背景技术
安息日是犹太教国家每周一日的休息日,象征创世纪六日创造后第七日是休息的日子。这一日是犹太人神圣的休息日,所有人不再为工作劳碌,在家点上蜡烛休息,同时也希望冰箱在这一日也休息,但现有冰箱都没有这个功能,不能满足犹太教国家安息日的要求。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种满足犹太教国家安息日的要求、操作方便的具有定时控制功能的冰箱。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种具有定时控制功能的冰箱,包括分别连接至供电电源的照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统,还包括定时控制转换模块及定时控制运行模块,该定时控制转换模块用于选择将照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统接入电源或将定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统接入电源,定时控制运行模块用于控制压缩机系统的运行。
该定时控制转换模块为手动选择开关,其一端连接至电源,另一端通过触点a连接至定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统或通过触点b分别连接至照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统。
该照明系统包括门开关及照明灯,该化霜系统包括温控器、定时器及加热器,该压缩机系统包括风扇及压缩机,串接一起的门开关与照明灯的两端分别连接至一第一节点及一第二节点,该第一节点还通过温控器、定时器及加热器连接至第二节点,该定时器通过风扇连接至第二节点,该风扇两端还并联该压缩机,该第一节点及第二节点分别连接至电源两端。
该定时控制转换模块包括计时器及定时控制开关,该计时器接收日期及时间参数并通过计时控制定时控制开关,定时控制开关用于选择将照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统接入电源或将定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统接入电源。
该照明系统包括门开关及照明灯,该化霜系统包括温度传感器、加热器及用于控制温度传感器与加热器的温控模块,该压缩机系统包括风扇及压缩机。
该温控模块及计时器均集成于一控制器内。
该计时器还连接有一用于设定日期及时间的操作界面。
该控制器还内置有为计时器提供电能的蓄电池。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优势:
本实用新型通过定时控制转换模块及定时控制运行模块,冰箱可运行日常的制冷模式或在安息日的制冷模式,运行在安息日的制冷模式时,不受冰箱温度控制,且冰箱门打开时照明灯也不亮,满足犹太教国家安息日的要求。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种具有定时控制功能的冰箱,包括分别连接至供电电源的照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统,还包括定时控制转换模块及定时控制运行模块,该定时控制转换模块用于选择将照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统接入电源或将定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统接入电源,定时控制运行模块用于控制压缩机系统的运行。
本实施例提供的是一种机械控制式的具有定时控制功能的冰箱,具体地,该定时控制转换模块为手动选择开关,其一端连接至电源,另一端通过触点a连接至定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统或通过触点b分别连接至照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统。
该照明系统包括门开关103及照明灯104,该化霜系统包括温控器105、定时器106及加热器107,该压缩机系统包括风扇108及压缩机109,串接一起的门开关103与照明灯104的两端分别连接至一第一节点及一第二节点,该第一节点还通过温控器105、定时器106及加热器107连接至第二节点,该定时器106通过风扇108连接至第二节点,该风扇108两端还并联该压缩机109,该第一节点及第二节点分别连接至电源两端。
其工作原理:平常时间定时控制开关101闭合在触点a,冰箱正常工作,加热器107,风扇108,压缩机109受温控器105及定时器106控制,温度未达到设定温度,压缩机,风扇工作,冰箱制冷,达到设定温度后压缩机,风扇由于温控器断路而停止工作,冰箱停止制冷。定时器累积一定时间后进入化霜,加热器工作。冰箱门打开则照明灯点亮。当到安息日时,用户按一下定时控制开关101,则定时控制开关闭合在触点b,此时冰箱不受温控器和定时器控制,而是受定时控制运行模块102控制,冰箱按安息日模式运行,压缩机按预设定的规律运行,不受冰箱温度控制,同时也不进入化霜,冰箱门打开时照明灯也不亮。过完安息日后,用户再按一下定时控制开关,定时控制开关101又闭合在触点a,冰箱按正常模式运行工作。
实施例2
本实施例控制原理与实施例1近似,其区别在于,本实施例提供的是一种电控制式的具有定时控制功能的冰箱。具体地,该定时控制转换模块包括计时器206及定时控制开关209,该计时器206接收日期及时间参数并通过计时控制定时控制开关209,定时控制开关209用于选择将照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统接入电源或将定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统接入电源。

该温控模块及计时器206均集成于一控制器202内;该计时器206还连接有一用于设定日期及时间的操作界面201;该控制器202还内置有为计时器206提供电能的蓄电池207。
其工作原理:冰箱上电后,用户在操作界面201进行日期及时间设定,控制器202内置的计时器206开始工作计时,同时冰箱对蓄电池207充电,当冰箱无电时,由蓄电池207提供电能给计时器206,平常时间,冰箱按正常控制模式运行,即温度传感器208感应箱内温度,未达到设定温度,压缩机203,风扇风扇204运行工作,达到设定温度,压缩机203,风扇204停止工作等。当计时器206计时到安息日时,则控制器控制冰箱运行在安息日模式,冰箱制冷按预设定的规律运行,不受冰箱温度控制,冰箱门打开时照明灯也不亮。同时控制器内的计时器206开始计时,累计冰箱运行安息日模式24h后,自动退出安息日模式,返回正常控制模式。或者到安息日时用户可手动按一下定时控制开关209,控制器202接收到定时控制开关信号,则控制器202控制冰箱运行在安息日模式,冰箱制冷按预设定的规律运行,不受冰箱温度控制,冰箱门打开时照明灯也不亮。同时控制器内的计时器206开始计时,累计冰箱运行安息日模式24h后,自动退出安息日模式,返回正常控制模式。

  1. 一种具有定时控制功能的冰箱,包括分别连接至供电电源的照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统,其特征在于:还包括定时控制转换模块及定时控制运行模块,该定时控制转换模块用于选择将照明系统、化霜系统及压缩机系统接入电源或将定时控制运行模块及压缩机系统接入电源,定时控制运行模块用于控制压缩机系统的运行。
