在现有的移动性管理(Mobility Management, MM )技术下, 终端例如 用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )或移动台 ( Mobile Station, MS )执行周期 性的路由区 i或更新( Routing Area Update, RAU )/3艮踪区 i或更新( Tracking Area Update, TAU ), 其更新间隔 (或称周期性 RAU/TAU定时器 )受 GPRS服务 支持节点 ( Service GPRS Supporting Node, SGSN )或移动管理实体 ( Mobility Management Entity, MME )控制, 其中, RAU是对 SGSN而言的, TAU是 对 MME而言的。
SGSN/MME可通过附着接受 (Attach Accept )或更新接受 (RAU/TAU Accept )消息发送周期性更新定时器( Periodic RAU/TAU Timer )给终端, 该 定时器在一个路由区域(Routing Area, RA ) 内或者在一个跟踪区域标识 ( Tracking Area Identity, TAI ) 列表内是唯一的, 即一定区域内的所有终端 使用相同的定时器。
终端本地运行 Periodic RAU/TAU Timer, —旦定时到期, 终端就发起一 个周期性 RAU/TAU流程并重启该定时器。相应地, SGSN/MME有一个移动 可达定时器( Mobile Reachable Timer ), 该定时器比 Periodic RAU/TAU Timer 稍长些 (比如长 20秒或 1分钟), 用于监视终端的周期性 RAU/TAU流程。 若该移动可达定时器定时到期, 则 SGSN/MME 将寻呼进行标识 (Paging Proceed Flag, PPF ) 清零, 使得 SGSN/MME不进行终端寻呼。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现, 现有的移动性管理技术无法在众 多终端中设定或动态修改特定终端的移动性管理频度。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种移动性管理方法和 GPRS服务支持节点或移动 管理实体, 能够在众多终端中设定或动态修改特定终端的移动性管理频度。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种移动性管理方法, 包括: 获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带 周期性更新设定信息; 根据所述周期性更新设定信息得到所述终端的周期性 更新定时器; 发送所述终端的周期性更新定时器给所述终端; 设置比所述终 端的周期性更新定时器稍长的值作为移动可达定时器, 用于监视所述终端的 周期性更新。

针对终端, 本发明的实施例提供一种移动性管理方法和终端, 能够配合 网络侧在众多终端中设定或动态修改特定终端的移动性管理频度。

如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种移动性管理方法, 包括: 步骤 11,获取终端的签约数据,所述签约数据携带周期性更新设定信息。 SGSN/MME从归属位置存储器( Home Location Register, HLR )或归属 用户服务器 ( Home Subscriber Service , HSS )获取终端的周期性更新设定信 息可以采用如下两种方式之一:
方式一, 在终端附着时, 当 SGSN/MME接收到终端的附着请求后, 向 HLR/ HSS发送更新位置消息, 并接收所述 HLR/HSS发送的签约数据, 所述 签约数据携带周期性更新设定信息。
方式二, 在终端已经附着的条件下, 当 HLR/ HSS需要重新设定终端的 周期性更新时, 向 SGSN/MME发送新的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期 性更新设定信息。 其中, HLR/HSS重新设定终端的周期性更新的情形包括之 器的情形。
签约数据携带的周期性更新设定信息包括如下三种方式: Al, 正常周期性更新定时器的倍乘系数; 或,
B1 , 指定的周期性更新定时器; 或,
C1 , 正常周期性更新定时器的增量值。
上述任意一种方式都需要对现有 HLR/HSS发送签约数据到 SGSN/MME 的消息( Insert User Data )进行增强。比如,增加参数 Periodic RAU/TAU Timer Multiplication Factor, 使用 8个比特编码, 倍乘系数取值 0-255 ( 0可能用于 表示禁止周期性更新)。 比如, 增加参数 Predefined Periodic RAU/TAU Timer, 使用 8个比特编码, 5个比特表示定时器值, 3个比特定义定时器值的单位, 如 1小时, 1天, 1周, 1月等等。 比如, 增加参数 Periodic RAU/TAU Timer Increment, 用于表示对正常周期性更新定时器的增量值。
步骤 12,根据所述周期性更新设定信息得到所述终端的周期性更新定时 器。
在 SGSN/MME接收到终端的周期性更新设定信息后, 可以釆用如下三 种可能的处理方式得到所述终端的周期性更新定时器:
A2, 当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定时器的倍乘系数时, 获 取正常周期性更新定时器, 并与倍乘系数相乘, 得到所述终端的周期性更新 定时器; 或,
B2, 当周期性更新设定信息为指定的周期性更新定时器时, 直接以指定 的周期性更新定时器作为所述终端的周期性更新定时器; 或,
C2, 当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定时器的增量值时, 获取 正常周期性更新定时器, 并与增量值相加, 得到所述终端的周期性更新定时 器。
步骤 13, 发送所述终端的周期性更新定时器给所述终端。
针对 SGSN/MME 获取终端的周期性更新设定信息的两种方式,
SGSN/MME对应可以采用如下两种方式将终端的周期性更新定时器发送给 所述终端:
方式一, 在终端附着时, SGSN/MME向所述终端发送附着接受消息, 所 述附着接受消息携带所述终端的周期性更新定时器。
方式二,在终端已经附着的条件下, SGSN/MME向所述终端发送更新接 受消息, 所述更新接受消息携带所述终端的周期性更新定时器。
需要说明的是, 为了支持相对现有技术更长的更新间隔, 可以对现有通 用分组无线业务 (General Packet Radio Service , GPRS ) 定时器信息单元 ( Information Element, IE ) 的值单位部分进行增强。 现有的 GPRS Timer IE 定义(摘自 3GPP TS 24.008 )如下:

本发明中具体可以是为定时器值单位 ( Timer Value Unit ) 定义几个新的 编码值,以获得更大的时间单位。比如可以增加值单位的编码 011、 100、 101、 110,并分别定义如下: 011表示以 1小时为单位, 100表示以 10小时为单位, 101表示以 100小时为单位, 110表示以 1000小时为单位; 或者 011表示以 1小时为单位, 100表示以 1天为单位, 101表示以 1周为单位, 110表示以

本发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法, 通过签约数据获取网络侧对终端 的周期性更新设定信息, 根据所述周期性更新设定信息得到该终端的周期性 更新定时器, 并发送该周期性更新定时器给所述终端, 同时设置比所述终端 的周期性更新定时器稍长的值作为移动可达定时器, 用于监视所述终端的周 期性更新, 从而达到对特定终端的移动性管理频度进行设定或动态修改的目 的, 解决了现有技术无法在众多终端中设定或动态修改特定终端的移动性管 理频度的问题。 另外通过将特定终端的周期性更新设定或动态修改为一个比 正常周期性更新定时器更长的更新间隔, 可以提高网络资源的利用率。
基于发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法, 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例提 供一种 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体, 包括:
签约数据获取单元 21, 用于获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周 期性更新设定信息;
定时器得到单元 22,用于根据所述周期性更新设定信息得到所述终端的 周期性更新定时器;
定时器发送单元 23, 用于发送所述终端的周期性更新定时器给所述终 端;
设置单元 24,用于设置比所述终端的周期性更新定时器稍长的值作为移 动可达定时器, 用于监视所述终端的周期性更新。
进一步地, 如图 3所示, 所述签约数据获取单元 21可以包括: 第一获取子单元 211, 用于在接收到终端的附着请求后, 向归属位置存 储器 HLR或归属用户服务器 HSS发送更新位置消息, 并接收所述 HLR或 HSS发送的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期性更新设定信息; 或,

第一得到子单元 221, 用于当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定 时器的倍乘系数时, 获取正常周期性更新定时器, 并与倍乘系数相乘, 得到 所述终端的周期性更新定时器;
第二得到子单元 222, 用于当周期性更新设定信息为指定的周期性更新 定时器时, 直接以指定的周期性更新定时器作为所述终端的周期性更新定时 器;
第三得到子单元 223, 用于当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定 时器的增量值时, 获取正常周期性更新定时器, 并与增量值相加, 得到所述 终端的周期性更新定时器。
对应所述签约数据获取单元 21 包括的子单元, 所述定时器发送单元 23 可以包括:

如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供的另一种移动性管理方法, 包括: 步骤 41,获取终端的签约数据,所述签约数据携带周期性更新禁止指示。
SGSN/MME从 HLR/HSS获取终端的周期性更新禁止指示可以采用如下 两种方式之一:
方式一, 在终端附着时, 当 SGSN/MME接收到终端的附着请求后, 向 HLR/ HSS发送更新位置消息, 并接收所述 HLR/HSS发送的签约数据, 所述 签约数据携带周期性更新禁止指示。
方式二, 在终端已经附着的条件下, 当 HLR/ HSS需要重新设定终端的 周期性更新时, 向 SGSN/MME发送的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期性 更新禁止指示。 其中, HLR/HSS重新设定终端的周期性更新的情形包括之前 的情形。
该签约数据携带的周期性更新禁止指示可以是周期性更新定时器失效指 示或者周期性更新定时器值设置为零。此时, SGSN/MME将跳过获取正常周 期性更新定时器的操作。
步骤 42,根据所述周期性更新禁止指示发送周期性更新定时器失效信息 给所述终端。
SGSN/MME根据收到终端的周期性更新禁止指示发送给所述终端的周 期性更新定时器失效信息可以采用如下任一种方式:
使用的周期性更新定时器的值单位表明定时器失效, 例如可以将周期性 更新定时器的值单位设置为二进制值 " 111" ( timer value unit=l 11 );
或, 将周期性更新定时器的值设置为零 ( timer value =0 )。
步骤 43 , 停止移动可达定时器以停止监视所述终端的周期性更新。
此时, SGSN/MME将停止移动可达定时器,并停止监视所述终端的周期 性更新。
可选地, 当需要重新激活所述终端的周期性更新时, HLR或 HSS可以 修改 SGSN/MME 中的签约数据, 以激活所述终端的周期性更新。 为此, 本 发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法, 还可以包括:
SGSN/MME再次获取终端的签约数据,所述签约数据携带周期性更新激 活指示; SGSN/MME根据所述周期性更新激活指示激活所述终端的周期性更 新。
其中, SGSN/MME根据周期性更新激活指示激活所述终端的周期性更新 可以采用如下两种方式之一:
方式一, SGSN/MME向所述终端发送去附着请求消息,指示所述终端重 新发起附着过程, 通过所述终端重新发起的附着过程激活所述终端的周期性 更新。
具体地, SGSN/MME在接收到所述终端的附着请求后, 获取正常周期性 更新定时器, 并向所述终端发送附着接受消息, 所述附着接受消息携带所述 正常周期性更新定时器; 然后 SGSN/MME设置比所述正常周期性更新定时 器稍长的值作为移动可达定时器, 用于监视所述终端的周期性更新。
方式二, SGSN/MME在接收到所述终端发起的更新请求后,通过更新接 受消息激活所述终端的周期性更新。
具体地, SGSN/MME在接收到所述终端发起的更新请求后, 获取正常周 期性更新定时器, 并向所述终端发送更新接受消息, 所述更新接受消息携带 所述正常周期性更新定时器; 然后 SGSN/MME设置比所述正常周期性更新 定时器稍长的值作为移动可达定时器, 用于监视所述终端的周期性更新。

为了使本领域技术人员能够更清楚地理解本发明实施例提供的技术方 案, 下面通过具体的实施例, 对本发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法进行详 细说明。
实施例一: 在终端 attach时, SGSN/MME从 HLR/HSS获取签约数据, 签约数据指示 SGSN/MME下发特殊的周期性更新定时器 (相对正常周期性 更新定时器)给终端。
如图 7所示, 本实施例提供的移动性管理方法, 包括:
步骤 71, 终端发起附着请求 ( Attach Request )到 SGSN/MME。
步骤 72, SGSN/MME向 HLR7HSS发送更新位置 ( Update Location ) 消 步骤 73, HLR/HSS发送插入用户数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data )消息(用 户数据即签约数据)给 SGSN/MME, 其中携带周期性更新设定信息。
该周期性更新设定信息可以采用三种方式: a正常周期性更新定时器的 倍乘系数; b直接给出指定的周期性更新定时器; c正常周期性更新定时器的 增量值。
步骤 74, SGSN/MME根据周期性更新设定信息得到终端的周期性更新 定时器。
SGSN/MME对接收的周期性更新设定信息有三种可能的处理方式: a获 取正常周期性更新定时器, 并与倍乘系数相乘, 得到终端的周期性更新定时 器; b直接以指定的周期性更新定时器作为终端的周期性更新定时器; c获取 正常周期性更新定时器, 并与增量值相加, 得到终端的周期性更新定时器。

实施例二: 在终端已经 attach条件下, HLR/HSS发起对 SGSN/MME中 签约数据的修改, 指示 SGSN/MME修改终端的周期性更新定时器。
如图 8所示, 本实施例提供的移动性管理方法, 包括:
步骤 81, HLR/HSS发送插入用户数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息给 SGSN/MME, 其中携带周期性更新设定信息。
该周期性更新设定信息可以釆用三种方式: a正常周期性更新定时器的 倍乘系数; b直接给出指定的周期性更新定时器; c正常周期性更新定时器的 增量值。
步骤 82, SGSN/MME 向 HLR/HSS 发送插入用户数据应答 (Insert
Subscriber Data Ack ) 消息。
步骤 83, 终端发起更新请求 ( RAU/TAU Request )到 SGSN/MME。 其中,更新类型( Update Type )可以是 RAU/TAU或者周期性 RAU/TAU。 步骤 84, SGSN/MME根据周期性更新设定信息得到终端的周期性更新 定时器。
SGSN/MME在终端的更新请求触发下, 执行三种可能的处理: a获取正 常周期性更新定时器, 并与倍乘系数相乘, 得到终端的周期性更新定时器; b 直接以指定的周期性更新定时器作为终端的周期性更新定时器; c 获取正常 周期性更新定时器, 并与增量值相加, 得到终端的周期性更新定时器。
步骤 85, SGSN/MME向终端发送更新接受 ( RAU/TAU Accept ) 消息, 其中携带所述终端的周期性更新定时器。
步骤 86, SGSN/MME设置比所述终端的周期性更新定时器稍长的值作 为移动可达定时器( Mobile Reachable Timer ), 用于监视后续终端的周期性更 新。
本实施例一和二提供的移动性管理方法,通过签约数据指示 SGSN/MME 为终端下发特殊的周期性更新定时器, 从而达到对特定终端的移动性管理频 度进行设定或动态修改的目的, 解决了现有技术无法在众多终端中设定或动 态修改特定终端的移动性管理频度的问题。 实施例三: 在终端 attach时, SGSN/MME从 HLR/HSS获取签约数据, 签约数据指示 SGSN/MME使得终端的周期性更新定时器失效。
如图 9所示, 本实施例提供的移动性管理方法, 包括:
步骤 91, 终端发起附着请求 ( Attach Request )到 SGSN/MME。
步骤 92, SGSN/MME向 HLR7HSS发送更新位置 (Update Location ) 消息。
步骤 93, HLR/HSS发送插入用户数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息到 SGSN/MME, 其中携带周期性更新禁止指示。
该周期性更新禁止指示可以直接指示终端的周期性更新定时器失效或者 周期性更新定时器为零。 可以理解的, 所述周期性更新禁止指示也可以称为 周期性更新禁止设定信息。
步骤 94, SGSN/MME跳过获取正常周期性更新定时器的操作。
步骤 95, SGSN/MME 向 HLR/HSS 发送插入用户数据应答 ( Insert Subscriber Data Ack ) 消息。
步骤 96, HLR/HSS向 SGSN/MME发送更新位置应答( Update Location Ack ) 消息。
步骤 97, SGSN/MME向终端发送附着接受( Attach Accept )消息, 其中 携带周期性更新定时器失效信息。
该周期性更新定时器失效信息可以釆用将周期性更新定时器的值单位设 置为二进制值 " 111" ( timer value unit= 111 )或将周期性更新定时器的值设置 为零( timer value =0 ) 的方式, 以指示周期性更新定时器失效。
步骤 98, SGSN/MME停止移动可达定时器 ( Mobile Reachable Timer ), 以停止监视终端后续的周期性更新。
值得说明的是, 终端在已经附着的条件下, 也可以通过 HLR/HSS发起 对 SGSN/MME中签约数据的修改,指示 SGSN/MME使得终端的周期性更新 定时器失效。 具体的过程可以类似于上述的实施例二, 此处不再贅述。
另外, 在终端周期性更新已经禁止的条件下, 当需要重新激活终端的周 期性更新时, 可以通过 HLR/HSS发起对 SGSN/MME中签约数据的修改, 指 示 SGSN/MME激活终端的周期性更新。 SGSN/MME可以通过发起 detach过 程指示终端重新发起 attach过程, 并在终端后续的 attach过程中激活周期性 更新; 或者 SGSN/MME可以通过终端主动发起的位置更新过程激活周期性 更新。
如图 10所示, 本发明提供的一种激活终端周期性更新的实施例, 包括: 步骤 101, HLR/HSS发送插入用户数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息到 SGSN/MME, 其中携带周期性更新激活指示。
步骤 102, SGSN/MME 向 HLR/HSS 发送插入用户数据应答 ( Insert Subscriber Data Ack ) 消息。
步骤 103, SGSN/MME向终端发送去附着请求 ( Detach Request ) 消息, 其中去附着类型指示终端需重新 attact

针对终端, 如图 12所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种移动性管理方法, 包 括:
步骤 121, 从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周 期性更新定时器, 所述周期性更新定时器由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中 的周期性更新设定信息得到;
步骤 122, 根据接收的周期性更新定时器执行周期性更新。
其中, 签约数据中的周期性更新设定信息可以包括: 正常周期性更新定 时器的倍乘系数; 或, 指定的周期性更新定时器; 或, 正常周期性更新定时 器的增量值。
其中, 终端从 SGSN或 MME接收周期性更新定时器可以釆用向 SGSN 或 MME发送附着请求消息, 通过附着接受消息接收周期性更新定时器的方 式; 或者, 可以采用向 SGSN或 MME发送更新请求消息, 通过更新接受消 息接收周期性更新定时器的方式。
并且, 为了支持相对现有技术更长的更新间隔, 终端接收的周期性更新 定时器的值单位的编码可以包括: 011, 或 100, 或 101, 或 110, 并且所述 值单位大于 6分钟。 例如可以定义 011表示以 1小时为单位, 100表示以 10 小时为单位, 101表示以 100小时为单位, 110表示以 1000小时为单位; 或 者定义 011表示以 1小时为单位, 100表示以 1天为单位, 101表示以 1周为 单位, 110表示以 1月为单位等等。
基于该移动性管理方法, 如图 13所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 包括: 定时器接收单元 131, 用于从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实 体 MME接收周期性更新定时器, 所述周期性更新定时器由 SGSN或 MME 根据签约数据中的周期性更新设定信息得到;
更新执行单元 132,用于根据接收的周期性更新定时器执行周期性更新。 本发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法和终端, 终端通过接收由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中的周期性更新设定信息得到的周期性更新定时器, 并 根据接收的周期性更新定时器执行周期性更新, 因此能够配合网络侧在众多 终端中设定或动态修改特定终端的移动性管理频度。
针对终端, 如图 14所示, 本发明实施例提供的另一种移动性管理方法, 包括:
步骤 141, 从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周 期性更新定时器失效信息, 所述失效信息由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中 的周期性更新禁止指示发送;
步骤 142,根据接收的周期性更新定时器失效信息停止执行周期性更新。 其中, 终端接收的周期性更新定时器失效信息包括: 周期性更新定时器 的值单位表明定时器失效; 或, 周期性更新定时器的值设置为零。
在终端的周期性更新已经禁止的条件下, 可选地, 本发明实施例提供的 移动性管理方法, 如图 15所示, 还可以包括:
步骤 151, 从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周 期性更新定时器激活信息, 所述激活信息由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中 的周期性更新激活指示发送;

更新激活单元 172, 用于根据所述激活信息接收单元接收的周期性更新 定时器激活信息激活周期性更新。
本发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法和终端, 终端通过接收由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中的周期性更新禁止指示发送的周期性更新定时器失效 信息, 并根据接收的周期性更新定时器失效信息停止执行周期性更新, 因此 能够配合网络侧在众多终端中设定或动态修改特定终端的移动性管理频度。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的移动性管理方法可以应用在低移动性机 器类通信( Machine-Type Communication, MTC )中。 MTC是一种数据通信, 涉及一个或多个无需自然人交互的实体。 在低移动性 MTC应用中, 比如家 庭健康监视设备, 自动贩卖机, 水表 /电表, 水文监测, 森林火灾监测, 桥梁 监测等, 其终端设备长期不移动, 或者不会频繁地移动, 比如一周才移动一 次, 或者仅在一定的区域移动, 比如在一个小区 (Cell ) 内移动, 在一个或 多个位置区域( Location Area, LA ) /路由区域( Routing Area, RA ) /跟踪区 域(Tracking Area, TA ) 内移动。 因此, 可以通过在众多终端中设定或动态 修改特定 MTC终端(或称 MTC设备)的移动性管理频度, 来提高网络资源 利用率。

正常周期性更新定时器的倍乘系数;
或, 指定的周期性更新定时器;
或, 正常周期性更新定时器的增量值。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述周期性更新 设定信息得到所述终端的周期性更新定时器包括:
当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定时器的倍乘系数时, 获取正 常周期性更新定时器, 并与倍乘系数相乘, 得到所述终端的周期性更新定时 当周期性更新设定信息为指定的周期性更新定时器时, 直接以指定的周 期性更新定时器作为所述终端的周期性更新定时器; 或,
当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定时器的增量值时, 获取正常 周期性更新定时器, 并与增量值相加, 得到所述终端的周期性更新定时器。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送所 述终端的周期性更新定时器给所述终端包括:
向所述终端发送附着接受消息, 所述附着接受消息携带所述终端的周期 性更新定时器; 或,
向所述终端发送更新接受消息, 所述更新接受消息携带所述终端的周期 性更新定时器。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送所述终端的周期 性更新定时器给所述终端时,定时器值单位的编码包括: 011,或 100,或 101, 或 110, 并且所述值单位大于 6分钟。
7、 一种 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体, 其特征在于, 包括: 签约数据获取单元, 用于获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期 性更新设定信息;
定时器得到单元, 用于根据所述周期性更新设定信息得到所述终端的周 期性更新定时器;
定时器发送单元, 用于发送所述终端的周期性更新定时器给所述终端; 设置单元, 用于设置比所述终端的周期性更新定时器稍长的值作为移动 可达定时器, 用于监视所述终端的周期性更新。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体,其特征 在于, 所述签约数据获取单元包括:
第一获取子单元, 用于在接收到终端的附着请求后, 向归属位置存储器 HLR或归属用户服务器 HSS发送更新位置消息, 并接收所述 HLR或 HSS 发送的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期性更新设定信息; 或,
第二获取子单元, 用于在归属位置存储器 HLR或归属用户服务器 HSS 重新设定终端的周期性更新时, 接收所述 HLR或 HSS发送的签约数据, 所 述签约数据携带周期性更新设定信息。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体,其特征 在于, 所述定时器得到单元包括:
第一得到子单元, 用于当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定时器 的倍乘系数时, 获取正常周期性更新定时器, 并与倍乘系数相乘, 得到所述 终端的周期性更新定时器; 或, 第二得到子单元, 用于当周期性更新设定信息为指定的周期性更新定时 器时, 直接以指定的周期性更新定时器作为所述终端的周期性更新定时器; 或,
第三得到子单元, 用于当周期性更新设定信息为正常周期性更新定时器 的增量值时, 获取正常周期性更新定时器, 并与增量值相加, 得到所述终端 的周期性更新定时器。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体, 其特 征在于, 所述定时器发送单元包括:
第一发送子单元, 用于向所述终端发送附着接受消息, 所述附着接受消 息携带所述终端的周期性更新定时器; 或,
第二发送子单元, 用于向所述终端发送更新接受消息, 所述更新接受消 息携带所述终端的周期性更新定时器。
11、 一种移动性管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期性更新禁止指示; 根据所述周期性更新禁止指示发送周期性更新定时器失效信息给所述终 端;
停止移动可达定时器以停止监视所述终端的周期性更新。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 发送给所述终端的周期 性更新定时器失效信息包括:
周期性更新定时器的值单位表明定时器失效;
或, 周期性更新定时器的值设置为零。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在停止移动可达 定时器以停止监视所述终端的周期性更新之后, 还包括:
再次获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期性更新激活指示; 根据所述周期性更新激活指示激活所述终端的周期性更新。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述周期性更 新激活指示激活所述终端的周期性更新包括:
向所述终端发送去附着请求消息, 指示所述终端重新发起附着过程, 通 过所述终端重新发起的附着过程激活所述终端的周期性更新; 或, 在接收到所述终端发起的更新请求后, 通过更新接受消息激活所述终端 的周期性更新。
15、 一种 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体, 其特征在于, 包括: 签约数据获取单元, 用于获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据携带周期 性更新禁止指示;
失效信息发送单元, 用于根据所述周期性更新禁止指示发送周期性更新 定时器失效信息给所述终端;
停止单元,用于停止移动可达定时器以停止监视所述终端的周期性更新。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体,其特 征在于, 还包括:
签约数据再次获取单元, 用于再次获取终端的签约数据, 所述签约数据 携带周期性更新激活指示;
激活处理单元, 用于根据所述周期性更新激活指示激活所述终端的周期 性更新。
17、根据权利要求 16所述的 GPRS服务支持节点或移动管理实体,其特 征在于, 所述激活处理单元包括:
第一激活处理单元, 用于向所述终端发送去附着请求消息, 指示所述终 端重新发起附着过程, 通过所述终端重新发起的附着过程激活所述终端的周 期性更新; 或,
第二激活处理单元, 用于在接收到所述终端发起的更新请求后, 通过更 新接受消息激活所述终端的周期性更新。
18、 一种移动性管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周期性更新定 时器, 所述周期性更新定时器由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中的周期性更 新设定信息得到;
根据接收的周期性更新定时器执行周期性更新。
19、根据权利要求 18所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述签约数据中的周期 性更新设定信息包括:
正常周期性更新定时器的倍乘系数; 或, 指定的周期性更新定时器;
或, 正常周期性更新定时器的增量值。
20、根据权利要求 18所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从 GPRS服务支持 节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周期性更新定时器包括:
向 SGSN或 MME发送附着请求消息, 通过附着接受消息接收周期性更 新定时器; 或,
向 SGSN或 MME发送更新请求消息, 通过更新接受消息接收周期性更 新定时器。
21、 根据权利要求 18-20中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接 收的周期性更新定时器的值单位的编码包括: 011 , 或 100, 或 101, 或 110, 并且所述值单位大于 6分钟。
22、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
定时器接收单元, 用于从 GPRS 服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周期性更新定时器, 所述周期性更新定时器由 SGSN或 MME根 据签约数据中的周期性更新设定信息得到;
更新执行单元, 用于根据接收的周期性更新定时器执行周期性更新。
23、 一种移动性管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周期性更新定 时器失效信息, 所述失效信息由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中的周期性更 新禁止指示发送;
根据接收的周期性更新定时器失效信息停止执行周期性更新。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收的周期性更新 定时器失效信息包括:
周期性更新定时器的值单位表明定时器失效; 或,
周期性更新定时器的值设置为零。
25、 据权利要求 23或 24所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周期性更新定 时器激活信息, 所述激活信息由 SGSN或 MME根据签约数据中的周期性更 新激活指示发送; 根据接收的周期性更新定时器激活信息激活周期性更新。
26、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
失效信息接收单元, 用于从 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN或移动管理实体 MME接收周期性更新定时器失效信息, 所述失效信息由 SGSN或 MME根 据签约数据中的周期性更新禁止指示发送;
