Ledit procédé consiste : à générer un message de requête d'autorisation basé sur un message de demande de service déposé par un terminal IPTV lorsqu'un service non autorisé a l'interdiction de s'exécuter sur ledit terminal IPTV; à transmettre instantanément le message de requête d'autorisation à un administrateur par le biais d'une passerelle de service; à générer un message de réponse d'autorisation basé sur un message de réponse à la requête d'autorisation qui est renvoyé par l'administrateur par le biais de la passerelle de service et qui est reçu instantanément; à établir instantanément une autorité sur le service non autorisé qui s'exécute sur le terminal IPTV grâce audit message de réponse d'autorisation. Ce procédé permet à l'administrateur d'établir instantanément une autorité sur le service non autorisé qui est demandé par un utilisateur, ce qui améliore la précision, la commodité et la souplesse de la commande de l'autorité par rapport au mode à autorisation préalable classique basé sur le chiffrement.
