LTE ( Long Term Evolution, 长期演进)是 3G ( 3rd Generation, 第三 代数字通信)的演进, LTE改进并增强了 3G的空中接入技术,采用 OFDM ( Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing , 正交频分复用 )和 MIMO ( Multiple Input Multiple Output , 多输入多输出)作为该 LTE无线网络演 进的标准。 其中, 在 LTE系统以及以前的无线通信系统中, 一个小区中 只有一个载波, 如图 1所示, 在 LTE系统中的最大带宽为 20MHz; 而在 20MHz的频谱带宽下, LTE能够提供下行 100Mbit/s与上行 50Mbit/s的 峰值速率, 可以改善小区边缘用户的性能, 并提高小区容量和降低系统 延迟。 此外, 在 LTE系统中, UE ( User Equipment, 用户设备) 只能在 一个载波下工作, 而一个 LTE小区只有一个载波, 每个 LTE小区由一个 在网络中唯一的号码来标识。 UE同一时刻只能在一个小区中进行数据收 发, 该小区也称为 UE的服务小区。
而随着移动终端用户数量的迅速增长, 终端用户的业务容量呈指数 增长, 为了满足持续增加的终端用户的业务需求, 需要提供更大的带宽 来满足终端用户的业务和应用所需要的更高峰值速率。 在 LTE-A ( LTE- Advanced, 高级 LTE ) 系统中, 系统的峰值速率比 LTE有巨大的 提高, 要求达到下行 lGbps, 上行 500Mbps, 此时, 如果只使用一个最 大带宽为 20MHz 的载波, 显然是无法达到峰值速率的要求的。 因此, LTE-A系统需要扩展终端用户可以使用的带宽, 由此引入了 CA ( Carrier Aggregation, 载波聚合)技术, 即在同一地理位置上, 同时存在多个使 UE通过载波聚合技术同时进行接收或数据发送的小区, 而每个小区中至 少包含一个(或一对)可以独立发送的载波。
具体的, 可聚合的多个小区可以使用相同的 PCI ( Physical Layer Cell ID, 物理层小区标识), 只是各个小区间的载波频率不同和 CGI ( Cell Global ID,全球小区标识)不同,其中, CGI也可以称为 ECGI,即 E-UTRAN ( Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 演进的 UMTS无线 接入网) Cell Global ID。 UE能够在多个可聚合小区中的多个(对)载 波上同时进行数据的接收和发送, 从而提高数据传输速率。 而为了保证 LTE系统的 UE能在每一个聚合的载波下进行工作,需要每一个载波最大 不超过 20MHz。 LTE-A系统中的载波聚合技术如图 2所示, LTE-A的基 站下有 4个可以聚合的载波, 基站可以同时在 4个载波上和同一个 UE 进行数据传输, 以提高用户的数据传输速率。
在 LTE-A系统中, 对于可以聚合的载波, 在为 UE服务之前或者正 在为 UE服务时, 需要对可聚合载波的信道质量进行评估, 并由基站进行 载波管理( Carrier management ), 决定是否利用该可聚合载波发送数据。 例如, 如果某个载波的信道质量较好, 满足载波聚合的条件, 当 UE需要 大数据量业务传输的时候,基站可以在该载波上通过载波聚合方式为 UE 提供数据传输服务; 如果 UE正在进行载波聚合传输, 而某个正在为 UE 服务的聚合载波信道质量变差, 不满足设定的条件, 则基站可以去激活 或删除该载波, 不利用它为 UE提供服务, 同时也可以激活另外一个满足 设定条件的信道质量较好的载波, 为 UE提供服务。
进一步的, 在当前的 LTE-A系统中, 每个小区只有一个(或一对) 可以单独工作的载波, 并由唯一的 CGI进行标识。 如图 3所示, 其中, 小区 1的载波频点是 fl , 小区 2的载波频点是 f2, 将上述两个载波(分 别对应小区 1和小区 2 )聚合之后为某个终端提供服务, 此时, 需要对小 区 1、 小区 2和小区 3的信道质量进行评估, 从而由基站进行载波管理, 决定是否利用可聚合载波进行载波聚合, 以更好地为终端提供 CA传输。 而对于不能与当前工作载波(小区 1和小区 2 )聚合的载波(或可称 为频点)(例如, 小区 4和小区 5 ), 还需要进行移动性测量, 以便由基站 进行移动性管理(例如, 切换等管理操作)。 具体的, 如果基站 1下的小 区 1和小区 2由于信道质量较差, 导致不能为终端提供服务, 而基站 2 下的小区 4和小区 5的信道质量较好, 可以继续为终端提供服务时, 网 络会选择将终端从基站 1的小区 1和小区 切换到基站 的小区 4和小 区 5 , 即通过(多载波)切换, 可以继续 CA传输, 并始终为终端提供较 高速率的业务。
现有技术中, 对信道质量的评估过程是基于 LTE系统的, 基站通过 RRC ( Radio Resource Control, 无线资源控制协议 )信令向 UE发送测量 配置信息, UE根据该测量配置信息的内容进行测量(即对信道质量进行 评估, 包括同频、 异频、 异技术等测量过程), 并将测量结果上报给网络。
如图 4所示, 为一种网络进行测量配置时所使用的 RRC连接重配过 程, 包括: 网络侧 E-UTRAN 向 UE 发送 RRC 连接重配置 ( RRCConnectionReconfiguration ) 消息; UE向 E-UTRAN发送 RRC连 接重配置完成 ( RRCConnectionReconfigurationComplete ) 消息。 其中, RRC连接重配置消息的组织结构包括: 测量对象( measurement object )、 上报配置(report configuration ), 测量标识(ID ) 以及其他参数等。
对应的, 测量上报有三种触发方式, 分别为: 事件触发上报、 周期 触发上报和事件触发周期上报。 上述三种触发方式可以根据上报配置中 的各种参数的组合进行区分。 例如, 当上报配置中的触发类型为事件触 发, 并且配给了某个事件的门限值和满足触发条件的持续时间等相关参 数, 但没有配置测量间隔或上报次数等参数时, UE将按照一次事件触发 方式进行上报。
具体的, 每条测量上报消息仅能上报一个测量标识所对应的内容, 即只上报 UE所在服务 d、区的测量量,以及测量对象所指示的频点下满足 相关上报配置的小区。
综上可以看出, 现有技术中至少存在以下缺点: 在多载波系统中, UE在进行测量上报时, 如果希望对 UE聚合的成员载波进行上报或者对 UE聚合载波对应的邻小区的测量信息进行上报,每个载波或邻小区所在 的频点都需要使用一条测量上报消息。当 UE聚合的多个成员载波或多个 频点上的邻小区都需要进行上报时, 将需要分多条消息进行上报。 从而 会增大信令开销,而且由于网络侧不能了解到某个载波上报时 UE聚合的 其他成员载波上的信道信息,从而会对载波聚合情况下 UE成员载波的管 理和 UE的切换判决 (移动性管理)产生影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种载波聚合系统的测量上报方法和设备, 以降低载波 聚合情况下测量上报时的信令开销,并便于网络侧进行 LTE-A UE的载波 管理和移动性管理。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明实施例提出一种载波聚合系统的测量上 方法, 包括:

进一步的,上述步骤 503的另一上报方式包括: 所述 UE将满足触发上 报条件的载波或测量对象指示频点的测量信息上报给所述网络侧, 并将 其他载波或测量对象指示频点中满足预设策略的载波或测量对象指示频 点的测量信息上报给所述网络侧。 其中, 所述预设策略包括: 测量量满 足上报列表的准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 或者, 测量量满 足触发上报条件但仍在所述上报列表中; 或者, 测量量既未满足上报列 表的准入条件也未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间, 或者, 还可以为其它设定 的条件。
上述步骤 503的再一上报方式包括:所述 UE将测量量对应的载波信息 和 /或频点信息上报给所述网络侧; 所述载波信息和 /或频点信息通过自身 的测量标识, 小区标识、 载波标识或者 bitmap信息来指示; 其中, 所述测 量量对应的载波信息为成员载波的测量信息, 所述测量量对应的频点信 息为测量对象指示频点的测量信息。 具体的, 测量对象指示频点信息时可以采用多种方式, 例如, 直接 给出频点值、 通过载波标识或小区标识等相关标识来指示频点值等等。 当 UE已获知频点和频点对应的索引对应的关系时, 还可以通过 bitmap等 的方式来指示频点信息。 例如, UE已获知频点和频点对应的索引对应的 关系为小区 1为 850MHz, 小区 2为 900MHz, 小区 3为 900MHz, 小区 4为 950MHz, 小区 5为 1000MHz, 当需要指示的载波信息和 /或频点信息为小 区 3的 900MHz, 小区 4的 950MHz, 小区 5的 1000MHz时,则可以通过 00111 的 bitmap信息来进行指示。
另夕卜,上述步骤 503的又一上报方式包括: 所述 UE通过测量参考频点 的方式将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测量信 息上报给所述网络侧。 此时, 需要由所述 UE确定所述测量参考频点; 或 者, 所述网络侧确定所述测量参考频点, 并将所述测量参考频点通知给 所述 UE。 进一步的, 确定所述测量参考频点的方式包括: 根据测量的成 员载波和 /或频点是否处于同一频带确定所述测量参考频点。
本发明实施例中, 所述测量信息包括测量量、 小区标识、 载波标识、 测量对象标识、 预设策略中的一种或多种; 所述测量量为每个载波或测 量对象指示频点或测量参考频点的单独测量量, 或者多个载波或测量对 象指示频点或测量参考频点的综合测量量。
可见, 通过使用本发明提供的方法, UE可以将多个载波和 /或频点的 测量信息一起上报, 从而筒化了上报过程, 降低了系统时延, 便于网络 侧进行 LTE- A UE使用的载波管理。
本发明实施例二提出了一种载波聚合系统的测量上报方法, 该方法 是针对 LTE-A系统的, 由于在 LTE-A系统中, 服务小区的定义尚未明确, 为了方便描述, 本发明实施例中采用以下的概念进行说明。
( 1 ) UE的聚合载波。 UE的聚合载波是网络侧分配给 LTE-A UE可以 进行载波聚合传输的载波, 在当前的规范中指出了 LTE-A UE最大的聚合 载波数目为 5。 其中, 每个聚合载波可以定义为一个服务小区, 每个服务 小区所在的频点都称为服务频点; 也可以多个聚合载波对应于一个服务 小区。 由于当前 LTE-A服务小区的概念尚未确定,本发明实施例中直接通 过载波的方式来描述, 而不采用服务小区的概念来描述; 而当服务小区 的概念确定后, 本发明实施例中的内容可以根据服务小区与载波的对应 关系采用服务小区的方式进行描述, 即服务小区和载波的描述方式并不 影响本发明实施例中的技术方案。
( 2 ) 测量参考点 (或测量参考频点)。 为了降低 UE测量的复杂度, 本发明实施例中定义了测量参考点的概念; 其中, 每个测量参考点可以 与某个载波或频带的中心频点相对应; 也可以不与载波或频带的中心频 点相对应, 而只对应一个指定的频点。
在本发明实施例中, 测量参考点可以根据当前聚合载波所在的频点 确定, 也可以直接进行设定; 而测量对象中指示的频点可以为载波或频 带的中心频点, 也可以为测量参考点, 测量上报的测量信息可以基于载 波或频带的中心频点进行上报, 也可以基于测量参考点进行上报。
( 3 ) UE聚合载波对应的邻小区, 即 UE聚合载波对应的小区以外的 其它小区。 其中, 邻小区可以分布于不同的频点上, 而这些频点可以与 UE聚合载波对应的频点相同, 也可以不同, 如图 6所示的邻小区示意图; 可以看出, 每个频点上可能存在多个邻小区。
基于上述概念, 如图 7所示, 该载波聚合系统的测量上报方法包括以 下步骤:
步骤 701 , 网络侧设备向 UE发送 RRC连接重配置消息。 其中, 该网络 侧设备包括但不限于 E-UTRAN、 RNC ( Radio Network Controller, 无线 网络控制器)、 NB ( Node B, 节点 B )、 eNB ( evolved -Node B , 演进型节 点 Β )、 中继 (Relay )、 基站等, 需要说明的是, 该网络侧设备并不局限 于上述设备, 所有位于网络侧的可能向 UE发送测量相关配置信息的设备 均在本发明保护范围之内。
具体的, 该 RRC连接重配置消息中携带的内容包括但不限于以下内 容中的一种或任意组合。
a ) 测量对象 ( measurement object ): 以频点为基本单位, 每个被配 置的测量对象为一个单独频点(可以是测量参考频点), 拥有单独的测量 对象标识(ID ), 测量对象中可以指示载波频率, 邻小区黑白名单, 需要 上4艮 01的小区等内容。
b )上报配置( report configuration ): 按照触发类型分为事件触发上 报和周期触发上报, 每个上报配置拥有单独的 ID。 其中, 事件触发类型 的上报配置将配给某一个事件的门限值和满足触发条件的持续时间
( Time to Trigger )等信息, 而周期性触发类型的上报配置将配给周期性 触发的目的(例如, 上报 CGI )等。 此外, 该上报配置还可以包含触发测 量量, 上报测量量, 上报间隔、 次数等信息。
c ) 测量标识(ID ): 每个测量标识可以同时连接一个测量对象与上 报配置, 也可以同时将多个测量对象与一个上报配置相连; 如果达到了 开启测量的门限, UE将根据测量标识的有无判断是否进行该种测量。
d )其他参数: 还可能包括测量量配置, 测量开启门限以及速度状态 参数等其他参数。
步骤 702, UE根据该 RRC连接重配置消息判断测量信息是否满足触发 上报的条件, 当判断结果为是时, 执行步骤 703, 否则, 结束流程。 其中, 该测量信息可以为测量对象指示频点和 /或成员载波。
具体的, 当 UE配置了多个测量对象时, 则本步骤中需要判断多个测 量对象是否满足触发上报的条件; 和 /或, 当 UE配置了多个成员载波时, 则本步骤中需要判断多个成员载波是否满足触发上报的条件。
本发明实施例中, 测量上 有三种触发方式, 分别为: 事件触发上 报、周期触发上报和事件触发周期上报,上述三种触发方式可以根据 RRC 连接重配置消息中的上报配置中的各种参数的组合进行区分。 其中, 事 件触发类型的上报配置将配给某一个事件的门限值和满足触发条件的持 续时间等信息, 而周期性触发类型的上报配置将配给周期性触发的目的 (例如, 上报 CGI )等信息。
进一步的, 判断多个测量对象是否满足触发上报的条件和 /或判断多 个成员载波是否满足触发上报的条件的过程包括:
( a )测量评估, 即 UE通过测量, 寻找到某个测量对象和 /或某个成 员载波中满足上报配置的载波, 并进行评估, 当载波在一定时间内都满 足准入条件时, 将被包含在上报列表中; 一旦有新的载波进入上报列表, 就会触发上报过程。
( b )组织上报, 即填写测量上报消息的过程, 需要填写测量标识,
UE聚合载波对应的测量信息, 邻小区测量信息。 其中, 邻小区测量信息 的获得过程可以是将测量评估中的上报列表里包含的小区按照配置中给 定的上报测量量进行质量排序, 并按从高到底的顺序填入测量上报消息。
具体的, 上报列表中包含的邻小区的个数是由以下几个条件决定的: 1 )上报列表的准入条件: 当某个小区的测量量达到了准入准则 (例如, 该小区的信号质量大于某个门限值)。 2 )上报列表的离开条件: 当某个 小区的测量量达到了离开准则 (例如, 该小区的信号质量小于某个门限 值)。 3 ) 小区被包含在上报列表的条件: 如当某个小区在一定时间内都 满足上报列表的准入条件, 则将被包含在上报列表中。 4 )小区从上报列 表中被删除的条件: 如当某个小区在一定时间内都满足上报列表的离开 条件, 则将从上报列表中被删除。 其中, 当 UE进行上报时, 可以将仍然 留在上报列表中的所有邻小区都上报给网络, 并不考虑该小区是否已经 在之前的上报过程中被上报了。
步骤 703, UE在同一条测量上报消息中同时上报多个聚合的成员载波 的测量信息, 和 /或, 多个测量对象指示频点上满足测量上报条件的邻小 区的测量信息。
具体的, 该上报多个聚合的成员载波的测量信息, 和 /或, 多个测量 对象指示频点上满足测量上报条件的邻小区的测量信息的过程可以以测 量参考点的方式进行上报。
进一步的, 当一个成员载波满足上报条件进行上报时, 其他载波上 对应测量量的获取方式包括但不限于: (1 )其他载波上上报的测量量为 瞬时测量量; (2 )其他载波上上报的测量量为统计测量量, 例如, 经过 定时器或者滤波器平滑后的结果。
需要说明的是, 每条测量上报消息可以同时携带多个聚合的成员载 波的测量信息, 和 /或, 多个测量对象指示频点上满足测量上报条件的邻 小区的测量信息, 该测量上报消息中携带的内容包括但不限于以下内容 中的一种或任意组合:
a ) 测量标识(ID )。
b) 载波标识。
c ) 测量对象指示频点标识。
d )各测量量。 例如, RSRP ( Reference Signal Received Power, 参考 信号接收功率)和 RSRQ ( Reference Signal Received Quality, 参考信号接 收质量)。
e ) 满足条件的邻小区的物理层小区 ID ( PCI )。
f )是否上报各邻小区的测量量与 CGI取决于网络是否配置 UE上报这 些信息。 为了更加清楚的说明本发明实施例中所提出的技术方案, 以下结合 几种具体的应用场景对上述的测量上报过程进行进一步的说明。
应用场景 1 , 为 UE配置了多个成员载波,在进行测量上 时将多个成 员载波的信息进行上报的应用场景。
在该应用场景下, 网络侧为 UE配置了 4个成员载波(可以根据实际需 要进行调整), 分别为 CC1 (成员载波 1 )、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4。 其中, 如果 CC1所关联的测量事件(例如, A2事件等) 已经满足触发(测量)上报 的条件, 根据实际的需要, UE可以将 CC1、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4所对应的测 量量同时进行上报。 其中, 该测量量可以为参考信号接收功率 RSRP值和 参考信号接收质量 RSRQ值等。
具体的, 在当前 LTE规范中, 触发上报的条件包括满足进入测量事件 上报列表的准入条件, 且满足 TimeToTrigger的时间。 在 LTE-A中, 触发上 报的条件还可以增加其他内容, 本发明实施例中不再赘述, 以触发上报 的条件为进入测量事件上报列表的准入条件, 且满足 TimeToTrigger的时 间为例进行说明。 例如, 当 CC1、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4均进入了测量事件(例 如, A2事件)上报列表, 而当 CC1已经满足触发上报的条件(即同时满 足了 TimeToTrigger的时间), 该 UE可以将 CC1、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4所对应 的测量量同时进行上报。
在实际应用中, 还可以根据预设的条件(例如, 满足上报列表的准 入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间, 或者, 满足上报条件但仍在上报 列表中, 或者, 测量量既未满足上报列表的准入条件也未满足
TimeToTrigger的时间, 或者, 还可以为其它设定的条件), 进行上报, 在 通过测量上报消息上报时, 只需要将满足预设条件的成员载波的信息进 行上报。 例如, 预设的条件为对满足上报列表的准入条件(对应相同的 测量事件)但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间的成员载波的测量量进行上报 时,如果 UE聚合的 4个成员载波中, 满足上报列表的准入条件的成员载波 为 CC1和 CC2, 而且只有 CC2满足了触发上报的条件时, 则上报时只需要 上报 CC 1和 CC2的测量量信息。
需要说明的是, 上述满足上报条件但仍在上报列表中的情况具体为: 当 CC1满足触发上报条件时, 则需要将 CC1的测量量进行上报。 CC1将在 上报列表中, 直到它满足上报列表的离开条件。 而后续过程中, 如果 CC2 又满足了触发上报条件, 则需要将 CC2的测量量进行上报, 而由于此时 CC1在上报列表中 (即满足上报条件但仍在上报列表中) 了, 也可以将 CC1的测量量同时进行上报, 虽然该 CC1的测量量在以前已经上报过了。 应用场景 2, 为 UE配置了多个测量对象,在进行测量上 时将多个测 量对象的信息进行上报的应用场景。
在该应用场景下, 网络侧为 UE配置了 3个测量对象, 测量对象对应的 频点信息以及 UE的测量结果如表 1所示 ,

其中, 注 1表示该小区已经包含在对应频点的上报列表中; 注 2表示 该小区满足触发上报的部分条件(例如, 满足进入对应频点上报列表的 准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间;); 注 3表示该小区不满足任何触 发上报的条件。 在表 1中, CID可以为物理层小区标识 PCI、 全球小区标识 CGI, 或者其它可以标识小区的标识。
对于 UE配置了多个测量对象的应用场景, 下面分为两种情况进行说 明。
第一种情况:
对于测量频点 fl下的 CID1 , 由于该小区已经包含在对应频点的上报 列表中, 按照现有的 LTE流程, 测量频点 fl下的 CID1将触发上报过程, 如 果此时网络侧没有配置 UE上报邻小区测量量与 CGI, 则 UE上报的信息为 测量标识、 务小区的测量量和邻小区物理层 ID ( CID1 )。 而如果网 络侧需要得到小区标识与 CID1相同的小区 (可以与其聚合的小区) 的另 外两个测量频点 f2和 f3的测量量信息, 则需要继续等待, 并等待 f2和 f3上 的对应小区进入到上报列表时, 才能由 UE进行上报。
而本发明实施例中, 测量频点 fl下的 CID1将触发上报过程, 如果此 时网络侧没有配置 UE上报各邻小区的测量量与 CGI, 则 UE上报的内容可 以包括但不限于: 测量标识、 UE聚合载波标识、 UE所使用的聚合载波中 的一个或多个聚合载波(或聚合载波对应小区)的测量量、 fl上满足上报 条件的邻小区 (CID1 ) 的测量量、 相关测量标识或频点信息(f2 ) 以及 对应的 CID1的测量量、 相关测量标识或频点信息 (f3 ) 以及对应的 CID1 的测量量。
具体的, 在上 ·¾ί2和 f3的测量信息时, 可以不携带测量标识, 而是通 过频点信息、 bitmap方式或上报的测量量的位置等其他方式来通知网络侧 上 >¾的多个测量量所对应的频点。
可以看出, 本发明实施例中, 虽然 f2和 f3下的 CID1并未进入到上报 列表中, UE会将 CID1在频点 fl、 f2和 f3下的测量量通过一条上报消息发 送给网络侧, 从而在一条上报消息中给网络侧提供了 CID1的充足信息, 有利于网络侧的切换判决。 同样的, 与应用场景 1类似, 该应用场景下也可以根据预设的条件, 进行上报, 在通过测量上报消息上报时, 只需要将满足预设条件的多个 频点的测量信息进行上报, 在此不再赘述。 其中该预设条件包括但不限 于: 满足上报列表的准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间, 或者, 满 足上报条件但仍在上报列表中, 或者, 测量量既未满足上报列表的准入 条件也未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间。
需要说明的是, 上述满足上报条件但仍在上报列表中的情况具体为: 当测量对象指示频点(例如, f2 )上仍在上报列表中的小区是已经上报过 的小区, 当频点 fl上出现满足触发上报条件的小区时, 则需要将频点 fl 对应小区的测量量进行上报,而由于此时 f2的上报列表中也还存在满足对 应上报条件的小区(即满足上报条件但仍在上报列表中), 则此时也可以 将频点 f2对应小区的测量量同时进行上报。 第二种情况:
对于测量频点 fl下的 CID1 , 按照现有的 LTE流程, 测量频点 fl下的 CID1将触发上报过程, 如果此时网络侧没有配置 UE上报邻小区测量量与 CGI, 则 UE上报的信息为测量标识、 UE服务小区的测量量和邻小区物理 层 ID ( CID1 )。 而如果网络侧需要得到小区标识与 CID1相同的小区 (可 以与其聚合的小区)的另外两个测量频点 f2和 f3的测量量信息, 则需要继 续等待, 并等待 f2和 f3有小区进入到上报列表时, 才能由 UE进行上报。
而本发明实施例中, 测量频点 fl下的 CID1将触发上报过程, 如果此 时网络侧没有配置 UE上报各邻小区的测量量与 CGI, 则 UE上报的内容可 以包括但不限于: 测量标识、 UE所使用的聚合载波中的一个或多个聚合 载波(或聚合载波对应小区)的测量量、 邻小区物理层 ID ( CID1 )、 相关 测量标识或频点信息(f2 ) 以及其上满足条件邻小区 (CID3 )的测量量、 相关测量标识或频点信息 (f3 ) 以及其上相关邻小区 (CID2、 CID5 ) 的 测量量。 具体的, 在上 ·¾ί2和 f3的测量信息时, 可以不携带测量标识, 而是通 过频点信息、 bitmap方式或上报的测量量的位置等其他方式来通知网络侧 上 >¾的多个测量量所对应的频点。
可以看出, 本发明实施例中, 虽然 f2和 f3下并未有小区进入到上报列 表中, UE会将频点 fl、 f2和 f3下的相关邻小区的测量量通过一条上报消息 发送给网络, 从而在一条上报消息中给网络侧提供了 UE相关的邻小区的 充足信息, 有利于网络的切换判决。
实际应用中, 对 f2、 f3上满足条件的邻小区进行上报时, 该条件可以 根据实际需要任意设置, 例如, 可以将该条件设置为: 1 )满足列表的准 入条件、 但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 2 )满足上报条件但仍在上报列 表中; 3 ); 测量量既未满足上报列表的准入条件也未满足 TimeToTrigger 的时间; 4 )还可以为其它设定的条件。 在进行上报时, 只需要将满足条 件的多个频点的信息进行上报, 在此不再赘述。 可以看出, 上述过程中 是以满足列表的准入条件、 但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间(即表 1中的注 2 )为例进行说明的, 即上报的满足条件的多个频点的信息包括相关测量 标识或频点信息(f2 ) 以及其上满足条件邻小区 (CID3 ) 的测量量、 相 关测量标识或频点信息(f3 ) 以及其上相关邻小区 (CID2、 CID5 ) 的测 量量等。 应用场景 3, 为 UE配置了多个载波和多个测量对象,在进行测量上 4艮 时将多个测量对象的信息和多个载波的信息进行上报的应用场景。
在该应用场景下, 网络侧为 UE配置了 4个成员载波, 分别为 CC1、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4。 网络侧还为 UE配置了 3个测量对象, 测量对象对应的 频点信息以及 UE的测量结果如表 2所示。

本发明实施例中, 测量频点 fl下的 CID1将触发上报过程, 如果此时 网络侧没有配置 UE上报各邻小区的测量量与 CGI, 则 UE上报的内容包括 但不限于: 测量标识、 UE所使用的多个聚合载波(或聚合载波对应小区) 的测量量、 频点 fl上满足上报条件的邻小区的测量量、 频点 f2上满足条件 的邻小区的测量量、 频点 f3上满足条件的邻小区的测量量。
具体的, 本应用场景下, 可以通过测量标识、 频点信息、 bitmap方式 或上报的测量量的位置等方式来告知网络侧上报的多个测量量所对应的 频点。 而且虽然此时 f2和 f3下的可能并没有小区进入上报列表, 并且 fl也 只是针对 CID1进行上报触发, UE也会将自身所有的聚合载波的测量量, 频点 fl、 f2和 f3下满足对应条件的邻小区的测量量通过一条上报消息发送 给网络侧, 从而有利于网络侧的切换判决。
实际应用中, 对 f2、 f3上满足条件的邻小区进行上报时, 该条件可以 设置为: 1 ) 满足列表的准入条件、 但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 2 ) 满足上报条件但仍在上报列表中; 3 )测量量既未满足上报列表的准入条 件也未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 4 )还可以为其它设定的条件。 在进行 上报时, 只需要将满足条件的多个频点的信息进行上报, 在此不再赘述。 应用场景 4,为以测量参考频点的方式上报多个载波和 /或多个测量对 象的信息所对应的应用场景。 在多载波系统中, 如果支持以测量参考频 点的方式进行上报时, 则可以采用本发明提供的技术方案进行相应的处 理。
第一种情况: 成员载波采用测量参考频点的方式进行上报。 在该应用场景下, 网络侧为 UE配置了 4个成员载波, 分别为 CC1、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4, 而且上述 4个成员载波在进行测量以及进行测量上报 时, 基于的 3个测量参考点分别为 Pl、 P2、 P3。 其中, 测量参考点的选择 可以根据实际需要进行选择, 例如, 可以根据测量的成员载波和 /或频点 是否处于同一频带确定该测量参考点。
具体的, 确定测量参考点的方式包括但不限于以下情况中的一种或 任意组合:
( 1 )将每个成员载波都作为测量参考频点;
( 2 )任意选择成员载波中的一个或者多个作为测量参考频点;
( 3 )对于连续载波, 只选择其中一个作为测量参考频点;
( 4 )根据预设策略确定测量参考频点, 例如, 为了减小测量上报的 开销, 可以将多个载波或多个频点确定一个相同的测量参考频点, 如: 可以将多个载波对应的频点进行平均, 并将得到的频点值设为测量参考 频点。
需要说明的是, 测量参考频点可以由 UE自行确定, 然后根据该测量 参考频点进行相应的上报过程。 实际应用中, 该测量参考频点也可以由 网络侧确定, 然后通知给 UE。 其中, 网络侧将测量参考频点通知给 UE的 方式包括但不限于 1 ) 系统广播的方式; 2 ) 专用信令的方式。 该专用信 令可以具体包括: RRC信令、 MAC ( Media Access Control, 媒体访问控 制 ) CE ( Control Element, 控制单元)信息、 物理层信令等。
UE自身确定和 /或通过网络信令获知该测量参考频点后,将以该测量 参考频点的方式上报测量量信息。 该上报过程与应用场景 1中以成员载波 为单位的上报过程类似(只是以测量参考频点的形式上报), 在此不再详 同样的, 在该应用场景下, 也可以设定条件(例如, 满足上报列表 的准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间, 或者, 满足上报条件但仍在 上报列表中), 进行上报, 在通过测量上报消息上报时, 只需要将满足条 件的多个测量参考频点的测量量信息进行上报即可。 需要说明的是, 上报时测量参考频点所对应的测量量信息, 可以是
UE直接对测量参考频点指示的频点进行测量获得的测量量信息; 也可以 是当测量参考频点由多个载波确定时, 先确定各载波对应的测量量信息, 然后由各载波得到的测量量信息计算得到测量参考频点对应的测量量信 另外, 触发上报时, 可以将测量参考频点直接作为触发上报的频点; 也可以是, 当测量参考频点测量用来评估多个载波的信息时, 由某个或 某些载波触发上报, 来引起(以测量参考频点的方式)进行上报。
第二种情况,测量对象采用测量参考频点的方式进行指示和 /或上报。 在该应用场景下, 网络侧为 UE配置了 4个测量对象, 而且上述 4个测 量对象分别基于 Pl、 P2、 P3 3个测量参考点进行测量上报。 其中, 测量 参考点的选择可以根据测量的成员载波和 /或频点是否处于同一频带确定 该测量参考点, 包括: (1 )将每个成员载波都作为测量参考频点; (2 ) 任意选择成员载波中的一个或者多个作为测量参考频点; (3 )对于连续 载波, 只选择其中一个作为测量参考频点; (4 )根据预设策略确定测量 参考频点。
具体的, 测量参考频点可以由 UE自行确定, 然后根据该测量参考频 点进行相应的上报过程。 实际应用中, 该测量参考频点也可以由网络侧 确定, 然后通知给 UE。 其中, 网络侧将测量参考频点通知给 UE的方式包 括但不限于 1 ) 系统广播的方式; 2 ) 专用信令的方式。 该专用信令可以 具体包括: RRC信令、 MAC控制单元(CE )信息、 物理层信令等。
UE自身确定和 /或通过网络信令获知该测量参考频点后,将以该测量 参考频点的方式上报测量量信息。 该上报过程与应用场景 2中以测量频点 触发上报的过程类似(只是以测量参考频点的形式进行上报), 在此不再 详力口赞述。
第三种情况, 成员载波采用测量参考频点的方式进行上报, 并且测 量对象采用测量参考频点的方式进行指示和 /或上报。该过程与应用场景 3 中的上报过程类似(只是以测量参考频点的形式进行上报), 在此不再详 应用场景 5,以下结合该应用场景对上报多个载波和 /或多个测量对象 的信息时, 各载波或测量对象上测量量的确定方式进行进一步的说明。
具体的, 当一个成员载波或测量对象满足上报条件进行上报时, 各 载波或测量对象上测量量的确定可以采用两种方式:
( 1 )成员载波或测量对象上上报的测量量为瞬时测量量;
( 2 )成员载波或测量对象上上报的测量量为统计测量量, 例如, 经 过定时器或者滤波器平滑后的结果。
例如, 当成员载波 1 ( CC1 )上所关联的测量事件已经满足触发上报 的条件时, 则可以将 CC1、 CC2、 CC3、 CC4所对应的测量量同时进行上 报。 其中, CC1在上报时, 上报的测量结果为统计值, 该统计值的获取方 式将采用 LTE系统中的方式, 具体为:
Fn = (l _ a) - Fn—丄 + a . Mn 其中, Mn为最近从物理层接收到的测量结果;
Fn为最新的经过处理的测量结果, 该值可以用于测量上报;
为以前的经过处理的测量结果, 当第一个测量结果从物理层接收 到时, 该?。设置为 。
a = l/2(k/4) , 该 k是与测量量对应的数值, 可以由网络侧通知。 当然, 在实际应用中, 也可以采用其它方式产生统计值, 本发明实 施例中不再赘述。
对于 CC2、 CC3、 CC4上上报的测量量可以采用统计值, 也可以采用 瞬时值, 该瞬时值即直接从物理层接收到的值, 如: Mn
可见, 通过使用本发明提供的方法, UE可以将多个载波和 /或频点的 测量信息一起上报, 从而筒化了上报过程, 降低了系统时延, 便于网络 侧进行 LTE- A UE使用的载波管理。 如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种载波聚合系统的测量上报设 备, 包括:
接收模块 81 , 用于接收来自网络侧的消息。 判断模块 82, 用于根据所述接收模块 81接收的消息判断成员载波和 / 或测量对象是否满足触发测量上报的条件。
发送模块 83 , 用于当所述判断模块 82的判断结果为是时, 通过测量 上报消息将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测量 信息上报给所述网络侧。
具体的, 所述发送模块 83具体用于, 将满足触发上报条件的载波或 测量对象指示频点的统计测量量或瞬时测量量上 ^艮给所述网络侧, 并将 其他载波或测量对象指示频点的统计测量量或瞬时测量量上报给所述网 络側。
所述发送模块 83还用于, 将满足触发上报条件的载波或测量对象指 示频点的测量信息上 给所述网络侧, 并将其他载波或测量对象指示频 点中满足预设策略的载波或测量对象指示频点的测量信息上报给所述网 络侧。 所述预设策略包括: 测量量满足上报列表的准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 或者, 测量量满足触发上报条件但仍在所述上报 列表中; 或者, 测量量既未满足上报列表的准入条件也未满足
TimeToTrigger的时间, 或者, 还可以为其它设定的条件。
所述发送模块 83还用于, 将测量量对应的载波信息和 /或频点信息上 报给所述网络侧; 所述载波信息和 /或频点信息通过自身的测量标识, 小 区标识、 载波标识或者 bitmap信息来指示; 其中, 所述测量量对应的载波 信息为成员载波的测量信息, 所述测量量对应的频点信息为测量对象指 示频点的测量信息。
所述发送模块 83还用于, 通过测量参考频点的方式将至少一个成员 载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测量信息上 ^艮给所述网络侧。 其中, 所述测量参考频点的获取方式包括: 所述 UE确定的所述测量参考 频点; 或者, 所述网络侧确定并通知的所述测量参考频点。 确定所述测 量参考频点的方式包括: 根据测量的成员载波和 /或频点是否处于同一频 带确定所述测量参考频点。
本发明实施例中, 所述测量信息包括测量量、 小区标识、 载波标识、 测量对象标识、 预设策略中的一种或多种; 所述测量量为每个载波或测 量对象指示频点或测量参考频点的单独测量量, 或者多个载波或测量对 象指示频点或测量参考频点的综合测量量。
其中, 本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体, 也可以分离部署。 上述模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
可见, 通过使用本发明提供的设备, UE可以将多个载波和 /或频点的 测量信息一起上报, 从而筒化了上报过程, 降低了系统时延, 便于网络 侧进行 LTE- A UE使用的载波管理。 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到 本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通 过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发 的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干 指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络 设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施例的示意图, 附图 中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施例中的装置中的模块可以按照实施例 描述进行分布于实施例的装置中, 也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实 施例的一个或多个装置中。 上述实施例的模块可以合并为一个模块, 也 可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 但是, 本发明并非局限 于此, 任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种载波聚合系统的测量上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备 UE接收来自网络侧的消息;
所述 UE根据所述消息判断成员载波和 /或测量对象是否满足触发 测量上报的条件;
当判断结果为是时, 所述 UE通过测量上 4艮消息将至少一个成员 载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测量信息上 给所述网络 侧。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE通过测量上 报消息将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测 量信息上报给所述网络侧包括:
所述 UE将满足触发上报条件的载波或测量对象指示频点的统计 测量量或瞬时测量量上 ^艮给所述网络侧,并将其他载波或测量对象指 示频点的统计测量量或瞬时测量量上报给所述网络侧。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE通过测量上 报消息将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测 量信息上报给所述网络侧包括:
所述 UE将满足触发上报条件的载波或测量对象指示频点的测量 信息上 给所述网络侧,并将其他载波或测量对象指示频点中满足预 设策略的载波或测量对象指示频点的测量信息上报给所述网络侧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设策略包括: 测量量满足上报列表的准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 或者,
测量量满足触发上报条件但仍在所述上报列表中; 或者, 测量量既未满足上报列表的准入条件也未满足 TimeToTrigger的 时间。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE通过测量上 报消息将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测 量信息上报给所述网络侧包括:
所述 UE将测量量对应的载波信息和 /或频点信息上报给所述网络 侧; 所述载波信息和 /或频点信息通过自身的测量标识、 小区标识、 载波标识或者 bitmap信息来指示;
其中, 所述测量量对应的载波信息为成员载波的测量信息, 所述 测量量对应的频点信息为测量对象指示频点的测量信息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE通过测量上 报消息将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测 量信息上报给所述网络侧包括:
所述 UE通过测量参考频点的方式将至少一个成员载波的测量信 息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测量信息上报给所述网络侧。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述 UE确定所述测量参考频点; 或者,
所述网络侧确定所述测量参考频点,并将所述测量参考频点通知 给所述 UE。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于,
确定所述测量参考频点的方式包括: 根据测量的成员载波和 /或 频点是否处于同一频带确定所述测量参考频点。
9、 如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述测量信 息包括测量量、 载波标识、 小区标识、 测量对象标识、 预设策略中的 一种或多种;所述测量量为每个载波或测量对象指示频点或测量参考 频点的单独测量量,或者多个载波或测量对象指示频点或测量参考频 点的综合测量量。
10、 一种载波聚合系统的测量上报设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收来自网络侧的消息; 判断模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收的消息判断成员载波和 / 或测量对象是否满足触发测量上报的条件;
发送模块, 用于当所述判断模块的判断结果为是时, 通过测量上 报消息将至少一个成员载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测 量信息上报给所述网络侧。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送模块具体用于,将满足触发上报条件的载波或测量对象 指示频点的统计测量量或瞬时测量量上^艮给所述网络侧,并将其他载 波或测量对象指示频点的统计测量量或瞬时测量量上 给所述网络 侧。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送模块还用于,将满足触发上报条件的载波或测量对象指 示频点的测量信息上报给所述网络侧,并将其他载波或测量对象指示 频点中满足预设策略的载波或测量对象指示频点的测量信息上报给 所述网络侧。
13、如权利要求 12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述预设策略包括: 测量量满足上报列表的准入条件但未满足 TimeToTrigger的时间; 或者,
测量量满足触发上报条件但仍在所述上报列表中; 或者, 测量量既未满足上报列表的准入条件也未满足 TimeToTrigger的 时间。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送模块还用于, 将测量量对应的载波信息和 /或频点信息 上报给所述网络侧; 所述载波信息和 /或频点信息通过自身的测量标 识, 小区标识、 载波标识或者 bitmap信息来指示;
其中, 所述测量量对应的载波信息为成员载波的测量信息, 所述 测量量对应的频点信息为测量对象指示频点的测量信息。
15、 如权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于,通过测量参考频点的方式将至少一个成员 载波的测量信息和 /或至少一个测量对象的测量信息上 给所述网络 侧。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述测量参考频点 的获取方式包括:
所述 UE确定的所述测量参考频点; 或者, 所述网络侧确定并通 知的所述测量参考频点。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的设备, 其特征在于, 确定所述测量参考 频点的方式包括: 根据测量的成员载波和 /或频点是否处于同一频带 确定所述测量参考频点。
18、 如权利要求 10-17任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述测 量信息包括测量量、 小区标识、 载波标识、 测量对象标识、 预设策略 中的一种或多种;所述测量量为每个载波或测量对象指示频点或测量 参考频点的单独测量量,或者多个载波或测量对象指示频点或测量参 考频点的综合测量量。
