Abstract

The invention relates to a bookmark and pertains to the field of devices for separating and marking portions of articles containing a large amount of planar elements. The technical result is the capacity to provide a reliable fixation of the bookmark on the endleaf or flexible cover of printed publications independently from the amount of fixations made in order to mark pages. This fixation eliminates the need for the reader to reattach the bookmark as he/she reads the publication and ensures the integrity of the publication sheets. In order to achieve this technical result, the bookmark includes a foldable marking portion and a fixation portion attached thereto, wherein the fixation portion includes a magnetic clamp with magnetic members connected together so as to magnetically attract each other. The marking portion of the bookmark may be made of paper or laminated paper, and may include a plastic section in the form of a creased portion. The bookmark can be made using leather or a fabric.
