con una tapa abrible en su vertiente superior y habilitada para cerrar herméticamente la caja, con una malla en su interior cubriendo toda su extensión horizontal. Se caracteriza también por disponer de un cajón extraíble manualmente de la caja y ubicado justo debajo de la malla y cubriendo también toda la extensión horizontal de la caja, de modo que el usuario puede introducir las hierbas por la abertura superior de la caja y depositarla y distribuirla por la malla, se caracteriza nuevamente ya que durante el proceso de conservación de la hierba, deja caer a su través sólo las glándulas maduras hasta el cajón ubicado debajo y permaneciendo las hojas en la misma malla y quedando por tanto las hojas depositadas en la malla en su proceso de conservación, y las glándulas maduras en el cajón que es extraíble por el usuario.

CAJA DE HIERBAS
Objeto de la invención
La presente invención tiene por objeto una caja de hierbas, que permite la adecuada conservación y acondicionamiento de hierbas para su servicio y consumo humano.
Antecedentes de la invención
La conservación de hierbas debe de realizarse en unos parámetros que aseguren sus correctas condiciones ambientales.
En ocasiones es difícil conseguir tales condiciones, lo cual comporta una pérdida de calidad y de cualidades naturales en las hierbas.
La presente invención contribuye a solventar y resolver toda esta problemática, pues permite mantener unas buenas condiciones ambientales para la correcta conservación y acondicionamiento de hierbas para el consumo humano.
Sumario de la invención
La caja de hierbas, para hierbas del tipo que se conservan separando la glándula madura de las hojas, se caracteriza porque comprende una caja de tipología rectangular o cuadrada y con una tapa abrible en su vertiente superior y habilitada para cerrar herméticamente la caja, con una malla en su interior cubriendo toda su extensión horizontal, y un cajón extraíble manualmente de la caja y ubicado justo debajo de la malla y cubriendo también toda la extensión horizontal de la caja, de modo que el usuario puede introducir las hierbas por la abertura superior de la caja y depositarla y distribuirla por la malla, y encontrándose la malla específicamente habilitada para, durante el proceso de conservación de la hierba, dejar caer a su través sólo las glándulas maduras hasta el cajón ubicado debajo y permaneciendo las hojas en la misma malla, y quedando por tanto las hojas depositadas en la malla en su proceso de conservación, y las glándulas maduras en el cajón que es extraíble por el usuario. Estas y otras características se desprenderán mejor de la descripción detallada que sigue, para facilitar la cual se acompaña de dos hojas de dibujos explicativos que ilustran un caso práctico de realización que se cita a título ilustrativo pero no limitativo del alcance de la presente invención.

Descripción detallada de una forma de realización preferida de la invención
De acuerdo con el objeto de la presente invención, la caja de hierbas se encuentra concebida, por su particular disposición, para permitir la adecuada conservación y acondicionamiento de hierbas para su servicio y consumo humano.
Tal y como se puede apreciar en las figuras 1 y 2, la caja de hierbas se encuentra constituida por una caja -1 - rectangular o cuadrada (el material más aconsejable es la madera de cedro) y con una tapa -1 '- abrible en su vertiente superior, disponiendo en su interior de una malla -2- (representada a trazos en las figuras 1 y 2), y un cajón -3- extraíble manualmente (también representado a trazos en las figuras 1 y 2), y ubicado en el fondo inferior de la misma caja -1 - y justo debajo de la malla -2-.
Tanto la caja -1 - como su tapa -1'- abrible se encuentra dotadas de unos perfiles de gomas -1"- aptos para permitir el cierre hermético de la caja -1 - por la tapa -1 '-.
La malla -2- se encuentra cubriendo toda la extensión horizontal de la caja -1 -, y se encuentra específicamente habilitada para que puedan ser dispuestas y distribuidas sobre ella misma las hierbas.
Las hierbas son introducidas en la caja -1 - por la abertura de la tapa - 1'- de su vertiente superior, y son dispuestas y distribuidas sobre la malla -2-, y teniendo lugar posteriormente el proceso de conservación natural de las hierbas. La malla -2- presenta la característica de que durante el proceso de conservación interna de las hierbas dentro de la caja -1 - y sobre la misma malla -2-, las glándulas más maduras pueden caer por su propio peso desde la propia malla -2- hasta el cajón -3- extraíble situado justo debajo de la malla -2- (figura 2), mientras que las hojas de las hierbas siguen permaneciendo en la misma malla -2-.
De este modo se separa la hoja, que continúa en la malla -2-, y las glándulas maduras, que quedan depositadas en el cajón -3-.
El usuario, tras un tiempo, puede retirar manualmente el cajón -3- con las glándulas maduras depositadas en él (figura 3), quedando por tanto separadas así las glándulas de las hojas de las hierbas.
Para que la hierba no se seque del todo y consecuentemente pierda gusto y olor, la caja -1 - puede portar incorporado un higrómetro -4- junto con un humidificador -5-, para poder conservar unos niveles óptimos de humedad en el interior de la caja -1 -.
El cajón -3- puede presentar su fondo constituido por un material de naturaleza tipo vidriosa, como por ejemplo un espejo, para así evitar que la glándula madura depositada en el fondo del cajón -3- quede adherida en éste por la posible humedad, y facilitar así su extracción. La invención mostrada puede presentar la configuración y componentes más pertinentes para tales funciones. Se pueden utilizar los componentes que se han descrito o cualesquiera otros componentes idóneos para realizar el mismo tipo de cometido.
La invención, dentro de su esencialidad, puede ser llevada a la práctica en otras formas de realización que difieran sólo en detalle de la indicada a título de ejemplo, a las cuales alcanzará igualmente la protección que se recaba. Podrá, pues, realizarse esta invención con los medios, componentes y accesorios más adecuados, pudiendo los elementos componentes ser sustituidos por otros técnicamente equivalentes, por quedar todo ello comprendido dentro de las reivindicaciones.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1 .-Caja de hierbas, para hierbas del tipo que se conservan separando la glándula madura de las hojas, caracterizada porque comprende una caja (1 ) de tipología rectangular o cuadrada y con una tapa (T) abrible en su vertiente superior y habilitada para cerrar herméticamente la caja (1 ), con una malla (2) en su interior cubriendo toda su extensión horizontal, y un cajón (3) extraíble manualmente de la caja y ubicado justo debajo de la malla (2) y cubriendo también toda la extensión horizontal de la caja (1 ), de modo que el usuario puede introducir las hierbas por la abertura superior de la caja (1 ) y depositarla y distribuirla por la malla (2), y encontrándose la malla (2) específicamente habilitada para, durante el proceso de conservación de la hierba, dejar caer a su través sólo las glándulas maduras hasta el cajón (3) ubicado debajo y permaneciendo las hojas en la misma malla (2), y quedando por tanto las hojas depositadas en la malla (2) en su proceso de conservación, y las glándulas maduras en el cajón (3) que es extraíble por el usuario.
1 . Caja de hierbas de la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque incorpora un higrómetro (4) y/o con un humidificador (5).
2. Caja de hierbas de las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizada porque el cajón (3) presenta su fondo, en donde se deposita la glándula madura, constituido por un material de naturaleza tipo vidriosa.
