Le puits de pétrole/de gaz comprend un premier espace annulaire (111) et un second espace annulaire (103). Le premier espace annulaire (111) est formé par l'espace situé entre la paroi du trou de forage (101) du puits de pétrole/de gaz et un tube perforé (102) qui est disposé dans le puits de pétrole/de gaz et s'étend dans le sens axial du puits de gaz/de pétrole. Le second espace annulaire (103) qui est formé par l'espace situé entre le tube perforé (102) et une colonne filtrante de régulation du débit (105) disposée dans le tube perforé (102) et il s'étend dans le sens axial du puits de pétrole/de gaz. Le procédé comprend l'étape consistant à remplir de particules isolantes empêchant le cheminement préférentiel (109) le premier espace annulaire (111) et le second espace annulaire (103) afin de permettre au fluide de s'écouler dans le premier espace annulaire (111) et dans le second espace annulaire (103) remplis de particules isolantes empêchant le cheminement préférentiel (109) sous forme de suintement.
