Description
本发明涉及一种沐浴用品,尤其是一种摇杆切换雨淋花洒。
目前花洒已广泛应用于日常生活中,然而现有花洒的出水切换方式单一,也未见有利用摇杆等部件与花洒结合以用于切换出水功能的花洒。为此本申请人设计了一种摇杆功能花洒,其专利申请号为:CN
200920273419.9该种摇杆功能花洒包括固定单元、切换机构及出水单元,其切换机构包括一拨盘,拨盘之上凸设有一摇杆,该摇杆背向出水面自内往外穿过本体以供用户控制,通过摆动摇杆能够控制密封柱插入密封出水孔或拔出导通出水孔。由于该摇杆功能花洒的摇杆设置在本体的上方,因此该技术方案主要用于手持式花洒,且结构比较复杂。
本发明提供了一种摇杆切换雨淋花洒,它解决了背景技术摇杆控制不方便、结构比较复杂的缺点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种摇杆切换雨淋花洒,它包括一上盖、一分水单元及一出水单元,所述上盖内设有一贯穿的通水道,所述出水单元固接在上盖之下并具有至少二水路,所述分水单元包括一分水盖及一摇杆,所述分水盖上有与水路一一对应接通的分水孔,所述摇杆包括一杆头和一与之一体固接的基座,所述基座位于分水盖之上并分别连接有与分水孔一一对应的密封块,所述杆头之末端面向出水面伸出分水盖、出水单元之外以供用户控制,通过杆头控制摇杆相对分水盖摆动以控制密封块选择远离导通分水孔或靠接密封分水孔,以实现水路切换。
一较佳实施例中,所述出水单元还包括一出水面盖,所述出水面盖上设有多个与所述水路对应的出水孔。
一较佳实施例中,所述上盖与出水面盖相扣合,所述分水盖安装于二者之间,而且,所述分水盖和上盖密封连接在一起以形成一连通通水道的进水腔。
一较佳实施例中,所述的分水盖的分水孔个数为二个,所述二个前后对称设置;所述分水盖之上凸设有二对左右对称设置的二端凸耳;所述基座之二左右侧凸设有二凸柱,所述二凸柱分别位于二对凸耳之间。
一较佳实施例中,所述的杆头为回转体,并具有一固定端部和一末端部,所述固定端部和基座固接,所述固定端部外回转面成上大下小的锥面。
一较佳实施例中,所述基座设有与密封块一一对应适配的连接座,所述连接座包括一对凸伸出且间隔设置的伸出块,所述伸出块开设有连接槽,所述伸出块之连接槽之二侧分别向上延伸成悬空臂,所述悬空臂之末端之相对内侧凸设卡凸;
所述密封块之二侧凸设有连接轴;
所述密封块设在二伸出块之间,所述连接轴连接在连接槽之内,所述连接轴之直径小于连接槽之开口,大于等于二悬空臂之卡凸之间隔距离。
一较佳实施例中,所述的杆头之固定端部和面盖之间设有一密封圈。
一较佳实施例中,所述的杆头之基座上有一凸台,所述凸台与一弹性件相配合以顶抵于通水道之出水端面。
本技术方案揭示的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,它采用了摇杆与花洒相结合,其摇杆由出水面盖伸出,使用更方便,可适用于各类雨淋花洒,切换方式更为新颖,超越了传统的切换花洒结构。通过将凸柱设在凸耳之间,以保证基座之摆动方向。将固定端部外回转面成上大下小的锥面,适配摇杆摆动。设连接座和密封块配合,结构更简单,且便于装接,保证定位。设有弹性件,保证密封性能。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

如图1所示,摇杆切换雨淋花洒包括一上盖100,一分水单元200和一出水单元300。
所述上盖100设有一贯穿的通水道110;
所述分水单元200包括一分水盖210,一摇杆220,第一、二密封块230、240,一弹性件250;
其中,所述分水盖210与上盖100密封连接在一起形成一连通分水孔的进水腔,所述分水盖上设有前后对称设置的第一、二分水孔211、212,它们选择性地与通水道110相连通,分水盖内腔又左右对称设置有两对凸耳213、214,所述分水单元200又包括一摇杆220,它分为杆头221和与之一体的基座222,基座222位于分水盖之上并分别连接第一、二密封块230、240,所述第一、二密封块能够选择顶抵所述第一、二分水孔,需要的时候,它们的顶抵面上各设有一密封圈,所述基座的左右二侧分别凸设有二凸柱2221,其分别与所述凸耳相扣以实现基座与分水盖的固定,基座222上又设有四个连接座,所述各个连接座上均设有一对凸伸出且间隔设置的伸出块2222,所述伸出块开设有连接槽2223,所述伸出块之连接槽之二侧分别向上延伸成悬空臂,所述悬空臂之末端之相对内侧凸设卡凸2224,所述各个密封块230、240的二侧设有连接轴231、241分别位于二伸出块2222之间以与连接座相固定,它们的直径大于等于所述卡凸的间隔距离且小于连接槽的开口;所述基座上设有一凸台2225,它与弹性件250相配合,以顶抵于通水道110的出水端面上,本实施例中,弹性件为弹簧;所述摇杆的杆头221为一回转体,并具有一固定端部和一末端部,所述固定端部和基座222固接,所述固定端部外回转面成上大下小的锥面,杆头221伸出分水盖210和出水单元300,用户通过拨动杆头使摇杆相对分水盖摆动以控制第一、二密封块230、240选择远离导通第一、二分水孔或靠接密封第一、二分水孔,以实现水路切换;
所述出水单元300包括第一、二水路310、320,所述二水路在分水单元的控制下选项导通或关闭水路,又包括一出水面盖330,面盖330上设有向上凸起的套筒340,相应的分水盖210中心设有向下凸起的套筒215,分水盖套筒215扣合在出水面盖套筒340上,杆头之末端穿过套筒340伸出。出水面盖330与上盖相扣合,出水面盖上均匀设有多个出水孔331分别对应第一、二水路的出水,为了实现更好的密封效果,如图1所述,在摇杆220的杆头221固定端部与所述出水面盖330之间设有一密封圈。
结合图2、图3,所述摇杆切换雨淋花洒的出水原理如下:
拨动摇杆220的杆头221时,摇杆220的基座222上下运动并带动密封块230、240相应地上下运动,在水压的作用下,密封块之一翘起,而密封块之二堵住分水孔之一,弹性件250在水压作用下顶抵通水道出水端面,而摇杆220也随之停止运动,若此时是第二分水孔212被第二密封块240所堵住,而第一分水孔211开启,第一水路310导通,水流沿通水道110至所述第一水路310内,花洒喷溅水,如图2;同理,继续拨动摇杆220,消除水压的密封作用,将使密封块再次上下运动,当第一分水孔211被第一密封块230堵住时,第二密封块240翘起,第二分水孔212与通水道110相通,第二水路320通水,此时出花洒水效果,如图3;通过对本花洒内部结构的预定设置,其出水功能可以不限于喷溅水和花洒水,可以根据实际需要进行改变。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明一种摇杆切换花洒,其摇杆的杆头面向出水面伸出花洒的分水盖、出水单元,通过杆头控制摇杆相对分水盖摆动以控制密封块选择远离导通分水孔或靠接密封分水孔,以实现水路切换。其结构简单、使用方便,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (9)
- 摇杆切换雨淋花洒,它包括一上盖、一分水单元及一出水单元,所述上盖内设有一贯穿的通水道,所述出水单元固接在上盖之下并具有至少二水路,其特征在于:所述分水单元包括一分水盖及一摇杆,所述分水盖上有与水路一一对应接通的分水孔,所述摇杆包括一杆头和一与之一体固接的基座,所述基座位于分水盖之上并分别连接有与分水孔一一对应的密封块,所述杆头之末端面向出水面伸出分水盖、出水单元之外以供用户控制,通过杆头控制摇杆相对分水盖摆动以控制密封块选择远离导通分水孔或靠接密封分水孔,以实现水路切换。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述出水单元还包括一出水面盖,所述出水面盖上设有多个与所述水路对应的出水孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述上盖与出水面盖相扣合,所述分水盖安装于二者之间,而且,所述分水盖和上盖密封连接在一起并形成一连通通水道的进水腔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述分水盖的分水孔个数为二个,所述二个前后对称设置;所述分水盖之上凸设有二对左右对称设置的二端凸耳;所述基座之二左右侧凸设有二凸柱,所述二凸柱分别位于二对凸耳之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述杆头为回转体,并具有一固定端部和一末端部,所述固定端部和基座固接,所述固定端部外回转面成上大下小的锥面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述基座设有与密封块一一对应适配的连接座,所述连接座包括一对凸伸出且间隔设置的伸出块,所述伸出块开设有连接槽,所述伸出块之连接槽之二侧分别向上延伸成悬空臂,所述悬空臂之末端之相对内侧凸设卡凸;所述密封块之二侧凸设有连接轴;所述密封块设在二伸出块之间,所述连接轴连接在连接槽之内,所述连接轴之直径小于连接槽之开口,大于等于二悬空臂之卡凸之间隔距离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述的杆头之固定端部和面盖之间设有一密封圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述的杆头之基座上有一凸台,所述凸台与一弹性件相配合以顶抵于通水道之出水端面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的摇杆切换雨淋花洒,其特征在于,所述出水面盖上设有向上凸起的套筒,分水盖中心设有向下凸起的套筒,分水盖套筒扣合在出水面盖套筒上,杆头之末端穿过套筒伸出分水盖、出水单元之外以供用户控制。
