Abstract

According to the present invention, a board comprises: a first plate and a second plate spaced apart from each other; a built-in member interposed between the first plate and the second plate; and a press member which includes a sleeve, the top of which contacts the lower surface of the first plate and the bottom of which contacts the upper surface of the second plate, and a pair of coupling means for pressing and coupling the first plate to the top of the sleeve and the second plate to the bottom of the sleeve, wherein the press member presses the first plate and the second plate toward the built-in member and couples the first and second plates together. A heat insulation structure and a ship in which the ingress of water is prevented according to the present invention comprise the board having the above-described configuration.
