Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau doseur convenant particulièrement à des presses à impression flexographique, à des postes de vernis pour des presses offset et/ou à des presses offset à sec à courts trains d'encre par exemple, comprenant un cœur central cylindrique (11) et au moins une couche (12) d'enrobage périphérique en matière dure qui est gravée au faisceau laser. Le procédé comprend au moins une première étape consistant à réaliser la fusion superficielle au moins partielle de l'enrobage en matière dure, une deuxième étape au cours de laquelle la matière dure fondue se solidifie et forme une surface plane sans gravure et une troisième étape consistant à graver une nouvelle fois l'enrobage en matière dure au faisceau laser au sein de la zone siège de la fusion.
