Abstract

본 발명은 외부자기 교란을 최소화한 △E 측정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 지구 자기장과 자성체 기구물 및 기기에 의한 바이어스 효과를 제거하고 자기 음향 공명법을 이용하여 자기장 하에서 영률의 변화(△E)를 측정하는 △E 측정 장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 3축 헬름홀쯔 코일을 이용하여 외부 자기장 교란을 최소화 하는 공간을 제공하고 여기에 복수의 코일 구조를 갖는 △E 측정 장치를 삽입함으로서 외부 자기장 교란을 최소화하는 것이 가능하다.
