Abstract

The present invention relates to a high performance noise resonance barrier for urban landscapes which can be installed in various locations such as noisy roads or railways, places with daily life noises, vehicle noises, and the like. More specifically, provided is a sound proof barrier, which unlike conventional sound proof barriers, is transparent and satisfies all conditions of sound absorption and sound insulation, and is produced with external cylindrical shapes which can compliment the shape of existing contours. The noise barrier of the present invention is embedded with an eco-friendly, sound absorbing polyester material which attenuates noise by forming the internal structure of a circular partition wall which is positioned to guide noises to the interior thereof, and also guides portions of the noise upwardly during introduction of the noise, thereby blocking all noise overall.
