本发明的较佳实施方式 本发明即时通讯控制的实现方法和系统基于用户身份标识和位置分离架 构的网络实现, 为描述方便, 下文将此用户身份标识和位置分离网络 ( Subscriber Identifier & Locator Separation Network ) 简称为 SILSN。 以下结 合图 2对 SILSN进行说明。 在图 2中,此 SILSN系统由接入服务节点( Access Service Node, ASN )、 用户终端 UE ( User Equipment ) 、 以及身份标识和位置登记寄存器 ( Identification & Location Register, ILR )等组成。 其中接入服务节点 ASN1 和 ASN2用来接入用户终端设备 UE1、 UE2, 负责为用户终端实现接入, 并 承担计费和切换等功能; ILR承担用户的位置注册和身份识别功能, UE1和 UE2分别存在唯一的接入标识符 (Access Identification, AID) AID 1和 AID2。 IMS 是位于 SILSN 网络的即时通讯服务器。 即时通讯管理中心 (IM Management Center, IMMC ) , 负责对即时通讯帐号进行管理和控制。 用户 UE1和 UE2是 IMS的用户, 拥有 IMS同一类型的 IM帐号, 如 UE1和 UE2 都拥有 MSN帐号, 并且登录后可以相互通信。 图 2所示网络有如下特征: 此网络内每个用户只有经过严格认证才能接 入, 用户在发送每个数据包时, 都同时携带自己的真实用户接入标识符, 此 接入标识符仅分配给该用户使用且全网唯一, 用户在各种业务中所发送的数 据包都一直携带此接入标识符, 用户发送的每个数据包都必须经过接入服务 节点验证, 保证用户发出的数据包携带的是自己的接入标识符(AID ) , 不 会假冒其他用户 AID接入网络,并且此接入标识符在网内传送时将一直保持 不变, 当用户在移动或切换时, 此接入标识符也不会发生变化。 在用户身份标识和位置分离的网络中, 即时通讯用户好友列表中保存的 好友 IP地址则用好友的 AID代替, 该 AID全网唯一。 从背景技术可以看出, 由于传统的 IP地址存在身份标识和位置的二义 性, 使得现有即时通讯控制技术只能对用户的即时通讯进行单点 (在用户的 某台终端上)或者单帐户 (某个即时通讯帐号) 的控制, 而无法对用户的真

AID , 而且此接入标识符在网络传输中可以唯一不变, 并且用户在网络中进 行移动时, 该 AID也不会改变, 全网唯一。 在图 2中, 用户 UE1和 UE2分别通过 ASN1和 ASN2接入网络, UE1 和 UE2在 IMS上注册帐号。 IMMC作为网络中的即时通讯管理中心, 负责 保存用户已有即时通讯帐号列表、 审核和认证用户即时通讯注册信息、 以及 向 IMS 下发对即时通讯帐号的控制命令用以控制用户从事非法行为或者对 某些用户进行在线监听。 以下本发明将具有即时通讯功能的终端 (用户)称为即时通讯端, 本发 明主要实现以下几点: 1、 IM账号注册: IMMC根据以 AID为标识的全局黑名单对用户的即时 通讯帐号注册信息进行审核认证,决定是否允许用户注册新的即时通讯帐号。
IMMC为每个用户创建即时通讯( IM )帐号列表, 并以全网唯一的 AID 作为检索条件, 即时通讯帐号列表保存用户注册的所有的即时通讯帐号, 同 时具有黑名单和监听等属性。 2、 IM账号控制: IMMC根据 IM帐号列表的全局黑名单创建和解除的 情况, 向 IMS发送针对用户即时通讯帐号的控制命令, 强制在线的本地黑名 单中的 IM账号离线。
3、 IM监听管理: IMMC根据 IM帐号列表, 向 IMS发送对特定即时通 讯帐号的监听命令, 由 IMS转发并复制该特定即时通讯账号的及时消息。 本方法利用用户身份标识和位置分离网络中用户 AID的全网唯一性,对 即时通讯账号的注册、 状态及即时消息的传送进行了有效的监控, 解决了现 有技术所产生的问题。 下面结合附图, 对本发明的 IM账号注册流程、 IM账号注销流程、 IM 账号控制流程, 以及即时消息监听管理流程分别进行详细说明。 需要说明的 是, 本发明内容可以用以下实施例解释, 但不限于以下的实施例。 在不冲突 的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
IM账号注册流程 图 3所示为 UE向 IMS申请注册新的 IM帐号的流程。 在该实施例中, IMS提取 UE的 IM帐号注册请求, 如 IM账号为 usemame2009, 向 IMMC 申请检查是否允许该 UE注册新的 IM帐号, IMMC根据以 UE的 AID为标 识的全局黑名单对 IMS注册 IM账号的过程进行控制。 具体包括:
S300,UE向 IMS发送 IM账号注册请求, 其中携带所述 UE的接入标识 符( AID )及要注册的 IM账号;
UE 填写 IM 帐号注册信息, IM 账号为 usemame2009 , 密码设置为 XXXXXX, 还可以有一些其它个人信息, 如爱好, 工作性质等等。 UE将该 IM账号注册请求发送到 IMS请求注册。
S310, IMS接收所述 IM账号注册请求后,进行常规检查,如 username2009 是否与其它用户名重复;
S320, IMS向 IMMC发送 IM账号注册审查请求, 其中携带所述 UE的 AID及要注册的 IM账号; 常规检查通过, 则 IMS提取用户注册信息, 包括用户 AID和注册 IM帐 号 usemame2009。 IMS将用户注册信息发往 IMMC申请审查是否允许注册。 如果常规检查不通过, IMS将直接向 UE发送 IM账号注册失败的响应消息。
S330JMMC根据所述 IM账号注册审查请求查询所述 UE的 AID是否在 全局黑名单中, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注册, 如果不在全局黑名单中 则允许注册;
IMMC接收到 IMS发送的 IM账号注册审查请求。 IMMC提取 AID, 并 在 IMMC系统中查询该 AID是否被列入全局黑名单 (该 AID是否从事了非 法活动等) , 如果 AID在全局黑名单之列, IMMC向 IMS发送禁止该用户 注册的命令; 如果 AID不在全局黑名单之列, IMMC将用户的 AID和 IM帐 号保存, 同时向 IMS发送允许注册的命令。
S340, IMMC向 IMS发送 IM账号注册审查请求响应消息, 其中携带审 查结果;
S350, IMS接收所述 IMMC的 IM账号注册审查请求响应后, 根据审查 结果向 UE返回 IM账号注册请求响应, 允许或禁止 UE注册 IM账号。
IMS接收到 IMMC的注册审查响应消息。 如果允许注册, 则为 UE注册 新的 IM帐号, 记录该新的 IM帐号对应 AID为当前注册 UE的 AID。 然后 向 UE发送 IM账号注册成功消息; 如果不允许注册, 则向 UE发送 IM账号 注册失败消息, IM帐号注册流程结束。
图 4所示为 IMMC处理来自 IMS的用户 IM帐号注册审查请求的流程, 具体包括: S400, IMMC接收到来自 IMS的 IM帐户注册审查请求消息。
S410, IMMC根据用户 AID查询 IM帐户列表,如果查不到,跳转到 S520 步骤; 如果查到, 则进一步检查是否已有全局黑名单属性, 如果有, 则直接 跳转到 S540步骤; 如果没有则跳转到 S430步骤。
S420, 以用户 AID作为索引, 创建 IM帐号列表。 S430, 将新注册的 IM帐号添加到已有的用户即时消息列表中。
S440, 将审查结果发送回 IMS , 如果用户 AID被列入全局黑名单, 则禁 止注册; 如果没有, 则允许注册。
IMMC的 IM帐号注册审查流程结束。
IM账号注销流程 图 5所示为 UE向 IMS申请注销 IM帐号的流程。 在该实施例中, IMS 提取 UE的 IM帐号注销请求, 如 IM账号为 usemame2009, 向 IMMC申请 检查是否允许该 UE注销 IM帐号, IMMC根据 UE的 AID对应的 IM账号列 表来判断是否允许 IMS执行 IM账号注销,用以防止 UE恶意注销他人 IM账 号, 并在允许注销时, 从 AID对应的 IM账号列表中删除允许注销的 IM账 号, 用以防止 UE恶意注销他人 IM帐号。 该流程具体包括:
S500 ,UE向 IMS发送 IM帐号注销请求, 其中携带所述 UE的 AID及要 注册的 IM账号;
S510, IMS进行常规检查,如 usemame2009是否存在,注销申请者的 AID 是否与 IMS上注册 username2009的 AID—致; S520JMS向 IMMC发送 IM帐号注销审查请求,携带用户 AID和 IM帐 号,如 username2009。 常规检查通过, 则 IMS提取 IM帐号注销信息, 包括用户 AID和注销的 IM帐号。 IMS将用户注销信息发往 IMMC申请审查是否允许注销。 如果检 查不通过, 则直接执行 S560, 向用户发送注销失败的响应消息。 S530JMMC接收到 IMS发送的 IM帐号注销审查请求,提取 AID , 并在
IMMC系统中查询该 AID对应的 IM帐号列表中是否有该 IM帐号,如果有 , 则通过注销审查, 并在用户 IM帐号列表中将该 IM帐号删除; 如果没有, 则 禁止注销;
S540JMMC向 IMS发送 IM账号注销审查请求响应消息,其中携带审查 结果; 如果审查通过, IMS则注销该 IM帐号; 如果审查不通过, IMS则不注 销 IM帐号。
S550, IMS接收到 IMMC的审查结果, 如果是通过, 则注销该 IM帐号; 如果是不通过, 则跳转到下一步 S560; S560, IMS向用户发送 IM账号注销请求响应, IM帐号注销流程结束。
图 6所示为 IMMC处理来自 IMS的用户 IM帐号注销审查请求的流程, 包括:
S600 , IMMC接收 IMS上报的用户 IM帐号注销审查请求消息;
S610, IMMC根据用户 AID查询用户 IM帐号列表, 如果查不到, 禁止 注销跳转到 S630步骤; 如果查到, 则进一步检查用户提交的 IM帐号是否在 该用户 IM帐号列表中,如果在用户 IM帐号列表中,进入到下一步 S620, 如 果不在用户 IM帐号列表中, 则禁止注册, 跳转到 S630步骤;
S620, 找到用户要注销的 IM帐号, 在用户 IM帐号列表中将该 IM帐号 删除;

IM账号控制流程
UE登录 IM账户时 , IMS除验证 IM账号和密码外 ,还需验证 UE的 AID 是否在本地黑名单中, 如果在, 则不允许登录。 图 7所示为 IMMC下发控制某用户 IM命令的流程。 IMMC需要控制某 用户 UE的 IM, 根据所述用户的 AID找到 IM帐号列表, 并向所述列表中的 各个 IMS发送 IM控制命令。
S700, IMMC根据 AID将某 UE加入全局黑名单, 根据 AID找到该 UE 的 IM帐号列表,准备向所述 IM帐号列表中的所有 IMS发送 IM帐号控制命 令;
S710, IMMC向 IMS发送 IM帐号控制命令, 携带 IM帐号;
S720, IMS接收到来自 IMMC的 IM帐号控制命令,将 IM帐号加入本地 黑名单中, 如果该 IM账号在线, 则向其发送被加入黑名单的系统消息, 然 后向其发送离线消息, 强制其离线, 同时通知其好友, IM离线;

S740, IMS发送控制命令响应消息给 IMMC, 流程结束。 在本实施例中, IMMC将向用户 IM帐号列表中的每个 IM帐号所对应的 IMS发送控制命令。 图 8所示为 IMMC下发 IM帐号控制解除的流程。在本实施例中, IMMC 解除用户的黑名单惩罚, 将根据用户 IM帐号列表, 向每一个相关的 IMS发 送控制解除命令。 具体包括:
S800, IMMC根据用户 AID, 查询到该用户的 IM帐号列表, 并根据列表 中的 IM帐号, 向每个相关的 IMS发送控制解除命令;

即时消息监听管理流程 图 9所示为对 ΙΜ帐号的监听流程。 在本实施例中, IMMC可以通过对 特定用户群的 IM监听, 分析 IM通讯记录, 为打击利用 IM从事违法活动行 为作贡献。 同时, IM监听也同样适用于监管机构对于特定用户的监听。 本实 施例假设需要监听 UE1帐号为 usemame2009的 IM。UE2是 UE1的 IM好友。
S900, IMMC向 IMS发送 IM帐号监听命令消息, 消息中携带用户 UE1 的 IM帐号 usemame2009; S910, IMS将所述 IM帐号设置为监听;
S1920, IMS向 UE1发送监听命令,命令内容为在 UE1的 IM上增加 IMS 的 AID作为监听 AID;
UE1称为被监听本端, 后续 UE1的该 IM账号的所有 IM通讯内容需要 经过 IMS转发。 S930, UE1将 IMS的 AID设置为监听 AID,并响应 IMS发送的监听命令;
UE1根据监听命令在 UE1发送即时消息前, 增加 IMS的 AID作为监听 AID , UEl发送的即时消息中包括 UE1好友 UE2的 AID2 , 即时消息转发到 IMS后, IMS再根据 AID2进行转发。
S940, IMS发送监听命令到 UE1的 IM好友 UE2, 命令内容为针对所述 UE1的 IM帐号 , 增加 IMS的 AID为监听 AID; UE2称为被监听对端, 后续 UE2对应 IM账号的所有发送给 UE1的 IM 通讯内容需要经过 IMS转发。 例如, 当 UE2的 IM发送消息给 UE1的 IM username2009时, 该消息需 要经过 IMS转发。 需要说明的是, 这项设置不影响 UE2的 IM与其它好友的 通讯。 S950, UE2将 IMS的 AID设置为监听 AID,并响应 IMS发送来的监听命 令;
S960, IMS响应 IMMC发送的用户监听命令;
S970, 由于设置了监听, UE1发送给 UE2的 IM消息被转发到 IMS; S980JMS复制 UE1与 UE2的通讯内容, 发送到 IMMC; S990JMS转发 UE1与 UE2的通讯内容到 UE2。 需要说明的是, 当 UE2发送 IM消息给 UE1时, 也按照 S970~S990的 步骤进行。 监听流程结束。
图 10所示为解除对用户 IM帐号的监听流程。 在本实施例中, IMMC解 除对 UE1的 IM username2009的监听, 下发到 IMS执行。

S1060, IMS向 IMMC发送监听解除命令响应消息。 监听解除流程结束。 以上图 10及图 11是以监听某 IM账号为例进行说明的, 如监听 UE1的 所有即时通讯内容,则 IMMC将 AID1设置为监听状态, UE1为被监听本端, 其 AID1对应的 IM账号列表的所有 IM账号的即时通讯内容将被监听,相应 的, AID1对应的账号列表的所有 IM账号的好友所在的即时通讯端将都成为 被监听对端, 其与被监听本端之间的即时通讯内容也将被监听。
图 11所示为 IMMC中的用户 AID和用户的 IM帐号对应关系, 简称 IM 帐号列表。 IM帐号列表,基于 AID进行检索, 保存该 AID的所有已注册 IM 帐号。 该表同时具有黑名单和监听等属性。 方便对用户的 IM进行控制和监 听。
为实现以上方法, 本发明还提供了一种即时通讯控制的实现系统, 该系 统基于用户身份标识和位置分离网络实现,如图 12所示,该实现系统包括通 过所述网络连接的即时通讯端、 即时通讯服务器 (IMS )及即时通讯管理中 心 ( IMMC ) , 其中: 所述即时通讯端, 具有全网唯一的接入标识符(AID ) , 包括: 注册模块, 其设置为: 向所述 IMS发送 IM账号注册请求, 其中携带所 述即时通讯端的 AID和要注册的 IM账号; 注销模块, 与所述注册模块连接, 该注销模块设置为: 向所述 IMS发送 IM账号注销请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号;
所述 IMS包括: 注册处理模块, 其设置为: 根据所述 IM账号注册请求向所述 IMMC发 送注册审查请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID及要注册的 IM账号; 以 及根据所述 IMMC返回的注册审查响应允许或禁止所述即时通讯端注册所 述 IM账号; 注销处理模块, 与所述注册处理模块连接, 该注销处理模块设置为: 根 据所述 IM账号注销请求向所述 IMMC发送注销审查请求, 其中携带所述即 时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号,以及根据所述 IMMC返回的注销审查 响应允许或禁止所述即时通讯端注销所述 IM账号;
IM账号控制模块, 与注册处理模块连接, 该 IM账号控制模块设置为: 根据以 IM账号为标识的本地黑名单控制 IM账号登陆,以及强制在线的本地 黑名单中的 IM账号离线。 本地黑名单维护模块, 与所述 IM账号控制模块连接, 该本地黑名单维 护模块设置为: 根据所述 IMMC的控制命令将所述 IM账号加入所述本地黑 名单或从所述本地黑名单删除。 即时消息监听处理模块, 与所述 IM账号控制模块连接, 该即时消息监 听处理模块设置为: 根据所述 IMMC发送的控制命令将对应的 IM账号设置 为监听状态; 向被监听账号所在的被监听本端及被监听账号好友所在的被监 听对端发送监听命令, 以及接收并转发被监听本端与被监听对端之间的即时 消息, 将转发的即时消息复制后转发给所述 IMMC。
IMMC包括: 注册管理模块, 其设置为: 根据所述 IMS发送的注册审查请求查询所述 即时通讯端的 AID是否在以 AID为标识的全局黑名单中, 以及向所述 IMS 返回注册审查响应, 其中携带审查结果, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注册, 如果不在全局黑名单中允许注册。
IM账号存储模块, 与所述注册管理模块连接, IM账号存储模块设置为: 保存即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表; 所述注册管理模块审查允许即 时通讯端注册 IM账号时,还设置为创建或更新 IM账号存储模块中的所述即 时通讯端的 AID的 IM账号列表。 注销管理模块, 与所述 IM账号存储模块连接, 注销管理模块设置为: 根据所述 IMS发送的注销审查请求查询所述即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账 号列表中是否存在该 IM账号, 以及向所述 IMS返回注销审查响应, 其中携 带审查结果, 如果在地址列表中, 则允许注销, 如果不在地址列表中, 禁止 注销, 以及在允许注销时, 从所述 IM账号存储模块中所述 AID对应的 IM 账号列表中删除允许注销的 IM账号。
全局黑名单维护模块, 其设置为: 将即时通讯端的 AID加入所述全局黑 名单或从所述全局黑名单删除, 在对全局黑名单进行更新时还用于查询 IM 账号存储模块中所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表, 以及向每个对应的 IM账号 所在的 IMS发送控制命令, 通知所述 IMS更新本地黑名单; 即时消息监听管理模块, 与全局黑名单维护模块连接, 该即时消息监听 管理模块设置为: 向所述 IMS发送监听命令, 其中携带要监听的 IM账号; 以及对所述 IMS上报的即时消息进行处理; 本实施例还提供了一种 IMS,该 IMS用于用户身份标识和位置分离网络, IMS包括: 接收模块,其设置为:接收具有全网唯一的 AID的即时通讯端发送的 IM 账号注册请求, 该 IM账号注册请求携带即时通讯端的 AID和要注册的 IM 账号; 以及接收 IMMC根据所述 IMS发送的注册审查请求查询所述即时通 讯端的 AID是否在以 AID为标识的全局黑名单中之后向 IMS返回的注册审 查响应, 该注册审查响应中携带审查结果, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注 册, 如果不在全局黑名单中则允许注册; 以及 注册处理模块, 其设置为: 根据 IM账号注册请求向 IMMC发送注册审 查请求, 该注册审查员请求中携带即时通讯端的 AID , 以及根据 IMMC返回 的注册审查响应允许或禁止该即时通讯端注册 IM账号。 优选的, 接收模块还设置为: 接收即时通讯端向 IMS发送的 IM账号注 销请求, 该 IM账号注销请求携带即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 以及接收 IMMC根据 IMS发送的注销审查请求查询即时通讯端的 AID对应 的 IM账号列表中是否存在该 IM账号之后向 IMS返回的注销审查响应, 注 销审查响应中携带审查结果, 如果在地址列表中, 则允许注销, 如果不在地 址列表则禁止注销;
IMS还包括与所述注册处理模块连接的注销处理模块, 该注销处理模块 设置为: 根据 IM账号注销请求向 IMMC发送注销审查请求, 该注销审查请 求携带即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 以及根据 IMMC返回的注销 审查响应允许或禁止即时通讯端注销 IM账号。 优选的, 所述 IMS还包括 IM账号控制模块, 与注册处理模块连接, IM 账号控制模块设置为:根据以 IM账号为标识的本地黑名单控制 IM账号登陆, 以及强制在线的本地黑名单中的 IM账号离线。 优选的, 接收模块还设置为: 接收 IMMC通过将即时通讯端的 AID加 入所述全局黑名单或从全局黑名单删除对全局黑名单进行更新时, 向每个 AID对应的 IM账号所在的 IMS发送的控制命令,以通知 IMS更新本地黑名 单;
IMS还包括与所述 IM账号控制模块连接的本地黑名单维护模块, 本地 黑名单维护模块设置为: 根据 IMMC的控制命令将所述 IM账号加入本地黑 名单或从本地黑名单删除。 优选的, 接收模块还设置为: 接收 IMMC向 IMS发送的监听命令, 监 听命令携带要监听的 IM账号;

IMMC还包括与注册管理模块连接的 IM账号存储模块, IM账号存储 模块设置为: 保存即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表; 注册管理模块审 查允许即时通讯端注册 IM账号时 ,还创建或更新 IM账号存储模块中的即时 通讯端的 AID的 IM账号列表。 优选的, 接收模块还设置为: 接收 IMS在接收到即时通讯端发送的 IM 账号注销请求后, 向 IMMC发送的注销审查请求; IM账号注销请求携带即 时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 注销审查请求携带即时通讯端的 AID 和要注销的 IM账号;
IMMC还包括与 IM账号存储模块连接的注销管理模块, 注销管理模块 设置为: 根据注销审查请求查询即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表中是 否存在该 IM账号 ,以及向 IMS返回注销审查响应 ,以使 IMS根据所述 IMMC 返回的注销审查响应允许或禁止所述即时通讯端注销所述 IM账号; 注销审 查响应携带审查结果, 如果在地址列表中, 则允许注销, 如果不在地址列表 中则禁止注销; 以及在允许注销时, 从 IM账号存储模块中所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表中删除允许注销的 IM账号。 优选的, IMMC还包括: 全局黑名单维护模块, 其设置为: 通过将即时 通讯端的 AID加入全局黑名单或从全局黑名单删除更新全局黑名单,在对全 局黑名单进行更新时查询 IM账号存储模块中所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表, 以及向每个对应的 IM账号所在的 IMS发送控制命令,通知 IMS更新本地黑 名单以使所述 IMS根据 IMMC的控制命令将 IM账号加入本地黑名单或从本 地黑名单删除。 接收模块还设置为:接收 IMS接收到被监听本端与被监听对端之间的即 时消息时, 向 IMMC转发的即时消息;
IMMC还包括与全局黑名单维护模块连接的即时消息监听管理模块, 即 时消息监听管理模块设置为: 向 IMS发送监听命令, 其中携带要监听的 IM 账号,以使 IMS根据所述 IMMC发送的控制命令将对应的 IM账号设置为监 听状态; 以及对 IMS转发的即时消息进行处理。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性 相对于以前 IP网络只能对用户单个即时通讯帐号进行控制,或者说只能 在单点对用户的即时通讯帐号进行控制的方法, 本发明方法和系统利用用户 身份标识和位置标识分离网络的优越性, 在全网 AID唯一的基础上, 直接对 用户所属的全部帐号, 在全网进行控制, 可以有效的从源头控制即时通讯被 用于非法活动。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种即时通讯(IM )控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法基于 用户身份标识和位置分离架构网络实现, 该方法包括:
IM账号注册流程, 该 IM账号注册流程中, 即时通讯管理中心( IMMC ) 居以即时通讯端的全网唯一的接入标识符(AID ) 为标识的全局黑名单对 即时通讯服务器 (IMS ) 注册 IM账号的过程进行控制。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述 IM账号注册流程包括: 即时通讯端向 IMS发送 IM账号注册请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID及要注册的 IM账号; 所述 IMS接收所述 IM账号注册请求后, 向 IMMC发送注册审查请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID; 所述 IMMC根据所述注册审查请求查询所述即时通讯端的 AID是否在 以 AID为标识的全局黑名单中, 并向所述 IMS返回注册审查响应, 其中携 带审查结果, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注册, 如果不在全局黑名单中则 允许注册; 以及 所述 IMS接收所述 IMMC的注册审查响应后, 根据审查结果允许或禁 止所述即时通讯端注册所述 IM账号。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中: 所述 IMS向 IMMC发送注册审查请求的步骤中,所述 IMS向所述 IMMC 发送的注册审查请求中还携带要注册的 IM账号; 所述 IMMC查询所述即时通讯端的 AID是否在以 AID为标识的全局黑 名单中的步骤中, 当所述 IMMC审查允许即时通讯端注册 IM账号时, 所述 IMMC创建或更新所述即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括 IM账号注销流程, 即时通讯端注销 IM账号时 ,所述 IMMC根据所述即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表来判断是否允许所述 IMS执行 IM账号注销, 并在允许注销时, 从所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表中删除允许注销的 IM账号。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括 IM账号注销流程, 所述 IM账号注销流程包括: 所述即时通讯端向所述 IMS发送 IM账号注销请求, 其中携带所述即时 通讯端的 AID及要注销的 IM账号; 所述 IMS接收所述 IM账号注销请求后,向所述 IMMC发送注销审查请 求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 所述 IMMC根据所述注销审查请求查询所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表中 是否存在该 IM账号,并向所述 IMS返回注册审查响应,其中携带审查结果, 如果存在, 则允许注销, 否则不允许注销, 在允许注销时, 从所述 AID对应 的 IM账号列表中删除允许注销的 IM账号; 以及 所述 IMS接收所述 IMMC的注销审查响应后, 根据审查结果允许或禁 止所述即时通讯端注销所述 IM账号。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括 IM账号控制流程, 所述 IM账号控制流程包括: 所述 IMMC对全局黑名单进行更新,并根据更新的 AID对应的 IM账号 列表向所有 IM账号对应的 IMS发送 IM账号控制命令或控制解除命令, 其 中携带要控制或要解除控制的 IM账号; 接收到控制命令或解除控制命令的 IMS , 将所述 IM账号加入本地黑名 单或从本地黑名单删除; 以及 被加入本地黑名单的 IM账号在线时,所述 IMS强制所述 IM账号离线。
7如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括即时消息监听管理流 程, 该即时消息监听管理流程包括: 所述 IMMC向所述 IMS发送监听命令, 其中携带要监听的 IM账号; 所述 IMS接收所述控制命令后, 将所述 IM账号设置为监听状态, 并向 被监听账号所在的被监听本端及被监听账号好友所在的被监听对端发送监听 命令, 其中携带 IMS的 AID; 接收到监听命令的被监听本端及被监听对端将所述 IMS的 AID设置为 监听 AID; 以及 所述 IMS接收并转发被监听本端与被监听对端之间的即时消息,并将转 发的即时消息复制后转发给所述 IMMC。
8、一种即时通讯控制的实现系统, 其特征在于, 该系统基于用户身份标 识和位置分离网络实现, 该系统包括通过所述网络连接的即时通讯端、 即时 通讯服务器(IMS )及即时通讯管理中心 (IMMC ) , 其中: 所述即时通讯端具有全网唯一的接入标识符(AID ) , 所述即时通讯端 包括: 注册模块, 其设置为: 向所述 IMS发送 IM账号注册请求, 其中携带所 述即时通讯端的 AID和要注册的 IM账号; 所述 IMS包括: 注册处理模块, 其设置为: 根据所述 IM账号注册请求向所述 IMMC发 送注册审查请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID , 以及根据所述 IMMC返 回的注册审查响应允许或禁止所述即时通讯端注册所述 IM账号; 所述 IMMC包括: 注册管理模块, 其设置为: 根据所述 IMS发送的注册审查请求查询所述 即时通讯端的 AID是否在以 AID为标识的全局黑名单中, 以及向所述 IMS 返回注册审查响应, 其中携带审查结果, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注册, 如果不在全局黑名单中则允许注册。
9、 一种即时通讯服务器 (IMS ) , 其特征在于, 该 IMS 用于用户身份 标识和位置分离网络, 其包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收具有全网唯一的接入标识符(AID ) 即时通 讯端发送的 IM账号注册请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注册的 IM账号; 以及接收即时通讯管理中心 (IMMC )根据所述 IMS发送的注册 审查请求查询所述即时通讯端的 AID是否在以 AID为标识的全局黑名单中 之后向所述 IMS返回的注册审查响应, 所述注册审查响应中携带审查结果, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注册, 如果不在全局黑名单中则允许注册; 以 及 注册处理模块, 其设置为: 根据所述 IM账号注册请求向所述 IMMC发 送注册审查请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID , 以及根据所述 IMMC返 回的注册审查响应允许或禁止所述即时通讯端注册所述 IM账号。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的 IMS, 其中: 所述接收模块还设置为: 接收所述即时通讯端向所述 IMS发送的 IM账 号注销请求,该 IM账号注销请求携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM 账号; 以及接收所述 IMMC根据所述 IMS发送的注销审查请求查询所述即 时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表中是否存在该 IM账号之后向所述 IMS 返回的注销审查响应, 所述注销审查响应中携带审查结果, 如果在地址列表 中, 则允许注销, 如果不在地址列表则禁止注销; 所述 IMS还包括与所述注册处理模块连接的注销处理模块,该注销处理 模块设置为: 根据所述 IM账号注销请求向所述 IMMC发送注销审查请求, 其中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 以及根据所述 IMMC 返回的注销审查响应允许或禁止所述即时通讯端注销所述 IM账号。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的 IMS, 其中: 所述 IMS还包括 IM账号控制模块, 与注册处理模块连接, 所述 IM账 号控制模块设置为: 根据以 IM账号为标识的本地黑名单控制 IM账号登陆, 以及强制在线的本地黑名单中的 IM账号离线。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的 IMS, 其中: 所述接收模块还设置为: 接收 IMMC通过将即时通讯端的 AID加入所 述全局黑名单或从所述全局黑名单删除对全局黑名单进行更新时, 向每个 AID对应的 IM账号所在的 IMS发送的控制命令,以通知所述 IMS更新本地 黑名单; 所述 IMS还包括与所述 IM账号控制模块连接的本地黑名单维护模块, 本地黑名单维护模块设置为: 根据所述 IMMC的控制命令将所述 IM账号加 入所述本地黑名单或从所述本地黑名单删除。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的 IMS, 其中: 所述接收模块还设置为: 接收所述 IMMC向所述 IMS发送的监听命令, 其中携带要监听的 IM账号; 所述 IMS还包括与所述 IM账号控制模块连接的即时消息监听处理模块, 所述即时消息监听处理模块设置为:根据所述 IMMC发送的控制命令将对应 的 IM账号设置为监听状态; 向被监听账号所在的被监听本端及被监听账号 好友所在的被监听对端发送监听命令, 以及接收并转发被监听本端与被监听 对端之间的即时消息, 将转发的即时消息复制后转发给所述 IMMC。
14、 一种即时通讯管理中心 (IMMC ) , 其特征在于, 该 IMMC用于用 户身份标识和位置分离网络, 其包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收即时通讯服务器(IMS )在接收到具有全网 唯一的接入标识符( AID )的即时通讯端的 IM账号注册请求后,向所述 IMMC 发送的注册审查请求; 其中, 所述 IM账号注册请求携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注册的 IM账号;所述注册审查请求中携带所述即时通讯端的 AID; 以及 注册管理模块, 其设置为: 根据所述 IMS发送的注册审查请求查询所述 即时通讯端的 AID是否在以 AID为标识的全局黑名单中, 以及向所述 IMS 返回注册审查响应, 以使所述 IMS根据所述 IMMC返回的注册审查响应允 许或禁止所述即时通讯端注册所述 IM账号, 所述注册审查响应携带审查结 果, 如果在全局黑名单中, 则禁止注册, 如果不在全局黑名单中则允许注册。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的 IMMC, 其中, 所述 IMS向所述 IMMC发送 的注册审查请求中还携带要注册的 IM账号; 所述 IMMC还包括与所述注册管理模块连接的 IM账号存储模块, 所述 IM账号存储模块设置为:保存即时通讯端的 AID对应的 IM账号列表; 所述 注册管理模块审查允许即时通讯端注册 IM账号时,还设置为创建或更新 IM 账号存储模块中的所述即时通讯端的 AID的 IM账号列表。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的 IMMC, 其中: 所述接收模块还设置为: 接收所述 IMS在接收到即时通讯端发送的 IM 账号注销请求后, 向所述 IMMC发送的注销审查请求; 所述 IM账号注销请 求携带所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 所述注销审查请求携带 所述即时通讯端的 AID和要注销的 IM账号; 所述 IMMC还包括与所述 IM账号存储模块连接的注销管理模块, 所述 注销管理模块设置为:根据所述注销审查请求查询所述即时通讯端的 AID对 应的 IM账号列表中是否存在该 IM账号, 以及向所述 IMS返回注销审查响 应, 以使所述 IMS根据所述 IMMC返回的注销审查响应允许或禁止所述即 时通讯端注销所述 IM账号; 所述注销审查响应携带审查结果, 如果在地址 列表中, 则允许注销, 如果不在地址列表中则禁止注销; 以及在允许注销时, 从所述 IM账号存储模块中所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表中删除允许注销的 IM账号。
17、 如权利要求 14或 15所述的 IMMC, 其中, 所述 IMMC还包括: 全局黑名单维护模块, 其设置为: 通过将即时通讯端的 AID加入所述全 局黑名单或从所述全局黑名单删除更新所述全局黑名单, 在对全局黑名单进 行更新时查询 IM账号存储模块中所述 AID对应的 IM账号列表, 以及向每 个对应的 IM账号所在的 IMS发送控制命令,通知所述 IMS更新本地黑名单 以使所述 IMS根据所述 IMMC的控制命令将所述 IM账号加入所述本地黑名 单或从所述本地黑名单删除。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的 IMMC, 其中: 所述接收模块还设置为:接收所述 IMS接收到被监听本端与被监听对端 之间的即时消息时, 向所述 IMMC转发的即时消息; 所述 IMMC还包括与所述全局黑名单维护模块连接的即时消息监听管 理模块, 所述即时消息监听管理模块设置为: 向所述 IMS发送监听命令, 其 中携带要监听的 IM账号,以使所述 IMS根据所述 IMMC发送的控制命令将 对应的 IM账号设置为监听状态;以及对所述 IMS转发的即时消息进行处理。
