背景技术
当今社会经济高度发达, 广告广泛普及, 广告对树立企业形象、产品推销等 方面的作用十分明显。 现有的广告发布载体主要有: 报纸、 电视、 因特网、 交通 工具外表面等,但上述广告的载体每天的使用者数量及频率有限, 由此可能会影 响广告效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种广告方法及发放广告物品的方法。本发明方法解决 了现有广告载体每天的使用者数量及使用频率有限的问题,大大增加了广告的效 果。
本发明提供一种广告方法,其特征在于, 以家用牙膏的外壳或和包装盒为广 告载体。
所述广告载体上有多条短广告信息,广告信息包括但不限于: 产品的品牌和 名称; 产品的品牌、 名称和型号; 广告者的业务简介、 各种联系方式或和宣传短 语。
所述广告载体划分成不同广告区域,不同广告区域按不同标准收费或实行竞 价收费。
所述的广告载体可剪切为代购券或优惠券。
所述的牙膏包装盒内夹带有广告传单。
所述的广告载体上有牙膏代工厂家信息、办理广告业务的联系方式、可详查 各广告信息的网址或和专用电话号码。
所述的牙膏有多种配方且所述的广告载体上标有该配方的功效、简称或代工 厂家的品牌。 本发明还提供了一种发放广告物品的方法, 其特征在于, 先发放给组织, 再 由组织间接发放给各广告受众。
所述广告物品指定发放商包括但不限于: 通信运营商、连锁超市、各种售票 处。
本发明还提供了一种发放广告物品的方法,其特征在于, 由广告受众完成一 定消费额或冲值金额后获取。
本发明的优点是: 以家用牙膏的外壳为广告载体做广告, 在人们每次刷牙时 都可以将广告信息呈现到广告受众面前,广告效果将会优于传统广告法, 且在牙 膏外壳做广告的同时也可在其包装盒上做广告。本发明解决了现有广告载体每天 的使用者数量及使用频率有限的问题, 大大增加了广告的效果, 且广告成本低, 容易实施。
具体实施方式
人大多是有牙齿的, 为了牙齿的健康所以每天得刷一次或一次以上的牙, 刷 牙时就会用到牙膏。传统的家用牙膏一般够一个人使用一个月以上, 且其上没有 非牙膏类广告信息。所述的家用牙膏区别与宾馆内住客使用的带有宾馆广告的一 次性牙膏。 为了便于牙膏的堆放和数量统计, 通常的牙膏都有一长方体包装盒。 由于牙膏的每天使用人数及频率较大, 因此以家用牙膏的外壳为广告载体做广 告,在人们每次刷牙时都可以将广告信息呈现到广告受众面前, 广告效果将会优 于传统广告法, 且在牙膏外壳做广告的同时也可在其包装盒上做广告。
为了方便以下的详细说明,以下所述的广告即所谓以家用牙膏的外壳或和包 装盒为广告载体的广告;以下所述的广告法即所谓以家用牙膏的外壳或和包装盒 为广告载体的广告法;以下所述的牙膏是指外壳或和包装盒上带有各类广告的家 用牙膏; 以下所述的载体是指实现上述广告法的牙膏外壳或和包装盒; 以下所述 的用户即所述广告法的广告受众,牙膏的使用者; 以下所述的广告代理商是指所 述广告法的策划或和执行者;以下所述的广告者是指想通过所述广告法来宣传自 我的个人或组织;以下所述的发放商即所谓实施了所述广告法后发放牙膏的个人 或组织; 以下所述的联系方式包括但不限于: 地址、 邮箱、 交互式论坛、 电话号 码、 手机号码及各种即时网络在线聊天软件号码。
所述广告法早期可通过邮寄传单邀请各组织或个人加入本广告活动,后期可 通过在载体上提供办理广告业务的联系方式及本广告活动已造成的影响力获得 广告订单。
早期广告商可通过邮寄传单向各有可能成为广告者的组织或个人发送邀请 信息, 信息可包括预发放的牙膏的配方、 代工厂家、 造型等, 广告载体各部位的 价格, 牙膏预发放地区、 数量、 方式、 周期。 广告者经过考虑后提交详细订单, 订单内容包括在广告载体上的广告位置、 广告内容, 发放数量, 发放地区, 发放 方式等。为了便于后期收集订单, 牙膏外包装盒上有办理广告业务的各种联系方 式等其他广告代理商的信息。 为提高所述广告法的收益, 可将广告载体划分成不同广告区域, 不同广告区 域按不同标准收费或实行竞价收费。为满足不同的用户的喜好, 所述的牙膏可由 不同厂家代工, 因此有多种配方。且该牙膏的牙膏帽、牙膏外壳或和包装盒上标 有配方的主要功效、 简称或和代工厂家的品牌。
由于所述广告法的单个载体表面积有限, 为提高广告效果, 广告信息应为具 有明确引导作用的短广告信息。所述广告信息主要内容包括但不限于: 产品的品 牌、 名称、 型号或广告者的品牌、 名称、 主要业务内容、 宣传用语、 及各种联系 方式。所述的短广告信息可分布在各长方形区域内, 由此牙膏外壳或和包装盒也 可剪切为代购券或优惠券。牙膏包装盒内还可以夹带有广告传单。载体上有可供 用户进一步了解各相关广告的详细信息的网址或和查询专用电话号码。
广告的设计可由广告者或和广告商完成。广告信息应为具有明确引导作用的 短广告信息。 所述广告信息主要内容包括但不限于: 产品的品牌、 名称; 产品的 品牌、 名称和型号; 广告者的品牌、 名称、 主要业务简介、 宣传用语、 及各种联 系方式。所述的短广告信息分布在各长方形区域内, 由此牙膏外壳或和包装盒也 可剪切为代购券或优惠券。牙膏包装盒内还可以夹带有广告传单。广告载体上有 可供用户进一步了解各相关广告的详细信息的网址或和查询专用电话号码,广告 载体划分成不同广告区域, 不同广告区域按不同标准收费或实行竞价收费, 同等 面积下牙膏外壳上的广告价格高于包装盒价格。
在收集并设计好广告后,广告代理商联系牙膏厂商生产牙膏。为满足不同的 用户的喜好,所述的牙膏可以由不同厂家代工,因此有多种配方。且所述牙膏帽、 牙膏外壳或和包装盒上标有牙膏配方的主要功效、 简称或和代工厂家的品牌。 广告受众可以在完成一定消费额或冲值金额后获取所述牙膏。发放商可为通 信运营商、连锁超市、各售票处及其它人流量较大的服务机构。所述牙膏也可定 期一次性定量发放给一些组织, 再由该组织发放给各广告受众。部分高端集团用 户在填写完整的信息后可定期获得所述牙膏,所述的信息包括该用户的喜好或和 需求方面的资料。广告者也可获取部分牙膏供组织内部员工的正常生活使用或发 放给业务来往者。所述的牙膏也可根据广告者的要求按地区发放。牙膏发放的地 区范围可划分为单个市、 多个市、 单个省、 多个省等。

3.根据权利要求 1所述的广告方法,其特征在于, 所述广告载体划分成不同广告 区域, 不同广告区域按不同标准收费或实行竞价收费。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的广告方法,其特征在于, 所述的广告载体可剪切为代购 券或优惠券。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的广告方法,其特征在于, 所述的牙膏包装盒内夹带有广 告传单。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的广告方法,其特征在于, 所述的广告载体上有牙膏代工 厂家信息、办理广告业务的联系方式、可详查各广告信息的网址或和专用电话号 码。
