Abstract

The present invention relates to a prestained protein size marker, and more particularly, to a prestained protein size marker based on synthetic nonionic hydrophilic polymers. According to the method proposed by the present invention, synthetic nonionic hydrophilic polymers, which can be prepared more easily and which have a simpler molecular structure than conventional proteins, are employed as materials for the prestained protein size marker. Thus, materials for prestained protein size markers can be easily prepared, and processes for producing prestained protein size markers can be easily controlled.
