Abstract
Kosmetische Mittel zur Behandlung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, die sich dadurch kennzeichnen, dass sie in einem kosmetischen Träger - mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung, - mindestens 0.01 Gew.-% einer (C8 bis C20)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung der Formel (I) worin R für eine (C7 bis C19)-Alkylgruppe, Mn+ für ein n-wertiges Kation und n für die Zahl 1, 2 oder 3 (insbesondere für 2) steht und - mindestens ein Treibmittel umfassen, lassen sich aus einem Aerosolabgabebehältnis entnehmen, ohne dass das Ventil übermäßig verklebt oder gar verstopft wird.

"Aerosol umfassend Stärkeverbindung und (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung"
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft kosmetische Mittel, umfassend in einem kosmetischen Träger mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung, mindestens 0.01 Gew.-% einer (C8 bis C20)- Monocarbonsäureverbindung und mindestens ein Treibmittel. Ferner sind Aerosolabgabebehälter Gegenstand, die mindestens ein Ventil, mindestens eine Düse und mindestens ein Vorratsbehältnis umfassen, welches ein kosmetisches Mittel enthält, umfassend in einem kosmetischen Träger mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung, mindestens 0.01 Gew.-% einer (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung und mindestens ein Treibmittel. Außerdem wird ein Verfahren zur Haarbehandlung beschrieben, in dem besagte Aerosole zur Anwendung kommen.
Eine kosmetische Anwendung von Aerosolen kennt der Verbraucher insbesondere für Haarbehandlungsmittel, Rasierschäume oder Deodorats. Insbesondere auf dem Gebiet der temporären Haarumformung aber auch auf dem Gebiet der Haarreinigung kommen Aerosole, als Schaum aber insbesondere als Spray zum Einsatz.
Entsprechende Haarkosmetika zur temporären Formgebung enthalten als formgebende Komponente natürliche oder synthetische Polymere. Zubereitungen, die ein gelöstes oder dispergiertes Polymer enthalten, können als Aerosol mittels Treibgasen auf das Haar feinverteilt aufgebracht werden. Wenn Schampoos in Form eines Aerosols vorliegen, trifft man insbesondere die in der Druckschrift GB 1235908 genannten, stärkehaltigen Trockenschampoos zur Haarentfettung an.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass stärkehaltige kosmetische Mittel zur Verklebung bis zur Verstopfung sowohl der Sprühkopfdüse bzw. Schaumdüse als auch des Ventils des Aerosolbehältnisses neigen. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es daher, stärkehaltige kosmetische Mittel in Aerosolform bereitzustellen, welche die Düse bzw. das Ventil eines Aerosolbehältnisses nicht verkleben bzw. verstopfen.
Ein erster Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher ein kosmetisches Mittel zur Behandlung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, dass sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass es in einem kosmetischen Träger

Unter keratinischen Fasern sind dabei erfindungsgemäß Pelze, Wolle, Federn und insbesondere menschliche Haare zu verstehen.
Erfindungsgemäße Mittel enthalten oben genannte Komponenten und gegebenenfalls weitere Wirkstoffe in einem kosmetischen Träger. Kosmetische Träger sind bekanntermaßen physiologisch verträgliche Träger, die sich für eine Anwendung an Lebewesen, insbesondere am Menschen, eignen. Als kosmetischen Träger sind im Sinne der Erfindung erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt flüssig. Als„flüssig" gilt ein kosmetischer Träger, wenn er bei 20°C und einem Druck von 1013,25 mbar flüssig ist.
Bevorzugte kosmetische Träger sind alkoholische kosmetische Träger oder wässrig-alkoholische kosmetische Träger, insbesondere flüssige, alkoholische kosmetische Träger oder flüssige, wässrig-alkoholische kosmetische Träger.
Im Rahmen einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels handelt es sich um einen flüssigen, alkoholischen kosmetischen Träger (insbesondere einem flüssigen, alkoholischen Träger umfassend mindestens einen Alkohol, der 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome und 1 bis 3 Hydroxylgruppen aufweist). Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß ganz besonders bevorzugt, wenn das erfindungsgemäße Mittel einen flüssigen, alkoholischen Träger umfasst und wasserfrei ist. Der Begriff wasserfrei wird erfindungsgemäß so verstanden, dass die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel 0 bis maximal 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0 bis maximal 3 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0 bis maximal 2 Gew.-%, freies Wasser enthalten, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel.
Der Alkohol mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und 1 bis 3 Hydroxylgruppen wird bevorzugt ausgewählt aus mindestens einer Verbindung der Gruppe, die gebildet wird aus Ethanol, Ethylenglykol, Isopropanol, 1 ,2-Propylenglykol, 1 ,3-Propylenglykol, Glyzerin, n-Butanol, 1 ,3- Butylenglykol. Ein ganz besonders bevorzugter besagter Alkohol ist Ethanol.
Der zusätzliche Alkohol mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und 1 bis 3 Hydroxylgruppen ist als kosmetischer Träger, wenn ein alkoholischer, flüssiger Träger vorliegt, bevorzugt in dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 3 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des kosmetischen Mittels, enthalten.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel enthält zwingend mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung.
Stärke ist ein Reservekohlenhydrat, das von vielen Pflanzen in Form von üblicherweise 1 bis 200 μιη großen Stärkekörnern (Granula) in verschiedenen Pflanzenteilen gespeichert wird, z.B. in Knollen oder Wurzeln, Getreidesamen, Früchten sowie im Mark. Stärke gehört zu der Familie der Homoglycane und ist ein Polykondensationsprodukt von D-Glucose. Dabei besteht Stärke aus drei strukturell verschiedenen Polymeren der d-Glucopyranose, nämlich der Amylose, dem Amylopektin und einer sogenannten Zwischenfraktion. Höhere Pflanzen enthalten 0 bis 45 Gew.- % Amylose bezogen auf die Trockensubstanz. Die Zwischenfraktion, die auch als anormales Amylopektin bezeichnet wird, steht strukturell zwischen der Amylose und dem Amylopektin. Die
im Rahmen dieser Anmeldung definierten Mengenangaben für Amylopektin umfassen die Zwischenfraktion. Amylose besteht aus überwiegend linear a-1 ,4-glycosidisch verknüpfter d- Glucose, Mr 50000-150000. Die resultierenden Ketten bilden in der Stärke Doppelhelices. Amylopektin enthält neben den für Amylose beschriebenen a-1 ,4-Verknüpfungen auch in einer Menge von 4 bis 6% a-1 ,6-Bindungen als Verzweigungsstellen. Der durchschnittliche Abstand zwischen den Verzweigungsstellen beträgt etwa 12 bis 17 Glucose-Einheiten. Die Molmasse von 107 bis 7 ■ 108 entspricht ca. 105 Glucose-Einheiten, womit Amylopektin zu den größten Biopolymeren gehört. Besagte Verzweigungen sind derart über das Molekül verteilt, daß sich eine Büschelstruktur mit relativ kurzen Seitenketten entwickelt. Zwei dieser Seitenketten bilden jeweils eine Doppelhelix. Durch die vielen Verzweigungsstellen ist Amylopektin in Wasser relativ gut löslich. Eine Stärkeverbindung gemäß vorliegender Erfindung ist definiert als Stärke, sowie ein aus Stärke erhaltenes Polykondensationsprodukt von D-Glucose oder dessen Derivat, das an den OH-Gruppen des Polykondensationsprodukts von D-Glucose mit weiteren chemischen Gruppen modifiziert ist. Bevorzugt eignen sich zur Modifikation besagter OH-Gruppen chemische Verbindungen wie Propylenoxid, Ethylenoxid, 2-Octylsuccinsäure (CAS Nr.: 2530-32-7).
Ein Beispiel für eine bevorzugte modifizierte Stärkeverbindung ist Aluminium Stärke Octenylsuccinat, ein Aluminiumsalz einer mit 2-Octylsuccinsäure modifizierten Maisstärke, z.B. erhältlich unter dem Handelsnamen DryFlo Plus bzw. DryFlo Pure von der Firma National Starch.
Eine mit Propylenoxid modifizierte Stärke, welche ein mittleres Molekulargewicht (Gewichtsmittel) von 50 bis 2500 kDa besitzt ist ebenso ein Beispiel für eine modifizierte Stärkeverbindung. Die entsprechend Propylenoxid modifizierten Stärken werden beispielsweise durch Umsetzung einer nativen Stärke mit Propylenoxid bereitgestellt.
Bevorzugterweise liegt die Stärkeverbindung des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels als Feststoffpartikel in dem kosmetischen Träger (insbesondere in einem flüssigen kosmetischen Träger) dispergiert vor. Unter„Feststoffpartikel" werden bei 20°C und 1013,25 mbar partikulär vorliegende Feststoffe verstanden.
Eine erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt verwendbare Stärkeverbindung wird ausgewählt unter mindestens einem - gegebenenfalls modifizierten - Polykondensationsprodukt von D-Glucose erhalten aus Stärke von Kartoffeln, Mais, Reis, Erbsen, Eicheln, Kastanien, Gerste, Weizen, Bananen, Sago, Hirse, Sorghum, Hafer, Gerste, Roggen, Bohnen, Batate, Maranta oder Maniok. Besonders bevorzugt enthält das erfindungsgemäße Mittel mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung, die Tapioka Stärke, Kartoffelstärke, Maisstärke oder Reisstärke ist oder sich davon ableitet. Gemische der vorgenannten Stärkeverbindungen sind erfindungsgemäß ebenso umfasst. Ganz besonders bevorzugt ist die Stärkeverbindung Reisstärke.
Die Stärkeverbindung ist in den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln bevorzugt in einer Menge von 2 bis 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 3 bis 15,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des Mittels, enthalten.
Ferner enthält das erfindungsgemäße Mittel zwingend mindestens 0.01 Gew.-% mindestens einer (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung der obigen Formel (I). Dabei haben sich solche Verbindungen als erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt geeignet herausgestellt, bei denen gemäß Formel (I) n die Zahl 2 bedeutet. Der erfindungsgemäße Effekt ist besonders ausgeprägt, wenn gemäß Formel (I) n für 2 steht und zusätzlich ein flüssiger, alkoholischer kosmetischer Träger vorliegt.
Die Gruppe Mn+ der Formel (I) steht generell für ein n-wertiges Kation. Dieses dient aus Gründen der Elektroneutralität zur Kompensation der einfach negativen Ladung der Carboxylgruppe gemäß Formel (I). Als n-wertige Kationen Mn+ kommen prinzipiell alle ein-, zwei- oder dreiwertigen Kationen (n=1 , 2 oder 3) in Frage. Insbesondere wird Mn+ gemäß Formel (I) bevorzugt ausgewählt unter Metallkationen der physiologisch verträglichen Metalle der Gruppen la, Ib, IIa, IIb, lllb, Via oder VIII des Periodensystems der Elemente, Ammoniumionen, sowie kationischen organischen Verbindungen mit quaterniertem Stickstoffatom. Letztere werden beispielsweise durch Protonierung primärer, sekundärer oder tertiärer organischer Amine mit einer Säure, wie z.B. mit Verbindungen der Formel (I) in ihrer sauren Form (Mn+ = H+), oder durch permanente Quaternisierung besagter organischer Amine gebildet. Beispiele dieser kationischen organischen Ammoniumverbindungen sind 2-Ammonioethanol und 2-Trimethylammonioethanol. Mn+ steht gemäß Formel (I) bevorzugt für ein Ammoniumion (n=1 ), ein Alkalimetallion (n=1 ) (insbesondere für K+), für ein Erdalkalimetallion (n=2) (insbesondere Ca2+, Mg2+) oder ein Zinkion (n=2, also für Zn2+), besonders bevorzugt für ein Magnesiumion (Mg2+) oder ein Zinkion (Zn2+).
R steht gemäß Formel (I) bevorzugt für eine lineare oder verzweigte (C7 bis C2o)-Alkylgruppe, insbesondere für n-Heptyl, n-Nonyl, n-Undecyl, n-Tridecyl, n-Pentadecyl oder n-Heptadecyl.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt wird mindestens eine (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung der Formel (I) ausgewählt unter Ammoniumstearat, Calciumdistearat, Magnesiumdistearat, Zinkdistearat, Ammoniumisostearat, Calciumdiisostearat, Magnesiumdiisostearat, Zinkdiisostearat, Ammoniumpalmitat, Calciumdipalmitat, Magnesiumdipalmitat, Zinkdipalmitat, oder deren Mischungen, wobei Magnesiumdistearat, Zinkdistearat oder deren Mischungen ganz besonders bevorzugt geeignet sind.
Die erfindungsgemäßen (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindungen der Formel (I) sind in dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 1 ,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels, enthalten.
Es ist wiederum erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, die Stärkeverbidung und die (C8 bis C20)- Monocarbonsäureverbindungen der Formel (I) in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 40 zu 1 bis 5 zu 1 , insbesondere von 30 zu 1 bis 10 zu 1 , in dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel einzusetzen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel enthält weiterhin als zwingende Komponente mindestens ein Treibmittel. Eine Möglichkeit zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Mittel bietet die Befüllung eines geeigneten druckfesten Behälters mit allen Bestandteilen des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels mit Ausnahme des Treibmittels, wobei der Behälter im Anschluss daran mit einem Ventil verschlossen und über herkömmliche Techniken die gewünschte Menge Treibmittel eingefüllt wird.
Zur Bereitstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Mittels werden Treibmittel bevorzugt ausgewählt unter N20, Dimethylether, C02, Luft, Alkanen mit 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Propan, n-Butan, iso-Butan, n-Pentan und iso-Pentan, und deren Mischungen. Bevorzugt sind Dimethylether, Propan, n-Butan, iso-Butan und Mischungen daraus.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel enthalten das Treibmittel bevorzugt in Mengen von 45 bis 90 Gew.- %, bezogen auf das gesamte Produkt. Mengen von 50 bis 85 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 60 bis 80 Gew.-% sind besonders bevorzugt.

Die besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsformen (A) bis (L) lassen sich selbstverständlich mit den darin nicht genannten aber zuvor als bevorzugt gekennzeichneten Parametern der Merkmale mutatis mutandis kombinieren.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel erhalten in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform zusätzlich mindestens ein Silikon, insbesondere mindestens ein Silikonöl.
Erfindungsgemäß geeignete Silikonöle sind insbesondere Dialkyl- und Alkylarylsiloxane, wie beispielsweise Dimethylpolysiloxan und Methylphenylpolysiloxan, sowie deren alkoxylierte, quaternierte oder auch anionische Derivate. Bevorzugt sind cyclische und lineare Polydialkylsiloxane, deren alkoxylierte und/oder aminierte Derivate, Dihydroxypoly- dimethylsiloxane und Polyphenylalkylsiloxane.
Unter dem Begriff Silikonöle versteht der Fachmann mehrere Strukturen Silicium-organischer Verbindungen. Zunächst werden hierunter die Dimethiconole verstanden.

Dimethicone bilden die zweite Gruppe der Silikone, welche erfindungsgemäß enthalten sein können. Diese können sowohl linear als auch verzweigt als auch cyclisch oder cyclisch und verzweigt sein.
Dimethiconcopolyole bilden eine weitere Gruppe von Silikonen, die geeignet sind. Entsprechende Dimethiconcopolyole sind kommerziell erhältlich und werden beispielsweise von der Firma Dow Corning unter der Bezeichnung Dow Corning ® 5330 Fluid vertrieben.
Selbstverständlich umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Lehre auch, dass die Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolymere bereits als Emulsion vorliegen können. Dabei kann die entsprechende Emulsion der Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolyole
sowohl nach der Herstellung der entsprechenden Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolyole aus diesen und den dem Fachmann bekannten üblichen Verfahren zur Emulgierung hergestellt werden. Hierzu können als Hilfsmittel zur Herstellung der entsprechenden Emulsionen sowohl kationische, anionische, nichtionische oder zwitterionische Tenside und Emulgatoren als Hilfsstoffe verwendet werden. Selbstverständlich können die Emulsionen der Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolyole auch direkt durch ein Emulsionspolymerisationsverfahren hergestellt werden. Auch derartige Verfahren sind dem Fachmann wohl bekannt.
Wenn die Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolyole als Emulsion verwendet werden, dann beträgt die Tröpfchengröße der emulgierten Teilchen erfindungsgemäß 0,01 bis 10000 μιη, bevorzugt 0,01 bis 100 μιη, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 20 μιη und ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 10 μιη. Die Teilchengröße wird dabei nach der Methode der Lichtstreuung bestimmt.
Werden verzweigte Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolyole verwendet, so ist darunter zu verstehen, dass die Verzweigung größer ist, als eine zufällige Verzweigung, welche durch Verunreinigungen der jeweiligen Monomere zufällig entsteht. Im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher unter verzweigten Dimethiconolen, Dimethiconen und/oder Dimethiconcopolyolen zu verstehen, dass der Verzweigungsgrad größer als 0,01 % ist. Bevorzugt ist ein Verzweigungsgrad größer als 0, 1 % und ganz besonders bevorzugt von größer als 0,5 %. Der Grad der Verzweigung wird dabei aus dem Verhältnis der unverzweigten Monomeren zu den verzweigenden Monomeren, das heißt der Menge an tri- und tetrafunktionalen Siloxanen, bestimmt. Erfindungsgemäß können sowohl niedrigverzweigte als auch hochverzweigte Dimethiconole, Dimethicone und/oder Dimethiconcopolyole besonders bevorzugt sein.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt geeignete Silikone werden ausgewählt unter cyclischen Silikonen. Dabei sind wiederum insbesondere solche der Formel (Si-1 ) bevorzugt,
in der x für eine Zahl von 4 bis 10, vorzugsweise von 4 bis 7 und insbesondere für 4, 5 oder 6, steht. Insbesondere enthält das erfindungsgemäße Mittel dieser Ausführungsform ganz besonders bevorzugt Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan und/oder Decamethylcyclopentasiloxan.
Die cyclischen Dimethicone werden nach INCI als Cyclomethicone bezeichnet und sind unter dem Handelsnamen Xiameter PMX 0244 Cyclotetrasiloxane, Xiameter PMX 0344 Cyclosiloxane
Blend, Xiameter PMX 0245 Cyclopentasiloxane, Xiameter PMX 0345 Cyclosiloxane Blend des Herstellers Xiameter.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel enthalten die Silikone bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 2 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel.
Als geeignete Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe sind insbesondere Pflegestoffe zu nennen.
Als Pflegestoff enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel gegebenenfalls zusätzlich mindestens ein Pflanzenextrakt. Üblicherweise werden diese Extrakte durch Extraktion der gesamten Pflanze hergestellt. Es kann aber in einzelnen Fällen auch bevorzugt sein, die Extrakte ausschließlich aus Blüten und/oder Blättern der Pflanze herzustellen.
Geeignete Pflanzenextrakte werden durch Extraktion mit organischen Lösemitteln (wie beispielsweise Ethanol, Isopropanol, Diethylether, Benzin, Benzol, Chloroform) oder durch Wasserdampfdestillation gewonnen. Erfindungsgemäß sind vor allem die Extrakte aus Bambus, Leinsamen, Seerose, grünem Tee, Eichenrinde, Brennnessel, Hamamelis, Hopfen, Henna, Kamille, Klettenwurzel, Schachtelhalm, Weißdorn, Lindenblüten, Mandel, Aloe Vera, Fichtennadel, Rosskastanie, Sandelholz, Wacholder, Kokosnuss, Mango, Aprikose, Limone, Weizen, Kiwi, Melone, Orange, Grapefruit, Salbei, Rosmarin, Birke, Malve, Wiesenschaumkraut, Quendel, Schafgarbe, Thymian, Melisse, Hauhechel, Huflattich, Eibisch, Meristem, Ginseng und Ingwerwurzel bevorzugt.
Der zusätzliche Pflanzenextrakt ist bevorzugt in dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel in einer Menge von 0,05 Gew.-% bis 1 ,0 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0, 1 Gew.-% bis 0,5 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des kosmetischen Mittels, enthalten.
Als Pflegestoff kann ein kationisches Tensid eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt sind dabei kationische Tenside vom Typ der quartären Ammoniumverbindungen, der Esterquats und der Amidoamine. Bevorzugte quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen sind Ammoniumhalogenide, insbesondere Chloride und Bromide, wie Alkyltrimethylammoniumchloride, Dialkyldimethylammoniumchloride und Trialkylmethylammoniumchloride, z. B. Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Stearyltrimethyl- ammoniumchlorid, Distearyldimethylammoniumchlorid, Lauryldimethylammoniumchlorid, Lauryl- dimethylbenzylammoniumchlorid und Tricetylmethylammoniumchlorid, sowie die unter den INCI- Bezeichnungen Quaternium-27 und Quaternium-83 bekannten Imidazolium-Verbindungen. Die langen Alkylketten der oben genannten Tenside weisen bevorzugt 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome auf. Da sich der Zusatz oberflächenaktiver Substanzen jedoch negativ auf die hydrophoben Eigenschaften des hydrophobierten Siliciumdioxids und damit auf die Stabilität des erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Mittels auswirken kann, ist die Menge an pflegendem Tensid sorgfältig auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung abzustimmen. Vorzugsweise wird auf den Zusatz tensidischer Bestandteile verzichtet.
Weiterhin sind kationisierte Proteinhydrolysate zu den kationischen Polymeren zu zählen, wobei das zugrunde liegende Proteinhydrolysat vom Tier, beispielsweise aus Collagen, Milch oder Keratin, von der Pflanze, beispielsweise aus Weizen, Mais, Reis, Kartoffeln, Soja oder Mandeln, von marinen Lebensformen, beispielsweise aus Fischcollagen oder Algen, oder biotechnologisch gewonnenen Proteinhydrolysaten, stammen kann. Die den erfindungsgemäßen kationischen Derivaten zugrunde liegenden Proteinhydrolysate können aus den entsprechenden Proteinen durch eine chemische, insbesondere alkalische oder saure Hydrolyse, durch eine enzymatische Hydrolyse und/oder eine Kombination aus beiden Hydrolysearten gewonnen werden. Die Hydrolyse von Proteinen ergibt in der Regel ein Proteinhydrolysat mit einer Molekulargewichtsverteilung von etwa 100 Dalton bis hin zu mehreren tausend Dalton. Bevorzugt sind solche kationischen Proteinhydrolysate, deren zugrunde liegender Proteinanteil ein mittleres Molekulargewicht (Gewichtsmittel) von 100 bis zu 25000 Dalton, bevorzugt 250 bis 5000 Dalton aufweist. Weiterhin sind unter kationischen Proteinhydrolysaten quaternierte Aminosäuren und deren Gemische zu verstehen. Die Quaternisierung der Proteinhydrolysate oder der Aminosäuren wird häufig mittels quartären Ammoniumsalzen wie beispielsweise N,N-Dimethyl-N-(n-Alkyl)-N-(2- hydroxy-3-chloro-n-propyl)-ammoniumhalogeniden durchgeführt. Weiterhin können die kationischen Proteinhydrolysate auch noch weiter derivatisiert sein. Als typische Beispiele für die erfindungsgemäßen kationischen Proteinhydrolysate und -derivate seien die unter den INCI - Bezeichnungen im "International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook", (seventh edition 1997, The Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association 1 101 17th Street, N.W., Suite 300, Washington, DC 20036-4702) genannten und im Handel erhältlichen Produkte genannt.
Bevorzugt sind die kationischen Proteinhydrolysate und -derivate auf pflanzlicher Basis.
Als Pflegestoff kann weiterhin mindestens ein Vitamin, ein Provitamin, eine Vitaminvorstufe und/oder eines derer Derivate eingesetzt werden.
Dabei sind erfindungsgemäß solche Vitamine, Pro-Vitamine und Vitaminvorstufen bevorzugt, die üblicherweise den Gruppen A, B, C, E, F und H zugeordnet werden. Besonders bevorzugt sind Vitamine, die zur B-Gruppe oder zu dem Vitamin B-Komplex gehören, ganz besonders bevorzugt Vitamin B5 (Pantothensäure, Panthenol und Pantolacton).
Weitere geeignete Pflegestoffe sind Proteinhydrolysate und/oder deren Derivate, wobei die Verwendung von Proteinhydrolysaten pflanzlichen Ursprungs, z. B. Soja-, Mandel-, Erbsen-, Kartoffel- und Weizenproteinhydrolysaten, bevorzugt ist. Solche Produkte sind beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Gluadin® (Cognis), DiaMin® (Diamalt), Lexein® (Inolex), Hydrosoy® (Croda), Hydrolupin® (Croda), Hydrosesame® (Croda), Hydrotritium® (Croda) und Crotein® (Croda) erhältlich.
Wenngleich der Einsatz der Proteinhydrolysate als solche bevorzugt ist, können an deren Stelle gegebenenfalls auch anderweitig erhaltene Aminosäuregemische eingesetzt werden. Ebenfalls möglich ist der Einsatz von Derivaten der Proteinhydrolysate, beispielsweise in Form ihrer
Fettsäure-Kondensationsprodukte. Solche Produkte werden beispielsweise unter den Bezeichnungen Lamepon® (Cognis), Lexein® (Inolex), Crolastin® (Croda), Crosilk® (Croda) oder Crotein® (Croda) vertrieben.
Selbstverständlich umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Lehre alle isomeren Formen, wie eis - trans - Isomere, Diastereomere und chirale Isomere.
Erfindungsgemäß ist es auch möglich, eine Mischung aus mehreren Proteinhydrolysaten einzusetzen.
Neben den Pflegestoffen können auch weitere Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe zugegeben werden.
Durch Zugabe eines UV-Filters können sowohl die Zubereitungen selbst, als auch die behandelten Fasern vor schädlichen Einflüssen von UV-Strahlung geschützt werden. Es kann daher vorteilhaft sein, den erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Mitteln zusätzlich mindestens einen UV- Filter zuzugeben. Die geeigneten UV-Filter unterliegen hinsichtlich ihrer Struktur und ihrer physikalischen Eigenschaften keinen generellen Einschränkungen. Vielmehr eignen sich alle im Kosmetikbereich einsetzbaren UV-Filter, deren Absorptionsmaximum im UVA(315-400 nm)-, im UVB(280-315nm)- oder im UVC(<280 nm)-Bereich liegt. UV-Filter mit einem Absorptionsmaximum im UVB-Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich von etwa 280 bis etwa 300 nm, sind besonders bevorzugt.
Die erfindungsgemäß bevorzugten UV-Filter können beispielsweise ausgewählt werden aus substituierten Benzophenonen, p-Aminobenzoesäureestern, Diphenylacrylsäureestern, Zimtsäureestern, Salicylsäureestern, Benzimidazolen und o-Aminobenzoesäureestern. Beispielhaft sei hier 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon-5-sulfonsäure und deren Natriumsalz (Benzophenone-4; Uvinul®MS 40; Uvasorb®S 5) genannt.
In einer besonderen Ausführungsform enthält das erfindungsgemäße kosmetische Mittel weiterhin einen oder mehrere direktziehende Farbstoffe. Dies ermöglicht, dass bei Anwendung des Mittels die behandelte keratinische Faser nicht nur temporär strukturiert, sondern zugleich auch gefärbt wird. Das kann insbesondere dann wünschenswert sein, wenn nur eine temporäre Färbung beispielsweise mit auffälligen Modefarben gewünscht wird, die sich durch einfaches Waschen wieder aus der keratinischen Faser entfernen lässt.
Weiterhin können die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Mittel Alkalisierungsmittel, üblicherweise Alkali- oder Erdalkalihydroxide, Ammoniak oder organische Amine, enthalten. Bevorzugte Alkalisierungsmittel sind Monoethanolamin, Monoisopropanolamin, 2-Amino-2-methyl-propanol, 2-Amino-2-methyl-1 ,3-propandiol, 2-Amino-2-ethyl-1 ,3-propandiol, 2-Amino-2-methylbutanol und Triethanolamin sowie Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallhydroxide. Insbesondere Monoethanolamin, Triethanolamin sowie 2-Amino-2-methyl-propanol und 2-Amino-2-methyl-1 ,3-propandiol sind im Rahmen dieser Gruppe bevorzugt. Auch die Verwendung von ω-Aminosäuren wie co- Aminocapronsäure als Alkalisierungsmittel ist möglich.
Im Rahmen der zuvor genannten Ausführungsformen gelten selbstverständlich mutatis mutandis die jeweiligen als bevorzugt gekennzeichneten Merkmale des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels, wie insbesondere die Einsatzmengen.
Wenn die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel als Schaum vorliegen sollen, werden sie aus einer zum Verschäumen geeigneten Abgabevorrichtung ausgebracht, die entweder ein zusätzlich mit einem Treibmittel befüllter Druckgasbehälter („Aerosolbehälter") oder ein Nichtaerosolbehälter ist. In diesem Falle liegt das disperse System des kosmetischen Trägers als Schaum vor.
Ein zweiter Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Aerosolabgabebehälter, umfassend mindestens ein Ventil, mindestens eine Düse und mindestens ein Vorratsbehältnis enthaltend ein kosmetisches Mittel, umfassend in einem kosmetischen Träger mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung, mindestens 0.01 Gew.-% einer (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung und mindestens ein Treibmittel.
Die Druckgasbehälter, mit deren Hilfe ein Produkt durch den inneren Gasdruck des Behälters über ein Ventil abgegeben wird, bezeichnet man definitionsgemäß als "Aerosolabgabebehälter". Als "Nichtaerosolabgabebehälter" wird im Umkehrschluß zur Aerosoldefinition ein Behältnis unter Normaldruck definiert, mit dessen Hilfe ein Produkt mittels mechanischer Einwirkung durch ein Pumpsystem abgegeben wird. Das kosmetische Mittel der Erfindung kann entweder als Spray oder als Schaum aus dem Aerosolabgabebehälter abgegeben werden.
Besonders gute erfindungsgemäße Effekte werden erzielt, wenn der Innendruck des Aerosolabgabebehälters (insbesondere des besagten Vorratsbehältnisses) mindestens 1 ,8 bar, insbesondere mindestens 2,5 bar, beträgt.
Hierbei sind wiederum die im ersten Erfindungsgegenstand beschriebenen kosmetischen Mittel, insbesondere deren bevorzugten Ausführungsformen, bevorzugt in dem Aerosolabgabebehälter geeignet.
Ein dritter Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Behandlung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein kosmetisches Mittel des ersten Erfindungsgegenstandes als Aerosol auf die keratinischen Fasern aufgebracht wird.
Es stellte sich als bevorzugt heraus, wenn zur Aufbringung des besagten kosmetischen Mittels ein Aerosolabgabebehälter des zweiten Erfindungsgegenstandes verwendet wird.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung erläutern ohne ihn in irgendeiner Weise zu beschränken.
B e i s p i e l e
Es wurde folgende Rezepturen bereitgestellt:
Alle Komponenten des jeweiligen Mittels bis auf das Treibmittel (Isobutan) wurden innig unter Rühren gemischt und die resultierende Dispersion von partikulärer Reisstärke in ein Vorratsbehältnis eines Aerosolabgabebehälters gefüllt. Das Vorratsbehältnis wurde mit einem Teller umfassend ein Ventil CA39F der Fa. Lindal verschlossen. Dann wurde das Treibmittel durch das Ventil in den Aerosolvorratsbehälter gefüllt und abschließend ein Sprühkopf mit einer Düse ST340/3.3 der Firma Lindal angebracht. Auf diese Weise wurde je Mittel E1 , E2 und E3 ein Aerosolabgabebehälter jeweils mit einem Innendruck von 2,2 bar bereitgestellt.
Die jeweiligen Aerosolabgabebehälter konnten als Spray entleert werden, ohne dass das Ventil oder die Düse übermäßig verklebt oder gar verstopft wurde.
Claims
1. Kosmetisches Mittel zur Behandlung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass es in einem kosmetischen Träger
- mindestens eine Stärkeverbindung,
- mindestens 0.01 Gew.-% einer (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindung der Formel (I)

worin R für eine (C7 bis Ci9)-Alkylgruppe, Mn+ für ein n-wertiges Kation und n für die Zahl 1 , 2 oder 3 (insbesondere für 2) steht und
- mindestens ein Treibmittel umfasst.
2. Kosmetisches Mittel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärkeverbindung als Feststoffpartikel in dem kosmetischen Träger (insbesondere in einem flüssigen kosmetischen Träger) dispergiert vorliegt.

Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärkeverbindung ausgewählt wird unter mindestens einem - gegebenenfalls modifizierten - Polykondensationsprodukt von D-Glucose erhalten aus Stärke von Kartoffeln, Mais, Reis, Erbsen, Eicheln, Kastanien, Gerste, Weizen, Bananen, Sago, Hirse, Sorghum, Hafer, Gerste, Roggen, Bohnen, Batate, Maranta oder Maniok.
4. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärkeverbindung in den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln bevorzugt in einer Menge 2 bis 20 Gew.- %, insbesondere von 3 bis 15,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des Mittels, enthalten ist.

Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mn+ gemäß Formel (I) bevorzugt ausgewählt wird unter Metallkationen der physiologisch verträglichen Metalle der Gruppen la, Ib, IIa, IIb, lllb, Via oder VIII des Periodensystems der Elemente, Ammoniumionen, sowie kationischen organischen Verbindungen mit quaterniertem Stickstoffatom.
6. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass R gemäß Formel (I) steht für eine lineare oder verzweigte (C7 bis C2o)-Alkylgruppe, insbesondere für n-Heptyl, n-Nonyl, n-Undecyl, n-Tridecyl, n-Pentadecyl oder n-Heptadecyl.

Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die (C8 bis C2o)-Monocarbonsäureverbindungen der Formel (I) in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 1 ,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels, enthalten sind.
8. Kosmetisches Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich mindestens ein Silikon, insbesondere mindestens ein Silikonöl, enthält.
9. Aerosolabgabebehälter, umfassend mindestens ein Ventil, mindestens eine Düse und mindestens ein Vorratsbehältnis enthaltend ein kosmetisches Mittel, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
10. Aerosolabgabebehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innendruck des Aerosolabgabebehälters (insbesondere des besagten Vorratsbehältnisses) mindestens 1 ,8 bar, insbesondere mindestens 2,5 bar, beträgt.
1 1. Verfahren zur Behandlung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein kosmetisches Mittel der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Aerosol auf die keratinischen Fasern aufgebracht wird.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Aufbringung des kosmetischen Mittels ein Aerosolabgabebehälter gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10 verwendet wird.
