背景技术:
现有的木地板, 有通过单层槽樺结构配合连接的, 也有通过多层 槽樺结构配合连接。 至于单层槽樺结构的木地板, 其存在槽、 樺配合 面积有限, 槽、 樺咬合不牢固, 稳定性差, 连接强度低的缺陷; 而多 层槽樺结构的木地板, 虽然连接强度得以提高, 但是生产制造成本较 高, 工序复杂, 安装不便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种内锁式锁扣地板, 该地板易于加工, 安装方便且地板拼接更加牢固。
一种内锁式锁扣地板, 包括地板本体, 该本体具有相对的第一侧 面和第二侧面, 第一侧面上凸设有连接樺, 第二侧面凹设有与所述连 接樺相匹配的连接槽, 其特征在于: 所述连接樺上设有一凹槽, 所述 连接槽的槽底凸设有与所述凹槽相扣合的突起,该突起的宽度略大于 所述凹槽的宽度。
本发明在连接樺上开设凹槽, 在连接槽的槽底设有突起, 地板易 于加工, 当第一侧面与第二侧面配合时, 连接樺与连接槽相配合, 同 时连接槽槽底的突起扣入连接樺上的凹槽,因突起的宽度略大于所述 凹槽的宽度, 所以当突起扣入凹槽内时, 凹槽可将突起牢牢咬合住, 地板拼接更加牢固且安装方便。
所述凹槽的凹陷深度小于所述连接樺的高度,所述突起的高度小 于连接槽的凹陷深度, 地板安装更加方便快捷。
所述连接槽自槽底至槽口呈收缩状设计, 地板拼接时, 突起将凹 槽略向外撑开, 同时, 使得连接槽与连接樺咬合更加牢固。
第一侧面与第二侧面配合时,所述突起的端面与所述凹槽的槽底 之间留有伸缩缝, 可抑制板材遇湿膨胀后弓 I发的起拱或变形。
所述连接樺与连接槽的配合面之间留有伸缩缝,可抑制板材遇湿 膨胀后引发的起拱或变形。
所述连接樺与地板本体底面间形成一下槽,所述连接槽与地板本 体底面间形成一下樺, 所述下槽与下樺的配合面之间留有伸缩缝, 所 以即使地表偏潮湿的地区,该结构的地板仍可有效抑制板材遇湿膨胀 后引发的起拱或变形。
所述凹槽及突起的截面呈 "u"形, 结构简单, 易于加工。

如图 1、 图 2所示, 一种内锁式锁扣地板, 包括地板本体 1, 该本体 具有相对的第一侧面和第二侧面, 第一侧面上凸设有连接樺 11, 第 二侧面凹设有与所述连接樺 11相匹配的连接槽 12, 所述连接槽 12 自槽底至槽口呈收缩状设计, 所述连接樺 11上开设有一截面呈 "U" 形的凹槽 111, 所述连接槽 12的槽底凸设有与所述凹槽 111相扣合 的截面呈 "U"形的突起 121, 该突起 121的宽度略大于凹槽 1 11的 宽度, 所述凹槽 111的凹陷深度小于所述连接樺 11的高度, 所述突 起 121的高度小于连接槽 12的凹陷深度。 当地板本体 1的第一侧面 与第二侧面配合时,所述突起 121的端面与所述凹槽 111的槽底之间 留有 0. 47mm的伸缩缝 2, 所述连接樺 11与连接槽 12的配合面之间 也留有 0. 3mm的伸缩缝 2。 同时, 所述连接樺 11与地板本体 1底面 间形成一下槽 13,所述连接槽 12与地板本体 1底面间形成一下樺 14, 所述下槽 13与下樺 14的配合面之间也留有 0. 5mm的伸缩缝 2。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种内锁式锁扣地板, 包括地板本体, 该本体具有相对的第一侧 面和第二侧面, 第一侧面上凸设有连接樺, 第二侧面凹设有与所述连 接樺相匹配的连接槽, 其特征在于: 所述连接樺上设有一凹槽, 所述 连接槽的槽底凸设有与所述凹槽相扣合的突起,该突起的宽度略大于 所述凹槽的宽度。 该具凹槽的连接樺为边沿略小, 内径略大的结构, 当凹槽被撑开后即退不出去,形成牢固的锁扣咬合,具有内锁的作用。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种内锁式锁扣地板, 其特征在于: 所述 凹槽的凹陷深度小于所述连接樺的高度,所述突起的高度小于连接槽 的凹陷深度。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种内锁式锁扣地板, 其特征在于: 所述连接槽自槽底至槽口呈收缩状设计。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种内锁式锁扣地板, 其特征在于: 第一侧面与第二侧面配合时,所述突起的端面与所述凹槽的槽底之间 留有伸缩缝。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种内锁式锁扣地板, 其特征在于: 所述连接樺与连接槽的配合面之间留有伸缩缝。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种内锁式锁扣地板, 其特征在于: 所述连接樺与地板本体底面间形成一下槽,所述连接槽与地板本体底 面间形成一下樺, 所述下槽与下樺的配合面之间留有伸缩缝。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种内锁式锁扣地板, 其特征在于: 所述凹槽及突起的截面呈 "U"形。
